One pair of mattress was purchased on 11.01.2016 from csd canteen area hq delhi vide bill no 382612. The subject mattress could not fit to my bed being longer by 3 inch since my bed size is 72x36 and hence kept beside the bed unused. Accordingly customer care approached to replace the same with requisite size. Kurl-on representative mr ashish kumar visited on 16.03.2016. Ack. Slip no 4853 refers. Till date replacement has not made in spite of repeated telephone conversations with different executives, including mr prashant and all by my daughter. The mattress has 12 months warranty, even i[censored]sed and gets shrinked etc. Kindly look into matter and have the matter resolved at the earliest.

    I purchased a pair of kurl-on apsara mattress. And when tried it on my bed i found out that it was 3 inch bigger in size, so i filed a complaint for replacement. The technician visited my place for health check of mattresses and assured us that they are in perfect shape and would be replaced.

    I kept following up with the customer care to update on my complain number. Every time i called them, they said it would be replaced. After waiting for 15 days for replacement, i finally called the customer care again to enquire when it would be replaced. And now they told me that there is shrink in mattresses and thus, can't be replaced. This was a shock to me as technician told me that it would be replaced and customer care was telling me whole new story.

    What kind of warranty you guys provide? Without using mattress, it got shrink. This is a poorest product. Without using kurl-on mattress, it is shrinking, this is really sad and no one should be buying this product.

    The customer care put you on hold for more than 10 minutes. They don't even know what do they cover in warranty. Poor customer care services. Poor product. I regret i purchased this product. Won't recommend anyone ever to buy this product.

    What do kurl-on mattress wala really want ? Stand in the consumer court ?
    Who is the CMD mahashe of Kurlon ? what does he do ? where do complaints on line go ? What does consumer forum do ? All are useless fellows, wasting time at level. Shut all this non sense.

      Kurlon has been a headache for me know. The Product has been manufactured defect, the technicial inspected the same and have submitted the documents to the Company. But the Company has not replaced the same since last 3 months, I have been repeatedly following up them but all efforts in vain.

      I would like to Comment that this has been Worst Customer Service from Kurlon Company.

      I would not recommend the same to any one else.

        Hi, I am Deep Kumar.
        I had bought Kurlon Klassic model from Haryana Handlooms, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 18th Feb 2015. In a few days, I realised the stitches had come off from one side. I made my first complaint as TN80969 on 17th March 2015. The technician came and verified the product is a damaged one and said it will be replaced. I received no further communication thereafter. After few days, when i called the customer care, I found that the issue has been closed with the reason that it has exceeded one month which is as per their policy. I had made another complaint which again got closed with the same reason. I made my third complaint as TN97854 on 23rd Jan 2016. I had been assured by customer care executives that i will receive a call back and that my mattress will be replaced. I had discussed with Team lead, Dilip Singh, and Manager, Umesh Kumar. Yesterday when i called, the customer care executive, Praveen, said the issue has been closed and the manager has left the company and Team lead is on leave. He said rudely that i need a very strong reason to get it replaced. I am left with no option on how to mend the damages. The mattress had cost me Rs 23000 and was assured the post-service is very good. But this is pathetic. This is why I am making a complaint here.

          Pune kurl on office is worst. No support from pune kurl on guys, their behaviour is like uneducated people.
          Kurl-on mattress are of worst quality.
          Even its customer support is worst.
          Kurl on is a fake company with all fake products.
          I bought one set last year and am forced to replace 2 times but the third one also failed. Do not go for kurl-on.

          Please i suggest you all never buy kurl-on mattress..
          And the credits goes to pune kurl-on office guys...Worst guys ever i seen in any company.
          Worst mattresses in the world and worst customer care. (Specially Pune office)

            My Name is Vipin Sharma. I live in Kharadi, Pune. I bought a Kurl-on (Kurlo-Coir) mattress from a furniture shop near my home in Kharadi, Pune on March 1, 2015. The mattress had 1 year replacement warranty with it. The mattress sagged badly after using it. I registered a complaint with the company by calling on its customer care centre in January 2016. The complaint number is TN 98035. Company sent their technician to check the mattress at my home. He checked the mattress, took measurements and told me that mattress will be replaced within 15-20 days. I kept on talking to company executives on their customer care number about the replacement and they replied every time that I should wait for that, it will be replaced definitely. After continuous follow-ups company sent the same technicians again in first week of March, 2016. He again followed the same procedure and told me that now the process has completed and your mattress will be replaced after 10-20 days. Again, I started to follow up the company executives on their customer care numbers. They told me that yes, the technician has submitted his report and your mattress has been approved for replacement, but told me that the process will take time as we need to send your mattress from our Bangalore facility to Pune, which will take some time. When i pushed them for telling me a deadline to replace mattress, they refused and said that it generally takes 5-10 days but in some cases it can take 20 -25 days also. Still, I kept chasing them over phone regularly and till 9-10 March, 2016, they kept saying that your mattress has been approved for mattress and will be replaced soon. But I was surprised when I called them on March 12, 2016 to know the status of replacement, the executives of company said that the complaint has been closed and mattress will not be replaced. I told them the whole story again and requested to check correctly. He again told me that No, your mattress will not be replaced, this is the current status and your complaint has been closed. They denied to connect me to any senior person of the company. I wrote an e-mail to their customer care e-mail address available on website, but no reply came. Therefore, I deciced to complain against the company and their irresponsible behaviour.
            Kurl-on mattress are of worst quality.
            Even its customer support is worst.
            Kurl on is a FAKE company with all FAKE products.
            I bought one set last year and am forced to replace 2 times but the third one also failed. Do not go for Kurl-on.

              It is regretted to say that my complaint number TN/99127 registered through kurlon customer care centre is yet to be attended.It is seen from the statistics that the complaints registered was more than 100 and resolved was only three.It certainly reflects that the kurlon company does not bother about the customers grievances. and they are taken for a ride. I request the Kurlon company to attend my company immediately.

              I purchased kurlon classic mattres on 27 jan 2016 the main defect of the product is getting heat as many times complaint to the costumer care they gave response exchange the mattres after 20 days but its over more then one month the complaint number is TA98414 After register the complaint so many times called to customer care but every time they gave response like we process the complaint it will take 10 days, 20 days like that its going on.

                I have purchased kurlo-on bond mattress on[protected] with a 5 years warranty but my mattres got spoiled in jan 2016 .. further i had lodged a complaint, then excutive reached on feb 02 -2016 and told us that they will provide us a new mattress within a short time period of 10 days, but till now i dint get any response .if i dont get response with in 24 hrs il directly go and file a complaint in consumer court.

                  I had bought two Kurlon Ortho mattress of size 78X36X5 on 29/8/2015 from M/s Bitan Enterprises, Contact no [protected] based at AC-381, Kolkata 700102. One of the mattresses has got deformed and inspite of repeated follow up no action is being initiated by the dealer or the manufacturer. On reporting to customer care an inspection was carried out on 16/1/16 but since then there has been no response. Mails are not being responded to and all are quiet.
                  Request for resolving the issue.

                        Despite many talks nobody looking after complaints so I dropped mails still they dont care...I am feeling like deceived.


                        I have called more than 5 times. Despite this mail nobody have called me until now. It seems nobody is interested over customer issues.
                        I have already told to your customer care department that the material used for outer cover is of worst quality or very old one (I have talked to other customers and they told me that this has happened with them after 8-10years o[censored]se.)

                        Its more than a month since my repeated requests.
                        Please write me in mail that whether you are going to take any action or not.
                        So that I would take appropriate action.

                          I have placed order to kurlon from online website. As per the website, "Thank You for your purchase at E-Kurlon! Your Order Number is : OA00041 You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. " There are no updates from company. Registered complaint to their call centre ticket # TN97324. No updates so far, and i am worried about delivery now. There is no order tracking system in the website.

                          Although there is no status update, company delivered the items in partial shipment. Received in good condition.                             Dear Sir, i would like you remind that as per your e-mail dated 22.08.2014 i replaced my mattress by your local dealer (Bindal Clothiers, 159-B, lower bazar, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh) under warranty. After completely following the instructions given by your company they are again sagging to much that my family getting waist pain and approaching the family doctor regularly for 5 months. I want to get substitute this product with any other good product of your company with assurance of not sagging one. If your company unable to assure, then return me the money and take your mattress back to your store as i have 2 more months of the warranty. The Bill No. 333/319 dated 16.03.2014 was also submitted to your company/dealer in this regard. An early response is solicit in this regard.                               Purchased matters- Relish Spring 6 inches King size purchased on[protected]. The quality was not as seen in the shop and they have changed two times but still the quality is very poor .It is very stiff ( less cushion effect). Now they re not responding. we have registered a complaint to Kurl on customer care and the complaint number is CN 94030 dtd 22/11/2015 and again lodged one more complaint today CN 94030 purchased from shop - OM collection, civil lines, sadarbazar, Gurgaon kindly help us regards Dharmesh

                                I placed an order for mattress on December 12, 2015. Until now I don't know the status of my order. The response from the customer care is very poor and they are highly ignorant and undue delay even for receiving our calls.

                                sir i have brought my kurlon matresses of 6 months ago but if i am sleeping on that i am in comfortable to sleep so plz chechk the bed once and adjust the bed

                                  Dears, I have purchased kurl-on mattress Legacy (78*60*5) on 3-3-14 from STYLEX MATTRESS & FURNITURES Bangalore. The mattress was not comfortable to us and requested to replace that on September 2015 (TN88750). In October they have replaced the bed and till now not provided the bill which I have paid extra amount 10700rs approximately. I have spoken with stylex mattress owner and as per him replacement bill need to provide from kurlon factory but kurlon engineer and customer care is not responding properly. I have requested couple of times with customer care but they are giving only compliant number and not providing bill, kurlo engineer is speaking very harshly. Below are the compliant numbers TN93975 - didn’t got bill TN95206 – didn’t got bill Please help me to get my bill of new mattress.

                                    HI, We have purchased kurlon relaxwell foam mattress 6X61/2X4 on 3rd oct .from sharma furniture electronic city, bangalore. The mattress is so bad that, at times it touches the wood when we sleep on it, at locations where body weight is more. It's creating pits and falls depending on the body weight and due to which we are getting body pains. The design and quality of the mattress is so bad that we are having disturbed sleep during nights. When asked about this to sharma funiture, they asked to contact the kurlon customer care who would be sending their person for inspection and would replace it incase of issues.. I Have contacted customer care and a complaint bearing complaint number TN93103 was registered. Some one from Kurlon Bangalore called me assured replacement. He asked me to send te bill and images of guarentee card along with year of manufacture, size and type of mattress. I have sent him. He mentioned there is some issue with his mail and he did not receive it . And asked us to send to some whatsapp number which did not exist at all. Now his phone is switched off and did not respond to the mail as well. I guess kurlon is cheating its customers in the warrenty. Thanks, Pavan.
