I purchased a Lakme Absolute Blur Perfect Makeup Primer from shopping site Nykaa.com.
On delivery I found that the product they sent me was a tester with Not for Sale mentioned on it.
I want to bring out the professional fraud being conducted by Nykaa.com using Lakme Products by selling testers for extensive prices.
Please look into the matter and take necessary corrective actions.

    I have already raised the issue and have not received any response. I raised this issue over call and email.

    You are cheating customers by showing fake prices for selling your product.

    I have been promised a savings of 2108 if I purchase your product costing ₹.1300 for ₹.114 but the product supplied costs ₹.150.00 only.

    The fraud is still continued by your company and my complaint has neither been addressed nor any update provided.
    This clearly shows your malafied intentions and willful cheating being carried out as a usual practice to deceive your customers.

    As per CCPA
    For false and misleading advertisements, a penalty o[censored]p to Rs 10 lakh may be imposed on a manufacturer or an endorser. For a subsequent offence, the fine may extend to Rs 50 lakh. The manufacturer can also be punished with imprisonment o[censored]p to two years, which may extend to five years in case of every subsequent offence.

    Despite of raising the issue you are deliberately cheating customer.

      I have been a client at lakme salon, prahladnagar, ahmedabad for over 9 yrs. What disturbs me utter unprofessionalism of staff at this place. Booking an appointment any hour/day of the week means minimum 45 min waiting. No one bothers about punctuality. Ms kunal who does my facial left me unattended on the table celebrating her birthday. Ms kajal/kunal were arguing regarding who should attend on another occasion. This facial took 3 hrs. For working women wasting time is unacceptable
      I hope you will look into the matter. When a client is charged professional fees, she ought to gave professional service.

        I am ankita srivastava and i had taken an eminence facila treatment worths inr 4350/- from lakme salon, malviya nagar, jaipur, on 25/3/2019. During the end of the treatment i happened to check the products used and realised to my utter dissappointment that the products read "use before oct 2018". For a brand like lakme to engage in such fradulous acts is a metter o[censored]tter shame. Whether this was deliberate or an act of sheer negligence i'm not sure, however it is not expected from a brand like lakme. They are not only cheating their customers but actually playing with their health.

        After the entire face-off with the manager in-charge i refused to pay them and asked for either a computerised bill or a hand-written one just as proof, should anything go wrong and i need to take action, however these guys refused me their written consent. I even talked to their area manager named shefali pranam, who neither was ready to listen to me nor did she take any immediate action to pacify the situation, infact she refused to speak to me after a single call. It was after a verbal ping-pong that lasted almost 40 min did they give me written "kuccha" bill.

        I also filed a complaint against the salon at care. [protected]@unilever.com, however the company seems not interested in replying, which makes me wonder if this is actually a money making tactic lakme is so smartly applying.

          I took service from franchise of lakme salon located at mira road (Mumbai).
          I took bridal package as it was my wedding on feb 9.
          I took the services from the salon for my hair, face, body, hands n legs.
          Their waxing left a mark on my face on feb 5th and it is still there. I did all the remedies they suggested. It spoiled my wedding look and it is still not gone.
          They are not even ready to refund my money for the things done on my face cos they have charged me 18000 for the entire package and i m not at all happy with the service give on face and hair.
          Rest services were good.
          Such a reputed company leaving a mark on a person face when beauty services is availed is not expected. I want my money back for the services

            Bought a new black eyeliner which was sealed at the time of purchase. It was purchased from a cosmetic shop in sarakki, bangalore.
            On opening, the product was empty completely. There wasn't enough product for a single application also. The brush was almost dry and there was barely anything in the container.
            Unexpected from a reputed brand like lakme.

                On 5th march i took few services in lakme salon newtown. One of them was the white tea pedicure. And that was the worst decision of my life to do my pedicure from lakme. Still i am unable to walk properly, unable to put pressure in the bottom of my foot. While the person doing my pedicure, he did the exfoliation and treated the calluses so roughly, that one part of the bottom of my foot is paining & have burning sensation. When i complained about the service. Nothing was done except as very “sorry”. This is renowned salon, and this kind of service was not expected. Though they are making huge profit, but treating a customer in so casual way and not taking any action for this bad job, i am very disappointed.

                  I am one of the regular customer of lakme salon, i am taking service from lakeme salon seasons's mall, magarpatta, hadapsar, pune-411028.

                  I am sorry to say that your salon is cheating people, i am taking service from varsha, customer is visiting salon for relaxation but your executive is continuously pushing for upsale and selling packages during that period.

                  On last visit i was there for two hour your executive was continuously trying to do upsale and selling package.

                  I was got completely pissed off lastly i have taken package of 5k, your executive has told us for 5k you will get service of 7k that will be valid for 2 month.

                  I agreed since i am regular customer of that salon and i paid 5k taken the package.

                  I have multiple time confirmed it that for how much period it will be valid, your associates and the girl at billing counter has also said it that it will be valid for 2 month.


                  Now from few days i am getting call and today i picked the call, the caller from other side is stating that the offer is valid for 1month only and asked to take service as soon as possible.

                  I said you guys has confirmed me it will be valid for two month and just few days back i have taken the package, now the girl is telling me sorry madam we were not aware it is valid for one month only.

                  This is completely cheating customer and looting customer, i am salaried class and hardly i have time to visit salon once in a month now your executive is insisting me to take service.

                  Request you to plz deduct my bill amount of 3900 from 5000 and return my 1100 else i'll hv no option other than complaining file at consumer court.

                  Request you to clear by complian on top priority.

                    I went to the lakme salon in chennai (Alwarpet) on 24th feb 2019 for a simple threading. I was first told to wait for 10-15 mins by front desk as all the staff was busy. I specifically asked for my person who is a north eastern as my skin is sensitive. One of the staff members ‘lakshmi’ told me that we can’t take your service as all the staff is busy till evening. She was rude as hell and indirectly told me to go somewhere else. Their staff is very averse to north indians for some reasons, which only show their regressive approach.

                      This complaint is against lakme sindhi society, mumbai.
                      When i called to make the booking i was misinformed about price of my service by a particular executive at lakme. And later when i raised the issue at the bill counter, the manager on desk didn't bother to even look up and answer my query. She was busy running a personal errand. And when i repeated my greviance she asked another lady to handle my issue.
                      This lady at the desk in lakme has often had behavior issues. Tries to act too smart at various occasions and has no respect for customers. Your parlour may lose customers because if her attitude if not resolved and i am looking to file a complaint with consumer court for fraud if this issue is not resolved at the end if lakme.

                        Lakme salon marathahalli above ktm showroom... Too bad in servicing... Waited more than half an hour and later agreed for servcing... Half way serviced and asked me to come tomorrow since one of the servicing person got late to home by 6.30... Worst servcing seen in entire lakme salon.                           The lakme salon at sector 9, vashi, insisted tat i pay additionally for a service which is actually included in the services i got done. I told them that i have never been charged for the service as it is included (No other parlor, not even other lakme salons charge for it). However, the receptionist did not agree and insisted i pay. I asked her to call the main office and confirm, which she did not. She said that, i don't know about other lakme salons, but at the vashi salon, it will be charged. I complained that it is a franchise and hence a differential rate card cannot be charged. Please take it up lakme as the particular branch is diluting your brand name.

                              Recently there has been a change in the lip love lipbalm stick... I would like you to stop producing those new lipbalms (Only the lipbalm) and please return to the previous style of the lipbalm (Lipbalm with a core of white moisturizer).
                              Reason is that the new one does not keep the lips soft for a long time but the previous lakme lip love lipbalms did keep the lips soft for a longer period.
                              So please consider my request 🙏🙏🙏

                              I bought a eyebrow pencil from IGIA Delhi lakme shop. When i reach home and open the pencil, it was all broken inside. It was fraud and i am sure it is not fake as i bought it from airport duty free shop. Hope u will resolve my problem. Rs 750/- went in waste.

                                The lakme eyeconic kajal bought doesn't contain kajal even the package was packed before it was opened... And we got total 3 lakme eyeconic kajal which was found as the same... It was really disappointing... It is only happening with the lakmé eyeconic kajal and not with any kajal of other brands... Kindly respond to my complaint and is a request to take any action.

                                I have taken bridal make-up service from Lakme saguna mor Danapur on 31st January and somebody stole my perfume bottle there. I told them to check n find it in CCTV but they did not give me back. Also, staffs does not give attention to bride. Highly disappointed with the service.

                                  Hi, i went for a facial in lakme salon, near wipro, in electronic city phase 1, highly unstaisfied with their service. The person by name kushi, who did my facial was in a hurry to finish my service and attend the next customer. She dint even bother to get my eyebrows done and to remove my hair band and swipe the excess cream in my face. Felt completely not worth for the money spent there.

                                    I had order lakme serum in last month. I had use this product for 7days product is really good after 7days all the serum gets finished. Its gets finished then i ordered neautrogena serum and product quantity is 30ml.
                                    I scrap lakme bottle and i open this bottle packaging and i found the major gap.
                                    I thing i become fool after using rhis product.
                                    I search on google the quantity of 30ml. Also i compair lakme with neautrogena the quantity is same but lakme give less serum in bottle and about lakme packaging tge outer packaging is really good when i cut the bottle and i was shock the full bottle is vacant and i can show the product packaging images then you will get what i mean to say about lakme brand.
                                    They are showing this is 30ml product but not giving that much product its not even 5ml product.
                                    Very disappointed from lakme.

                                      We are extremely disappointed in the kind of services we were provided yesterday (2nd feb'19). It is sad that the customers are made to pay as much when your franchise even does not have the basic products that one would require, even when it appointment was pre-booked and the details of the kind of make up and hairstyling required was made available to your staff. We were constantly asked to give directions to the beauticians which says a lot about their capability and competency. We hope appropriate action is taken.
