Dear team,
I am sneha agarwal from jamshedpur jharkhand using lakme products since long but never expected this (See the attached image) from you.
I purchased this product and after 4-5 usage it got over so i thought how could it be possible than i decided to cut the packaging and try to find out the exact quantity and after opening the packaging from bottom what i saw was really shocking for me it was totally empty from inside. Its really really disappointing you people making us fool in such a cheap way.
This incident made me to quit using your brand for any product.
If possible then kindly resolve this problem and kindly be honest with your packing criteria.

    I have a bridal+1 appointment for the 15th august at the lakmé beauty parlour outlet at ballygunge circulr road, kolkata, west bengal.
    At the time of booking, the reception told me that a trial would be provided to the bride at any time. Today when i tried to set up the trial appointment, the lady who received my call on this number:[protected] and identified herself as the centre manager told me that no such records of my appointments were found as the staff who had registered my appointment quit in the month of may, thus all such bookings had been lost. She denied my booking when i have already paid an advance of rs.11, 000. Also, she refused to let me talk or complete my sentence and kept on screaming on the phone instead of talking genially. When i told her to behave like a manager and talk properly, she started insulting me asking me not to judge her and told me that i have a cheap mentality.
    I kept asking her for her name and she refused to share her name and curtly disconnected the call and refused to take it again.

    Please advise how to get refund

      This is realy a different color as shown in d pictures n quality is realy bad. Faulty advertisements how a big cmpany can do such faults it is xtremely light shade as shwn in pictures i didnt like atal. No one could see this diference of shade in ur company bfr puting wrong pictures dis is cheating. Wastage of money buying ur prodcts now a days. Please starts appointing sensible employees qho can see this difference between shades

        I had gone for hair smoothening at lakme salon . After 2 days its almost same as before.. There is no effect of smoothening left on my hair and when i ask them to take a look at my hair they are not giving proper response. Even after paying so much i did not get the service as per my expectations. I think you should just close your salon in govindpuri Gwalior because there are much better options available there then lakme... Feeling like cheated

          I went to Lakme salon Ananya. My requirement was hair straighting. They told me ceretin smoothning would be good for you, you would get best result. So I spend 7999.

          After the wash I noticed my lower portion of hair become damage and my hair is not straight.

          So I complained the matter. They called me and aked me to visit the salon again.

          I visited, and they told me, I have to cut my hair or they can do only a spa for the remedy. I asked them, give me in writing, that the spa will give me straight and damage free hair. But they didn't.

          Seriously Lakme?
          I spend my 7999/- for this damage?
          Worst experience I ever had.
          My only requirement was straighting hair and I get this.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I had bought ""LAKME, Perfect Radiance-Intense Whitening Compact-SPF 23", 8g pack in white container, FOR its relevance and excellance in spite of having two more compacts.
            During a trip recently, On ONE-USE only, the compact CRACKED compietely into SMALL PIECES, A costly compact is now USELESS for me without ANY APPLICATION to FACE.

            I want to EXCHANGE it with a correct piece.

              I want to register a complaint regarding my recent visit to Lakme, Kalamboli Mumbai. I visited salon for hair straightening which was costing me approx. 6k, the consultant there told me to go for straight gloss therapy(which was expensive one), since I wanted poker straight hair I asked them to go for hair straightening only but they convinced me to go for 'straight Gloss therapy' by saying that it will give same poker straight hair plus its good for hair, its cost was 8k.After their assurance I went for the expensive one.But after the first wash when I washed my hair by myself I could not see the expected result.

              I did complain to the salon and they called me at the salon to check.The manager(Ms. Snehal) of the salon tried to convince me that they give this result only in straight gloss therapy but I said that I asked for poker straight hair which was my requirement.

              After a lot of discussion she accepted her mistake and asked stylist to do it again on only half of my hair.But I could see no result even after that.

              This was my worst experience in Lakme and I will never visit it again.I ended up paying 10k(8k for straightening plus shampoo and mask) with out any output plus they did it twice on my hair which could damage it. Really a pathetic experience. Please do not cheat customer by suggesting an expensive service without just knowing the requirement of the customer and hire person who can actually do the work properly.

              P.S: I have done straightening twice before so I know the difference that how hair look after straightening so do not try to convince me on that. I can show you my pics also after your so-called straight gloss therapy.

              Highly disappointed! Will not recommend it to anyone. Ever!

              I forgot to mention above for re-doing or fixing my hair they were asking for product charges from me. I denied and felt completely cheated.

              First you do not meet customer requirements and when customer complain you ask for additional money to fix that.
              In which part o[censored]niverse is that justified!

                Yesterday i got my hair coloured i.e on 11 july 2018 for rs 5000 in nagpur where the guy suggested me the colour over which i choosed and i trust him that it will be more visible as my focus was on highlights.. now after spending this much big amount i am trying to find Out the colour in my hair which is not visible at all . I want my money back or i want change as per my instruction.

                  I have been using Lakme for years and used services in Mumbai, Delhi Andheri and Hyderabad but Never had such impolite/ unprofessional experience that faced at Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore branch.

                  While selling a package the staff is polite and friendly. But once you have paid, they are least bothered about the service quality. I paid for a Arpan oil waxing package 4+1 and got a lesser amount service (flavoured one)as the staff didn’t bother to check what package I had paid for. Instead of saying sorry and adjusting the balance, the receptionist kept arguing with me, forcing me to either pay or just redeem against my package. I asked her to return the differential amount in that case as I had paid for a premium service and got a lower one but that she refused. Infact the service that I got was shabby too, had hair left here and there after the waxing.

                  Absolutely no customer orientation, basic manners, courtesy or professionalism to even say sorry once. Now I’m forced to take up another service where that amount can be adjusted and am anyways stuck as I had paid for all the packages. And even after this feedback, the receptionist didn’t bother to say sorry.

                    Varanasi ardali market branch services are not upto mark at all. I went there one year before when it was just opened for an haircut. He cut atleat 10 cm length of my hair from ends and made it too short and told me if i'll come next time, he will shorten my hair more. It took me one year to get some growth, i went there today, some other person was there for cut. I recommended my friend too to go there for haircut. Both o[censored]s were not satisfied with the cut. The cut was normal, it did'nt seem like advance cut. Then i went for eyebrow and upper lip, the staff was putting so much pressure that now after coming to my home, i can feel a burning sensation on my upper lip. Eyebrow part was ok. Then i went for waxing, wrost decision. It was wrost ever experience of waxing i had till date. First of all it took alot of time to start, the material in which wax was, sparked. Lights went. I was shiffed to another room after changing. Somehow waxing started, the wax was so hot, inspite of saying this to her, she didn't bother much, my hand, leg everything was burning so much. She was not at all professional. She did not know how to do peoperly. Alot of hair are still on my hand despite of bearing so much pain of tgat really hot wax. She was in hurry bug the lady on tge desk was quite good, when i complained her about waxing, she asked to come tomorrow and get it done properly. Although i am highly disappointed with the staff present there. Earlier when this branch was not open, i used to go to mahmoorganj branch in varanasi. Those satff at hair cut were really good. But that's far from my home that's why i had to go here. But i really very disappointed and will think before going here again. I am expecting my will help you to take action for appointing well trained staff there.

                      I am pooja rana, i went to lakme salon of pathankot on 26/04/2018 for my hair straightening. After my hair straightening done, i found that my hair looks rough from lower side. Moreover, i found that my hair has some bends. The whole process was carried out by newly appointed untrained staff. When i visited them to clarify that why my hair looks even rough and bended after hair straightening, they gave me some fake justifications. Then i visited other reputed saloons of my city to know what was done to my hair during hair straightening at lakme salon of pathankot. Then every salon told me that the cream has been applied for longer period than required. Moreover, my hair burned during hair straightening.
                      Now i want to know what to do in this case. My hair has been burnt by the lakme salon employees. Now kindly act upon my complaint.

                        I spent 4000 rs in lakme salon nehru nagar bhilai for permanenthair straightening. Hair supposed to be straight for 8 months but my hair became freezy and curly just after 3 days when i complained about it they are offering me 4-5 free spa as i lives in rajnandgaon which is 45 kms away from bhilai its not possible for me to go 4-5 times for taking spa to make my so called permanent straight hair straight again and again
                        As my hair damaged so much and falling very badly i don't want any application of harsh chemical again and again on my hair and not economic for me to go 4-5 times as it will cost me[protected] extra expense and as straightening creams have ammonia so it can't be further applied before 1 year of application
                        I want refund of money paid by me viz 4000 rs.

                          They always emphasize on taking more services and the expensive ones. If you go for one or two services they won't provide their service properly and give excuse because you have chosen cheap service this thing won't work then just tell me why do you even have low prices options if only expensive ones are going to work. This time i just hated the service given by lakme salon. Pathetic service in aliganj, lucknow lakme salon.

                          Got hair straightening done. First time after wash hair didnt look straight. Got rectified again still hair not that straight as it should have been and my hair fall increased due to double application of chemical and spoiled texture of my hair. Hair stylist try cutting their job by not giving proper services

                            I have been decided service for threading and other nominal services for five times in a lakme salon. Despite making me wait, they later said that they cannot do the needful and that i should come back later. Repeating the same excuse every time. I really doubt if lakme would retain their customers in this fashion as me being a regular lakme customer would never opt to choose the salon again.

                            Lakme 9 to 5 Naturale gel liner is the worst product. It is not at all smudge proof. It is runny and so tacky.
                            The worst product. Please collect your product. Its pathetic.
                            I have been a lakme fan. But this is worse product. Such a waste of money. Kindly exchange or refund.

                              I have purchased this product b5 plum local lipstick, however when i opened the packet it was totally broken. This is unacceptable. When we are purchasing a product by spending money we expect to get a defect free product. Please let me know what should be my next course of action. I cant use the product and is a total waste of my hard earned money.

                                Dear lakme
                                This morning i got a call from the number ‭+[protected]‬ saying that he is calling on behalf of lakme fashion week and i have won products of lakme, manish malhotra saree and other branded stuff. When i asked why is the company doing this, the reply was that it is company promotion and for this i will have to asnwer some questions. Starting with the kind of cosmetics and other products i use, he switched other hightly personal questions like body measurements for lingre, home address for hamper delivery etc. He’s been asking for two more references and then he can ask the same questions to other girls. He has called many of my friends too from yesterday. This is very concering as he is intruding into other’s privacy on behalf of company’s name.
                                Lakme customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Pls mention manufacture date and rate of the product especially in (Eyelinear bottle), while we are buying in a online also it will be use. At the same we went to shop also it is usefull. We can't able to check manufacture date and rate.
                                  Only we can able see upto 30months the product can be use (Those things are only mentioned).
                                  Eye means we want to give more important than other things kn, so only we are buying lakme products also, because it is safe to eye.

                                    I did my hair rebonding from lakme saloon
                                    In kerala just doing it within a week my hair started falling.. Tremendous hairfall after that it's as if i am gonna bald. It's shedding tremendously. Three days after hair rebonding my hair started shedding. Everywhere it's my hair on the floor. Do something... How can i get my hair back... Or please suggest some remedy... Remedy should be genuine. After paying money the only use was hairfall... No other worth. If hairfall is its process... Then why you suggest such treatment.
                                    Is there any remedy to stop it.???

                                      Hi aptech/lakme academy team,

                                      The way lakme academy thane franchisee owner (Mr. Santosh) is spoiling the brand name of lakme and aptech, surely this is going to bring a lot of disrepute for you.

                                      I am listing out the issues at thane centre of lakme academy. Even after so many serious integrity issues and behavioral complaints against makeup trainer mr. Prashant sundriyal the franchisee owner has not taken any action against him.

                                      Trainer is running his own training center (Celeb's touch - where experts gain expertise) and telling students to pay money to them instead of paying it to lakme academy. He has offered this even to my wife saying that there is nothing in syallabus of lakme acadeny and if you pay me personally i will teach you much more than what is there in syllabus. As per trainer lakme's syllabus is all bogus. Below is link of his training centre page on facebook which is still operational even after 1.5 months of complaint:

                                      When i informed mr. Santosh about this act of trainer then i was horribly surprised to know that he is already aware of it. He started backing the trainer saying that this page was created long back. You can access this page and can judge yourself that when it was created and for what purpose it was created.

                                      This page was created around 20th of march and trainer was regularly posting the work done by my wife and other students on his personal fb page saying that this work is done by his students. Also, the trainer used to be engaged in shooting personal videos and doing personal stuff most of the time (Although now it has stopped because students raised it many times) and replies bluntly if students asks queries/doubts. This has happened several times with my wife also, hence highlighting.

                                      Apart from this also there are several other misbehavior by trainer and owner which i have raised to lakme, aptech and unilever customer care. Awaiting their response.

                                      Soon i am going to file a police complaint against them. Also, a complaint in consumer forum has been raised already.

                                        Purchased lakme pink plush 9 to 5 weightless mousse lip and cheek color from www. Jabong.com (Order id [protected]). The quality of the product is very bad as compared to the one which i used earlier. This is one of the expensive nonreturnable items which i know before ordering but i ordered it only because i used the same product earlier and never expected that i will receive bad material inside it (Dry smelling bad, waxy viscosity not same as before). I request lakme to discontinue this product if they are unable to maintain same quality every time.
