I went to lakme cg road ahmedabad for anti hair fall spa
They give me first sitting which includes various steps such as washing
Massage, steam etc
And asked me to continue for 8 sittings and made me to pay for 8 sittings
However on 4th sitting which happened on 31st jan 2019
They told me that massage has been excluded from spa steps u wont be getting cream procedure massage and steam step

This is my complete waste of money am i supposed to pay 2000 rs for just hair wash

This is higly disgusting

I want my money back
Against the sittings left
As well as for lying

    I took cystine treatment from this saloon since they insisted for the same. They advise me that the treatment is good for my hair but the hair got worse. Actually the hairfall increased and hair become freeze and dull like never before this was clearly side effect of their treatment. So i visited to salon but the response was unsatisfactory they simply blemed my hair. And i didn't offer any help. We had gone there with great hopes seeing the brand lakme but was highly disappointed with the experience i can see similar complaint from other users as well and i want whole 6000 rs back they just damage my hair.

      The complaint is regarding the employee who works in the lakme salon goregoan mg road branch. Her name is pooja. The behavior of the person is very disappointing. My mother felt very insulted the way she was treated at the salon. This shows how not so professional they are with their behavior. I really request a strict action to be taken against her. The reason of this complaint is my mother had a very little lice problem and the lady who was doing her haircut was way too disgusted by it. The haircut was done very very very poorly and the entire job wasn't also done. She left it in between saying that can't go any further because she can't handle "this" kind of hair. This really shows her unprofessionalism. A person or a customer should never be insulted or treated in this manner. I hope this complaint will be regarded and action is taken again her. We didn't get the entire service and still paid the not so deserving amount for it.

        I wish to register a complaint with Lakme for a poor quality of the product which I bought from Shoppers Stop at Ambiance Mall Gurgaon on 17 Jan 19.
        I am Jaimina Patel, Cabin Crew working with Indigo and regularly use Leame product. On 17 Jan 18, I bought Lakme black eyeliner from Shoppers Stop in Ambiance Mall Vasant Kunj in Delhi. Copy of Bill is attached. As soon as I came home and opened to use it, the tip of eye liner was not coming out easily but after trying 2-3 times, it came out. I applied it. It was good. But when I wanted to put it back, the tip of eyeliner was not receeding and not going back in. I tried many times. I was not able to put cap on it as tip was protuding out. When i tried, in the process the tip got broken. Picture of eyeliner, broken tip and cover is attached. I am disappointed. It is not the cost of item but I felt cheated with faith in quality which i always had in the brand Lakme.
        I request concerned authrities in Lakme may take note of it and provide me replacement of the same.

          Recently i bought the lakme peach milk, moisturizer from market, since 2011 i am using only lakme moisturizer, but i never felt any problem with this product but this time i am feeling boring sensation, when i m using this moisturizer. The same problem is felt my family member too. More over this time it is more thin liquid than before like water, m totally dissatisfied.           When I used lakme peach milk moisturizer my face skin some time burning... Why??
          I recently bought new Lakme peach milk moisturize and it has been giving me very high burning sensation
          I have used this product earlier and loved it but this new formula is really bad
          I want to return my new bottle of peach milk moisturizer.

            Respected sir/madam,
            I purchased lakme absolute mascara from the lakme outlet in my city. I was told that it is smudge proof and waterproof believing on your company people i purchased that however it was quite expensive. But when i used it, it was not at all as per their words it is not waterproof. I being regular lakme customer am very disappointed the company is fooling their regular customers. I will take very strict action against the company as it is fooling the customers and wasting their money.

              Extremely disappointed by the results of the facial. It is just not expected of such an old and reputed company to befool their customers with sub standard products, and that too when they are so expensive. Nivea cream would have been many times better!! I see many complaints on the site. Do Co. really take it seriously and do something about it. I request the company for return of my money spent on the facial (₹1550.00).

                I got this treatment done from lakme salon, tilakwadi, belgaum. Karnataka.
                On 2nd of december. The stylist convinced me and promised that this treatment would stay for 4 months. I spent 7000 inr on it.
                And within 15 days of the treatment my hair were back to the way it was before the treatment ie wavy and frizzy.. Since than i have been trying to contact them regarding the issue. And have not seen any introduction from their end. I would like to have the money back. It’s so much unprofessional of them for not cordinating.

                  Hi,
                  Today i went for hair smoothening in happy hrs in lakme akshaynagar, dlf newtown, bangalore but they didn't give me happy hrs discount which was up to 20% for silver members. They doesn't know how the lakme app works & not accepting to give discount & they just want to give complementary service instead of discount. I want my refund as per 20% discount. I paid 7000 so as per 20% discount it shud be rs 5600 only.

                    Complaint- Permanent damage to my hair after undergoing straight therapy

                    I, the customer had done a ‘straight therapy’ treatment as suggested to be the best suited for my hair with Miss. Sailee, a staff at the Lakme Shivaji Park Salon back in December 2016. The result was good and satisfying (though not worth the price which I paid for which was very high as close to Rs. 12000). The said staff had assured me that ‘Straight therapy’ will not make my hair poker straight nor it will damage my hair which was somehow true I felt after the result I got. (Not completely true because 2-3 strands had got a burnt like look) but still I was happy with the result.

                    I had selected ‘Lakme’ for my first ever hair treatment since it is known to be a good brand in the industry with many years of experience and assured myself about the quality of products and staff services.

                    After 2 years when my natural hair with mild waves were back again, I decided to visit the same branch again on December 10, 2018 to get my hair a fresh look because of the wedding season coming. Luckily, the staff was the same and I got her appointment back again. She again suggested me to go for a ‘Straight therapy’ since it would suit my hair the best and I will get a naturally straight and silky look. I was skeptical about the damage it might cause since I had fine and thin hair and the treatment involved using a straightener for ironing the hair. However, she assured me that the ironing is not to make the hair straight rather to penetrate the product applied and was very sure about no damage to be caused.

                    Also, after prolonged argument about the length of my hair being till waist (which would have costed me Rs. 10000), she qualified my hair to be below waist without any justification and claimed the charges to be Rs. 12000 and when I went arguing further asking for any senior staff to check upon my hair length, she rudely denied to do my service in a very harsh way. There was no other hair stylist staff available at the salon that day and also since I had after lot of difficulty managed to take a day off from work that day, I decided not to waste any time further and agreeing for Rs. 12000 hoping to get result worth the price I am paying.

                    She started with the treatment which went on for 5 hours between which she asked me if I would like to order anything and I agreed for a sandwich. While I was eating it, she got me the bill of the same which was Rs 240 for just a veg toast sandwich which was supposed to be paid by me and not them.

                    After the treatment was done, she got my hair rinsed and dried and to my shock my hair from the bottom upto 10 inches was completely damaged. They were completely burnt had very rough texture. I was annoyed and shocked and had tears in my eyes. She convinced me to get them cut and I agreed on getting not more than 4 inches cut. After the hair cut, there was still no improvement and I knew that it was a permanent damage caused. She was trying to convince me that it will be solved over a period of time after a few washes, but I just wanted to get out of the salon and rush home since I was all shattered. While making the payment my hair were no more below the waist and infact were much above the waist because of the hair cut done, they agreed to consider it below waist (Rs.10000) for payment. (Rs. 2000 was given as discount because of some offer)

                    They did not even provide me with any solution to treat my hair right or to reverse the damage they had caused to my hair.

                    I had waited a year to grow my hair so long so they look great during all the weddings I had to attend. I was left with neither long hair nor good hair!

                    As many people I met suggested me to get back to you and ask for any help or solution from your end for my damaged hair caused with your treatment request and so I am writing this complain mail to you (since I choose to not go into any court proceedings for now). Also I got rigorous spa treatments done once every week post my treatment with you in other salon. I am attaching a recent picture of my hair (more than 20% better because of spa treatments I went through). I regret for not clicking any picture on the day of damage since I was not in the state to do so.

                    Request you to look into the matter and help me get my good hair back!

                      Each time i sharpen the pencil, the blackpoint keeps breaking off. I have discovered that the black "lead" or whatever substance it is, is not one whole ebtire piece but is in broken poieces in the first place. So it keeps getting chipped off and breaking till the entire pencil is whittled to a useless stump! This is out and out cheating the public. This has been my repeated experience - not once but each time i have used this pencil which is since last 5 years. Lakme must seriousle look into this and test their product before launching it in the market. I seek a redressal of my complaint at the earliest please.

                        Dear sir,
                        I take service from lakme salon nadiad and totally dissatisfied with the service provide by the salon at nadiad. I took sommthing apply on my hair before one month. According to them sommthing will remain at least six months however
                        Within one month my hair become freezy and regular curly. It seem very disappointed with brand lakme salon at nadiad. I want company to give me service for what it said or take nessasary action against the salon

                          I had taken root touch up, hairfall control and hair spa package at lakme salon – sector 28, vashi-koparkhairane main road, navi mumbai (Franchise - mk beauty)

                          However, salon has closed down and i am following up for my refund (Approx 30k) since aug '18. However till date money has not been refunded to me despite continuous follow ups.

                            One of the worst chocolate facial experience in lakme gwalior. The staff is completely untrained and does all the wrong things in facial right from wrong procedures to poor services. She just applied cream and hardly messaged and removed. Worst trained staff and uncooperative team. Will never recommend lakme salon to anyone after this. Just 10days trained girls taking care of beauty department.
                            Highly shameful for the brand and disappointement for the customer.

                              I had a very bad experience with lakme vikas nagar, the staff and the management was very rude and they simply believe in extracting
                              Hi money at the cost of your hair and skin.

                              I visited lakme a week back for nutri smooth and a guy by the name ram used incorrect proportions of chemicals and burnt my hair and gave me an explanation that i did hair smoothening before so second time it becomes dry (Burnt) which is wrong because if that was the case he should have consulted me or warned me. Who would spend 12000 n see broom like hair as a outcome.

                              After all this torture i asked for refund and they starting throwing tantrums and started explaining policy n terms.

                              We as a customer believe in brand value which why we prefer these salons over the local one’s and also look for good experience but this was truly a pathetic experience where neither i was compensated nor they fixed my hair problem and were simply buying time to get over with this issue.
                              I already filed a complaint against them hoping i get some justice.

                                I called on lakme salon helpline number[protected]. And had words with a receptionist on 12-Dec around 4:30 pm about available offer and discount and I told her book an appointment for today evening I will reach there with in 1 hr. When I reached the salon "2B, ground floor, Sewa Corporate park, next to central mall, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122001" she told me that, Mam I was not confirmed that you asked for appointment. So we are not able to help you and give you assistance. After that I left the saloon. I m very disappointed.

                                I bought the product & the kit was incomplete. Brush was missing in the kit.
                                I complained many times but no solution.
                                The company is worse & they are not helpful to the customers.
                                The company is not ready to replace the product nor refunding my money.

                                  Hi team,

                                  Last sunday i. E. On 2nd december i visited lakme salon bellandur branch, i had gone there for global hair colouring (Wine red) unfortunately the person who was giving the service didn't colour my hair full she did only half of my hair even though i kept telling that i need it full she started denying and making excuses that it won't look good or my hair is not virgin and so many stupid excuse. Also while she was giving treatment she was pulling my hair and while washing she was too harsh and rude, she wasn't concentrating on whatever i was saying she was just doing it as per her wish, also she was unhygienic and she said she has finger cut and due to which she was not able to wash, which is not fair you can't touch someone which bloody hand and this might transfer me some infection from her. I was completely unsatisfied with service and she was too rude to me.
                                  Please arrange for redone of my hair as i paid full amount for global hair colour but got only half of my hair colour done.
                                  I don't want that same person to do the redone please arrange for some alternative person.
                                  I am highly disappointed this is my first bad experience at lakme.

It's been a long time i have been using this mousse but this time i ordered it from nykaa and when i applied it sometimes i get pimples and i thought that it is normal.. But when i apply it in a function my skin gets dark, it's not giving the result which i used to get it earlier.. The quality is very bad.. I need the money back or replacement..

                                    I bought the lakme mascara a few days ago and when i opened it for using it, there was nothing in it. There were very less brushed t enable applying the mascara properly. It formed lumps on my eyes making them look very bad. I was very disappointed using it as it was the Diwali day.
                                    I got my hair straight therapy done by lakme salon dwarka sector 4 and within 6-7days some parts of my hair looked wavy again. I contacted the salon but they are not responding well. Please suggest me what action or steps to be taken here.
