She doesn't not pick up. Phone calls and does not response to the retailer

As a result we are in a state to close the ba counter.
May be company is not in the need of business....

I live in chennai. I took hair color which was ombre and streaks (10 streaks) hair color service from chennai omr branch. But after paying 5000 rs, color did not come at all. It’s been more than 2 weeks, i am chasing them to color again, they promised to do the color again as a refund/compensate but everytime they give some kind of excuses when i go there - like person not available, color not available, or we dont...

Sorry to say that i have taken the package worth of 40000/- from ur lakme saloon sector 11 panchkula and is a regular customer. But from past 4 months this parlour is closed due to covid. Now ur chandigarh nd mohali branch gets opened which is in red zone area but orange area branch panchkula is still closed with no further information. And they want that panchkula branch customer should visit their chandigarh branch for their services whyyyyy???br...

I have been using lakme eyeconic kajal for many years now but this is the first time i have faced this problem. When i opened a pack yesterday, i found fungus on the tip as well as the whole stick of the kajal. It's a brand new stick and was opened yesterday. You will see in the photos that it is not expired either.

This can damage eyes too. This was really unexpected from such a big brand.

Whom i should blame...

Brands like bona cure and de fabulous, which are the only products ment to be used on chemically treated hair.
Due to lock down of the country due to covid19, these shampoo and conditioners not available, which is creating a problem.
Please look into the matter and find a way to transport and make the products available in the general marketing like super stores, for atleast time being of this lock down period....

I had opted for ricca wax service at lakme salon cuttack, post of which developed purpura in the medial aspect of left upper arm immediately, . When i questioned them, they told me that it was a rash and that it will be ok. 2-3 days after the incident it has darkened leaving behind light brown patch on my skin. Why is the salon appointing non proffesionals, and there carefree attitude is dissapointing....

I have contact many times with u but no action taken. Smoothening of hairs very disappointed by lakme salon mulund west, mumbai. My smoothning effect have vanished completely after second wash. Hair has became visibly dull and dry. My complete payment of 8000 has gone to vein.
The lakme salon washing their hand and trying to fool us.. I expect a call back from expert and permanent solution to my hair.

This has been opeed in a primary residential area, and according to cmda rules no license can be issued to such commercial establishments in a primary residential area. Therefore, this parlour is unauthorised.
