I had gone for hair straightening at lakme salon blegaum.. After 2 months its d same as before.. There is no effect if straightening left on my hair and when i ask them to take a look at my hair they are not responding and giving proper response. Even after paying so much i did not get the service as per my expectations. I think you should just close your salon in belgaum because there are much better options available there then lakme... Feeling like cheated

      I had purchased some cosmetics from a store in lucknow in return for which i had received a movies reward voucher during the women's day week.

      I had placed my request for booking and have not heard back from anyone since the last 5 days.

      All the customer care numbers go unanswered. Same is the case with the email id [protected]@rewardport.in

      Very unprofessional behaviour!

        I bought 2 9 to 5 lipsticks in red and pink shades. The lipstick leaves a stain on upper part of lips after use. Eventually it ruined my lips just by applying twice. I seriously don't understand what is the problem behind this, as i am using lakme lipstick from several years but first time used 9 to 5 lipstick. I am able to understand why lakme company is manufacturing such low grade products which is impacting my lips after uses. Looks disgusting as it eventually dries up lips completely. Please don't sell cheap products or defective product and ruin other people's skin. I request you to kindly let me know the process to replace this defective product and give me a better one. I can't waste my hard earned money. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Thanks, brajendra

        I have purchase this product from Myntra online shopping website and the product is not as mention
        not matte in finish
        not long lasting
        I got call from Hindustan Unilever after providing all details. They ensured that they will provide the correct product and will confirm soon but i am still waiting for the call and confirmation of product from last 1 week.

          My eye products are mostly lakme. I love your absolute shine line eyeliner and use a lot of the greys and browns. I also use the old-fashioned insta-liner.
          But i have never used your mascara, and thought to try out the absolute flutter secrets dramatic eyes mascara.
          Unfortunately, the mascara keeps shedding. Within an hour and a half of application it sheds a layer of black under the eyes. Attaching photo.
          By the end of the day the eyes look like a racoon's with a dark arc under the eyes.
          Would want to return the product.

            Lakme perfect radiance facial worth 2500. I have taken this facial at chandanagar, hyderbad by their suggestion. Eventually after that i didnt not got any glow or effect. When i asked them they said they said they will give complementary mask. It was a skin lightening mask and they said its 2500 rs cost. I came to know this time that they were using local products cost 275 rs and not the lakme. When i asked what this product, they were covering its lakme only and we cant say anything more on this and denied talking about it. And replied talk to my owner. She is not available. Please help me in this issue.

              I had taken pre-bridal & bridal services from lakme jammu gandhi nagar branch. They have charged rs 36, 900 for the same. But their actual package and services cost is lesser value. They have charged me for the services i never availed. Have emailed them as well but now they are coming with stories that my cousins etc came & took the services when no one came. This is highly unprofessional. Request for refund

                Hi, i went for straight hair gloss therapy at naraina lakme. They told me they have another option to do cystine treatment along with straight therapy which would be a little expensive. I said i want something that stays for a longer period of time! They started with the straight gloss procedure and midway realised something have gone terribly wrong! They washed the hair and started asking different questions. By that time i had realised something was not right! My hair had burnt and when i touched they felt like a rope and were easy to break. The person said i am doing cystine as the gloss therapy cannot be done now. Ur hair are weak. They did cystine and send me back home but am sure they did it wrong. They said ur hair will be frizzy and hard whereas when i went i had no such problem. They cut around 9000 apprx from the membership i had taken. I still did not understand when i went with nice wavy hair to get a straight look and they turned my experience into a disaster and made money without being ashamed. They r not even ready to accept their fault. I showed my hair in another saloon where they agreed my hair texture is burnt. I am extremely upset and want some action to be taken against the staff whose priority was to make more money than customer satisfaction.

                  The staff was very unprofessional. They were talking among themselves and giggling in front of me about forcefully making me agree to get a detan done when i did not want to go for it. Also when i was ready for waxing i saw a date on the wax bottle which was like a month ago. So when i called the staff and asked them, they told me that it is the date when the product came in and they write it just to keep track of in how many days the bottle will be completed. I trusted them and went for waxing.. The result? Hand full of rashes and dryness i still have it even after 20 days. Paid 5000 for a bridal facial which took less than 20min to complete. Never again going back. I had to get another facial done after waiting for 5days of getting my bridal facial done at lakme since i did not see any results. I got facials done before and at every place they atleast took 1 hr and here 5000 for 20min? Ridiculous.

                    I purchased the lakme absolute white intense concealer2 days back. The product does absolutely nothing!.
                    Applying the product made no difference at all.
                    So applying it or not is one and the same thing!.
                    I want my money back as i'm nor suppose to keep anything which is of no use! Absolutely useless product.
                    I don't wish to keep the product so would request you to please provide me with a refund and a pick up or a drop for your product. I've been using lakme for a very long time now but this was not expected from your product range at all.
                    Kindly revert asap. This is highly disappointing!

                      I bought lakme sun screen worth rs. 350/- two weeks back.
                      I used it the next day before going out in sun.
                      I was expecting it to protect my skin. But in turn it damaged my skin. I got tanned to a very bad extent and my skin looks pathetically dry. Its been more than two weeks. But i am not back to my original complexion and my skin is still dry. I tried it one more time just to confirm that your product is the reason and it got confirmed. Please do take the necessary actions. I want the refund.

                        I am a platinum member of your salon and using services from last one year in this branch. Last saturday it has been observed major resignation from the branch and new staff introduced who lack knowledge and confidence and 27th march which was a special day for my family my make up was screwed and now i have doubt amd fear if i can use the same salon for other services

                          I bought a lakme eyeliner from jain beauty corner, madhu vihar, delhi-110092
                          They sold me a liner which was defective and the lid of the liner also came out when i opened it.
                          Although, i went to get it exchanged but the
                          Store manager started blaming the company about it.

                          I have purchased a 9to5 lipstick shade no. CB3 from big bazaar diamond plaza last week which does not stays on my lips even for an hour.                             I had straightening on 13 dec 2017 from urban estate phase 2 salon branch. They influenced me of having polishing as it will cover my grey hair and i was assured that they will last till the straightening will last. I paid rs 3000 extra concedering it to last as longer as my straightening will last. But it never last for a month.in jan 2018 it started getting off my hair. I need my money back. The employees have cheated me.

                              I was booked for bridal makeup at the below lakme salon
                              4/15, baldev singh arya marg, vivek khand 4, gomti nagar, lucknow, uttar pradesh 226010, india
                              They ruined my wedding day. They take more bookings than they can handle. Kept me waiting from 4.30pm to 7.30 pm for my bridal makeup. I kept on requesting them to start my makeup as i had reach my wedding venue by 7.30pm. They finally started at 7.45pm and that too one makeup artist was doing makeup of 2 brides together. They hardly spent 20 mins for my complete makeup and dressing after charging 22k!!! No coverage on hands, neck or back. My face and neck looked of different colour. Could reached venue only after 9 pm and had no time left for the photoshoot that was planned. Extremely inexperienced staff who only want to sell more and make money. None of the staff apologized even once for the delay they caused. This is lack of customer empathy in this service based company and shows how they are looting several other brides if anyone checks the google reviews.

                                I have done nutri smooth hair treatment on 10.02.2018 from lakme saloon in vaishali ghaziabad. But after one week and one wash at home, this treatment doesn't have any positive effect on my hairs. My hairs still have curls and wavy looks. This treatment and product is not good. My money of rs. 10800 dissolve in dustbin. Lakme doesn't care about customers. They want only money. I want justice in my case.

                                    Recently i bought the luke peach milk, moisturiser from food bazar, rtc colony tirumalgiri. Since 1999 i am using only lakme moisturiser, but i never felt any problem with this product but this time i am feeling boring sensation, when i m using this moisturiser.                                       This is to inform you that this product lakme eyeconic 22 hour kajal is not good for eyes as earlier i was using 18 hours smudge proof kajal that was good but this time when i tried this kajal, i am facing lot of eye problems with my eyes due to its heavy chemical formula. I can not use this kajal anymore & even i can not return this used pack back to the store from where i purchase.

                                      I am writing you because i want some solution from your end. When i apply this kajal i am facing various issues such as eye redness, dry eye syndrome & constant pain in my eyes. Please take this product back & give my rs. 210 which i paid for this harmful product. I will never recommend this to any of my friends & relatives as this is very harmful cosmetic. Please perform more r&d on this product as it can lead to serious eye disorders.

                                      Please replay as early as possible only ur that product causing me the problem other lipstick o[censored]r company don't have problem it's very nice but only silver colour cap one troubling me. Please help me.
                                      Bought lipstick from reputed outlet. But after applying my lips going to dry nd got cuts nd it's hurting a lot. Applied along with Lakme lipbalm.

                                        Hi,
                                        I purchased lakme absolute precision liquid liner product in a reputed shop for600-700rs without any discount. It's expiry date is 07/19. This product says that it's water proof but the liner is spreading like normal ones it's not at all working properly. It's easily erasable with my finger tips so how come it's a super long wear one. Please recheck this product. I seriously feel i have wasted my money.
