To whome so ever it is concern

We are facing lots of problem with the garbage collecting persons, they usally come and collect the garbage very rare in this builduing and now a days they dont even come also when we are calling and asking them to come and collect the garbage goverment garbage collecter are demanding 500/-worth rs a month. If we are the persons to pay them this much amount to the garbage collecters then what is the government doing, do they dont give the salarys to the garbage collecters that they are demanding such a big amount and if we are refusing to pay them the amount they will stop coming to this place untill we give them money... This is how you people want us to maintain swatch bharath...?

    Hi i had purchased lakme absolute sculpt studio hi definition matte lipstick of color red rush code no: "[protected]" from central store aerocity. The color of the lipstick is not the color of red rush, it is maroon in place of red that was shown in the tester.
    I got to know the color when i applied it once, now the store is not replacing since i have used it once and i dont use marron color which is given to me.
    I need to change the lipstick. Since i am very old customer of lakme and dont want to losse my trust.

        I recently bought a lakme absolute lipstick but my experience was very bad with the product.

        Since your company is known for high class cosmetics i believe that the product i received is a duplicate one. Can you please help me in this as i have completely lost trust in lakme after this incident.

        In the product which i received, the color shade is not mentioned and also the product is not genuine.

        I have been using lakme products which is so popular but this never happened before.

        The product contains bar code also so could you please scan it to know whether its genuine or not because i personally don't feel its genuine after using it as my lips are getting dry and peeling.

        I have also attached few pics of the product which i received, to confirm the product duplicity. This was not expected from a highly known cosmetic brand like yours.

        I bought this product from a normal retail shop and the shopkeeper gave me the product saying that its genuine but now after using the product i don't feel its genuine.

        I already paid the amount for which i should have got a genuine product so kindly help me in this situation as retailers are selling duplicate products of your brand and fooling regular customers of lakme products like me.

        To prevent this from entertaining such behaviour of retailers selling duplicate products of your brand and fooling your customers, kindly take some serious action against it and also let me know as to what can be done on this incident.

        Highly disappointed from the last purchase and loosing trust in lakme.. : (

        Work on it quickly.

          Hello,

          I want to bring this to your notice that there are duplicate lakme eyeconic kajals sold in the market. I bought one too. The person was selling it on the road and told he will give for just Rs 150 though on the packet mrp was Rs180.

          After checking it at home I got to know that it is duplicate as the spelling of 'cool ' was 'coll ' on the cover. Also, I tried to put it in my eyes but it was not working as if I was applying a colorless pencil.. 🙁

          I felt the need to inform lakme customer care about this as this will lead to a bad name and loss for the company .

          Hope there will be some action against it.

            I underwent waxing dated 11/01/2018 at lakme salon situated at bistupur in jamshedpur. After wax i got very painful boils in my legs i complained to lakme salon but they forcefully said to me that it is ur skin problem while i never exprienced this type of boils in my legs. They have avoid to help anyway. I have suffered many days and lastly i hv to go to doctor nd got treatment from doctor. It is very terrible that they've nt take any response and ignore of there customers.

              I have been using lakme eyeconic kajal for many years now but this is the first time i have faced this problem. When i opened a pack today, i found fungus on the tip as well as the whole stick of the kajal. It's a brand new stick and was opened yesterday. You will see in the photos that it is not expired either.

              Please look into the issue as it is very poor from act from your side to sale such product.

                Hi. I have bought few lakme products from newu store at pacific mall subhash nagar new delhi on 31st dec2017. All the products were sold at mrp price as i was told that currently lakme does not have any discounts or offers.

                After coming back home, i checked same prices on lakmeindia online store and there was flat 30% discount on all the products (Atleast the products which i bought).

                I'm attaching the screenshots of prices of all the products on lakmeindia online site and the actual bill of the store from where i bought.

                Note:the products are still sealer. I have not opened them

                  I took my mother for hair cut in lakme salon (Power house chauraha lucknow) on 29 dec 2017. The hair cut was very bad. We are not at all satisfied with it. The guy completely destroyed my mother's hair. We asked to trim in u shaped cut. But he has not done that. Also the cut is o[censored]nequal size. Apart from that he has out fold the hairs first, without even telling or asking us which i gvng a very pathetic look. Later i asked, wht r u doing... Then smhow he managed to nullify whatever he has done but it can't be repairable.

                  I m highly dissatisfied with ur salon. Now i want a complete refund from lakme fr spoiling my mother's hair.

                  Earlier also i had very bad experience regarding waxing from the same salon. But i thought may b it was by mistake. Now i understood, lakme branch of aashiana is hiring non expert people.

                    Myself pooja dembla want to complain about the cystine treatment. On 9th december me and my sister went through cystine treatment in ur nibm lakme branch my hair dresser was amol and as he said after you 1st wash you will get the result, my hair were already straight but it were dry and a bit frizy and he said ur hair ll give a shiny coat after the wash and frizyness ll also go and after the wash my hair appeared the same as it was before and my sister got a very nice look after the wash so i went to the branch to show them the result they said it ll be like that only and he was nt ready to accept he said i ll wash and then see the look after the wash he dried my hair with dryer and brush so it was obvious to look silky and shiny and he said it ll be the same and it did not be the same m fed up discussing with them as they are not ready to accept their mistake need a wise decission from you guys what should i do i cant afford spending money and getting zero results. Waiting for ur feedback. Thankyou

                      I have been using lakme eyeconic kajal for many years now but this is the first time i have faced this problem.                       It was very disconcerting to see fungus on a brand new cosmetic product... One wonders if there were other times when there was the beginning of fungus that was not visible to the eye but which could have damaged the eye!

                        I had a terrible experience at the lakme saloon-salt lake branch. I had my bridal makeup appointment at the parlour on my marriage (4th dec, 2017). But i faced a numerous issues:
                        (1) there were 3 bookings (Mine, my mom &sister) at the parlour at the same time from 2pm-5pm onwards. Surprisingly, there was only 1artist available at the parlour. My mom&sister were made to wait for 1.5hrs.
                        (2) my makeup got over at 6:30pm and it almost spoilt my day. I reached the venue a lot late thanks to lakme parlour when my marriage timing was at the evening.
                        Since there were no adequate artists available at the parlour the makeup was not done properly. The staff were callous and were unprofessional. How can lakme saloon be so much irresponsible? Is this a reason why i booked lakme saloon for such a fee just to spoil my d-day?

                          These brand looters perfectly ruined my special day with their ultra high fi services which was not provided at all. I had a booking for my engagement party with lakme salon (Opposite boys government college, civil lines, ludhiana, punjab 141001) on december, 17, 2017 @ 7:15 am in the morning as i was supposed to reach my destined place back by 10 am. We were on time (I. E. 7:15 am) but the salon was not opened. We tried to ring on their phone, but no one was available at the receiving end. I waited till 8:45 am but no one was available, and no information was provided. We even tried to ask nearby residents and shops, but no one had any information or alternative contact number where they can be reached. The time where i was supposed to enjoy my being ready, i was worried that whether or not i will be able to attend my party on time or not.

                          I was shocked to see such a big brand name being so irresponsible, unprofessional. If you cannot keep up your professionalism, it's better you shut the doors up and sit back home. Your high fi services is of no use, if you can't attend your customers on time. Learn to respect time and respect customer!!

                            We have a very bad experience with lakme, trikuta nagar, jammu. The staff is not experience. We have used vlcc and orane in jammu but lakme experience is worst of all. We are using lakme products they are good but the beauticians donot know how to do a makeup. Moreover they donot know how to deal with a customer, we have party makeup on 24nov 2017 in evening. So when it is 8pm, the manager asked my wife to stand outside the saloon as she have to go for a movie. When i reached there she is standing outside the saloon, moreover she swiped my card twice without my concert and when i by change examined my bank statement i got 2 deduction and then i approach to manager and then she refund the statement.. I however say lakme beauticians and managers are pathetic

                              Yesterday i bought lipstick from lakme it's very worst i put trail lipstick then i bye it after that it's too dry am not satisfied cost is 480 i expect more but am really disappointed bye this product then i called chk that sales girl i return this one i want other one but she's said no exchange i want change this product otherwise i put case for this.

                              Lakme salon in kasturi Nagar bangalore, made me pay 17 k for hair services and now they are asking me to come back from abroad to get the services. They cannot give services when we want. There is also no refund. In that case we have no option except losing money. Worst service. No customer care nothing.
                              Last year I bought two Lakme 9 to 5 lipsticks, one for me and the other for my sister in law. Mine broke within first week and probably hers also broke in a week or two.

                              Recently another friend was criticizing this product and to our shock we realized that the same thing happened to us. The only difference was we didn't think of raising up this complaint with Lakme!!

                              After looking on this forum and knowing that this product is extremely low quality, Lakme should compensate us suitably. I urge that a good brand like Lakme shouldn't stoop down to such a level to earn profits.

                                I bought lakme eyeconic kajal of rs180. It's not consistent with smudge free... It's unstable to apply ie in jell forming.. While applying on eyes it break's.. Couldn't apply without breaking kajal.
                                Moreover it's not like normal consistent eyeconic kajal.
                                If i roll up kajal whole thing is unstable. Not perfectly done in it.. Only stable kajal can give smudge free look.. Moreover it's difficult to apply which i bought..

                                My eyeconic Kajal not dark there’s no colour at all it’s very blunt and hardly can be seen after also 4 strokes once’s it’s seen very lightly please get me to a solution

                                  I had a very worst and pathetic experience dated 24-nov-2017 at lakme saloon, sodhi complex, marris road aligarh.
                                  It’s really very horrific experience for me brand lakme provide very cheap services and staff behavior was unprofessional (Specially mrs. Honey she said she is the owner of that branch).
                                  We had pre-booked (On august month) 4 make-ups 1 for bridal, 2 are grooming and another one was party even pre-bridal services too. But i feel i just waste my money inr 30k on your lakme salon.
                                  When we booked the parlour, they given timing to us 4 pm on 24-nov-2017 and we reached on time but mrs. Honey not stating our make-up she starts our make-up appox. 8 pm and her way of talking was very rude.
                                  This is not only single issue, even they don’t have bindi, nail paints and pins.

                                    I asked for deep - u shape hair cut but the person who has done my hair cut was very arrogant and unprofessional and she has done slight - u shape hair cut without informing me and she has done it very awkwardly that some of my long hairs remained in the same old way which was looking awkward. I am feeling very bad, irritated and feeling lost for my self for choosing such a salon which is just like a local road - side salon as there is no difference for the service offered in the lakme saloon.

                                    I hope you can understand the situation of a customer and request you to take immediate action when a genuine feedback was given to you.

                                    I am really feeling as though i have lost my money and feeling not to go to this saloon any more and not to recommend any one about this saloon.

                                      I had done lush organic hair spa/treatment as suggested by expert. He said it’s the best for my hair condition. So i went as consulted. I paid 4000 for the spa. I am very dissapointed to say that’s the worst spa i ever had. After paying so much my hair was in similar condition with no changes.. My hair looks dry and unmanageable even after doing such an expensive treatment #shame#lakme

                                      I have purchased this primer+foundation+compact from pantaloon store in GIP Noida before 15 days.i has not checked it at the same time.As i came to my home and i opened it for trial, it was completely broken in to somany piece.Please compensate against it or refund money.

                                        Got my hair smoothenig done, after which i went back to the salon for which i was ill-treated by the senior stylist as well as uncooperative people around, they asked me to go check with the other parlours if the results are bad, i did go and consult the senior stylist of 3 salons, following which all have told my hair has been massively damaged as well as burnt, and has not been done properly, lot of hair fall, we just found out that recently the same prob was faced by a model form the same branch who s hair was completely damaged! I need a refund for this touch up in two days else will lodge a complain at the consumer court. I need no redo. Wil never recommend your salon ever to anyone! Please guy, learn a lesson n never get any hair smoothening done o any hair treatments from these guys, n they don’t even own up to their flaws!
