I visted lakme aliganj lucknow, yesterday and my experience was pathetic. I have been visiting this salon lately and was impressed by the behaviour of the staff but yesterday ms garima who was sitting at the reception behaved so badly with me and my sister in law. She was literally screaming on us and passed very personal comments. I am highly disappointed with lakme for appointing such a rude lady at the reception.
I booked a smoothening session for my sister in law in "good hair day"offer for which i made full payment and mentioned that i will take the session around november. Manager told me that i can avail the service anytime before the year end providing the full payment receipt. So, yesterday when i visted lakme, ms garima asked me to pay more because i was availing the service so late. I explained her the whole case and presented the receipt, even then she was not agreeing and she was so rude in dealing with me and she was not letting me speak. I was not agreeing to pay more because i already paid in full and told them i will be availing the service in nov at the time of booking itself, so, what is the point to pay more.
Then, she came up with the new story that your hair has so much volume so amount of product used will be more so you have to pay like 1500 more. I already mentioned at the time of booking that hair density is too much and for length i provided them with the picture and they booked with the maximum amount.
That was the whole case, garima's beahavior made such a mess while the hair expert nikita was very polite and dealt with goog behaviour. Ms garima was literally fighting with us.in between fighting we said... "we r also working and we never talk to our clients like the way you are" "we are from real state field and we take great care in dealing with our clients" against this statement ms garima answered "aap to bht hi ghatiya field se hai" and she walked off.
I mean how can a receptionist pass such personal comments on a client.
This behaviour has left me in shock, lakme this is not expected from such a big name

I bought eyeliner pen and it’s mentioned over there that it is waterproof but in actual it’s not.. Today i applied eyeliner over my eyes and then after 2 hours i washed my face and it’s spoiled and i also don’t rub over eye liner and neither used any face wash and soap just washed with clean water. Then after washing my face again i applied and wait for another 3 hours but again gets spoiled. I’m very disappointed really as i bought it only because of lakme brand and getting this hurting me. Before lakme i used eyeliner pen of mac that was really better than this because even after 6-7 hours or 15 minutes if i washed my face that was not getting spoiled but i have to rub over my eyes.

Hi i have purchased lakme absolute lipstick (Sculpt studio, hi-defination matte lipstick), from lifestyle counter in pacific mall. However, the money that i paid for the lipstick that is 750 rs per lipstick and is not worth purchasing as the lipstick smells n doesn't stay for long.
I have purchased three lipsticks and all are extremely bad!! The product has expiry of march 2019 and mfg is of april 2017

I went to one of your salons at ameerpet, hyderabad, and booked an appointment well in advance for a full waxing.. Ar first the systems didn't work and the place smelt like a died rat sitting in there.. Anyway after not a long wait they asked me which wax i would want and said chocolate for full (Covering hands, legs and peel of[censored]nderarms) then the other lady whoever the heck she was comes and says it's only for students, i mean where was it written? Nobody knows, why wouldn't they do it nobody knows.. They said we can't do it without a student card.. I said sure i'll leave and with no concern and with the attitude 'i don't give a ###' they left and i walked out.. Expected a little more than this may be from a salon like lakme however my mistake cause it sucks anyways

I have took flavored full body waxing service from lakme ahmedabad.
They have confirmed me with hygiene products and all but after doing wax i got hitting prob from my back and after a day i got races and kind of (Pimple) (Ghamori) on full of my back

Its really horrific experience for me.
Now i have to fix this problem with dermatologist.
Poor and unhygienic products.

Iam in vaniyambadi its in vellore (Tamil nadu) here i went to buy some lakme products nearby my home there is some tester products which is sealed with "not for sale" tag but they are selling it with as same as normal products price.
If i buy that products (Products like i bought 9to5 foundation, 9to5 lip stick and nail paint) they arrise a bill for that after that i saw that products is in "tester not for sale".
I asked he saidyou want means pay the money otherewise take a leave.
I didn't bought that products.
Can you please take an action for this..

I got a number from lakme website and inquired about makeup artistry. The lady said the next batch will start on 1st of august 20017 she asked me to submit the fee asap to avail 15% discount and i paid ₹ 27800 to lapa lucknow hazrat gunj div a on 1 aug 17 and waited for receipt but did bot receive any mail or sms from lakme or aptech, i called this owner lady for the date and receipt she told me that classes will start after rakhabandhan and soon get the receipt, i asked her about the dates and receipt on wats app didn't get any response then i mailed asking the same info at lakme-placements but did not get any response.. The a lady called from lakme (As she said) and told me that all the trainers are busy in fashion week so classes will be started after 20 th aug and the experienced faculty will take our class. On 21st aug classes stated then this trainer said she will have to go to delhi to complete her faculty training given by lakme and again i have to wait for one more week also this meant that i was told incorrect about the experienced faculty. Though i didn't react and compromised on this. Then the classes didn't seems to be very productive and educating it seems to be time pass hence i told the owner of this lapa franchise owner then she made her do some product training and then the trainer asked me to practice applying foundation on each other but while inquiring about this course with this owner lady on phone i clearly asked her if candidates would have to practice on each other or the academy provides makeup dummy then she replied that if we practice on each other we will not have much time and chance to practice and understand the art then i told her that will be the enough reason for me to join her academy as sometimes i get burning sensation and irritation when apply makeup or any other chemical based product. And in the class i again compromised and let them apply foundation on me and as expected it gave me problem so next day when asked i denied and told the trainer about what i was told by this owner lady but trainer didn't listen to me and told me to either do it at any coat or she wont let me do any practice. I felt harassed mentally and got so much stressed about it. I shared this incident with this owner lady and she has completely denied what she said. I sent mail to lakme placement but didn't get any response. Now i am asking to discontinue this course which has only wasted my time and energy and gave me unnecessary stress and return my money.

I had taken iconic lakme kajal from a nearby shop... After opening the pack i realised it's duplicate. How can i know weather it's duplicate or real from outside. The covers resembles the original one and u cannot recognise. Please tell me what to do. After opening the pack only i realised something is wrong please do something for this. I paid 180 rupees for it.

Very unethical experience at lakme salon. Phoenix mall, bangalore today
I chose nutri smooth treatment. I was told charges would be rs.11500. After discount, rs.10000 and complimentary services worth rs.2000. After the treatment, the manager says there is some miscommunication and he cannot offer free services. I was very disappointed. Request business ethics to keep up the word given before treatment.
My sister did her straight therapy on 24th july and she has also been disappointed. Her straightening not done properly.
Vouching never ever to get back to lakme salon.

I'm a regular customer of lakme salon. Churchgate salon is where i usually go. However, since i stay at worli, i thought of going to their worli salon. The beautician there has no knowledge and experience on waxing and clean up. She ended up burning my underarm with hot wax and it's been paining since then. She has no experience in face clean up and threading as well. Highly disappointing and ineffecient service by lakme. I suggest please don't play with people ' s skin. Please hire experienced beauticians for heaven's sake.

I got a makeover @ lakme excellent service i paid ₹3500+taxes i want the same makeup for another 2 events in upcoming months i enquirer so they said they can do it only @the price they quote they said it is₹10500/for each event i want to know the actor price i do not expect any discount s kindly let me know kindly do the needful and let me know expect a reply soon

Hi, i purchased lakme iconic kajal from badarpur market and when i opened it, it was faulty one. Its shape was rectangular (Seems pressed with some heavy object) and kajal was not coming out of the pencil. This is the first time i purchased lakme kajal with my friend's recommendation and my experience was worst. I am also sharing the picture of the same. When i tried it to return it to shopkeeper he refused to accept it as he said that's company's fault and contact them only. Can you please send me the kajal to the address because its not my fault at all. My address is c1693 ist floor palam vihar gurgaon

From headoffice i got calls for 3 to 4 times to take up one complimentary service which is handglow service at 100 rs. Toon 24th july i camerican to this salon in alwarpet and found they r worst in service n welcoming. I always have wonderful experiences with kasturibai nagar branch..
Alwarpet branch made me sit for 40 mints then they told they doesn't have the product available for handglow.. #
. Then why do they called me several times to come and take the service from alwarpet branch...

I am using your lakme products from last 9 years and i am very satisfy or happy with lakme ...but feeling bad to say that i have purchased lakme eyeconic kajal from Amazon its very bad quality...no long lastic remove after 2 hr am very disappointed with this product .please take action soon as soon possible and resolve this for that i can use continue lakme product

I bought lakme eyeconic kajal from market shop which is authenticate one.. I find that whenever i use it my eyes feels itchy and there is irritation in my eyes.
As lakme brand product is not supposed to be such, and some mistakes in product like this is not acceptable by customers so
I want you to change this product for me so that i may use this brand products further with trust on lakme.

Lakme indiranagar a1026... Such a bad experince... Zero greetng sense of owner priyanka hermani... Always use to over charge and talk so badly with customer... And no sense of beauty guidance nor knws any offers and same the helpers are eorst lakme... Down degrading by gving their franchise to such bad persons... I have a complaint about hair cut service at lakmé saloon, noida, sec -18.
Me and my friend went there for hair cut and i asked them for price.. They told its 850 for senior stylist. I told then i want the regular one i. E 600.. The parlour lady said ok go ahead.. And then we had haircut done, keeping in mind that the cost is 600.. But when she did the billing, she calculated the price with 850+ taxes by saying that we don't have any junior stylist. I want my refund.
If you don't have junior stylist then why you mention them on pamphlet, just to loot customers..

I have purchased a lakme product "lakme eyeconic kajal" on 28.05.2017 from uttam nagar (Kohinor cosmetics). I am regular consumer of this product and also very concerned for it. I have a doubt on it's originality or not.

I think is duplicate as it smudges with an hour.in addition to it, the color shade is not dark enough as usual. I am entitled for a refund. Request you to give me a new kajal or refund the complete amount.

Booked an appointment for party make up for my son's function. appointed time was 1:30PM. Reached there by 1:20PM expecting to finish in an hour (as I was promised. They said it would take about 45 mins to an hour). My hair was washed at an additional charge for special shampoo (which did no good) and was asked to go home and bring my dress and come as it would help. I went had a wash and returned by 2:30PM. I could leave the parlour only after 4:20PM by which time the photography and videography was done at home and it was time for all to leave. Sad part is that 3 people were involved in trying out the make up. The person who was to do the make-up just spent less than 10 minutes actually doing it. Hair was so badly done and all they did was add some spray... Charged 3565 for a horrible service as this!
