I, enrollled myself for a makeup advance street Kolkata for which I have made advance payment.

Now due to the present scenario and family problem I, wont be able to go for the course. So, when I asked them for a refund they denied by stating that there is no refund policy which is nowhere mentioned on lakme Academy website and further the counselor didn't told us, it is only after payment of advance i received receipt stating no refund.

I have not taken any classes from them yet and have not signed any such policy. How can they force such illogical policy over me.

Kindly look into the matter and help me for the same.

        Hi, I am kaveri. I had visited your salon on 3rd July 2021, I had pre booked an appointment. James was assigned to do my hair fall treatment. He kept me waiting for over 1 hour to execute my service even after prior appointment. The salon is not even maintaining covid protocols. They have the entire staff and they are over loaded with clients. Health and safety standards are compromised.
        The manager at the front desk doesn’t know how to manage appointments. Highly disgusted with James client service skills. I urge strict action. I shall also report the incident of Covid protocols not being maintained with the government authorities.

          This is krithika, yesterday i had terrible experience in Lakme salon at KR Puram.I had booked for a slot for vani ramaiah for my threading since her review was good but Ramya and sheetal did the threading ...
          When i questioned them about this they said apps doesnt work. I didn't like the initiative take by lakme salon at KR Puram.

            I’ve been experiencing extreme disgrace by Lakme Academy Vadodara and Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech wherewhere I had enrolled for dvance course starting 10th Jan 2018 which should have been tentatively completed by 10th of March. Even after complaining repeatedly, these shameless fellows have been showing their least concern. The promises which were made during the time of enrolment were all neglected. Being the only student in a batch, I was being underestimated by the management. My tutor MYSTIQUE by Ravina Joshi Ravina Joshi purposefully went for a meeting during my batch timings with the manager Prashant Harjani who has shown an unethical behaviour and least professionalism. They do lie many times over many issues. I have a long list of complaints.
            I have been frequently contacting Aptect India to #MissNeha, #VikasTandon and Lakme academy end number of times. But they have been repeatedly reflecting their shameless and unethical behaviour of not replying mails and deadlines of resolution. I had also been in touch with Farida Mistry (head, Lakme academy India) but she also gave up shamelessly, as not following what was promised.
            In short, I have been a victim to a fraud committed by Lakme Academy and Aptech who has lost reputation all over Vadodara and the fraudulent dealers Lakme academy. At last, they only tool I have is social media and to take a legal action against the academy.
            Hence further I request #Aptech India and #Lakme Academy to stop these fraudulent transactions and viewers to beware of these shamless fellows.

              This complain is about purchasing item through Lakme website.
              I purchased Lakme absolute white intense wet and dry compact and a mascara from lakme website.
              I order the same product from two of my email IDs. One was not domain so I opt for cancellation for which I called their executive, and within some hours they called back and said that it has been shipped so I need to accept only one parcel.
              So, my concern is that I ordered Lakme absolute white intense wet and dry compact shade 01 for which I received shade 04. But during purchase I am 100% sure that I opted for shade 01, but their website had default generated shade 04 and my invoice is also showing shade 04.
              But I am very much sure that I choose shade 01 reason being-
              1. I ordered same product from two of my email ID's how can I make mistake two times?
              2. The reason for purchasing from lakme was, that the product was unavailable in other reputed sites, so if I am desperate to purchase a particular shade then how can I make mistake two times. There are other sites which offer best customer service, so reason for choosing them was that particular shade.
              3. The 3rd reason is that I redirected the product from link provided by one of my aquaintence, which I rechecked and reassured it before placing an order.
              So, afterward I recieved the product which I check was wrong. I contacted their executive and told them everything that product is not selected by me so they assured me by saying that concern is being forwarded to the team and they will revert call.
              I got a call they said that their policy contains with fact that product can only be returned or exchanged in case of damaged or wrong product delivery. And they said that it was my fault because I have choose it.
              MY QUESTION IS THAT THEY SAID THAT I ORDER WRONG SHADE. BUT HOW IT IS POSSIBLE AS I GIVEN REASONS ABOVE AND IF IT'S THERE SYSTEM GENERATED FAULT HOW CAN I JUSTIFY IT?? Like they have delivered me the shade that was available with them and that too reflecting in invoice. As a customer how can I justify any inrelivency with their site.
              I am calling them again and again, but as a genuine seller they never reply. There executive say that their team is working on it and they would call me back. BUT THEY DO NOT MENTION WHEN WILL THEY CALL.
              yesterday I got a call and was asked for screenshot of the whatsapp in which the link was provided by my aquaintence.
              I mailed them immediately, but till now no reply from them. I FEEL ITS BETTER TO SHOP THEIR PRODUCT FROM OTHER 3RD PARTY . AND ALSO I HAVE PURCHASED LAKME FOUNDATION FROM OTHER SITE WHICH WAS RECEIVED ON THE SAME DAY AND IT STILL SHOWS RETURN OPTION.
              well it's not the concern I TRUSTED LAKME BUT... Today I email them and even called their executive they said they have more workload they put my call on hold and as it is I was kept on hold and disconnected.
              So, their customer support is pathetic no email replies, no call back, no assurance.
              They just say two words that they their team is working on it and they will call back. But nothing happens.
              NOW 5 DAYS OF RETURN IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE AND I KNOW THAT THEY WILL REPLY THAT THE DATE POLICY OF RETURNING IS COMPLETED.
              I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES FROM THE DAY I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND ONLY TICKET NUMBER IS BEEN GENERATED WITHOUT GETTING SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM. THEY DON'T CALL ME, BEFORE PURCHASING THE SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED WITHIN SOME HOURS, AND AFTER PURCHASING WE CUSTOMER ARE NOTHING TO THEM.
              They have just harassed me, my patience is gone and I feel my money is wasted and I think why I choose them and believed them.
              Here in forum I have attached the link asked by them and the email in which I have forwarded these things and the order product details which was order with two mail ID's.
              I have received with order no- 164283 and declined parcel with order no-164072. Here you can see in both invoices they have taken order for same shade number and how that's possible when I have reassured product shade before ordering from both the emails.
              Other than this I have received emails from then with generated ticket number which is of no use.

              Before completion of 5 days return period your executive told me that Lakme has reverted them that refund/ replacement will be initiated...but now they even deny that call record and I am having those recording with me and will complain it to further departments ... because there is no hope from your side

                  Hi, I joined Lakme in August 2019 and they promised me to provide personal kit but they never provided.After theory classes, I was not able to join due to my job so I asked to provide me Only Saturday class, They provided me Class in February 2020 and then pandemic situation cane in so I was not able to join and Lockdown was there, After that I am behind them since October 2020, and they are just giving excuses and not providing me any batch just asking me to wait...how much wait should i do now when i am getting angry they are getting irritated. I want my refund. Please help.

                    I have applied for personal grooming course at hoshiarpur center . I have paid all the course fee in advance . The covid situation in Hoshiarpur city is worsening with rapidly increasing cases daily . There has been a huge spike in the deaths also . Lakme is a renowned brand and excels in customer satisfaction . I paid for the course so that Might have an income source after learning here as we are struggling with earning bread and butter for the family . I am writing this mail with a lot of hope that due to the current circumstances I would get a refund for my fees as I am unable to take the course right now .

                        I had my rebonding done on 26th February 2021 in Lakme Salon, Gokhle Marg, Lucknow branch, but I am not at all satisfied with it... Hair aur so rough with no shine and they are getting curled within 10 days of rebonding. It's totally a waste of money

                          My wife took admission on novemeber she was notified about her classes to start from february 9 but nw as she got preagnant she is unable to attend classes her session is about to start she has not attend even 1 class and we notified to lakme academy about this and when i asked them for refund they are denying by sayng we dont have such policy i gave money in advance kindly help us out

                              . I've given advance amount to lakme academy bhopal of rs5000 and due to some personal reason I was unable to join the class. Now they are not ready to give me the refund
                              They have not given me any details regarding registration
                              No receipt was given to me and no terms or conditions were told while registering. They insisted to give amount to start online classes as it was time of covid and till 2 weeks they didn't start any class. And after that I had some problem and told them I'll not be able to join but they clearly said they will not give the refund even after calling and texting 1000 times they are not refunding money

                                I was asked by the the Lakme Academy to make the payment by Janurary 31 because they were offering me a 50% discount. I asked them 3 months because I had to serve a notice period at my office but they insisted I pay the fees in January and start the course from March or April, I trusted them and paid the amount upfront. Due to Covid I was left jobless and and could not pursue my course, I waited till they re opened but it was too late and I am facing financial diffculty. I wrote to the customer care and sent many emails to the management team of both Lakme Academy and Aptech but no positive response. They did not care about my situation, they asked their officials to call me and convince me to join the program saying refund was not an option. I haven't even attended one single class. I was contacted by a senior at Lakme and she tried to convince me to join the classes, I insisted on a refund and she gave me the regional head's number. I called him and he told me he will try his best to get me a refund and to give him one day's time. I call him after two days only to find that he has blocked my number. Is this the type of service Lakme Academy and Aptech is going to offer? I need my refund because after this behaviour I am not going to re think my entry in this academy.

                                  Teachers at Lakme institute(Dehradun, UK) are just plain ignorant, immature and lazy .They often think that they own us. Instead of teaching according to the advertised timeline, it has already taken more than 3 months to even reach at 1st bridal makeup. Teacher often tends to make fun of me as i am little older than all the "YOUNG" girls there.. which is hurting my dignity. This biasness is not what i signed up for.. I am paying its not like its free..Please do resolve this else your institute name is what will go in the gutter not mine

                                    Address: 100 feet road bathinda

                                    I have take hair smothening service from Lakme 100feet road but after that just within a month my hair has reduced to 50% with drastic hair fall. I have visited there discussed my problem but they haven't provided any solutions . I m disheartened by the poor service

                                      inke yaha ek ladka (Raju) hair cutting or design ka kam krta hai.ek to wo uneducated person hai aur un professional bhi.but isse jada wo bold language ka use krta hai aur miss behave bhi krta hai.aap apne francheese ko professional employee hire karne chahiye na ki salary kam deni pade isliye aise logo ko hire kiya jaye.
