Address: Lakme salon, kalyani nagar branch, pune.

Tressplex collagen was done on 4th for which 4 and half hours was taken. As a result I felt sick because of wet hair and ac. I am broncitic, 57 years old. Halfway during the process he took another client and totally ignored me. 😒 I had to take injection and leave from office for two days. Worst of all my birthday was on 6th for which I wanted to do something for my hair. But after result total failure. He had said it would last for 4 to 5 months, but in one day the effect was lost.
So total negligence and failure of the salon. We pay a fat price for the services rendered. So that they give proper service.

But in a hurry to earn more they just literally leave the client and take another one. Because of all this my birthday was a sad one with me totally in bed.

Also I had a haircut done for which I was charged heavily, but I had to call him again to cut the dry end in the front side which was done without putting an apron and he brushed away the fallen hair with the blower and then he hurried back to another client.
I can't understand this. If we are taking appointment for our services then why do they leave us in the middle of the job? Do they not charge us? Then why?

Also I would like to quote that they also charge for the services not rendered. I had informed also but in vain.

I am a regular customer and I had never a cause for complaint but this time it was totally hopless, bad and poor service.

      Om International cosmetics shop in Anaj mandi sadar bazzar New Delhi selling duplicate products .the shop number is 5050 1st floor .They fill foundation and serum in empty bottle and label it lakme brand & Elle18 & sell to the wholesale customers.They also import 1st Copy of Lakme from china.

        I had my colouring done at Lakmé, 27th main HSR layout, Bangalore branch and had terrible experience of losing hair for weeks from that date.
        I have had colouring done at Lakmé for many years and especially this branch for 10 years now but this time my hair has been coming off roots for close to a month now.
        I was given to understand when questioned that my regular facial person Divya, said she was trained to do the hair colouring and been doing it for some now. I took it at her word but her unprofessional way of taking up colouring to replace my regular colouring staff who was absent that day cost me my hair.
        When I had called to take the appointment they said my regular hair colouring boy would be there. I suspect he must have left recently their services and they used customers to meet their own targets and make their money.
        Also, I realised my ear wasn’t covered after Divya started colouring when they covered my ears but that led to infection in my ears leading me to further trauma of formal treatment.
        How do we even trust anyone when top brands lead to such unfortunate incidents? Especially when the prices have skyrocketed recently but services are down in the dumps!
        I hope, you will ensure nobody suffers this kind of consequence when the experience should have been the other extreme of feeling great!!

          I am from hyderabad. Taken addmission in Lakme academy Abids.

          Worst academy I have ever seen in my life.

          The instructors are irresponsible they don't have proper rules in academy any time they called us to come for the class.and they use abusive language .and they treat us like they are the boss .when we practice in over class instructor do chit chats and no body guide us.

            I have done my hair smoothening (Schwarzkopf)from Lakme salon on 15 August after 4th day I washed my hair at home they are again wavy, I call to the salon they told me to come and when I go and show my hairs the person who done my smoothing told me mam your hairs are long they got bent when you sit... seriously??
            I told him that I take so much care of my hair after smoothening even when I sit I put my hairs in front.they said mam thode se huwe h baki to sidhe h ab itne se balo ko kha leke ghumoge..and said the hairs will be straight automatically after sometime, and now there is 10 days but my hairs are getting wavy in every wash..
            Not satisfied with the service...lf I want this kind of service why will I chose Lakme I will do it from any normal salon also...

              Me and my friend did a menicure and pedicure from lakme. And the service was just not right. They didn't have variety in nail paint, we asked to show them before the service but they said they will show later as it is in locker or something. They didn't apply the base coat. Neither my nails are properly filed nor coated. I called her several times to apply the second coat. They gave 10% discount but didn't provide the bill. This is not acceptable

                Yesterday 7:30.pm, your hair expert venkatesh from vijayanagar, banglore salon done protein hair spa.

                by today morning 9 am, i.have dandruff on.scalp, frizzy and itchy scalp, my hair has become so.dry and rough like i have not.washed it for a wee.long

                i need immediate redresal, because i paid 2600 for dandruf scalp, which i did not had before spa.。

                    I bought a stick of Lakme Eyeconic black kajal from a store (an outlet of Health and Glow in Hyderabad). The expiry date is January 2023 and I opened it in August 2021. I found a white layer over the kajal stick that looks like fungus. Given that this is to be used in as sensitive a body part as the eyes, I will not be using the stick. I have used this product many times before and this is the first time something like this has happened.

                      Lakme one of the best brand and his Acadmey powered by aptec I joined lakme Acadmey in Lajpat Nagar at the start they said everything we will provide you everything from us and they charged 85k for the makeup course after when i start taking class everything just different from what they said i mean they are not providing proper products all products are broken and old and some of fake and cheap even not good for skin too then they said carry your own producds for your makeup then why they are saying and charging this kind of money they are not providing study material but other Acadmey are providing even faculties are not available on this Acadmey facilities are not certified by lakme even they dont have any offer later even they don’t know how to talk they are misbehaving also and there’s a logbook thing also and every student’s responsibility to fill that logbook what they learn, practice even the logbooks also filled by their self with students fake signatures and the one more important thing that due to covid situation they don’t have any permission to open their Acadmey still they are opening without permission and all students nd faculties teaching nd learning without mask or any precautions althoughwhen I asked them bout the faculty offer later and without permission Acadmey opening thing they just misbehaved and harassment with me although i have a request please take action for this kind of Acadmey who’s frouding and charging this king and I want my money back cz I don’t want to learn anything from this kind of Acadmey it’s a humble request there’s a lot of things I can’t share here

                        On 6th July I went to the this Lakme saloon nearby.
                        I always visit the same salon hoping this time it won't be as bad as an experience at it was last time.I try to trust it.
                        But what happened this time made up my mind to never look back and visit .

                        I was very specific for my eyebrows - told this girl to only remove the extras and maintain the shape( her name was Kusum, perhaps!) I wanted it to remain thick. She took her own sweet time to ruin my looks completely..she made it thin, very thin..moreover, she gave this excuse that mostly people like it this way( you really think I care about how others like it?.Its about my face!!! )
                        I was furious and highly disappointed. But this was not it. I had no option. I had to continue with the service as the next day I had commitments.

                        I went ahead for waxing. While I was getting the services..this lady from the reception banged the door open (while I was half dressed) and started enquiring about the what services I took and whether I would pay cash or by card!! I was SHOCKED. I understand It was getting late, but then I very much took the appointment before visiting...i didn't except this, no one would.

                        Well in the end I would like to mention the we visit salons not for this gruesome experience but for some peace, nice service and privacy ( which I think was not at all lakme's priority for me ) .Hence, I promise I won't visit this place again.

I had joined in Lakme Academy, ranjit avenue amritsar, In september 2020 (on FAST TRACK BASIS) for a complete course of Hairs and i made a payment of 50% of amount immediately and I was in a hurry to complete the course and the co-ordinators and the manager (PANKAJ MADAN) of the academy assured me that the course will be completed in december 2020. Rest 50% was supposed to be paid within months as the training continues,...

                            I availed one morocco oil spa service and was offered 3 spa services . I did advance payment of remaining 2 spas at lakme aashiyana branch lucknow. while doing the payment, i asked salon, if i can avail remaining services in other city, they said yes, but now i am not getting this option to redeem remaining spa service in Faizabad. Request you to take necessary actions on this as soon as possible, as i had spent nearly 11000 for this.

                              I had paid 12000 for the hair treatment but the combs & other products they used due to which I got super lices in my hair & I had gone through a lot because of that but still its not gone. They had suggested me to use Mediker due to which my whole treatment gone in vain too. I was using all the products suggested by them but because of these lices that I got from the salon it was gone as a wastage of time & money too.

                                This is Parul Gupta. I have joined in Lakme Academy, Kamla Nagar branch In March this year for a complete course of Beauty, Hairs n Makeup n paid a 50% of amount immediately and I was in a hurry to complete the course so was committed that it will be done within 6 months. Rest 50% was supposed to be paid within months as the training flows.but the training was slow n unfortunately the lockdown took place in April. As the entire nation is now struggling to keep up what they have, I asked the centre manager to cut short my course only to hairs as I am not in a position to pay anymore plus opening a salon doesn’t seems to be a good idea currently. Also, you never know when the 3rd wave pos up, so I deserve to have finished at least one module out of the 3 I was promised. I am neither asking to refund my money or that any discount to be given but just worth against what I have already paid. This much at least can be expected from a brand name like Lakme but instead that arrogant centre manager chucked me out from the class n did not allow me to enter in the institute again. She must have been the most rude counsellor I have ever come across. I need an immediate solution to my problem or else I will have to report to all possible sources I find to get me to a point.

                                    I have applied for hair course in Lakme Academy in February 2020. Due to worst covid situation, course is still not completed, From course of 6 Month duration, only 2 month classes were taken. I have lost my job during covid and have a family financial urgency so I requested my academy to refund my money after deducting the fees for 2 months but they have denied. Request help in this as I am in urgent need of money as one of my family member needs medical treatment. Please help
