This is complaint about the smartwatch which was sent under order number SO1930222, is not a smart watch as the name depicts it is just a watch. Smart watch which was purchased doesn't works for callling purpose without the bluetooth and I also don't have any mobile device with blue tooth facility so its of no use to me. please collect the product from my door step or else let me know how to return the product back to latestone.com....

I was already return product and i also send my bank account details but refund is not credited in my account so pls debit refund in my account when i was called in custmer care but he/she was not given proper answer he or she say your refund is credited in 7 to 8 working days now 18 days was passed yet refund was not credited so pls credited rs.1299 into my account....

Recently i purchased my mobile back cover case. They send damage piece and different color that seems to worst color. When i raise a request refund policy time period 3 days over so we won't take it back. But in the return policy terms it is 15 days. They are not allowing to take return back. Their return policy is depending on the amount only not on the quality basis. Worst service.
