Recently i bought headphone orderid: so1647327 from latestone.com, i thought the site will be genuine but was wrong. This headphone was not as per what was shown on the image in site and defective (Fake) product. So, i created a service request (195473) for returning the product, they said person from courier will be coming to collect the reverse pickup with in 7 days.
After waiting for 10 days i looked up the service request it was closed by them not sure why so i mailed them again now they are saying there is no reverse pick up facility in my area, i live in ahmedabad's navrangpura area which is within the city and they are not providing reverse pick up? And asking me to send the product back why should i take all the trouble for this pathetic product.
Now, i want my money back thats it, whether they pickup the product or not.

My name is subhani. I have done transaction on 8feb 2016 in Latest One tech deals website for mi head phones. The payment was debited from my payzapp account with Txn id 840216 but order was not placed and my money was not refunded to my account. Can you please refund my money.
