Order no so1582166 dated 04.03.2016, product is not yet delivered till date. Received a call from customer care that wont be able to deliver product because of some issues. But money has not been refunded instead of repeated reminders. Helpline is bogus never picks up a call. No response from the site. Already paid 2000.00 but till date site is not responding at all.

Recently i bought headphone orderid: so1647327 from latestone.com, i thought the site will be genuine but was wrong. This headphone was not as per what was shown on the image in site and defective (Fake) product. So, i created a service request (195473) for returning the product, they said person from courier will be coming to collect the reverse pickup with in 7 days.

After waiting for 10 days i looked up the service request...

Yesterday i got an earphone that i ordered from the site latest one .com in this advertasment they says that it is a high quality ear phone but its quality is very poor when i hear music through this their are so many varition in the sound one ear have low bass and the other one have very high bass and also in the advertasment they also show the product pick but it is entarly different from the product the company says that it is a metalic...

I purchased 2 items from latestone.com they delivered me a third class product which looks like second handle product after reporting to return policy nobody has called me back and when i called them they are not at all answering my call. the order id's are SO1713204 and SO1713209 from latestone.com there customer care never pick up the call i purchased a iphone 6s back case and a an iphone 6s plus which does not fit my both the device feeling...

I had placed an order for two iPad cases on 24th March 2016 and it was confirmed by the company on the same day. Payment was done through my Paytm wallet. Till date there is no response from the company. I raised a complaint ticket # 438455 on 28th March and still there is no response on that OPEN ticket also. Is the company a fraud one?
