I ordered 80 Bluetooth Smart Watch Wrist Wrap Watch for Smartphones IOS Android Black and i was so happy when i recieved the product but after checking the product i came to know that touchpad was not working &touch was not working & i send email for the same as i dont want a defected product, latestone sent some courier guys to collect the watch and gave me a reciept of aramex domestic i have attached the reciept, it has been more than a month i have not recieved my product neither i have recieved my money back, once i try to contact here customer care deptt, they always put me on hold for 30 mind, 45 mins is that the service they are providing they are just making there customers fool .. i want my money back otherwise i AM GOING TO SUE YOU .

I have purchased the product U80 Bluetooth Smart Watch cost 1599 Rs., Watch Order Number: SO1545355 from latestone.com on 26/02/26. I paid the amount on cash on delivery. But when I received the product I found its not upto the mark. So I returned it through the speed post. Tracking ID:EM[protected]IN. Also I gave bank account number to refund the amount but till the date I didn't get my refund.

Many time I complaint the same thing but didn't get enough response from them and also I called them many time but couldn't reach them.

Could you please help me out to get my refund as early as possible.

I had bought a back cover n it was broken, I even complaint about it on your contact us even after 15 days there has been no reply I just want my money given back to me n take this broken back cover

I Orderd xiami redmi note2 headset.Order no SO1662364 & SO1662266.Order happend two times for same product i cancelled one order(SO1662266) but i did not get money back.Other one i received is wrong product it is the headset for samsung 5S.I requested for replacement but no responce at all.Im trying to call customer care no' but it looks fake.

I ordered flip cover for Samsung galaxy s4 they gave me the small size and which is actually not suitable to my mobile and I called to customer care to return and refund they are not responding at all.this is bad thing and they gave us time to complaint on before 72 hours if they are not pick up the call then how can I return this product

Oder of above Power Bank DT 17/03/16 received on 19/03/16 vide Tax Invoice No : POT-1168349, ID : SO -1648984 & Vat/Tin No : [protected] with cash payment of Rs.999/-.
After opening the consignment found to be used/old one and further more to surprised not functioning or charging is not taking place to Power Bank even with proper charger.
Complain has been put vide Ticket No : 758128 on same day reverted by mail assurance within 48 hrs. Nothing Conclusive or phone call.
Furthe to surprise no phone mentioned below are working or responding:

I bought a mobile earphones from above mentioned site through online shopping. But product was defective so i registered a complaint to latestone. Com about defective piece they advised me to send back it and they will refund me all money . i had pay money by my paytm account. There is a customer care no of latest one . com . but its always busy and no one is there to answer u. I contacted them for complaint through there complaint section at site. At present parcel has reached to its destination ie Hyderabad i had checked by tracking my parcel through courier site. But still there is no call or message from company and when i called them its still busy and also when i complaint through there complaint section they are not giving answer. I ordered hdmi to hdmi cable on 15march and i received the product on 18march. I checked the product and it was not the one which i ordered . Now i want to return the product so i called them on no-[protected], 01. But they are not responding. My order i'd -so1641462. Please help me.

I ordered a "Flip cover for my Nexus 5" on 29Feb my Order Number: SO1561859 and paid 149/- instantly but I did not received it till yet.

It was suspicious from very starting as they never gave me the delivery date. Regarding that I even raised a ticket and tried to react them through phone most of the time it gives me error "Number does not exist" but after contacting them on multiple numbers, multiple times I finally reached them.

They promised me that the product has been dispatched and even send me a fake Gojavas tracking number which I keep on tacking. But even after 10 days the product showed that it never left the warehouse. So, I started calling Gojavas for the product they also make me go round and round for 8 days and finally said that they can not resolve the issue and I have to contact the company I purchased the product.

Now I have no where to go I just want to say to other people beware of them and try to stay away of them as a plague. Otherwise you will loose both your money and time.

If any one knows how to get your product out of them please let me know, that will we very helpful.

Delivered by latestone.com by online booking against COD, product was defective collected back by Courier aramex wide bill no[protected] on 27th Feb 2016 however as on date no response nor amount refunded.

Hi, I have purchased Flip case cover for Xiomi 4i on 15 Feb 2016 through the Paytm Wallet. and got the mail on the order. Order No: SO1474723. I have waited for 2 weeks and didnt get the ordered product, but the amount(Rs. 383 from HDFC and 20 from Paytm Wallet)got debited from my account. Till Today I didnt get neither the Product not the Amount which has debited from my account. Reached the Bank as well as PAYTM. But no issues from their side. I am following up from past 1 month, But did nt close yet.

Please let me know the solution for this issue.

I've ordered a charger from latestone.com on 6th March 2016 . I didn't like the charger cause its wire was too small . so thought of returning the product . but I've called them many times in their phone numbers and they don't have their toll free numbers too.. And if they are charging money for a call they should have excellent services . but unfortunately they suddenly picked up the call one day and gave me the number of a courier company called "aramx" ive called them and they came after 1week and took the product on 17 March 2016 . now I want money to be refunded as soon as the product will reach to them . please help me in getting my money back .

I ordered phone camera lens order id S01578994 like 20 days back and the day i received the order i right away logged conplaint about it and its been 20 days still my product has not picked up. I am going to complaint about this issue in rti that how this company is cheating as i have all the communication proof which i made..never buy from this company as they cheat customer and never return ur money. I am seriously going to conplaint about this matter to RTI as i have had enough from the conpany and gave enough chances to them.
