I want a complete refund as soon as possible if not so I will register complaint against Latest One in Consumer Forum and Court. Also i am not able to create a ticket and change my address.

Also he headphone i ordered was of Samsung s-6 and revived of...

I had ordered a iPhone charger and ear phones on feb 10 2016, their products are not compactable for the phone and the quality is also bad. Had asked for a refund and send the product back, no response from them. Big cheat. I have followed up many a times no response. Below is the email sent .

I ordered mi headphones 2 weeks ago, by unluckily i got it in 4 days.
I found its a defective one an duplicate, i asked them to take it return. They said me to wait for 4 to 5 working days as their courier partner will come and collect the product.
Guys its been almost a month no courier guy has called me and if i called customer care nobdy responding properly....

Why your customers not in line. I was trying to talk with customer care because my refund is not pay.. This was the worst online application I ever use...

Dear Friends, i have ordered samsung charger 2 output. after delivery i have checked in amper app, result is very poor charging. and also i have requested for return now they replying that there is no courier service for pick up. its very very poor and bad online shopping experience ever. so i request you all rather than buying in ''latest one.com'' donate that amount to any poor....

I ordered Smart Watch & Bluetooth Headset from LatestOne.com.
They delivered product on time as it was cash on delivery.
However, the product did not meet the specification mentioned on their website and Bluetooth Headset is defective.

Now when I am trying to contact their customer care no one is responding to the call. Every time call is answered by VRS.

Not only this, their, web support is not...

I ordered two products but I got mob covers..I returned the product and now I haven't received any refund, my I'd is blocked on their site..they blocked me on fb too as I was thrashing them..
So I lost 900.rs to this scam site...plz don't buy anything...

This is a fraud company, they do not return money, its been 20 days i have been trying to follow up, neither they frauds reply to emails nor pick the customer calls. I placed an order which i returned due to poor quality stuff.
they reverse picked the product in 2 days but did not returned my money.
ticket number they provided to me is #528160 ....

I had bought earphone from "www.Latestone.Com" i had order sony earphone my order id:so1553244 on 27 February but they delivery Samsung earphone delivered wrong product.
So, i was returned earphone on 29 February. Still they did''t give my money. I mailed 10 time but they not give proper replay. I was generate ticket id:831865.
So, please give me right direction.

Hello i ordered a cover for i phone 6s order no. S01599105 but the package which i have recieved is of i phone 6s plus. I was trying to contact you people since the day i have recieved this packet and forward my complaint on your site ticket no. 969568 but i havent recieved any response from your side kindly refund my money...

It has been more than 15 days I asked for a refund on a product(smart watch) which was not working I have raised the complaint daily and tried reaching them but no response .

This company cheats people and not respond to any of the escalations raised....

I was on 06.03.2016 ordered a I pad air cover on latestone.com and got delivery on 09.03.2016 but I found its on damage condition I think it's mistake done by courier service .

On 05/03/2016 via Order ID SO1587305, I purchased online through latestone.com Handfree of Sony Xperia C3, and received it on 07/03/2016, but instead they provided me handfree of Samsung Co. and cash payment was taken for it. The handfree which the online co. has sent to me is only supported to samsung mobiles and it does not support to Sony Xperia C3 mobile. I try to lodge a complaint in their website, but they are not responding to it....

Mobile Volume need to keep on Highest level to listen music, which may damage our ear.
Product is not satisfactory. Need Cash Back....
