I want a complete refund as soon as possible if not so I will register complaint against Latest One in Consumer Forum and Court. Also i am not able to create a ticket and change my address.

Also he headphone i ordered was of Samsung s-6 and revived of Samsung s-4 .

I had ordered a iPhone charger and ear phones on feb 10 2016, their products are not compactable for the phone and the quality is also bad. Had asked for a refund and send the product back, no response from them. Big cheat. I have followed up many a times no response. Below is the email sent .

I ordered mi headphones 2 weeks ago, by unluckily i got it in 4 days.
I found its a defective one an duplicate, i asked them to take it return. They said me to wait for 4 to 5 working days as their courier partner will come and collect the product.
Guys its been almost a month no courier guy has called me and if i called customer care nobdy responding properly.

I ordered Smart Watch & Bluetooth Headset from LatestOne.com.
They delivered product on time as it was cash on delivery.
However, the product did not meet the specification mentioned on their website and Bluetooth Headset is defective.

Now when I am trying to contact their customer care no one is responding to the call. Every time call is answered by VRS.

Not only this, their, web support is not registering my complain and showing some stupid error every time in spite of filling all fields correctly.

Now I am stuck as, how to get return the defective product and get my money back.

Would request if someone over here can help me.

This is a fraud company, they do not return money, its been 20 days i have been trying to follow up, neither they frauds reply to emails nor pick the customer calls. I placed an order which i returned due to poor quality stuff.
they reverse picked the product in 2 days but did not returned my money.

I had bought earphone from "www.Latestone.Com" i had order sony earphone my order id:so1553244 on 27 February but they delivery Samsung earphone delivered wrong product.

Latestone.com is totally fake website anyone do not buy any product from this website.

I had bought sony earphone but they gave me Samsung earphone, then i was return and refund my money they do not give me last one month
its totally fake website so, stop advertise on face book and other website also block this website.

Aren't you guys just too much.. I placed an order vide so1375063 dated 28.01.16 i.E jan 2016 ( headset and data cable for i phone) and items delivered in feb and post informing since i was given to udnerstand that reverse pick not possible i shipped vide reference #speed post tracking number ew[protected]in dated 17 feb 2016 @ 11.27 am for rs 68 pls arrange to refund 598+ 68 i.E 666.
Item was received on 20 feb and till dat it is 13 of mar and i am struggling and following to get the money back from you [censored]s.. Inspite of sharing bank details multiple times. I had paid for the producyt thru paytm and the amount has not been credited there as well.

I had logged a ticket as well #752542 which was closed intermittently but again got it reopened since money has not yet been transferred...

On 05/03/2016 via Order ID SO1587305, I purchased online through latestone.com Handfree of Sony Xperia C3, and received it on 07/03/2016, but instead they provided me handfree of Samsung Co. and cash payment was taken for it. The handfree which the online co. has sent to me is only supported to samsung mobiles and it does not support to Sony Xperia C3 mobile. I try to lodge a complaint in their website, but they are not responding to it. I even call their customer care no. but i haven't got a satisfactory result till yet. Their Contact No.[protected], its always busy line.
