          The product received is totally different from the product I ordered on LatestOne. Product I ordered was Apple iPhone 6 PTron Metallic Hard Back Cover Back Cover Case Dark Blue But the product I have received is not an iPhone cover at all which is gold in colour. Request to take the return as soon as possible and send the actual product ordered. I am very unhappy with the product and carelessness on packing different product to a customer. Ticket has been opened with number 798472 but it is still not resolved. No one has come for reverse pick up though the team had confirmed twice. Ticket was logged on 15 December. There is no proper response for my mails. From last week they are least bothered to update the information as well. I want to return this product and get the refund as soon as possible.

                I had ordered an bluetooth mono headset for my Iphone and they sent one for android phone. After calling up the customer care they told that it will be refunded or a new iphone one will be sent in a week. Even after a month they haven't done any of it and they have stopped taking the complaints

After 5 days, on my complaint they have delivered 2 products only, one of them is a used one. Till now, I have not received any response to my complaint# 265339 and follow-ups, on their website.                                   Hi this is Ashirbad Das. I have ordered a PTron Droid PC Smart TV Box (Order no SO936865) on[protected] & received that on 4 November. On 15th of November I book a complain /ticket because it was not working any more. ( ticket no #942301). On 10th of december I have to send the product personally & it was delivered on 12th of december. I have provided all the bank account details on the provided link on 12th of december .                                   Dear latestone.com support team,
                                  This is Ashirbad Das, it has been more 60 days from the date of lodging request for refund . (Token no-942301) I have not received refund, And even after 10 days of initiating refund process UTR No. is also not provided.

                                  But Yesterday I had received a call saying he is from latestone.com asking me about my bank account details for refund, I told him I have already provided my bank account details but he told me there is some error & ask me about my a/c no, card no & expire date, I gave him all the details, After that the call was disconnected & now it's not responding to my calls.

                                  I think it was a fraud call from latestone.com executive or someone else because no one else know about the refund process & And is there any way to take legal action.

                                    These website don't trust, these website not giving good service . these are cheetaers, i had orderd a MI head phone on 11 nov 2015, my order id no SO998276 and the product deleverd on 28 th same day i found that product DUPICATE and i call the cc and given return request it wiil taje on Dec 8 th next day i called cc then send a link, same i send through that link my deatils, but cc excutive says it will updated ??? what can i do ?? how i trust these people and wesite...???? and till now my amount not send with my account, on 21 st this month cc ppl says 3-4 days will send amount with UTR number, but till now no responce, i had called cc just now she says again it will take 4 days, how i belive these website ??? so plese don't trust this website.

                                      I was ordered the Samsung Galaxy s4 mini flip cover and i was paid the amount through online on 10.12.2012 and the order was confirmed on 12.12.2015... but upto now i didn't yet receive any mail from latestone.com but when i was login to the latestone.com i got the order id and tracking details... my order id is SO1138107 TRACKING ID is ED[protected]IN... upto now i am not yet received the product...

                                        Sir, 2months back I took one powerbank from the above mentioned website. But it works for just 1 month and it cost about 1200rs.. I tried to call customers care of that website they saying it will be only valid for 15days for replacement and 1 month warranty.. They saying they are not responsible for the product after 1month if anything happened to the product.. it was not fair. .
