I had made complete payments on the Lazypay but their payments often do not go through. This led to a delay in one of their payments and they had levied a penalty of Rs.15 on my account for which I had raised objection and paid all the remaining dues.
They reported this Rs.15 to Credit agencies and my credit score has fallen by 100 points each across agencies. I have never missed out on a single payment in my life and this came in as a shocker to me.
I work in the Banking sector where credit score plays a major role for switching jobs. They have screwed up my credit score and their customer care is the worst and most unresponsive in the world.

I need rectification of the credit score at the earliest. They have played with my life and career for just Rs.15.

    I got called from lazypay more than 100 times about the transaction happened on my account using swiggy for the month of February 2021 which I didn't made also this is totally invalid amount of deduction. Even one customer support check and said sorry for the invalid deduction.but still they calling again and again .this is huge fraud that harasses people for no reason. I am not going to pay for something which I haven't spent.

      I have tried to pay my bill multiple times and the money keeps getting deducted from my account but shows as payment failed at Lazypay's end. I have been charged close to 90 rupees in late fees even though the issue is at their end.

      It's impossible to get in contact with the team.

        I manually paid the express loan repayment emi on 5th Sep 2021 and on 6th Sep 2021 my bank account got auto debited with same emi amount. My loan id is tagged to my mobile number - [protected]
        Please review my payment status and refund the duplicate payment amount.

        Manually sent emi amount through Phonepe - 5th Sep 2021
        Bank autodebit from payu - 6th Sep 2021

        No satisfactory updates from Lazypay team yet. I am still following up with them on email but they never respond on time. Please don't ignore your customer queries and concerns.

          Flipkart had cancelled the order and informed that the refund amount of Rs. 1100 will be refunded to UPI by 2nd September 2021 end of day. On 4th September I got the confirmation message from the seller that the refund is successful. Why is it not showing in the transaction and amount not reflected. Kindly do the needful.             Lazy ay calls me 100 times a day and tel me to clear my dues, i also stated them that wavie off my over charged interest i will clear paying the emi on time, they never agreed and telling me to settle all the amount together in this pandemic situtation

                    I have done one transaction at Reliance Smart Point & Amount was debited to the Lazypay Account, However the reliance team denied that they have not received the payment & they denied to give the groceries purchased.
                    I have immediately logged a complaint & received a delayed response from lazypay Team without any proper resolution.

                      I had done a payment of Rs 8691 to lazy pay on 9th June 2021 but they are denying that any such payment have been done. I have shown them the bank statement as well as the banks mail . in spite of this they are denying the same. Now the lazy is charging rs 150 from me every 15 days without any reason.

                        I had made transaction of 3000 but they are showing i had to pay 3700 how is it possible i calculated but my transaction is of 3000 and i will not pay more money or otherwise i will not pay any money so please correct it or i will not pay money and i will not use your aap further

                                        I had not authorized the payment for the sony liv app but it has been processed i already had membership o[censored]sers in another email id but the transaction was processed without my knowledge. i tried to cancel the transaction in both lazy pay and sony liv app but to vain and no body from lazypay even contacted me for the same but i received a call today and i have reported the same.

                                        I have sent mail @ [protected]@lazypay.in but no action taken rather they told me your payment is made Bcoz of auto pay when I have not signed any ecs or anything of that sort also the rbi norms doesn't allow upi based auto pay option. Now they started calling and harrasing me so I recorded all the communications and made the payment.

                                        Above all they don't have responding contact info other than the mail id..

                                        I am planning to formally escalate the issue with RBI, Banking Ombudsmen and Consumer department.
