I have been trying to make the payment for lazypay but they are not accepting the payment. Then I am being charged a late fee....

I have done one transaction at Reliance Smart Point & Amount was debited to the Lazypay Account, However the reliance team denied that they have not received the payment & they denied to give the groceries purchased.
I have immediately logged a complaint & received a delayed response from lazypay Team without any proper resolution.
Please highlight the same to the company...

I had done a payment of Rs 8691 to lazy pay on 9th June 2021 but they are denying that any such payment have been done. I have shown them the bank statement as well as the banks mail . in spite of this they are denying the same. Now the lazy is charging rs 150 from me every 15 days without any reason....

I had made transaction of 3000 but they are showing i had to pay 3700 how is it possible i calculated but my transaction is of 3000 and i will not pay more money or otherwise i will not pay any money so please correct it or i will not pay money and i will not use your aap further...

I have been receiving this notification and calls from lazypay
Kindly refrain from calling me unnecessary. I have not used lazypay for any transaction

I ordered from Zomato once but the same amount is debited twice...

I have made a transaction of RS 39995 on 16/01/2021 with transaction ID LPTX[protected] which was pending. It's been 7 months even after multiple mails to customer care and no response and issue still persist....

I had paid bill using lazypay but It shows transcation pending.The amount has been deducted from my lazypay balance.Transaction id:TXN[protected].Please refund the amount into my account balance.please refer this issue as soon as possible....

My transaction of 9995 is in pending status transaction ID is TXN[protected]. No reply from the customer support mail service so far after multiple mails....

I got notified that couple o[censored]nauthorised transactions happened on my account using Zomato which I didn't made. I have all the proofs for the same....

I had not authorized the payment for the sony liv app but it has been processed i already had membership o[censored]sers in another email id but the transaction was processed without my knowledge. i tried to cancel the transaction in both lazy pay and sony liv app but to vain and no body from lazypay even contacted me for the same but i received a call today and i have reported the same.

I have sent mail @ [protected]@lazypay.in but no...

Hathway gave me an offer for 471/- plan and within 10 days the Lazypay is raising a bill for 471/-. I dont have clear reason how they can raise this against the Assured plan value and billing cycle till 23rd July, and i accepted for the same......

My Son 7 years old placed the order in Zomato and that order was instant executed without any confirmation message.

I took a loan from LazyPay for the sum 70000 rupees in 2019 for the tenure of 2 years, my loan term is coming to end in the next 3 months which means I have completed 21 months out of 24 months. But now I find discrepancies in the loan tenure when I checked on my Lazy pay app instead of showing 24 months now it’s extended by 2 months without explanation, which is currently showing 21 months completed out of 26 months and that’s totally...
