I am Yash Kalani i ordered on amazon by using lazypay upi and i cancelled the order on the same day and refund was credited by amazon on the same day 24th october 2021 but lazypay is not crediting the refund for some reason i sent 2 emails but did not get reply i will attach the refund credited screenshot of amazon transaction

      I have paid merchant account it is mine account only got transaction on 16 th October 2021 of 2000 rupees from lazypay credit upi account means customer already initiated the refund from paytm merchant site the money has been received by the bank. I have already mentioned all the details to lazypay customer care email and their customer care number is not in service. I got a mail on Monday they will rectify and bank may received but not credited till today has been still not credited.

          I have no dues on lazy pay..The same has been updated in my cibil report..I have a pre approved limit of 8000 in Lazypay...Eventhough I am not using the lazypay services, in my cibil report this lazypay account is still under active loan account...I sent so many mails to lazypay for deactivation of my lazypay account but there is no proper response and they are not closing my account...As it is still under active loan category, there is a negative effect on my cibil score..I am facing difficulties in getting approval for new loans dues to these kind of false active loans...Kindly help me to close my lazypay account and remove lazypay from my active loans list in my cibil report...

            I did not transact with Lazypay on 01.10.21 but Lazypay is showing an outstanding of Rs.399.00 on that day which is totally wrong.

              I utilised the service of dunzo two months back. After delivery of packet the pick up boy called me asked the payment of Rs.83/-and i paid through google pay whatever he mentioned. Since then started my problem, Very often this Lazypay are calling to pay Rs.150/- I have no way connection with this company. The harassment is going on till today. I sent the screen shot of payment, Finally I told them send somebody with receipt to pay tht amount. No response. Where to complaint. The government of India should ban these types oc companies and immediately they should be arrested for cheating of people.

                  On the morning of 10th October 2021, my outstanding amount was Rs 7945.98 for which I have screenshots as proof. On that day afternoon, 2 repayments of Rs 712.77 and Rs 819 were done which were actually refunds from a merchant app I transacted before. So, the outstanding amount must be Rs 6414.21 after those repayments. But, the outstanding amount is showing as Rs 7126.98 which means only the Rs 819 was updated in the outstanding amount and the Rs 712.77 is not synced with the outstanding amount but still it is showing as repayment successful in the transactions log. Also I haven't received any confirmation message or E-mail or notification for the Rs 712.77 transaction, I just opened the app and found it in the transaction log where as for the Rs 819 transaction, I was immediately notified and received a confirmation message and E-mail that the repayment was successful. I have mailed more than 5 times and received a one dumb response that the issue has been resolved. But the outstanding amount is still the same and it is not yet updated. The repayment date is coming in 3 days and you haven't even started to properly respond on the issue. The repayment of Rs 712.77 was done and it was shown successful in the transactions log but it was not updated with the outstanding amount and it is still showing the same outstanding amount. If you guys won't solve my issue and charge me late fee and report on my credit score for the mistake from your side I will be filing this whole thing legally. I will not pay my money which I don't owe you. I couldn't even find a CUSTOMER contact number and the one who responded to the issue didn't even understand the issue and replied that the issue has been resolved. I am more than frustrated with this ### CUSTOMER service and the bugs in your system. Why the hell don't you check the outstanding amounts before and after those repayments and just resolve the issue, it's just a matter of 5 minutes and no one even cares to even properly read the complaint I wrote. This is my 6th time writing the same complaint and if no one responds and resolves this in 24 hours, I will not be paying that Rs 712.77 again and I will proceed with this thing legally as a Law student. If you couldn't understand the issue clearly or need more information just contact me on my registered number. I am definitely going to delete Lazypay after this and never going to use it again. I am seriously pissed off by this.

                    Hello Sir! I am a lazypay user and I took 15000rs expresscash from lazypay. I set everything and now, the emi is not being decreased and they are adding interest.

                    There is no other option to make the payment using other options. Please sir, I mailed Lazypay many times. They didn't give me any response. Please sir, you are my last hope. Please arrange a callback from Lazypay team te resolve this issue.

                    As per our telephonic conversation please note the auto debit is not active hence the amount was not debited from account. Also note we have received the payment and has been updated for INR 3771 on account. We have already escalated the issue to tech for late charge reversal and activating auto pay. You will be notified at earliest.

                      I acquired Xpress loan in Aug-2021 My EMI date is 05-Oct-21.i cannot view or find my loan details in the Lazypay App. When i mailed they said me that the EMI will be autodebit from my account but now they sent me a message to repay using lazypay app where i cannot see the details and unable to pay the loan. Please resolve the issue and provide me details to repay my Loan EMI

                        I had a Lazypay credit facility. But as Covid had struck in March 2020, I cleared all my dues and uninstalled the application. All was OK till April 2021. Come May 2021 and I started receiving calls and sms alerts, emails etc. to clear an outstanding amount of Rs 7400. I objected and wrote to them that I have not used their app from more than a year. I have written over 20 emails complaining the issue. No one cares to respond. Calls continue. This is a sheer act of Fraud. They have hacked my account, posted dues till the limit I held and now demand payment with harsh calls. I demanded a statement for usage, but they do not send it. The reason is that they have no record o[censored]sage. I have moved the matter to Police. Not to spare this fraudulent step by this company. Users please beware of Lazypay.

                        No response at all from the frauds. Thier collection team just calls for payments. No talk about my complaint. I may have written over 50 mails, called the customer care but all in vein. Finally lodged an FIR against them. They have been misusing my NACH. I have proof for all their criminal acts. Payments made to them in order to misuse my account are not from my source. They have got trapped in their own soil. Not to spare these criminals!

                          I order from zomato on 24th feb 2020 a item of 187 rs and pay through lazy pay but at a time of delivery delivery boy ask my parents for payment and they payback him as the thought its a cash on delivery option and we had a discuss on this with zamato customers care and your caller executive and they solved the problem my mutual understanding but from now past 6-7 month they again start sending me msg and call about that order my mention that the let down me cbill score.

                          So just shortout this matter other wise i have to complain you about this in consumer court

                              Apologise for inconvenience. Note you have raised a ticket 01376922 as per which you paid Swiggy using Google pay. However there is s transaction processed using Lazypay. Can you email us the bank statement from which it was debited and the screenshot of the google pay transaction to verify with Swiggy. If they have received 2 payment and they will refund one amount.

                                  I had made complete payments on the Lazypay but their payments often do not go through. This led to a delay in one of their payments and they had levied a penalty of Rs.15 on my account for which I had raised objection and paid all the remaining dues.
                                  They reported this Rs.15 to Credit agencies and my credit score has fallen by 100 points each across agencies. I have never missed out on a single payment in my life and this came in as a shocker to me.
                                  I work in the Banking sector where credit score plays a major role for switching jobs. They have screwed up my credit score and their customer care is the worst and most unresponsive in the world.

                                  I need rectification of the credit score at the earliest. They have played with my life and career for just Rs.15.

                                    I got called from lazypay more than 100 times about the transaction happened on my account using swiggy for the month of February 2021 which I didn't made also this is totally invalid amount of deduction. Even one customer support check and said sorry for the invalid deduction.but still they calling again and again .this is huge fraud that harasses people for no reason. I am not going to pay for something which I haven't spent.

                                      I have tried to pay my bill multiple times and the money keeps getting deducted from my account but shows as payment failed at Lazypay's end. I have been charged close to 90 rupees in late fees even though the issue is at their end.

                                      It's impossible to get in contact with the team.
