Money Deducted from bank but Bill payment failed in lazypay

I paid my Lazypay due amount on before date... My amount deducted from My bank account but Status failed in lazypay.. My bank Said that Transaction has successfully transferred to lazypay merchant so I mailed to lazypay customer care but still my problem not solved... Plz update my bill payment status before due date.. My ticket query no is 11954370.. I adding photos of bank payment as Proof...

Money deducted twice but not received by merchant

Lazypay for Online transaction

Please check the transaction of LAZYPAY. I already escalated the matter to everyone but not getting any response from them.

From Lazypay Transaction twice deducted my money but failed in the merchant account. And it was deducted from my account.
And the mainthing Nobody responded for a very long time.

About auto debit emi

My name is sujata dnyandeo pawar my mobile number is [protected] i borrowed loan of rs750 from lazypay company i was given them auto debit ecs permission but they present 7 times rs 295 emi for rs 750 loan and debited from my account it is fraud they also harras me and my relatives by phone call i want my money back which is rs 1300 and 3000 rs compensation please do the needful thank you...

Fraud in payment paid before due but still showing transaction failed

I paid the money before due the date but this transaction showing as failed but amount transaction is successfully paid to you but your showing as failed why your these type of fraund things this 4th time happening this type of problem please resolve it and clear my due before the due date

Closure of Lazypay Personal Loan Account

Address:Pune/Gurgaon

I am trying to close the lazypay credit line and personal loan account for last 4 months but the pathetic customer support is not responding to my calls/mails. I reached everyone from customer care execs to customer service head but they don’t even acknowledge the receipt of account closure requests. I feel kind of trapped and there is no way out. Please do something so that this account can be closed....

Payment successful from banks end but not reflecting on lazy pay

I have made a payment of 4244 from ICICI to Lazypay and the bank has Debited the funds but it is not reflecting on Lazypay.

I has been 3 days and I have sent 5 emails to Lazypay and nobody bothers to respond or help me with concern.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.

Highly recommend nobody to use this application as they don't care about your money....

Payment problem

Have instruction fot auto pay option whic has ben working well fr several months, However recently i have been getting phone also and ss messages asking me to pay up outstanding bills Please note that i do not use SMS for
t the reason of my disability so please send the payment link by mail to me

I am willing to pay the amount of the original bill but not the accrued intesest...

No update and refund on failed UPI transaction for a week

This is regarding ticket no. 11462352

I made an UPI payment to Vijay Krishna Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd on the 24th of October for Rs 700 through LazyPay. The transaction failed but LazyPay said it was successful at their end.

I contacted Lazypay on both email and Twitter. Their Twitter team responded first with this message

I booked ticket makemytrip and payment gateway was lazypay and after some day I cancelled ticket still gateway lazypay and I got deducted amount but still lazypay asking me extra charger so why would I pay if I canceled ticket got amount deducted so why would I pay and that’s not my job to ask third party makemytrip, lazypay and makemytrip need to resolve deduction amount I complaint in lazypay no one is looking on that issue and calling...

Hello there,
following 3 transactions done on 13th Oct 21 are not successful with Amazon but deducted at LazyPay end.
1. Rs.27464 by TXN[protected] at 10:40 am
2. Rs.12000 by TXN[protected] at 6:36 pm
3. Rs.7450 by TXN[protected] at 7:26 pm

Its. now 14 days but money not credited to LazyPay account and money also not received by Amazon as confirmation in written provided by Amazon.

Refund from amazon not reflecting

I had kept two orders on Amazon on 14/10/21..

I canceled both orders and Amazon had refunded from their end.. however its not reflecting in my account ..it is giving me lot of discomfort financially and emotionally.

I have paid merchant account it is mine account only got transaction on 16 th October 2021 of 2000 rupees from lazypay credit upi account means customer already initiated the refund from paytm merchant site the money has been received by the bank. I have already mentioned all the details to lazypay customer care email and their customer care number is not in service. I got a mail on Monday they will rectify and bank may received but not credited...
