    Recently paid 14111rs through scan and pay at reliance digital. Money got debited in my lazypay account and the merchant hasnt recieved the amount till now and there is no option to contact lazypay customer care i mailed to them till now i havent recieved any reply from the lazypay team.

      It's sponsor webpage came on fb.

      I paid 1885 through lazypay from this number [protected]

      Now I found no tracking id. Nothing proof of placing order.

      Just a mail from clubline.online.seems fake web page.

      No contact no no mail ID kindly we request you to stop the payment and refund the same

        I did transaction of rs 5000 from lazyapp to angel broking on 4th December Using upi id.
        Money debited from lazypay app
        But when i back to angel broking app there is no payment showing
        Please solve this issue as soon as possible

My bank Said that Transaction has successfully transferred to lazypay merchant so I mailed to lazypay customer care but still my problem not solved...           Note we can see that repayment was not successful on 30th November and refund was processed for same on 1st December with reference[protected]. Advise you please contact bank for status of refund.
          Dear Sir, I have done IRCTC ticket booking, but due to some technical issues, 4 transactions got failed, but money got deducted from Lazypay. When i approached IRCTC helpline, they have refunded back the amount, and told to contact Lazypay showing refund reference numbers. When i approached Lazypay, they asked for reference numbers, and i have sent all screenshots. They told that will get back to you shortly. Its been almost 2 weeks, and when I called the customer care 4-5 times, they are asking to send reference numbers to mails and same question repeating whenever i called to customer care.. I have sent nearly 15 mails. Nothing has happened, almost 25k amount got blocked.. Kindly do the needful.. i am sending you IRCTC reference refund numbers as screen shot.. pls do the needful.

            Lazypay for Online transaction

            Please check the transaction of LAZYPAY. I already escalated the matter to everyone but not getting any response from them.

            From Lazypay Transaction twice deducted my money but failed in the merchant account. And it was deducted from my account.
            And the mainthing Nobody responded for a very long time.

                I paid 1504/-rs it in paytm app the transaction was successful and money got deducted from my side and not credited in lazypay account. Pls resolve it as soon as possible. My lazypay account is [protected]

                        I am trying to close the lazypay credit line and personal loan account for last 4 months but the pathetic customer support is not responding to my calls/mails. I reached everyone from customer care execs to customer service head but they don’t even acknowledge the receipt of account closure requests. I feel kind of trapped and there is no way out. Please do something so that this account can be closed.

                          I have made a payment of 4244 from ICICI to Lazypay and the bank has Debited the funds but it is not reflecting on Lazypay.

                          I has been 3 days and I have sent 5 emails to Lazypay and nobody bothers to respond or help me with concern.

                          This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.

                          Highly recommend nobody to use this application as they don't care about your money.

                              This is regarding ticket no. 11462352

                              I made an UPI payment to Vijay Krishna Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd on the 24th of October for Rs 700 through LazyPay. The transaction failed but LazyPay said it was successful at their end.

                              I contacted Lazypay on both email and Twitter. Their Twitter team responded first with this message

                              "We would like to inform you that we have raised the chargeback for you case and it takes maximum of 35 days for the chargeback to get successful. Please be rest assured we will keep you posted as and when we will receive any update from our team. In the meantime, your patience is greatly appreciated"

                              After that their email support team got back with this message

                              "There seems to have been an unforeseen delay from one of our team and we are yet to receive an update from them.

                              Please note that the concern has already escalated with the respective team on priority and we are trying our best to get it done as soon as possible.

                              There is a dependency on the tech team therefore request you to please allow some more time.

                              However, we are expecting a resolution from the tech team in the coming week or two, hence, allowing some more time for the same to update the exact status against the requested transaction on the account.

                              Meanwhile, we appreciate your patience.

                              We can't commit any date or time regarding the resolution and if the merchant asking for payment then it completely depends on you."

                              1. If the Twitter team has confirmed a chargeback, why isn't the email team accepting the same?

                              2. It is not my problem that there is a tech issue on Lazypay's end. The merchant is repeatedly calling me and threatening me for repayment - I can't tell him that Lazypay has a tech issue and can't check the transaction status.

                              3. It's been a week since the transaction - if they can't check the transaction status by now, surely they should give me the benefit of doubt? I have been transacting with them for over a year and, if the state of affairs continues to be like this, I might be forced to reconsider whether to continue the relationship or not?

                              4. "We can't commit any date or time regarding the resolution and if the merchant asking for payment then it completely depends on you." - If the customer support team of a fintech company says something like this, how can you trust them?

                              5. They absolutely do not reply to their emails when I ask for an update. I have to keep following up multiple times.

                                I booked ticket makemytrip and payment gateway was lazypay and after some day I cancelled ticket still gateway lazypay and I got deducted amount but still lazypay asking me extra charger so why would I pay if I canceled ticket got amount deducted so why would I pay and that’s not my job to ask third party makemytrip, lazypay and makemytrip need to resolve deduction amount I complaint in lazypay no one is looking on that issue and calling me daily and increasing amount.

                                    I was waiting from 20th Oct onwards for the refund on my lazy pay account.

                                    I've paid to XXX on 20th and on the same date they refunded my amount to lazypay but its not reflected.

                                    Transaction payment gateway of : Paytm

                                    I'm trying to contact you for one week but there is a poor response and there is no time of action on this case.

                                    Kindly please check this issue and resolve this as much as possible in order to be as a valuable customer.

                                    1st time I'm facing this unusual bad experience. But i appreciate if ou help me to get out of this issue.

                                      Hello there,
                                      following 3 transactions done on 13th Oct 21 are not successful with Amazon but deducted at LazyPay end.
                                      1. Rs.27464 by TXN[protected] at 10:40 am
                                      2. Rs.12000 by TXN[protected] at 6:36 pm
                                      3. Rs.7450 by TXN[protected] at 7:26 pm

                                      Its. now 14 days but money not credited to LazyPay account and money also not received by Amazon as confirmation in written provided by Amazon.
                                      If amount has been sent by LazyPay then in case of failure of transaction, reversal of transaction should be happened till now.
                                      So please if you can recheck for reversal of amount in LazyPay bank then it'll be huge releif for me.

                                        I had kept two orders on Amazon on 14/10/21..

                                        I canceled both orders and Amazon had refunded from their end.. however its not reflecting in my account ..it is giving me lot of discomfort financially and emotionally.
