Sir 9 months ago my kyc was verified but still now I didn't receive any update from loan

            Recently Dated on 1 Feb 2022 a transaction to Punjab State Power Cor 950Rs Transaction ID is "TXN[protected]" but unfortunately when I did this transaction at that time transaction is aborted by merchant but my amount is deducted from lazy pay account 950Rs till now my payment is not refunded by lazy pay. Please look at this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

              I made a transection from my lazypay card of INR4975 on 1.02.2022 at Eashu Mart, Mahavir Enclave New Delhi under Transection I’d TXN[protected].
              But as per merchant they haven’t received any payment. It is already deducted from my lazy pay account. Trying to contact lazypay customer card but unable to connect. Plz resolve and ask them to refund my money.

                I have not taken any loan from lazypay but still I got messages from lazypay and asking to repay some of Rs.1, 000.
                In this regard, i also getting messages that my lazypay account has been blocked.
                I don't understand why lazypay is using such a cheap trick to scam people, and i and LazyPay know it'll affect my credit score, and lazypay is threatening people to pay blah blah amount or lazypay will down their credit score.

                  Hello there,

                  I have took express cash LOAN of 40, 000 and with tenure of 6 months.

                  Actually i have setup auto-debit and it didnt got happened and i never received any declined message. But your team is saying that it is failed.

                  And after few days i got a call from your collection agent and they sent me link. I have paid the LOAN successfully. Check screenshots.

                  Now 5th of the month is coming and showing overdue coupled with current EMI.

                  I dont know whom to CONTACT, no one is responding.. Immediately update my payment and dont want this ### to be reported to my CREDit bureaus.

                    I tried to make a payment of rs 3, 069 on 1st february 2022 at 9.15pm.

                    Payment is not succesful when i contacted paytm and amount has been deducted by Lazypay.

                    Payment from the bank side has been failed and bank didn't approve the payment when i contacted Paytm.

                          Waste LazyPay, I have account with [protected] number, I have LazyPay Card with good limit. But from past 15 days, I'm not able to do any transactions, today my bill generated, I thought may be after paying bill, I'll be able to do transactions, and I paid total amount. Even after that, I'm not able to do transaction of even 1000₹. I don't know what's happening.

                          Wrote many mails, from App, Webiste, from my mail account(d.[protected]@gmail.com), but nobody responded to my mail even once.
                          Even today I mailed to [protected]@lazypay.in, but still I didn't get any response.

                          Worst LazyPay App, Worst Customer Service.
                          No Number, No mail from where we could get some service

                            I have transacted using lazy pay where there is an offer for transaction done first time on each platform getting cashback but I have not received cashback when I have contacted them received reply as follows ...

                            But here even after that not received cashback seems lazypay is doing fraud ...

                            Also I have not received scan and pay facility ... Even I am a full kyc customer...

                            Immediately resolve on priority...

Every month amount is amount debited from account as i was out of station I couldn’t do a payment of 1900 i was trying to contact customer care for several time via mail but I couldn’t get any reply or cant find any resolution. i just want to pay pending but the late fee is around 2000 and total which comes to around 3900 kindly waive of the late fee.                                   I have applied for xpress cash on 28th Friday of this month, all loan agreement and E-nach also created in sbi account and 59 ruppes is deducted by sbi account for standing instruction creation. Also received loan amount will credit in an hour today is 31 St Monday since 4 days completed till money is not credited in sbi account. 3rd is emi payment day. I don't how can I pay emi for loan which is not disbursed to me.
