Delayed response for deactivating my LazyPay account

I have an account in LazyPay application and wanted to deactivate it since I don't use the facility anymore. On Jan 21, I had requested LP to deactivate my account on their app, by sending a mail to [protected]@lazypay.in. The replies were intermittent, once every 2 days or so. So I had to send the same mail over and over again to see if I get a reasonable response. One of the executives responded asking for a specific reason to be provided in...

Refund not received till now

I am use LazyPay card for a transaction Rs.2499 on 11Jan 2022 but payment failed

Stop delivery of physical card

The lazypay physical card has been ordered accidentally. I want to cancel the order and withdraw my request. Kindly cancel my order and stop it's delivery.
I am finding no option to stop the same in the app.

Refund not credited

I have transacted Bajaj fineserv app using lazypay card. The transaction was failed but money got deducted from my account. The transaction date was 28 December 2021. The transaction vale is rs 934. The refund amount was not credited to my account. I have contacted regards this with Bajaj fineserv app. They have informed us that the have not received any amount for this transaction and the amount still in your bank side and inform to contact...

Account is still active

I paid the complete amount along with late fee charges and still i can see that the loan account is still active in my cibil. I contacted LazyPay customer care and there is no response from there end. Its been more than 2 months, I need them change the status of my loan account to close....

Amount debited but payment failed no refund received.

As dated on 09/01/2022, I have tried booking a ticket with abhibus. As the payment is done successfully but i havent received any booking confirmation. And its been many days ive been waiting for some from lazypay end to assist me. I have spoke with abhibus support, they informed me that the payment is not received....

Unauthorized bill

I have been charged Rs.425, (which is Rs. 566 now because of late charges) by lazy pay on behalf of hathway which I did not approve btw. Customer care from lazypay have been calling me daily thrice a day asking to pay the bill and I have been constantly telling them that I did not approve the transaction. It might be a small amount but I'm not going to pay it if I did not approve, that should be obvious enough. But no one seems to understand...

Employee is harassing me for payment

Dear Sir/mam

I have got a call from your employee Roshni and she is harassing me for the payment .. when I asked her full name she cut the call…
She was literally giving me warnings which is not acceptable by me..

They started calling me for payment of some transaction on 12 jab of amount 159 through confirm ticket. I have spoken to confirm ticket customer care, no such transactions took place from lazypay. Now they started harrasing me for payment and late fees of amount 212. Amount is less so I ignored for sometime. Now the frequency is increased and they shout on calls. No such bills and invoice was produced to me till date for this. Need to raise...

Not replying for my query and not refunding my money

I use lazypay card on paytm on 12 jan and payment failed on paytm..and amount deducted from my lazypay account but not received the refund yet more than 8 days gone not reversed money in my lazypay account...merchant initiate refund but lazypay not providing my refund...I tried to contact lazypay teams through mail and twitter many times but no one reply to my mail..please look into this matter and refund my money.

Transaction related refund

I made a transaction using lazy card on 14th january 2022 with transaction id 010032265501140546390000043327400000000000...but it was showing successfull at lazypay but not at merchant's account!
kindly help me with this as i still didnt received my refund...

Lazypay not resolve my query

Transaction failed at the merchant end and refund not credited to the lazypay account merchant said that talk to your card or bank..I tried to contact lazypay by mail, twitter but no response from any of them...please look into this matter ..and refund my money in lazy pay account
