I have an account in LazyPay application and wanted to deactivate it since I don't use the facility anymore. On Jan 21, I had requested LP to deactivate my account on their app, by sending a mail to [protected]@lazypay.in. The replies were intermittent, once every 2 days or so. So I had to send the same mail over and over again to see if I get a reasonable response. One of the executives responded asking for a specific reason to be provided in order to close the account. I provided the response on the 25th and no response on that. Another reply to another mail that I sent was that I didn't raise the request from my LazyPay registered mail ID, which in fact was the correct ID. I had to send them screenshots of my LP profile showing the mail ID as well screenshots of earlier transaction alerts I had received in my registered email ID as proof that it in fact was my correct ID. This was on the 26th. Hoping they don't deny or delay deactivating my account for such illogical reasons. Expecting a resolution from them ASAP.
LazyPay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please help us with ticket id to investigate the issue.
