    Xpress cash

    I have applied for xpress cash on 28th Friday of this month, all loan agreement and E-nach also created in sbi account and 59 ruppes is deducted by sbi account for standing instruction creation. Also received loan amount will credit in an hour today is 31 St Monday since 4 days completed till money is not credited in sbi account. 3rd is emi payment day. I don't how can I pay emi for loan which is not disbursed to me.

    I did transaction of Rs260, Rs 1001.5 and Rs 1199 over merchant, there was offer for 20% cash back upto 200.
    I raised the request via LazyPay app but I did not get any response. Please check below transaction details and attached offer over merchant.
    I have already complaint with them and did not get any response.

      Hello I’m Rajni sankhla I was using LazyPay since 4month May be, but this month I lost my job and not able to pay I will pay in fee days but their penalties are very high which is not correct I already pay penalties many times this time I won’t pay penalties I will pay only actual amount . Please help me to get over this .

        I have not taken any loan from lazypay but still I got a call from lazypay and asking to repay some Rs.750.
        In this regard, i also sent email to them but they also not responding my email and unnecessarily calling me every day.

          A guy with the name of abhinav ( [protected]) has been calling to ask for payment of 6000. Has resulted to black mailing a woman. And spoken all kind of nonsense. How is this behaviour accepted. The company does not even have a customer care service number and does not bother to reply when sent a mail.

            Hi sir/madam
            I have added my money to my Paytm wallet through the LAZYPAY credit card but the amount was not credited in my Paytm wallet but the amount was debited from my LAZYPAY credit card.
            I have added 250 once and 264 for 2nd time total 514 -/. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Hi Team,

              I am using LazyPay from long time and I have very less issues so far but this time it's pathetic as I haven't received resolution regarding a refund after multiple follow-ups. I did not receive my refund for a transaction amounting Rs 379 from Flipkart. I spoke to Flipkart customer care few times and they said that the refund was already processed on 5th January and it should have been credited to my Lazypay account by 6th January. They have provided me the following details of the refund:

              I have Payment reference number and Bank reference number for this refund which I already shared with them but they haven't provided any resolution.

              Please look into the matter and help me out.

                I have an account in LazyPay application and wanted to deactivate it since I don't use the facility anymore. On Jan 21, I had requested LP to deactivate my account on their app, by sending a mail to [protected]@lazypay.in. The replies were intermittent, once every 2 days or so. So I had to send the same mail over and over again to see if I get a reasonable response. One of the executives responded asking for a specific reason to be provided in order to close the account. I provided the response on the 25th and no response on that. Another reply to another mail that I sent was that I didn't raise the request from my LazyPay registered mail ID, which in fact was the correct ID. I had to send them screenshots of my LP profile showing the mail ID as well screenshots of earlier transaction alerts I had received in my registered email ID as proof that it in fact was my correct ID. This was on the 26th. Hoping they don't deny or delay deactivating my account for such illogical reasons. Expecting a resolution from them ASAP.

                    The lazypay physical card has been ordered accidentally. I want to cancel the order and withdraw my request. Kindly cancel my order and stop it's delivery.

                          I have transacted Bajaj fineserv app using lazypay card. The transaction was failed but money got deducted from my account. The transaction date was 28 December 2021. The transaction vale is rs 934. The refund amount was not credited to my account. I have contacted regards this with Bajaj fineserv app. They have informed us that the have not received any amount for this transaction and the amount still in your bank side and inform to contact bank regarding this. Kindly check this issue and refund the amount. They too lazy to solve the issue. I have done a lot of emails to the team no updates

                            I paid the complete amount along with late fee charges and still i can see that the loan account is still active in my cibil. I contacted LazyPay customer care and there is no response from there end. Its been more than 2 months, I need them change the status of my loan account to close.

                                I have been charged Rs.425, (which is Rs. 566 now because of late charges) by lazy pay on behalf of hathway which I did not approve btw. Customer care from lazypay have been calling me daily thrice a day asking to pay the bill and I have been constantly telling them that I did not approve the transaction. It might be a small amount but I'm not going to pay it if I did not approve, that should be obvious enough. But no one seems to understand this and keeps on pestering with calls.

                                    I have got a call from your employee Roshni and she is harassing me for the payment .. when I asked her full name she cut the call…
                                    She was literally giving me warnings which is not acceptable by me..

                                      They started calling me for payment of some transaction on 12 jab of amount 159 through confirm ticket. I have spoken to confirm ticket customer care, no such transactions took place from lazypay. Now they started harrasing me for payment and late fees of amount 212. Amount is less so I ignored for sometime. Now the frequency is increased and they shout on calls. No such bills and invoice was produced to me till date for this. Need to raise a dispute urgently
