I didn't receive my phone back yet, it has been over 3 weeks they have kept with with themselves and no reply when called on the respective Also the issue of early battery draining, submitted at I-pick solutions India Pvt Ltd. Noida sector 10

They say, its late delivery of front camera item replacement product from your side. ETA of Lenovo P1 turbo getting repaired was 13th Feb, today, was supposed to be the last day.
I still don't have my phone, this is sheer mental torture and no reply on your side shows utmost failure to towards customer concern.

I buy motog4 plus before one week. I have a problem with this.some time phone work themselves. Three button on bottom work automatically themselves.then I lock the phone and stop them.

Please provide the solution.or any update.

    Lenova laptop purchased on 23.1.17 and registered for machine warranty on 24.1.17. Still no hardcopy of 1 year adp warranty received on my email at [protected]@yahoo.com after sending 100 emails at [protected]@buyalenova.com and [protected]@buyalenova.com. I also paid 2 year additional warranty money of rs. 1499/- on 6.2.17 for which confirmation came from lenova but still no 2 years additional warranty certificate in hardcopy received by me inspite of numerous mails to above lenova emails.
    I request you to kindly send both the certificates to me at my email at [protected]@yahoo.com. Lenova laptop serial no. Is pf0l2xyp.

      Purchased a new Yoga 3 which started switching off & charging problems after a few months. Eventually Lenovo agreed the 6 month old laptop was under warranty & asked for it to be returned for repair. 2 months after return they claim the laptop was not new (was indeed new & supplied by an approved Lenovo outlet) & said they did not have the part to repair the laptop so would return it to me. That was 13 days ago - they have had my laptop for 75 days now & are not replying even though I submitted a formal written complaint!
      Simply cannot believe how poor the Lenovo service is - DO NOT BUY LENOVO

            I purchased a new phone lenovo vibe k5 at Rs. 7000 and after 15 days the camera is not working properly and at that time i was outside the station for work purposes . When i came than i submit my phone in the care. After that they were only saying that we were repairing and its takes some time. 2 months already gone in this process and they are only saying that 10 days more to repair.

            on sep 12th i bought this mobile it was working correctly after an month so software issue then i went to service center to upgrade the software. 10 days its working then the issue was repeating.
            Problems

            Almost an year I have visited service centre near adayar, t nagar, anna salai . I am very frustrated to go to service centre because each and every service centre they are telling one issue.

            At t nagar service centre they said you have an problem in charge port. Actually I went for an hanging issue they said i[censored] didn't change it at any cost it will blast one day with in a week I went to another service centre (Anna salai customer care ref.) they have updated the software and said the issue will not repeat but the issue came. Then I went to adayar service centre they said there will be an issue on battery and they replaced.

            Do u know almost all the parts have been newly changed

            3times I have submitted the mobile and job sheet as been send to customer care there is no action as been taken.

              I submitted my Lenovo K4 note([protected]) on 21st Jan 2017 and was confirmed verbally to me by Service Centre ( Cannaught Place, New Delhi )that mobile will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days.

              But now today is 9th February 2017, but unfortunately there is no single response from Lenovo.

              When I asked the service person why expected pick up date is not mentioned in job sheet, I was told that "when your mobile gets rectified we will call you"

              I sent mail to Lenovo support Team and Service Director as well ( [protected]@lenovo.com ) few days back but stil no luck, instead they responded on mail that if there is no response from my side, they will resolve the ticket.

              Nothing was pending from my side, still lenovo service team behave like this and even till today there is no confirmation from Lenovo when I will get my mobile from them

              Warranty is not updated through service centre. We attached bill copy but service centre ask warranty is not updated. As per answer they mail company but company not answer them. We have bad experience in Lenovo. We are not satisfied with Lenovo service.

                I, sibi ramanan purchased one lenovo mobile handset vibe p1 turbo 32gb sl (Item code:len p1a42 imei 1:[protected] and imei2: [protected]) on 28th april 2016 from a shop named qrs retail limited, x1/1949-2, ramachandra towers, plamoodu, pattom, trivandrum - 695004 for my wife mrs. Akhila jr. After a use of few months the conversation from the other end sounds very feeble. My wife started putting the handset on speaker mode so that she can hear properly. But she was fed up and decided to visit the lenovo service centre, karamana, trivandrum on october 2016 with her father. They returned the mobile within 20-25 minutes and said they have fixed the problem. But again the same problem came back after 2 months and we took it to same lenovo service centre on 28th jan 2017. This time they told that the speaker has to be replaced and got my device back on 31st jan. But still the problem existed and i took the mobile back to sevice centre on 3rd feb 2017. This time they told me the problem is with mic and it had to be replaced. On 6th feb 2017 i received the mobile back from service centre and still the same problem exists. It seems no one in the service centre is unable to find solution for the problem. They are just trying trial and error method. Again i am planning to go to this service centre on11th feb and probably going to waste my valuable time without the issue being fixed permanently. I don’t understand why they are not replacing the handset if they are unable to solve the issue as the handset is in warranty period. They are just trying to fool us by doing something instead of fixing the issue permanently. We are not expecting this kind of service from a mnc like lenovo. Please let me know what should i do if the service centre staff are not solving the issue.

                  Provided me the wrong information about the warranty of my product. Dealer told me that my product has a warranty of 2 years
                  1 year breakable warranty and another 1 year normal warranty.
                  In February 2017 i faced an issue with my product then I called the lenovo laptop customer care, they told me that mt product is out of warranty then i told the executive everything about the dealers FALSE promises and in midst of me telling him my problem the executive disconnect my call!
                  This is the worst experience i ever faced with any of my products whether electronic or not !
                  Never expected this from a leading brand .

                    Home, back and volume button not working and phn is still in warranty but service center says phn is already open by someone .On the other that is my first service of that phone . m never opened that or not by anyone.i just want fix that problem in warranty and get my phone back .
                    May be it is possible that during company manufacturing thy snd me without seal label phone.

                        Recent purchased Lenovo Vibe X2 is not working properly, it's battery is not giving proper backup, and suffering from overheating and hanging problem.

                        Lenovo service center is forcing us to get it's touch replaced on cost basis @ Rs. 8000/- approx., despite touch is working and after get the touch system replaced on cost basis they will take action on other problems of the mobile.

                          Can not able to set the custom ringtone after OS updation in my mobile phone.
                          I could not able use the songs from external storage(Memory Card) as a ringtone. It ringed default ringtone(Fantastic clang)

                          This issue arised from December-2016 onwards

                            I have purchased Lenovo k6 power online through Flipkart and after a week my phone started giving problem mic problem & the other person on call was unable to hear my voice and auto starting up of device, phone stucking and heating problem and I contact flipkart dey ask me to contact Lenovo service center at secunderabad ESC-SCD dey have cheated me again and took may sim tray and dey said me dey wll give me later when company makes it available to dem this is the pathetic conditions of brand new Lenovo phones and also its service center irresponsible behavior, so kindly take action against this service center ESC-SCD address shop no 21, 22, Hardu complex MG road secunderabad .

                            Purchased phone online on 10jan recieved on, 12jan problems started since 20jan n flipkart said dey can exchange within 10days only and Lenovo is the worst company no proper mobiles dey didnt even replaced instead said dey well repair and give me and dey changed may imei no. Too and dey theft my simtray without simtray how can anyone use phone when dey cannot place sim in mobile phone and irresponsible behavior of the company's service center do take neccesary action

                              Heating, Hanging, Touch problem, voice problem, call picking up problem, back problem, charger heating problem, so many issues in this device.
                              After technician visit all problems are here any time. My newly device doe's work properly. Than why I get this bad device. And why I go to service centre within 4 days. Why..?

                              I have talk to flipcart care service 60 times (. Atleast 8 hours) but they have No solution. They are cheating with customers. They don't want Chang this bad performed device.
                              The technician told me that this device can problem anything. They mentioned this on the form that was fulfilled there. But he doesn't update that thing ( it may have anytime problems). Jbki he mentioned this (anytime may problems).
                              He told me that this device sometimes will not performe properly. But not update this on the system.
                              Flipkart Care persons are not solving my problem. They don't not replacement or return this device. I have tried 60 times.
                              Plz help me.

                                  This is to inform you that I have purchased a Lenovo Mobile, Model K6 having IME no. [protected] from M/S Mr. Talk, 270, Cariappa Street, Rajban Ka Pul, Meerut Cantt, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India on 22/12/2016 costing Rs. 15800/-. All of a sudden on 02/02/2017, the mobile become dead and it was not booting. I complaint the problem to M/S Mr. Talk from where I purchased it, they did not entertained me and told that the mobile cannot be changed and referred me to go to your service centre. At service centre after checking it that software need to be uploaded and soft ware was not available on that day and on next very day I was told that Mother board is to be changed and you will get it at least after one week and I have no choice but leave it at service centre.
                                  Sir, please advise that to purchase Lenova, was it a crime? I was misguided and harassed at every step (from purchase point to service centre) from last two days. It is now confirmed that your company has cheated me and request you to please do not play the sentiment of people by cheating.
                                  I, therefore request you to please arrange to provide me new set in lieu of defective set failing which legal action will be initiated against your company as well as top execuitives of your company

                                    Sir I recently purchased this Lenovo vibe K4 note mobile . I updated it to latest version marshmallow from lollipop version.after update the Dolby Atmos was not working properly there is no difference in sound while it is on or off. I had purchased this product for that feature only. Can you please tell how to solve this problem and work Dolby Atmos normally how it's worked before update

                                      You have taken inspection fees.Rs. 173.00 for sort out the actual problem for my lenovo p-780 mobile, and after (without) full check up and inspection hcl service ltd told me the mobile mother board has some problem and must change the same and its changing cost rs, 9000.00 (approx) no alternative solutions, and that time it was impossible for me to bear such expenses rs, 9000.00. So, i got checked the same outside and repaired them at a very nominal charged for rs- 950.00, now the my mobile set is fully running well and good. In view of the above, i claim herewith the refund of my inspection charged amount with penalty for wrong information provide and charging the huge amount and misguide the customer having no proper checking and inspection the mobile wheres the customer must pay the full inspection charged.

                                        I have purchased a smart phone VIBE K5 PLUS NOTE from flipkart as on[protected] . I have facing problem in voice .for this problem I have visited 02 times service centre of chittorgargh Rajasthan but problem is not resolved . Recently I have again deposit my mobile at service centre last Monday on 23 Jan 2017. But now its not ready

                                        The staff at Visakhapatnam lenovo service center (care hospital road) are very rude towards the customers.they don't even have minimum manners.they just behave as uneducated brutes.Kindly have a look at the behavior & hospitality of your staff .. don't loose your valuable customers.
