    My phone digitizer screen glass is broken. Lenovo service centre at my city Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India is asking for Rs 5350. Lenovo service centre at Kolkata, West Bengal, India charges only Rs 4350 for the same. Lenovo is refusing to accept this commercial malpractice as a complaint. Lenovo is saying pricing depends on service centre.

        My Hanset Lenovo A6010 purchased on Jan2016 having disply problem.visited Service Centre 31/738, B3, vytila-Thammanam road, Vytila, Kochi, Kerala, Phone[protected] & 4013052 on[protected].Due to small scrach on set (tiny one) the service person told want to change the display and toch and is out of waranty.I told please replace the same i will ready to pay.but he told now the item is not stock he will take complaint and call back.The complaint number is c0029and my mobile entered in that is [protected] instead of [protected].Any way i was contacting them every day from the date of compliant on[protected], but still ( on[protected]he says the part not reached.After 2 months also Lenovo not able to repair the phone.please see this matter

            Within a span of 3 months since I bought this phone, it is the 3rd time Im facing issues.When a call is made on or from this phone, voice from this phone is not audible to the other callers.However they can hear the voice if my phone's speaker is on.
            This issue has been recurring on and off and I request this phone to be replaced with another one as it is a faulty phone.

              Im purchase lenovo zuk z1 on 2 june 2016.in 6 month my phn touch damage 2 times and change in warranty, but is have battery problem and hanging problem, when care center man packed my phn its doesn't pack well so back cover not connected with phn properly, phn battery backup only 8-9 hours, seriver center provider give my phn in 23 days after that phn not work properly and so many other issues there.
              The service center man will be pack back cover with double tap, because back cover point don't fit in body locks, the remove automatic again and again

                Anyone reading this please don't buy a Lenovo phone. You will face some or the other issue in 3-4 months. Now coming to the service centre in Indiranagar it feel like they are still stuck 10 years back. Staff are annoyingly slow, rude and no one has any idea what they are doing. They are unprofessional and don't know how to talk to customers. Either Lenovo need to increase pay of its staff or need to replace them. I bought ZUK in August and the power button stopped working only few months after. First, they told me they can't cover it in warranty because my phone had an almost invisible dent on the corner. I did not want to argue so I asked them to repair. Now they have my phone for past one month and each time I call, they tell me one more week and that they have ordered the part but it has not reached yet. In the world of one day delivery the part has not been able to reach in a month. How ironic! I am pretty sure it is their default line for everything. I have given up all hopes to get my phone back but the lack of professionalism compelled me to write this review.

                  I bought a lenovo zuk z2 plus on 3rd nov 2016 but suddenly on 14th feb 2017 the touch strted behaving weirdly
                  When i approached the service center they told me there had been water in my phone which caused the problem which i found ws the lamest excuse for not repairing my phone
                  They gave me a repair estimate of 8900rupees
                  I m gonna report this to the consumer court.

                    Pathetic service is given by lenovo. i have purched k6 power in december and from the first day mobile is with service center and they saying that they are waiting for its parts to be delivered. seriously u need two months to send parts and more than 2 months to repair a mobile. it has mic issue while calling and recieving call and thats a very simple i think. For 2 days of work u have took more than 2 months, its a very hectic and third class service. I havent used my phone since i bought, i wont recomend lenovo to anyone from now onwards.

                        Lenova laptop purchased on 23.1.17 and registered for machine warranty on 24.1.17. Still no hardcopy of 1 year adp warranty received on my email at [protected]@yahoo.com after sending 100 emails at [protected]@buyalenova.com and [protected]@buyalenova.com. I also paid 2 year additional warranty money of rs. 1499/- on 6.2.17 for which confirmation came from lenova but still no 2 years additional warranty certificate in hardcopy received by me inspite of numerous mails to above lenova emails.

                          Purchased a new Yoga 3 which started switching off & charging problems after a few months. Eventually Lenovo agreed the 6 month old laptop was under warranty & asked for it to be returned for repair. 2 months after return they claim the laptop was not new (was indeed new & supplied by an approved Lenovo outlet) & said they did not have the part to repair the laptop so would return it to me. That was 13 days ago - they have had my laptop for 75 days now & are not replying even though I submitted a formal written complaint!
                          Simply cannot believe how poor the Lenovo service is - DO NOT BUY LENOVO

                                I purchased a new phone lenovo vibe k5 at Rs. 7000 and after 15 days the camera is not working properly and at that time i was outside the station for work purposes . When i came than i submit my phone in the care. After that they were only saying that we were repairing and its takes some time. 2 months already gone in this process and they are only saying that 10 days more to repair.

                                My pc is lenovo g500s is not chargeble, in case wil make a charge pc 0% of bettery is visible,

                                on sep 12th i bought this mobile it was working correctly after an month so software issue then i went to service center to upgrade the software. 10 days its working then the issue was repeating.

                                Almost an year I have visited service centre near adayar, t nagar, anna salai . I am very frustrated to go to service centre because each and every service centre they are telling one issue.

                                At t nagar service centre they said you have an problem in charge port. Actually I went for an hanging issue they said i[censored] didn't change it at any cost it will blast one day with in a week I went to another service centre (Anna salai customer care ref.) they have updated the software and said the issue will not repeat but the issue came. Then I went to adayar service centre they said there will be an issue on battery and they replaced.

                                  I submitted my Lenovo K4 note([protected]) on 21st Jan 2017 and was confirmed verbally to me by Service Centre ( Cannaught Place, New Delhi )that mobile will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days.

                                  But now today is 9th February 2017, but unfortunately there is no single response from Lenovo.

                                  When I asked the service person why expected pick up date is not mentioned in job sheet, I was told that "when your mobile gets rectified we will call you"

                                  I sent mail to Lenovo support Team and Service Director as well ( [protected]@lenovo.com ) few days back but stil no luck, instead they responded on mail that if there is no response from my side, they will resolve the ticket.

                                  Nothing was pending from my side, still lenovo service team behave like this and even till today there is no confirmation from Lenovo when I will get my mobile from them

                                    I, sibi ramanan purchased one lenovo mobile handset vibe p1 turbo 32gb sl (Item code:len p1a42 imei 1:[protected] and imei2: [protected]) on 28th april 2016 from a shop named qrs retail limited, x1/1949-2, ramachandra towers, plamoodu, pattom, trivandrum - 695004 for my wife mrs. Akhila jr. After a use of few months the conversation from the other end sounds very feeble. My wife started putting the handset on speaker mode so that she can hear properly. But she was fed up and decided to visit the lenovo service centre, karamana, trivandrum on october 2016 with her father. They returned the mobile within 20-25 minutes and said they have fixed the problem. But again the same problem came back after 2 months and we took it to same lenovo service centre on 28th jan 2017. This time they told that the speaker has to be replaced and got my device back on 31st jan. But still the problem existed and i took the mobile back to sevice centre on 3rd feb 2017. This time they told me the problem is with mic and it had to be replaced. On 6th feb 2017 i received the mobile back from service centre and still the same problem exists. It seems no one in the service centre is unable to find solution for the problem. They are just trying trial and error method. Again i am planning to go to this service centre on11th feb and probably going to waste my valuable time without the issue being fixed permanently. I don’t understand why they are not replacing the handset if they are unable to solve the issue as the handset is in warranty period. They are just trying to fool us by doing something instead of fixing the issue permanently. We are not expecting this kind of service from a mnc like lenovo. Please let me know what should i do if the service centre staff are not solving the issue.

                                      Provided me the wrong information about the warranty of my product. Dealer told me that my product has a warranty of 2 years
                                      1 year breakable warranty and another 1 year normal warranty.
                                      In February 2017 i faced an issue with my product then I called the lenovo laptop customer care, they told me that mt product is out of warranty then i told the executive everything about the dealers FALSE promises and in midst of me telling him my problem the executive disconnect my call!
                                      This is the worst experience i ever faced with any of my products whether electronic or not !
                                      Never expected this from a leading brand .

                                        Home, back and volume button not working and phn is still in warranty but service center says phn is already open by someone .On the other that is my first service of that phone . m never opened that or not by anyone.i just want fix that problem in warranty and get my phone back .
                                        May be it is possible that during company manufacturing thy snd me without seal label phone.
