My lenovo headset zuk z1 is technically dead.And i have given my headset to lenovo service center at yashwant plaza Indore(M.P.) on 18 january 2017 but still my heaadset is not recovered yet. and there worker doing timepass with me. I want that my headset must be replaced it is totally technically dead.

I have purchased Lenovo Vibe x3 mobile(IMEI - [protected], 821) through Amazon on 15th March 2016 where mobile warranty is one year and all accessories warranty is 6 months. with in 3 months, The charger is not working . The mobile shows as charging but mobile was not charging whereas I am able to use different chargers to charge the mobile without any problem . It clearly means that the charger has some problem.

I have place an online order for a lenovo laptop on their official store TheDoStore on 22nd Jan.

They have not yet supplied the laptop even after the promised 5-7 days. I have already paid the money in advance. I dont want the laptop now, but they are refusing to refund the money.

I purchased Lenovo K4 mobile on August 12th (delivered to me). My mobile battery is not working effectively. Though the battery is 3300mAh, its not coming more than 15 hours (when using generally) and 4 hours (when using internet). This situation is since last 40 days. I had ordered for a new battery for lenovo A6000 through an authorised service center at Jamshedpur..it's been 2 weeks but the parts are not available in any of the outlets. It hangs very much nowadays. After doing screen off one time and then screen on, problem disappear. Phone memory is sufficient according to seeing data given by storage device. How this problem comes and goes, it's a mystery. How should get i rid of from this problem bcoz it's only one year span before that i have taken this mobile.
