I am using lenovo k5 note
on sep 12th i bought this mobile it was working correctly after an month so software issue then i went to service center to upgrade the software. 10 days its working then the issue was repeating.
Problems
handing while mobile using and then is not switching on
Almost an year went but also the issue repeating.!!?

Frustrated to go to the Lenovo service centre almost an year went but The same word the are repeating by different customer care people

Almost an year i have visited service centre near adayar, t nagar, anna salai. I am very frustrated to go to service centre because each and every service centre they are telling one issue.
At t nagar service centre they said you have an problem in charge port. Actually i went for an hanging issue they said i[censored] didn't change it at any cost it will blast one day with in a week i went to another service centre (Anna salai customer care ref.) they have updated the software and said the issue will not repeat but the issue came. Then i went to adayar service centre they said there will be an issue on battery and they replaced.

Do u know almost all the parts have been newly changed

3times i have submitted the mobile and job sheet as been send to customer care there is no action as been taken.

Just tell me where your from i will submit the mobile to you. Just you use an week you know actually what the problem i am facing.

Note: 1year gone my mobile didn't blast just convey msg to t nagar branch

    Recent purchased Lenovo Vibe X2 is not working properly, it's battery is not giving proper backup, and suffering from overheating and hanging problem.

    Lenovo service center is forcing us to get it's touch replaced on cost basis @ Rs. 8000/- approx., despite touch is working and after get the touch system replaced on cost basis they will take action on other problems of the mobile.

      Can not able to set the custom ringtone after OS updation in my mobile phone.
      I could not able use the songs from external storage(Memory Card) as a ringtone. It ringed default ringtone(Fantastic clang)

      This issue arised from December-2016 onwards

      How to resolve this issue?

      Its been one month since i used my phone. The phone has been given for repair 3 times in last one month, each time for different issue. The phone is still under guarantee period.

      Should i wait the phone to be repaired. Will i get it back as a normal working phone is what i want to know

        I have purchased Lenovo k6 power online through Flipkart and after a week my phone started giving problem mic problem & the other person on call was unable to hear my voice and auto starting up of device, phone stucking and heating problem and I contact flipkart dey ask me to contact Lenovo service center at secunderabad ESC-SCD dey have cheated me again and took may sim tray and dey said me dey wll give me later when company makes it available to dem this is the pathetic conditions of brand new Lenovo phones and also its service center irresponsible behavior, so kindly take action against this service center ESC-SCD address shop no 21, 22, Hardu complex MG road secunderabad .

        Purchased phone online on 10jan recieved on, 12jan problems started since 20jan n flipkart said dey can exchange within 10days only and Lenovo is the worst company no proper mobiles dey didnt even replaced instead said dey well repair and give me and dey changed may imei no. Too and dey theft my simtray without simtray how can anyone use phone when dey cannot place sim in mobile phone and irresponsible behavior of the company's service center do take neccesary action

          Sir,
          Heating, Hanging, Touch problem, voice problem, call picking up problem, back problem, charger heating problem, so many issues in this device.
          After technician visit all problems are here any time. My newly device doe's work properly. Than why I get this bad device. And why I go to service centre within 4 days. Why..?

          I have talk to flipcart care service 60 times (. Atleast 8 hours) but they have No solution. They are cheating with customers. They don't want Chang this bad performed device.
          The technician told me that this device can problem anything. They mentioned this on the form that was fulfilled there. But he doesn't update that thing ( it may have anytime problems). Jbki he mentioned this (anytime may problems).
          He told me that this device sometimes will not performe properly. But not update this on the system.
          Flipkart Care persons are not solving my problem. They don't not replacement or return this device. I have tried 60 times.
          Plz help me.
          Plz replacement or return this device. ( Lenovo k6 power)

              This is to inform you that I have purchased a Lenovo Mobile, Model K6 having IME no. [protected] from M/S Mr. Talk, 270, Cariappa Street, Rajban Ka Pul, Meerut Cantt, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India on 22/12/2016 costing Rs. 15800/-. All of a sudden on 02/02/2017, the mobile become dead and it was not booting. I complaint the problem to M/S Mr. Talk from where I purchased it, they did not entertained me and told that the mobile cannot be changed and referred me to go to your service centre. At service centre after checking it that software need to be uploaded and soft ware was not available on that day and on next very day I was told that Mother board is to be changed and you will get it at least after one week and I have no choice but leave it at service centre.
              Sir, please advise that to purchase Lenova, was it a crime? I was misguided and harassed at every step (from purchase point to service centre) from last two days. It is now confirmed that your company has cheated me and request you to please do not play the sentiment of people by cheating.
              I, therefore request you to please arrange to provide me new set in lieu of defective set failing which legal action will be initiated against your company as well as top execuitives of your company

                Sir I recently purchased this Lenovo vibe K4 note mobile . I updated it to latest version marshmallow from lollipop version.after update the Dolby Atmos was not working properly there is no difference in sound while it is on or off. I had purchased this product for that feature only. Can you please tell how to solve this problem and work Dolby Atmos normally how it's worked before update

                  You have taken inspection fees.Rs. 173.00 for sort out the actual problem for my lenovo p-780 mobile, and after (without) full check up and inspection hcl service ltd told me the mobile mother board has some problem and must change the same and its changing cost rs, 9000.00 (approx) no alternative solutions, and that time it was impossible for me to bear such expenses rs, 9000.00. So, i got checked the same outside and repaired them at a very nominal charged for rs- 950.00, now the my mobile set is fully running well and good. In view of the above, i claim herewith the refund of my inspection charged amount with penalty for wrong information provide and charging the huge amount and misguide the customer having no proper checking and inspection the mobile wheres the customer must pay the full inspection charged.

                          I have purchased Lenovo G50-80 (80E502Q8IH) (Core i3 (5th Gen)/4 GB/1 TB/39.62 cm (15.6)/DOS) at the date of 21/01/2107 on Paytm
                          My warnty started befor 2 month of 21/01/2017 i apply 27th jan for warranty period starting on date of purchasing My ticket number is POP214462, but no any replay for this application.
                          And my main moto for this mail is some defect in your products
                          1. Battery charge only 60℅, charging stopped on 60℅
                          2. Laptop do not work shut down options
                          3. Problame in battery back-up
                          4. Problame in laptop mouse sometime hang touching on mouse

                                I have purchased Lenovo Vibe x3 mobile(IMEI - [protected], 821) through Amazon on 15th March 2016 where mobile warranty is one year and all accessories warranty is 6 months. with in 3 months, The charger is not working . The mobile shows as charging but mobile was not charging whereas I am able to use different chargers to charge the mobile without any problem . It clearly means that the charger has some problem.

                                I went to service center in Jayanagar 4th Block, Banagalore with in six months after purchase, the executive says that USB cable is the problem and it won't be covered under warranty and only adapter covers in warranty whereas the warranty card clearly shows that the charger is covered 6 months warranty. If I am not wrong, The charger is combination of Adapter and USB cable. They didn't replace the USB cable . So they charged Rs 240.00 for replacing the USB cable instead of giving at free of cost . Because, the USB cable is in perfect condition without any damages and it is not charging for some reason.

                                Also, My Mobile is in perfect working condition and they asked me to leave the mobile in service center to check the problem either in mobile or in charger. they took my phone for not lasting the battery not even one day and told me there is liquid damage where my mobile never fell in water . But, they have taken service charge of Rs 173.00 considering out of warranty mobile and for cable replacement rs 67 totalling 240 rupees. Also, told me that If the phone goes dead, no responsibility by the service center.

                                Firstly, I was not supposed to charge for USB cable replacement as the charger is with in the warranty and service center informed that USB cable I dont know why is USB cable is not part of charger ??.
                                Secondly, How the phone is considered as liquid damage when it is working perfectly and never fell down or fell in water not sure if you have given damaged piece. Even then, it was supposed to be free service during the warranty period when buying the expensive phones as my mobile cost is 20, 000 . But I was charged Rs 173.00 just for taking the phone with out any service.

                                Third and more importantly, the service center has to take the responsibility while repairing the service with in one year irrespective of damage as it should be fixed as their responsibility.

                                Finally- Due to charger problem, The mobile was charged with different mobile charger which screwed the life of the battery should be compensated. Right now, My mobile is hanging and getting heated and battery not lasting at least half a day with in a year of purchase.

                                If you can't resolve it, Kindly direct me to escalate this issue to the concerned forum/court or let us know email id's of top management.

                                If this is not resolved with in two business days, I have all the proofs and will sue the Lenovo for the same.I have attached all documents ( Invoice copy, warranty copy, service request form, USB cable purchase copy ) as required for your reference.

                                I can provide the any necessary documents if required.

                                I have raised this query to lenovo customer care twice, but both the times they have given different solutions which are not satisfactory.

                                First they told me that they will provide free service to the mobile but cable has to be charged
                                second time, they told cable will be provided at free of cost and the mobile will be serviced on chargable basis.

                                There is no consistency in the reply also . Right now, I am suffering with mobile not functioning properly.

                                Need a resolution.

                                I have received multiple emails later that they are looking in to it once in a blue moon. After few months they replied that they will provide the service on chargeable basis as my mobile considered by they as damaged.

                                I am using the mobile from more than 1 year 4 months. I never had any problem than low battery back up. They have not resolved the issue with chargeable repair also two times.. If the mobile is damaged, I wouldn't have able to use it without any issue this long..

                                They have given low quality product and worst service from lenovo on top of it.. I request for personal investigation and need compensation for this .

                                    I have place an online order for a lenovo laptop on their official store TheDoStore on 22nd Jan.

                                    They have not yet supplied the laptop even after the promised 5-7 days. I have already paid the money in advance. I dont want the laptop now, but they are refusing to refund the money.

                                    I continue to get emails with revised shipping dates.

                                    Every one should be careful...they dont have stock but still take your money and earn interest on it.

                                      Hello sir, my phone lenovo vibe k4 note is suffering a problem from the last few days that is while am using the phone suddenly the display blinks and it results to lock.. as we restart phone it asks pin for high security.. will u please explain me why this issue happening it leads to in convenience environment

                                        I purchased Lenovo K4 mobile on August 12th (delivered to me). My mobile battery is not working effectively. Though the battery is 3300mAh, its not coming more than 15 hours (when using generally) and 4 hours (when using internet). This situation is since last 40 days. I have 6 Months warranty for the battery. Please look into this matter and replace the battery as soon as possible.
