I availed BTC offer from Lenovo, paid Rs.2499 on August 25, my BTC number is BTC67027, then after i made the payment they told me that i made wrong payment and that my BTC number is BTC67028 and not BTC67027.

I then asked for a refund from them so that i can do correct payment, but then they started ignoring me and it's 15th September today and still i'm looking for a solution to this

    I have given my laptop z50-70 for service before 2 weeks as my laptop is showing wrong specifications which are not same when I bought this laptop
    and its wasn't detecting the nvidia graphic driver and was only detecting the "Intel Graphic Driver." .They said that my laptops mother board is changed it was not mine. But I only gave my laptop to service the secound time to the same Service centre .

    Even after two weeks they are saying that They are getting the wrong mother board for the laptop for which they are ordering..?? and saying that mail conversation is going on...From two weeks..!!!

    My laptop is in warrenty and they are saying it may long time.. I am Btech student I have my exams within a week and i will be needing my laptop more.
    so I took it back and then Now in my laptop not even "Intel HD graphics" is also not deteecting.!!!

    I though they will make my laptop condition better.But they made my condition Worse...!!!

    And y they are getting the wrong mother board... is it fault of the company? or their excuse to cover up ?

    I feeling like y did I even Buy this lenovo laptop..
    Plz resolve this mother board issue I am going to give it to the service center again tommorow...

      Nobody responding from lenovo and service center on call
      Why they are not receiving phone call
      It is very bad to visit 20km away service center for checking weather mobile is repaired or not? So i can say your service center in navsari gujarat is not working in good faith of lenovo and lenovo customer.

      How many days it will take to repair mobile for replacing simple vibrator, it is taking more than 3 week. Weather lenovo is producing additional parts or not/?
      Ervice center reply s, we diden't receive parts for mobile which under warranty??
      Do have not parts in your in company store??
      As it will take maximum 3 working days to reach courier in any part of india??

          I have submitted my phone to service centre and it's been over one month and they still not solved my problem my complaint no is C0012 and ime no is [protected] and company is not sending parts to service centre please take some legal action on the company i hope you can solve this problem so as such we are middle class people and we does not afford loss of 15000 Rs mobile

          I purchased Lenovo K3 Note on 15 days before and later I understand the camera is very worst, in the specification 13 Mp rear and 5Mp front but it's quality and performance is very very worst. I want to know why the company cheating the customer. Kindly reply at the earliest or else I will go for legal proceedings.

            I have purchased lenovo S850 on 5th Feb 2016 from flipkart. Com. It is having speaker problem. Initially when I checked up with Lenovo customer care service Surat they just service and return back to me when I informed them it is having speaker problem. The same issue again arouse and I checked up with Lenovo customer care service Surat on 27th August 2016, I have been told that it will be repaired within 12-15 days. After completing 16 days, when I visited service centre on Saturday 10th September 2016, I was bluntly replied that mobile is not repaired as it is out of warranty. I showed them my tax invoice as well that it is still under warranty. But I was neglected. When I asked for higher authority then Mr Anil told me it will be resolved till Tuesday and I will get a call from his side. Today its more than 20 days I have to take follow up with Lenovo team and I am unanswered. I am truly unsatisfied with Lenovo mobile service.

            I bought a lenovo vibe k5 note from flipkart which was delivered on October 11 2016.

            I am not getting the proper service.

            Vibration of the phone stops working.
            When I went to the service centre they were just making excuses to come tomorrow - engineer is on leave- come after 5 days.etc.

            Phone ringer stops working spontaneously.

            There is a problem in software too - it shows "phone system stopped unfortunately' on the screen.

            It hangs a lot.
            You can not play games.

            Phone heats up so quickly.
            Battery backup is so poor.

            Camera quality is so poor.
            The picture gets blur.

                Lenova vibe p1 turbo is a cheating product which must be banned .My vibe p1 touch screen stopped working since last one week.Warrenty was offered by the local retail company (oxygen kerala)instead of the company .The service center cheked the phone and told me to repace mother board which costs another 10, 000.I purchased the phone for rs.18, 000.Are they producing the product for just two months?
                why does the lenovo company leave the warrenty right to the retail shop instead of the company itself.This is broad day stealing of money by producing less durable product.Government must ban the company for cheating and fraud.Nobody should buy this product

                    I have recently purchased LENOVO ZUK Z1221 from Amazon (Order Id;[protected] on 25th May. It was a new release from LENOVO & I took the risk of purchasing it. But now i realize that PURCHASING LENOVO MOBILE WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Within 15 days Phone started to malfunction by not detecting SIM.

                    I raised the complaint for same with AMAZON INDIA, but they refused to serve my request(they have limited replacement warranty of 15 days) and suggested me to contact LENOVO Service center. I had no options, but to go to Service center which was very far from my home. Service took 30 days to get the work done & changed the Mother Board of the phone. Although this was done free of cost but it cost me bloody 30 days.

                    I expected that the serviced mobile will work properly in future but it started to malfunction again with the same problem.

                    Now when again I submitted mobile to service center (Second time) they are saying motherboard need to be change. I am waiting from almost 40 days to get repair from LENOVO service center.

                    I have following questions for LENOVO:

                    1. Why does a brand new phone stated to malfunction within 15 days of purchase? even after repair it is in same situation.

                    2. How can, any brand new phone need to change motherboard for 3 time after purchasing in 3 months.

                    3. Why does service center take it so long to resolve the problem of phone?

                    4. Even if they took it so long(30 days) why the device is not working correctly now?

                    We contacted to their customer care but response is not as expected.

                    I am tired of going to Service Centers, I think the hardware what used in phone is having problem. I following through mails but Lenovo Mobile India are not serious on this issue. Every time I got same mail from him that "We are working on this issue". from last 40 days they are working on this issue.

                    I am attaching all purchase receipt and service centre receipts.

                    Looking for your support.

                      I have bought Lenovo K4 Vibe, on 20 Jan 2016.
                      There is some problem with my Phone Touch and its not working, I have been to Service center located at Bhagat Singh Market (C.P). My Phone is under warranty but still they have charged Rs. 150 as Inspection Charge.

                      Request you to confirm why you have a provision of inspection charge when the phone is under warranty.

                        I have placed order for this mobile on 17th oct 2015 and now the mobile is not getting properly charged.

                        I gave the mobile to nearest authorized LENOVO service center and they mentioned its BATTERY issue as well told Mobile being in WARRANTY so its free of cost so asked us to give them KHARCHA PANI ( ie money) to get the battery replace at earliest in free. On mentioning why shall i pay for the KHARCHA PANI when services has to be free.

                        Later within an hour they says its MOTHERBOARD issue as the charger pin got damage . So now this is PHYSICAL Damage issue so you have pay .

                        Within 1 hr the issue from BATTERY goes to MOTHERBOARD ? Shall i doubt the LENOVO Technician skill or the reason i didn't gave KHARCHA PANI so this way they are taking out money from our pocket ??

                        This is a serious issue where the warranty changes to Damage as i refused LENOVO to pay KHARCHA PANI .

                        If Lenovo doesn't takes any action now then i will be proceeding with logging consumer complaint

                          I have purchased this mobile last year due to advance feature of 4g which they have advertised. When I insert this sim in 4g slot, it is not showing any range but when I checked the sim in other mobile it is showing range. I contacted even customer care as well as service center of lenovo smartphone but they are not responding properly. They are saying it will not support 4g. Then why they have given that in feature as it will support 4g.

                            I bought a lenovo y700 laptop a month ago and a few days after (2-3) I ordered the Y series BTC offer which included a gaming headset, keyboard and mouse.
                            The company guaranteed to dispatch the goods within 21 days to my address.
                            After waiting for 21 days I sent them a mail regarding its status so they gave a reason that the keyboards were out of stock .
                            So, they said they'll dispatch the mouse and headset.
                            But that didn't happen, I waited a few more days then mailed to their services executive director.
                            He too made promises he couldn't keep.
                            Till date I have not received any of the goods .
                            I hope that Lenovo reads this mail and takes immediate action.

                              Hi, Santosh kalburgi here. I want to submit complaint against Lenovo service centre (RTEL SERVICES, Vadodara, Gujarat, mob- [protected]) and Lenovo company (smartphone).
                              My mobile Lenovo vibe X2 has undergone with the problem of Internal display not working. I have given my mobile to the authorized service centre of Lenovo on 6/8/2016. Now one month has gone but my mobile has not been repaired by service centre and since three weeks they are telling parts approval under process only. They are not giving the proper answer to me.                                 I would like to bring into your kind notice the hardship I have been facing in dealing with your executives related to repair of my Lenovo Tab.
                                My tab which was giving little bit hanging problem was first submitted to Croma, South Extension New Delhi for repair on 14.05.2016 and recieved back on 19.05.2016 with the message that the tab has repaired. But on verifying, it has been found that the tab was not repaired at all infact were in the same position/ problem in which it was submitted. The receipt of deposition was collected by Croma centre after giving delivery of the Tab to me and so the copy of the same could not be attached herewith.

                                Then on 21.05.2014, it was again submitted to same Croma centre i.e., South Extension for the same problem. The receipt of the same is attached herewith mentioning the problems reported by centre. But the same is not returned back till now.
                                I am not requesting for refund/ replacement of lenovo tab infact this case relates to necessary repair under warranty period ( purchased in the month of October, 2015)which has already been lapsed for almost 3 months . I donot agree with the fault intimated by lenovo engineer on mail as there is no liquid damage done on my part and the same may be occured during handling of either Croma authorities or at your part . This problem was not reported/ intimated to me during my initial deposit of the Tab on 15.5.2016 and also when returned back with verbal remarks of satisfacory repair on 19.05.2016. If the case was of liquid damage than how can the same not reported to me on first occasion . I then again submitted same tab on 21.05.2016 for the same reason, i.e, hanging problem.
                                Further, I am also using samsung mobile for the last two years and never faced such kind of hardship whenever my samsung phone give me trouble. They ( samsung service station)always attended my problem on priority basis and made the repair within reasonable time frame.

                                I being a regular user of samsung and sony phones have first time with assurance from Croma centre and opinion from my friends, with so many hesitations finally trusted and purchased Lenovo product. I took extended warranty for another year immediately at the time of purchase.But the kind of hardship I have been facing for the last 3 months is just like a person suffering from cancer in his last stage and with no help from Doctors.

                                I am really very disturbed and depressed.Being a BP patient facing so much health problem due to this very much problem of repairing of my Tab.
                                I also requested Mr. Sudipto Ghosh- Executive Head (National) in this regard but that is also of no avail.
                                I request you to please look into the matter and resolve at the earliest as my tab is under warranty ( including extending warranty- copy attached). This problem has now been running for more than 3 months and the tab is with lenovo service centre. I am facing lots of problem in my work in the absence of the tab.

                                  I have bought Lenovo Vibe P1 mobile before six month, within 3 month vibrator is out of order and after few weeks charging point is not working.
                                  When I contacted Lenovo, they ask me some procedure for vibrator which on software base but vibrator not started. Second option is service center, while my first visit, their software not working so they cant receive mobile, next day visit, huge waiting of 1 hours. And after receiving, 30 min for checking. They found vibrator not working. For replacing vibrator, they keep mobile more than 3 weeks. Later I came to that customers whose mobile not under warranty get repaired immediately but under warranty, will took more than 3 week. Reason behind this second visit, you don't have warranty but according to them, parts are not arrived. but If company have sufficient parts in their store than it will not more than 3 days to deliver in any parts of India.
                                  So lenovo is providing very bad post sales service, kindly do something for that.

                                    i have purchased the laptop from sargam electronics

                                    laptop is not getting charged, and working slowly, even after plugging in its not getting charged,
                                    I bought a lenovo Vibe K4 3 months ago and now the charger is not working. It is not damaged but i think there is some problem with the cable. As it is in warranty period so i would request you to change it as soon as possible because without the charger it is getting very difficult.

                                      Touch problem, camera problem, hang problem, battery problem, many time touch not working, charger not working if one time mobile shut down then it will start after two hours, touch not working many particular place not worked mobile hang ho jata ha is laye complaint.                                         We suspect that the defect laptop had been delivered to us on our purchase, a month ago.

                                        Following are the issues faced:
                                        1. Battery doesn't last for more than 2 hours.
                                        2. Get the frequent error message as "NEED SYSTEM REPAIR" automatically popped in and switched off on its own. We could not save our work when we face these issues and happens quite often.
                                        3. Speaker volume is not properly working as expected.
                                        4. Visited Lenovo Dealer showroom (where we purchased) thrice during a month for rectifying the issues, but in vain.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
