I have purchased Lenovo Vibe shot phone from ebay online portal in the month of December 2015; The mobile phone is not working properly since 3 months of purchase. The phone is not atching the network signals and lately it is not even recognising the sim card. The phone is given for repair at the Lenovo service centre at Kanpur on 31/08/2016 but since then it is not yet repaired.
The phone cost is Rs. 25000.00 and the Lenovo company has cheated me by providing the defective handset, therefore the company shall change the handset with a new Lenovo Vibe shot mobile phone or a upgraded version.

    I Have Lenove k4 note. Power key of my lenovo mobile is not working when i submit my phone your service center (B2X Store- Motorola Lenovo Authorised Service Center) he said my mobile power key is not working due to water. But when water is entered in phone cover then only power key is damaged it is not possible. my mobile is 5 month old.i purchased my mobile on dated 25/04/2016.

    Please do something in this matter and replace part in warranty.

      I haved made a call lock for lenovo think center all in one, and it has been 3 months passed but lenovo has not provided the product or service, they pick up the phone and disconnect it immediately, and when pickup they keep on hold for long time for 1 -2 hour, also when asked to transfer to team leader (mithoon/abhishek) they say that tl is on lunch, inmeeting, not available, etc.

      Lenovo fool the customer

      Lenovo product is defective and poor quality, i would suggest no to buy it.

      Lenovo support is zero.

      Lenovo just try to pick up the client whose product is not in warrenty and charege high price for the product and focus on them only.

      I have locked a compliant on: june 10, 2016 they provided case id no:[protected]

      This all case id they just give to customer and no follow up, calls, or issue resolving just when customer ask for what happen, then just they give case id. also they tell that we will call you and their is no call from lenovo tl or executive.

      Once in the above case their engineer has been visited on jul 24 and taken snap of the product and posted it forwared and afterward he has also not came.
      The company is not taking seriously.
      The lenovo is ignoring us.

      Also i have asked lenovo care tl to mail me that they do not want to proveed the service tell me and mail me, that also they are not doing.
      They are trying to fool and cheat the customer that your parts is in transit, in banglore, is patched today/tommaro, parts not available, engineer will visit you, etc.

      Till now engineer has not been visited.

      I am facing a heavy loss from last three months due to unavailable of the computer. i would like to get the full return/replacement of the product along with the loss suffered from last three months.

      Their is lot to say, but i do not now how to explain it clear.

        - First one, My phone Lenovo K3 Note was submitted on 5th Sept for repairing. At the time of submission they didn't provide me the back cover, today when I was receiving the product, there was no back cover and when I asked for it, they told me that they don't take it and they started blaming me. i asked then to check CCTV camera, they refused for it. When I warned them to complaint, they said, 'do whatever you want to do'.

        - Second One, my another phone, Lenovo Vibe k5 Note' charger is not working. When I asked them to replace it, they told me that your phone will be formatted. I was surprised, I don't know what is the synchronization between phone software and charger.

        Please take action asap.

          An unsatisfied service by lenovo.

          Have issues on this K4 note from day one...
          Will any customer give the phone for service i. The first month of purchase... I did in a week...
          Requested to replace the piece. But not got a proper solution for it till now...

          Following r the common issues.

          Memory card not getting read properly.
          Sensor and touch issue..
          Phone gets switch off often for no reason...
          Calls r not transmitted properly.
          Phone hanging issue..
          Many suggested to by lenovo coz of gud battery backup and performance, but. I am the only victim for this model i guess...

              I am using new Lenevo vibe k5 phone . With in 20 days touch problem arrise. When I visit with this problem to Midnapore lenevo care, They has changed touch pad but without my permission changed motherboard also. Now new problem arise . Battery is not fully charged and also drain fast.
              When again I visit with this problem to the Midnapore care, they refused to solve the problem.

                I purchased lenovo a6000+ last year and warranty date passed 2 months before but unfortunately it stooped working at all. I went to service centre but they told it is dead and will cost 75% of the mobile cost for full functioning. I feel like fool now after spent 7500 rs. Need company support because repairing cost is too much and company should be positive for their customer who purchased it over other company. And why should i pay this amount which is equal to the new handset?

                  My lenovo new mobile vibe k5 just 13days use mobile was hit and stop working. I go to service center in 22/07/2016 but still not give my mobile back still and service center give not satisfied answer for back my mobile.

                    My phone stuck always on lenevo logo and then it switched off. When i go to lenevo service centre their response is so bad and said that there is software updating problem and after taking 2 days time they said that we don't understand why your phone is not working.
                    If you people don't understand then why are you sitting there. Just for timepass.

                    Very bad service in lenevo service center (Laxminagar new delhi).

                              I have purchased Lenovo Flsk touch screen laptop 3 months before.

                              After 15 days scree was not working at all I want to lenovo customer care and did lot of follow up after that they have took 20 days to arrange spares from HO and when received it was damaged so technican said need to reoder spares and then we will do the needful afterwords they took almost month and today they have received parts from HO and that too is defective so since the day i have purchased my lappy after paying havey money abt 40K it is of no use.

                              Lenovo should improve service and avails spaes in 2-3 days time only why to wait too long for Spares from HO.

                              It is Just pathetic service i have experience.

                              I will recommend not to by anything from lenove till they improve their after sales service.

' address 110/31, Jai hind Lane Gumti No. 5 Nashimabad Kanpur - 208012 . I deposite Rs. 4180 . when i report to them they it will come and come for one month they say it was coming from company but after one month they was say it was coming from company. So, you tell what could i do with it i threw laptop away or they return my money.
