After purchase from Flipkart Lenovo Vibe p1 smartphone, in 6 months it got display problem. After submitted mobile at Anil Service Center, Rajkot on 02.08.2016. They give time of 10 days, but after one month didn't repair because they have no part available from one month. No Lenovo company itself has any right information. They are saying my mobile is ready and service center is saying no part available. No any higher authority to complain because lenovo says to contact directly service center. And service center not giving satisfactory answer. It's my mistake that I bought lenovo product.

    I have given my lenovo vibe k5 plus to lenovo service centre jaipur on 23rd august with defect in speaker in the phone and they said it will be resolved within 7 days but when i called on 1st september they said it's motherboard will be changed which has been ordered and it will take 7 more working days .i want to know exactly when they will return my phone after repairing it .my order no. is SOIN[protected]

        I am regular customer of the lenovo smartphones. After purchasing lenovo zuk z1 mobile in the month june 2016

        This mobile it has network problem, no networks is shown. I go to rama telecom, udaipur, rajasthan, they says for rectify this problem they takes 7 days time but after 37 days they not answerd my call and not giving satisfied answer. Udaipur is about 70km far from us, it is not possible to go four or five times for this problem at udaipur. Please rectify this problem else provide us new smartphone. Because i am about 37 days leaving without phone and all the messages and mails are pending.
        I m waiting since my mobile back since[protected] from the service center but they not backed me yet. I also complaint online about the service center but they always sent messages like that that are attached as screen shots.

          Dear concerned,

          I hv submitted my smart phone (Lenovo vibe p1ma40) at the service centre mentioned in the subject on aug22, 2016.
          It was observed by your technical analysts to have damaged touch screen. So the touch was asked to be replaced.

          I was asked to wait for 7 days for the replacement.
          Its been 10 days now. When i inquired about the status of the phone on call (Through the number mentioned on the service order provided by the service center at the time of submission), i got the reply that its not done yet and also its not sure how much time it will take as the center doesn't has the equipment (Touch screen) for the replacement right now and its not sure when will it be provided at the center.

          This is truely dissapointing.
          At least this kind of irresponsible reply shouldn't be there.

          I have an urgency... Need ny phone.

          Request to proceed the service order as soon as possible.

            I have given my lenova mobile repair on `8.8.2016 at Telport K.M. Towers Trichy. My service order no. is SOINO[protected]. They are telling that they dont receive parts. Why do you run a authorised seervice centre without adequate spare parts. I shall take legal action if I am not given my mobile within 2 days, Expecting your reply immediately.

              I purchased the Lenevo Vibe K-5 Note (Gold, 32GB) hand set on 05th August 2016 via online through flipkart website. Product was delivered on 11th August 2016 and attached the copy of invoice for your kind reference.
              Suddenly the mobile phone stop working and not even able to switch on the hand set and has become un-responsive for any function.

              Now it’s completely dead and since the product is under warranty and your swift arrangement in this regard in resolving the hand set.

              Again query from customer
              I visited the authorized service center I-Pick Solution India Private limited, wherein they refused to repair it under warranty stating that there is no warranty for Burn Handset and I will have to repair the hand set at your my own cost approx. Rs. 8000 to Rs.9000.

              This is the only 17 days old hand set and my phone suddenly started warming up and became dead. Though I tried to switch on the handset but was unable to do it as it was not responding at all.

              Lenovo being such an esteemed company, we expect high quality products from Lenovo and good customer after sale support. Since this is totally a manufacturing fault, request you to kindly replace my hand set.

                  I had network issues with my lenovo vibe x2. The sim card was not detecting in my device. So I called the Lenovo customer care they told me to go to Lenovo service center. I went to Lenovo service center in Borivali which is known as cellular world it's service center for Lenovo. I filled the form and waited for my phone to get checked by the technician/engineer. I waited for more than 3 hrs and I kept on asking whether my phone is checked but those females who sit at the desk to sort out the problem were rude and said that we will take your name once it is done. Then I approached an another person he went to check with the technician whether my phone was done with the checking but the technician didn't even check my phone and said that he forgot. They kept me waiting for 4hrs for nothing then after that he didn't even check and said that they will change the motherboard and it will cost me Rs.8500. I was shocked.First of all it is lenovo company's fault for creating a defective piece and top of it your service center people don't even touch the phone and charge you a lot. It's cheating and fraud. Why would one pay Re 8500 for this, one will buy a new phone. I made a mistake of buying lenovo vibe x2 and k3 note. Never I will buy any product from lenovo or will recommend them.

                    I have bought lenovo laptop 9 months ago, now i am facing battery and headphone jack issue. I went to their service center they are not able to resolve my problem and they are saying that your laptop is working fine. they are not ready to listen my concern.Now i want either they repair my laptop or provide me the new one.

                    Engineer on the service center was not aware of my problem .He don't know anything about the service. he was just fooling the people.Even he was not listening my problem and was just saying that everything is working fine.

                        I have pruchased lenovo k4 note mobile on dated 3/12/2015 which is under company warranty now. Some days back i suffered display light not work in it and hang also. So i carried it to your authorised service centre at kishan bazar, galla manddi, near by bus stand-jhansi (Bundelkhand, uttarpradesh).
                        On 06/08/2016, they told me that there is a problem in the motherboard. They told me to take this mobile after 7 days. Approx a moth has been passed they are not giving mee my mobile replaced with new motherboard. Every time they say that they has not received the part from company. I made call so many times, they told no one avaliable for service, u 'll be make call or, come to after 1or2 days. And again nix on response from that side same.. I am feeling very surprised to see that how the company are giving such hopeless...

                        So, plz take an action and give me my phone as soon as..

                          This is c. Jagadeeswar
                          Recently i was purchased leniovo k4 note. The mobile was first charging was not happening properly and the charging also 50% happening reaming when it was switch off condition not happening. After 2.5 months its charging was not happening and finally it was died condition.

                          Finally i was given to the lenovo service center last 50 days back they are not responding as they are commitment dates. Every time they are saying come after 5 days like.

                          Please do needful. And asap rectify the problem.

                            I had made purchase of lenovo vibe k5 on date[protected]. And from date of[protected] facing issue of touch pad as my phone work automatically. Even i had contacted for technical online support with this issue in return online customer service assistant told me to reset the phone once and your phone work smoothly but unfortunately i am not received such experience with bran new packed phone. On date 19-aug-2016 i had submitted to service center in pune (411028) @ this time service center told me that need to replace touch pad having issue. As on date 3 days passed still i am not receiving any detail when my phone is given back to me. When i contacted to service center they are replying me to contact online customer care and customer replied me to contact service center.

                            Kindly update me in this issue from i'll get response about current status of my phone.

                            Thrice since launch complaint to service center but they are not update and giving right information on the same.

                              I have pruchased lenovo k 3 note mobile on dated 16/10/2015 which is under company warranty now. Some days back i suffered signal and network problem in it so i carried it to your authorised service centre at amar plaza daulat bagh ajmer. On 29/07/2016, they told me that there is a problem in the motherboard. They told me to take this mobile after 7 days. More than a moth has been passed they are not giving mee my mobile replaced with new motherboard. Every time they say that they has not received the part from company. I am feeling very surprised to see that how the company are giving such hopeless service centres to resolve customers problem, they are increasing the problems of the customers instead of resolving them. So, look into the matter and resolve my problemely otherwise i have no other way to go to the court of law.

                                  Sir, i have bought a lenovo laptop from reliance retail limited, avani riverside, 32, jagat banerjee gaht shalkia, howrah on 24/05/2016 but sir i am facing during working sir its hotspot is not working,

                                  Ometime when i shut down its not get shut down so i have to directly shut it up, sir it getting charge till 60% not more than it though it get attached to adapter and asking for installiattion driver to install but when i am installing it is not working again asking for same process sir it net is not operating through wifi, so i am using dongal for networking.                                     My lenovo-vibe-p1 got damaged on last saturday. During the heavy rain my handset got sliped from my hand and the screen got scratched, which is under warranty period. I visited lenovo service center at kalyan - syndicate, where i got quotation of rs. 7500/- for the mobile which is under warranty. When i asked for the quotation, they refused to give it giving so many reasons.

                                    This is my worst ever experience with service center.

                                      I purchased a lenovo s8-50f on 10th of august, 2016.

                                      It came with 4.4.2 version running on it out of the box. I noticed an issue with it that the wifi is not working. By not working i mean that i could not even turn on the wifi adapter to see wifi networks.

                                      I tried resetting the device on my own but did not work.

                                      Later i called up customer care and they directed me to upgrade the firmware after installing lenovo assistant software. I made several attempts as per instructions from customer care executive to update firmware but it failed everytime i tried.

                                      As a last resort, i too this tablet to the nearby lenovo customer care center and submitted it there on 20th of aug, 2016 for fixing this issue.

                                      It has been 9 days since then and they are unable to fix it.

                                      Keeps saying "its a different method that we have to use to fix and upgrade this tablet".

                                      I just want to know is it really feasible to take 9 days of time to fix and upgrade one tablet?

                                      All they have to do it is upgrade it to 5.0.1 version which is now available.
