I purchased lenovo k3 note on 04.08.2016 from s. S. Mobile, shop no. 12-a, corporation market, nodra bridge chowk, jabalpur.
Mobile using after 02 - 03 days k3 note mobile ph. Is hanged and automatically shutdown. When i went to shop for replacing the mobile they said that to contact the service center. I went service center on 10.08.2016 and explained the problem then mobile has been formatted and updated by the service center but next day the same problem has been occurred. On 11.08.2016 i went to service center then mobile has been accepted by the service center and assuring that after 24 hour you will get a do letter for replacing the mobile but i went every day to service center and till date i have not received any do letter and behave rudely by the service center.

    My family ordered Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile to be gifted for my birthday.

    It was handed over to me packed after around 7 days.

    When I started using it, I found that the earphone jack slot was too small to support any earphones.

    I went to service center and they said that replacement period is over and now I have to submit this mobile to service center to get the things done.

    The part was replaced and fixed after 20 days and repeated calls to service center and mails to lenovo support. Both of them not cooperative. They don't respond to mails and calls.

    This is clearly the issue of defective mobile as I cannot squeeze the jack slot.

    I would like to have refund (preferrably because I had bitter experience with lenovo team and don't want to go through same procedure in future) or replacement of my mobile.

      I purchased k3 note from flipkart on nov. 2015. It worked well initially but since last 3-4 months no network signal bars shown and unable to call and receive the call. We did change the sim, new micro sim and also update.
      Also, the service centre in shivaji nagar not responded properly and having restricted time to take token and launch complaints. Other one is very far from the place.
      Please do the needful and guide me accordingly.

        I had purchased a lenova a7000 on 24th june 2015 from flipkart.com bearing imei no. [protected]. Within six month of purchase the touch screen began giving problem and so i had been to the service center who in turn repaired and gave it back. Now it’s the second time the same problem has reoccurred. I have sent it to the service center with record number srb2x[protected] now my concern is :-
         have i bought a defective mobile.
         could there is a technical problem for the same to reoccur again.
        Since my mobile is under warranty currently i m getting the service free but what if it reoccurs again.
        If there is a problem which was been repeated twice during warranty period who will be responsible for paying for the same after warranty.
        Since the problem is related to the touch screen which is quite expensive. I request you to recall my old mobile and provide me with a new one at the earliest.
        Ame problem has come up after warrenty over last month i have been following from last 8 to 10 months. I demand a replacement now but the company is not answering.

        Obviously your problem is going to continue as long as you have any Lenova phone my dear... their all phone are defective... read all the comments and you would be aggrieved to know their grievance. Funny part is even if they replace it with a brand new phone trust me 100% you are going to have the same issues.

        I am facing the similar issues..

          So i bought a lenovo thinkpad for college, it's a pretty great laptop so far, but i've been having issues a few issues.

          1.) randomly my connection to wireless will just drop, and when i troubleshoot, it simply says to reset the router. This doesn't work because i can't reset my school's router. Rebooting doesn't work either, i end up system restoring to a previous point and my connection all the sudden is perfect again. What is the cause and how can i fix this?

          2.) laptop will take a very long time powering down, and then will say windows did not shut down properly last time. So i used bluescreenview to check the dump files and they all say driver power state failure. It hasn't crashed for any other reason. As for the details on the dump files, all i have is the info that bluescreenview shows which i can provide if needed.

Plzz try to understand sir i buy this phone in 20 days ago but his touch key didnt work properly plzz do somthing sir i very proudly to buy this phone. I am going to lenovo care also but he did not reponse he gave me week to week but the problem till same issue he did't response me plzzz gave me new phone or plzzz check my phone.

                  I purchased a Lenovo-VIBE-K4 NOTE mobile set from dehradun on 02.03.2016. But for last 15 days there was some problem in the set. The charger point was not responding and there was problem in charging of the set. Apart from that even on-off button was also troubling.
                  I contacted the service center of Lenovo at Patna and left the set with them. After 3 days I was informed that the Mother Board of the set has got corrupted and I have to pay Rs. 7500.00 for repairing of the same.
                  My mobile is under warranty period and hence i took the set back from the service center. And now there is another problem, I am unable to listen to the voice of callers.

                    About three months ago, I had some noise problem with my laptop. So, I registered a complaint with the Lenovo team and after many struggles I got my laptop fan, upper case and lower case replaced by on-site service. Since then, I am having issues with my touchpad. So, at first I called the Lenovo toll free service. They took my system not less than 3 times but they were not able to fix the problem. Then, they asked me to perform one key recovery. Even after that tedious thing my problem was not fixed. I again contacted the Lenovo team. They asked me to visit the service system which is about 10 kms far. Firstly, the lady at the service centre did not entertain me. But when, I contacted the Lenovo team, the engineer there tried to do many things like BIOS update but still my problem was not solved. Then the engineer told the Lenovo team that muy issue is very genuine and they should replace my touchpad. But from that day, daily I receive call from Lenovo team. They always ask me to do the same things, update the driver, give them remote access and all and are just wasting my time. Plase help. My laptop's warranty will expire in about 30 days. I am a student and am not free all day to entertain their calls. They are not solving my problem and simply passing the time. I am attaching my laptop's invoice.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I have purchased one lenovo smart phone model a6010 four month back. Suddenly i have facing problem in cemera. I have submitted my phone on 18 july to lenovo service center m/s. Technocare solutions pvt. Ltd. At janak puri n. Delhi. But till now my phone is not repaired. Service center people always said that they did not know how much more time it will take. I had contacted them many times but did not solve my problem till now.

                      I am not able to do my many works which a smartphone does. I face many problems in daily life like chatting, sending important documents etc

                      I want the company to give phone amount as well as the amount i wasted to visit service center many times and also made so many calls. It create a mental stress till now so i want a total refund of 20000.

                        I am from Bokaro Steel City Jharkahand.
                        I had purchased a mobile costing R.S11800 (LenovoK4 note) from Munna electronics at Bokaro mall, sec.3/c. after 10 days in use it developed a problem of hanging continously. I approached the servicr center(Cybertech) at city centre, sec4 B.s city. They assured to resolve my problem in a month time. As it was completing one month i got a call from service center to get the mobile back and it could not be repaired on the pretexe of servisecenter was closed on 8 August 2016.                             I purchased lenovo smart mobile phone model a 536 around a year ago. The battery model bl210. The mobile battery got damaged within one year and its not working properly, due to which my mobile is off now from around 15 days.

                            I placed an order at i pick solutions india pvt ltd. Sector 10 noida, to purchase a new battery dated 1st august, 2016 and paid an advance of rs. 400/- to them. Total cost was rs. 800/-.

                            But till date i did not received my battery. I am suffering a lot because of the same and unable to attend my important calls and contacts personal as well as professional. The same caused a lot of hardship to me.

                            You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that i my mobile start functioning.

                            When I'm turning off developers settings ., the settings still on when I'm leaving settings. So do something for this problem.

                              Its been more then 67 days my phone is in service centre No response or confirm date given by Lenovo Service head Mr. Sudipto Ghosh and service center people. They are not at all care about customer pain, Worst ever service I have received in my life till now. Their Services are awfully sick.

                              It was delivered to me on Feb 10th 2016, on June 2nd the display blank off (No display).

                              I have taken it to Lenovo authorize service center " Communication Solution F 26/4, Okhla Phase -2 Near Yahmaha Centre New Delhi, India " on June 4th 2016 morning the work order number OKL/LO/16/00765 created . Front desk person taken the Handset and asked me to wait for some time in service center only, my handset was taken inside service center they Open the handset checked it out and told me that you have to leave the handset to rectify the problem.

                              Since then Handset is in repair centre and they are not giving any fix date by when it will repair also no use of writing to Mr. Ghosh Lenovo Service head - he even doe not bother to reply. Pl. do not buy any Lenovo Product they are cheating customer.

                                Lenovo so: [protected] for acknowledgement of so - according to the acknowledgment mail, engineer was supposed to visit within 24 hrs.
                                - complaint hasn't been resolved since 8th july even after so many follow ups and 4 engineer visit.
                                - had a word with another service engineer for service, as discussed he was supposed to visit yesterday at 2
                                -had a word with another service engineer for service, as discussed he was supposed to visit yesterday at 2 (Noon), after that no updates, infact he doesn't know about the problem in laptop.
                                -useless staff in service/customer support.
                                - i am not able to access my important official data. (Had to prepare everything in repeat) since you showed us high level o[censored]nprofessional behavior.
                                So, lenovo should be liable to compensate.

                                    I have a lebovo smart phone "vibe shot". The screen has got some cracks due. I have contacted lenovo mobile center in my area several times but every time the answer is same "the screen set needs to be changed but part had not been made available by the company". This is really frustraitibg that company has not made parts available for a model which is less than 2 year old. Need help in getting the part available so that i can repairs my mobile.
