Heating and oily secretion from mother board of my lenovo k3 note purchased in august 2015, visited some authorised service station srkt enterprises, d. No.46-11-21, danavaipeta, rajahmundry, andhra pradesh, they said that "liquid logged on pcb, so handset not consider under warranty" but i have never dipped in any liquid, even if it is dipped in liquid how will it secret oil on every recharge continuously, the phone is working properly but it is becoming oily below sd card/slim card slots and also battery is not giving standby. Lenovo k3 note its not used atleast for full year

    I had complained regarding faulty keyboard and screen with the Lenovo customer care on 10th Aug (SR#[protected]). Post engineer visit, they said they would replace keyboard and LCD (SO#[protected]). Till date there has been no resolution. Today, their service vendor (Hi Tech Informatics) informed me that the LCD replacement has been denied by Lenovo, as pixel issues are not covered under warranty. And regarding the keyboard, they said they need to do further troubleshooting. The laptop has been non operational for the last 15 days, and this is the treatment rendered by them. I am attaching the photograph with screen pixels for reference.

    Need resolution at the earliest.

        Lenovo viber p1 turbo i receive mobile frm online ebay, after one month its stop working, wen i went goa morgao servic center they told me touch pad is gone it will take 10 to 15 days, i had not use that mobile one and half month and mobile started getting problem, i gave my mobile for servicing on 6 aug now it is 21 aug till now they did not do any thing if i call them they give same ans that order new touch pad not at come, if lenovo sevice is like this how people will buy the lenovo mobile

          I'm vikrant arora, a final year student in iit jodhpur.
          I want to bring to your notice the bundle of problems caused by the tech company lenovo and they left me no other choice rather than to bring this to the attention of media.

          My laptop has a warranty till august 17.
          I have made about 12 visits to their service centers, some for resolving my issues and the subsequent visits for getting resolved the issues created by them, and they don't acknowledge them and blame me for the issues that were created by their service centers and were never there in the first place, and finally don't repair the laptop when i need it. I have to spend money to get it repaired (The laptop is in warranty) from somewhere else and now they even refuse to acknowledge the warranty. This is so frustrating and affects the mind so negatively because laptop is a thing that is needed the most for work today and mine doesn't work, thanks to their substandard repairing service. All of my work is always in the laptop like online lectures, notes, assignments and my thesis work of the final year project.

          You of all the people know the value of time. And they have wasted so much of it.

          Their previous service centers messed up so bad that almost all the people i met in the new service center claimed that the previous service centers were the reason they are here. The people in the second service center also knew that the first one was the reason for so many laptop problems as all the customers claimed the same thing. They still didn't repair all the issues, and now they are not accepting that instead marking it as our fault. This is really a big issue that has troubled so many people.

          Since 3rd august, i haven't used my laptop because it doesn't work and they don't acknowledge it. I have tried so hard to get this resolved but nothing is working. I hope you can raise this issue to create awareness about the low quality service this company provides, their double standards and thus stay away from their trap.

          Here's the story -

          I had issues with my laptop (Which is in warranty till aug of 2017) in april and may for which i went to their service centers to get my laptop repaired. This was the 2nd service center which had opened just a few days ago in jodhpur. They opened the laptop and it had so many issues which were due to the repairing of the previous service center; half the screws were missing, wi-fi and speaker wires were tampered. It took me 6 visits (Spanning more than a month) to the service center and still they repaired just half of the issues as time passed. I got a summer internship in california so i had to leave for my hometown (Karnal, haryana) for preparation so i asked them to repair the remaining issues, but they said they couldn't do that in time (They needed 2-3 weeks for that).

          Then i went to their service center in karnal but they said that it'll take 3 months to get a new keyboard (This was their authorised service center and my laptop is still in warranty). Then i had to spend my money to get it repaired from outside (My laptop is still in warranty though) as i do all of my work and this was too much delay from their side. I leave for us and my laptop stopped working on 25th july. I came back to india and visited them on aug 03, 16 only to find the service center had changed again (This is the 3rd one) and asked them to repair it. They told me that they'll have to ask the support whether they can repair it because i got it repaired it from outside. And after about 20-25 calls and 5-7 emails, they reply after 2 weeks that they won't do it because i had got it repaired from outside.

          They created issues in the laptop that weren't even there in the first place, they didn't repair the laptop in time and left me with no other option than to get it repaired from somewhere else because i urgently needed it, and now aren't even considering to repair it instead putting the blame on me that i got it repaired from outside so they cannot do it.

          This is pure bullying. They don't consider what they caused, then recite their company's policies that they cannot do anything and i'm not just one of the victims. I'm one of many.

            I have submitted my handset to lenovo service center on 13-aug-2016 for repairing. I was being given 10 to 12 days timeline for repairing the handset by the service center. After 7 days on 20-aug-2016 i called them to know the status and i got shocked to know that the handset has been dispatched on 19-aug-2016 to lenovo for repairing purpose. Now i want to know why the handset kept idle for a week and why it hasn't been dispatched on time.

When i take it take back to the buyer they says they can't do anything because the warranty is over so, can you kindly tell me what to do now or your laptop only work until the warranty is valid.

                In my lenovo a7000 i was having problem of network after upgrading it from android 5.1 (Lolipop) to android 6.0 (Marshmallow). And then i went to service center, because of the sweating the water gone inside and they told that it is water damaged and out of warranty. I told ok and gave them to repair. Another day i went and they told that the mother board is damaged. You have to buy another motherboard. So solve this please. The phone is of 10, 000 rupees and motherboard will cost 5, 000 rupees.in which i can buy a new phone. Dear lenovo, i request you to please fix this up.

                  We purchased lenovo k3 note smartphone on 4-sep-2015 with one year warranty.
                  I think it was a very bad decision to purchase lenovo product.
                  I won't purchase any product and suggest you all to keep away this careless company

                  I faced display related issues, i visit first time lenova service center - rajkot (Gujarat) on[protected]Attach lenova service report) engineer asked me to leave handset at counter and come back after 4 days, before i visit lenova service center time to time but, we have not given me handset till date and only given me only one answer company not send part.

                  This is my request to lenovo that you resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise replace this phone with a new one.

                    I have bought this phone in oct 2015, and soon after switching my connection to 4g it stopped connecting to any network and later accepted and agreed by the service center as "manufacturing defect" and did resolve the issue taking 10 days (in april 2016). within 40 days of span it stopped working again and took another 10 days to replace the hardware /motherboard by service center but sound quality been dropped off badly.
                    I send a grievance note to the lenovo care and they didn't respond to my queries and now asking me to drop the handset with service center again.

                    They claimed that this handset supports 4g, but it actually not.
                    Let me know what should be done to either 1) reimburse the amount or 2) replace this with a better model.

                    Lenovo admitted issue with 4G connection and returned the handset. No other resolution action done by the team:

                    Now we sent a mail asking for an exchange with a better model and will pay the rest of the amount deducting exchange amount. Only thing we need is to know how much they will give for the old handset. But there is not even a response or acknowledgement of the quote even after 1.5 week.

                    Need to know whats the direct dial to get customer complaint cell.
                    Yes, i have seen this happening. Lenovo should take such issues into account and give their customers proper remedy.

                        I bought my Lenovo A6000 phone IMEI: [protected] from Mobile Gallery Kichha on 1st Feb 2016 but under its warranty period in the month of June its touch was not working so I went to Haldwani Service Centre The Delight mobizone E-6 pal complex haldwani. I gave my phone for repair on 15Th July 2016 and they asked me to check with them in a day or two so I called them after 2-3 days they said they will advise when phone can be collected after repair but whever I called them either they didnt pick up the phone or disconnected so I went to service centre again which is 40 km far from my place then they asked me to come after a week after many follow up and after visitng I got my phone on 30th July 2016
                        But when I got my phone there was some network issue whatever sim I use in that phone there is no network connection and the same sim work well in different co handset.
                        I again visited Haldwani service centre on 2nd Aug and they kept my phone but now I am calling them from last 17-18 days even I visited them 4-5 time to check the status of the phone either they dont pick up the ph or switch off after my first call and when i go they always give us a date that it will be ready and whenever I go again its still under repair. They are misbehaving now by saying we are not going to repair this phone please dont ask again an again as If I have purchased this phone for free.
                        Its really an harrasament for me to buy Lenovo phone and then again and again visiting service centre (please dont employ staff at service centre who dont know how to speak to customers) which is 40 km from my place.
                        Please sort out the phone and after sale service issue

                            Not happy with lenovo warranty issue.
                            Few days back suddenly my lenovo k4 note shutdown in pocket and not able switch it on. As i bought it before 5 months (Within warranty), so i went to lenovo mobile care. After hrs of waiting finally turn came. After taking few moments they said motherboard is out so they hv to replace it, which will cost rs.10, 000. I said it is in warranty. With there happy face they replied it will not covered in warranty. I bought it at rs.12, 000 and now said spare part of rs.10, 000 will not covered in warranty - means u r giving warranty on
                            Rs.2000 only??? No doubt u r saying, u r giving limited warranty but this much limited??? Which will only cover rs.2000.
                            I was fan of lenovo but after this issue, no more trust on lenovo administrator. Lenovo products r goods but as machines, they stop working at any moments. But as a administator u too work as machine???

                              I have lenovo phab tablet pb1 770m
                              I am facing problems with this table the product quality and customer service (India) leaving me only frustrated.
                              First my tab already had motherboard replaced by lenovo service centre. The problem now is that tablet has very poor camera quality (Almost vga quality) second it is not accepting 32gb micro sd card.
                              I was told by customer representative mr. Tanveer (G17, 18 hemkunt chambers, nehru place, delhi, india) that blur picture for this tab is normal and second that it does not support micro sd card beyond 16gb.
                              Both arguments are not in line with product features on lenovo website.
                              I am not satisfied with customer representative response and feeling letdown.
                              Kindly suggest what to do.
                              The tab is submitted to service centre today after i insist.

                                The whole series of events
                                (1) We have purchased Lenovo G5045 Laptop from Store No 8849, Store State GJ, POS NO 14, Bill No 37, Date 16 Aug 2015 at Reliance Digital.
                                (2) Around 8 July, we had a talk with Lenovo service call station- he gave us instructions over phone for about 2 hours but could not help
                                (3) During 8-10, same thing continues for two to three times over telephone but problem not solved. He asked us to arrange for hard drive, pen drive, mouse, keyboard again to give telephonic support only.
                                (4) On 11th July, we again had a phone call. We requested him to send the engineer for onsite warrantee. Which he refused and repeatedly reiterated that he can only give telephone support only.
                                (5) On 12th July also same thing continued and did not send any engineer for onsite support
                                (6) We contacted Reliance Digital up to highest level
                                (7) Some engineer comes to our house for onsite support may be around 18th July. He inspected the machine and informed that he need to change Motherboard, touchpad and backcover in addition to some other parts.
                                (8) After 3 days he visted againt and done some manipulation in the system and informed us that now laptop is ready and ok.
                                (9) We tried to use that laptop on same day, we found the problem remain un solved.
                                (10) We again contected Lenovo and reliance digital.
                                (11) After two days some engineer visited our house and inspected again and informed us that he need to change Motherboard, touchpad and backcover etc and hence he need to take the laptop to his service station
                                (12) We did not get reply til 8-8-2016. i.e. one month since our journey started to contact the Lenovo for service. We notified by email to Lenovo and Reliance Digital that we are not going to take back the LAPTOP.
                                (13) Immediately on 8-8-2016, we are getting telephone and email that the laptop is now ready. The company becomes so efficient within an hour that which was not done during last one month has been done in an hour.

                                The company has violated the agreement of providing us warrantee and other service contract under Indian contract act and other related consumer law. Since Company has defaulted, company is liable to compensate us for the same. Now the question does not arise of that of repairing and curing the manufacturing fault. Now the fault is that of breach of contract.
                                As a compensation, we demand
                                (1) Take your LAPTOP back and pay us back our purchase price + additional cost paid for onsite service
                                (2) Compansation for metal agony and harassment Rs 1, 00, 000/-
                                (3) Interest @24% from the date of purchase til the date you pay on purchase price.
                                It is in the companies interest to accept our deamand.
                                We keep our option open to raise consumer dispute and other remedy available to us under Indian law and to raise the issue at social media i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Whatapp, Newspaper and Magazine Column, notice board of Schools and Colleges, Notice board of Café and Restaurents etc.
                                We hope we will be replied soon.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had ordered lenovo k900's sim tray before 2 months at your service station situated at pimpri, pune. After that i visited them 2-3 times every time they said that it will come in one week but till dated didnot received any calls from nor sim tray. Further i called them today and asked for the st. Atus then they replied that its not available with the company. Now what should be done my phone is off from last 2 months. Is this the way your service centre works. Take immediate action otherwise i will take further action as i deem fit

                                    I bought a lenovo zuk z1 phone from amazon for rs13500/- after few weeks o[censored]sage, the phone automatically went to airplane mode. I visited the service center, they replaced the pcb and the phone was working fine. 15 days later, the phone is now again in airplane mode. I am very unhappy with the phone. I just want to return the phone, its defective. Please help.

                                      I had purchased Lenovo ZUK ZI from Amazon which was delivered to me on 13.06.2016. The battery was getting discharged by 3-4 hrs even without internet. It is supposed to have 4100 mah battery. But the 7 days period of returns was over. I visited the Service centre at Borivali. They told me it is a software issue and we will change the software. After i got my mobile back, it was the same problem. I complained to the services ED and he in return transferred my problem to the services team. The services team told me to visit the Service centre again. On their request i visited the service centre on 22.07.2016. They assured me that they will change the battery now. Now it is 16.08.2016, i am told by the service centre that the company is not supplying them with the ZUK Z1 battery. Till date i.e. 16.08.2016, i have not received my piece. It is almost going to be one month. I again emailed the Services ED, he again transferred my case to their K5 team, who are supposed to solve these cases soon. But it has been 6 days since i emailed the K5 team and they have not replied to my mail till date.
                                      I request everyone to choose the right product and check the after sales service also before buying the product.
                                      As per my opinion Lenovo is a worst product in mobiles and their service team is also not good.

                                        I am raising this issue to throw some lights on the service centres which are not monitored by lenovo service team. Since a user of your brand from the mobile handset (Lenovo k900) continued the journey followed by zuk2, a7000, vibe x 2, k3 note. Now getting deeper into situation i had purchased two - lenovo k note 4. After twenty days my handset is gone to service centre for the faulty display issue in rohini (Sec3 m2k market new delhi first floor). At the time of delivery i was shocked my new handset is being delivered with local display. While comparing with my second handset brightness and resolution i got to know the exact picture, after speaking to the engineer he started diagnosing the phone and stupid thing i observed he started making fool by putting my phone on software update.in the last manager told bluntly “yeh hi diplay hai hamare pass lenovo yehi deti hai lena hai to lo service centre close karne ka time jaldi bolo “. After two hours of wait i was shattered how customer is being treated by untrained and unskilled staff. People come to service centre keeping in mind we will get original parts and service. Worked for giant google on nexus programme then only i gotto figure out the quality, imagine how a lay man are cheated by these thugs. Now i am facing handset not detecting any sim cards.
