Issue: warranty claim

I called lenovo customer centre (11 august, 2016) and confirmed my activeness of my warranty period. Also i have confirmed the same through online (Photo attached). The customer care executive said, "the product and battery is under warranty till 28th august, 2016. But the warranty has to be claimed to the seller"

I informed him that i got the product through flipkart ws retail. Even then, he asked me to contact flipkart customer care.

Later i contacted flipkart customer care on the same day to enquire about the process of warranty claim. Unfortunately, there too the customer care executive denied that flipkart has no role in warranty claim. Its completely under lenovo service centre.

I only have another few days before my warranty expires. Both these guys are pointing each other and i am frustrated.

I have purchased this cell on 5/8/2016.In his cell the camera not working properly. Only front camera is working good, but back camera not working, it can not open. Sometimes full camera service disable. What should i do? Give any solution for this problem. And one more problem is the mobile become so heat after use of 15 minutes, whether it is a common features of this cell or it is a fault of new cell.. I confused about this, please give suggestion for his two problem of your product..

Lenovo just fools the customers by giving fake specifications on its site. We happened to buy lenovo tablet a10-70, which said rear cam 8mp, front cam 5, with dolby sound. The camera quality is so worst that it is not clear and when used for skype the voice quality is so poor. I cannot hear the other what the other person is saying. When called customer care lenovo for solution they suggested to buy lenovo bluetooth speaker for better sound. Lenovo then why should we use ur tablets. Your lenovo tablet is equal to an antique piece. Your tablet performance is cheaper than the micromax and iball..

I have buy a new device in hevmour store in surat his cheat me and give a folted device this devise is verry warm and bettery was demaged i need your help otherwise change my device.
This phone not long time use bcz after 20 minute calling his hot and all ready my ear was injured i have complain to "graham suraska kendra" i will complain.

Dear sir, i am ramees from cochin, kerala. I bought lenovo s60 mobile on 03/08/2015. But unfortunately my above mobile was mic damged. I visit lenovo service center, cochin (Mobi care, kaloor, kochi kaloor, ernakulam - 682017). My complain id is srin[protected]. Prepaind the servivce amound, they kept my mobile n assured me to solve my problem within 1 week. But after one week i enquire at service center, but service center staff says me that parts are not available and company is not providing to them parts. They don't ready to give me approximate date to solve my problem. Then i can at lenovo customer care toll free no[protected]. My conversation id with office is[protected]. She also not in position to give date when parts will available. She gave me approximate 1 month time. Now i don't want lenovo phone. I want my money back. Pl help me what to do. Issues in every way
From day one it heats a more. But somehow i managed myself qnd thaught not to returne it yet.
But men this is seriously frustrating now it's charging like hell this is can't be tolerated. Usually it take to maximum 2 hours.
But now it take 8 hours and get low so quickly. Well chinese tag with this device is now showing its real colors.
Men i've put my 1 month salary in this rubbish product.
I want my problem solved out as soon as possible. Not going to tolerate this.

I have purchase lenovo 6000 plus but with in 6 months it started to created problem. For repairing purpose i approached the lenovo service center chandigarh sec. 20 d. But still not resolve the issue every time its functioning go out of order. 3-4 times motherboard changed imei no. I mentioned here which was replaced.

Recently i have purchased lenovo vibe k5 plus and due to hardware issue it is pending since 20 days on your service center and they are not resolving. Saying part is pending on company when it will come we will repair.

I have also tried to contact on mail support but company have not responding towards result.

I bought lenovo vibe k5 mobile, after 3 day it got hang and then i go to service center and they change the mother board. But when i use again, it got switch off and not switch on as i try lot of time. Then i go back to service center this time they told me that software problem in it and then they update the phone till now i visit 6 time 5 time software update on service center but the problem are still same. Till now i did not use this phone a single day and one month over. So i want replace my phone.

I am purchase lenovo laptop on march, 2016 and his adapter is fuesed and not woking today. so please change the adapter in my address. my serial numner is mp09e33v. please change my adapeter as your suport systems not take my phone on call and they computer systems suggest to mail by website.

dear sir/madam,

i purchased lenovo mobile in month of november 2015, form flipkart online, after 2-3 month's mobile not working property
i go customer care 3-4 every time they repaired and given back, but still not corrected and also they charged for repairing find attached bill and invoice copy.

lastly customer care told me this phone in not repaired and not replaced.

sir, i want to know why giving warranty of 1year,
either don't give warranty.
from last 3months no respond from customer care.

please advice what to do.

My phone is facing the third issue in 6 months.
Lenovo is not taking responsibility in the issue.
When i requested for a replacement or refund, they told me they dont have that option.
so that means If i still keep facing problems with my device, i will have to keep on visiing lenovo service center.
The issues im facing now are: Heating issue, Touchpad not working properly, Hanging, Crashing.
Previous issues: Hanging, Headphone jack issue
When i contacted Mr.Sridhara regarding this case, He was only interested in closing the case.
I finally managed to make him speak about it, and finally he asked me to submit my phone in the service center and told me he had contacted them.
when i asked the service center personnals about this, i found out that they dont know anyone named Sridhara.
SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE LEVELS OF LENOVO.
i HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCTS.

Hereby I want to complaint that I had brought lenovo K3 note cell phone. Now in this cell phone touch pad and speaker are not working which is in warranty period so given it to lenovo authorised service center At Nexon Technologies, Nr- Dinesh chamber, india colony, Bapunagar Ahmedabad. As per their commitment It will be repaired within maximum 10 days but when I call them after 12 days they are saying that still not repaired coz its parts haven't come so it will take more few days. I have no another cell phone so I m in much more difficulties.
I hope my complaint sovle as soon as possible and another customer will not bear this kind of poor service.

I have given my lenovo mobile . model-A859 on 07/07/2016 at Lenovo authorized service centre, cuttack for replacement of Mike. One month has been passed . Till now i have not got my mobile repaired.I have already paid repair charge of Rs600 in advace . I have been cheating since one month. . centre has been giving false assurance to me. Even phone call is not picked up several times. Pl do some needful action at the earliest.

I purchased lenovo A7000 before 9 month ago, my phone have not working properly then i sent to lenovo service center, after repaire used this mobile only 15 days, again mobile not work his display not came and charging not properly then again come to service center.plz give replacement again this faulty mobile.

Me and my friends bought 3 lenovo (A6000, a6000plus and lenovo vibe). Touch screen of all the three phones are started to not work immediately after warrenty period got over. Whenever we go to service center during warrenty period they will tell it fell on the water and doesn't come under warrenty.

Phone doesn't restarted after software update. Service centre of nagpur told me that need to change motherboard. Still my phone is in their custody. Worst service experience.
