Its been around month since i've got this product from amazon.Com
Issues in every way
From day one it heats a more. But somehow i managed myself qnd thaught not to returne it yet.
But men this is seriously frustrating now it's charging like hell this is can't be tolerated. Usually it take to maximum 2 hours.
But now it take 8 hours and get low so quickly. Well chinese tag with this device is now showing its real colors.
Men i've put my 1 month salary in this rubbish product.
I want my problem solved out as soon as possible. Not going to tolerate this.

See how shameless they're even when complaint board informed them they're not here to answer..
I realize i should go to lenovo care and what i found here is
He asked for invoice and told me that he'll be inform me as soon as he receive its part from above cares.
It's been 18 days he's has not taken a single step towards repairing my device.

He i tried to complain about this to lenovo customer care. They are just worst they said they can do anything.
Even i asked any other why in which i could about this. They said you nearest care only he can do _ we can't do anthing
What the hell is this???
And the bigest joke is lenovo smartphone care here in sagar m.p is a hcl and other brand personal computer store!!! So they are busy in there person shop stuffs. They don't give a damn about it.
I had given 12, 000 for this [censored]??
I want answer now!

Amazon customer service suggested me
Call lenovo care and complete about it.

Then men on that line don't even know how to talk with customers
Hello Mr.Amit, its been just 2 months and mine phone has already visited the service centre for a touch screen problem and returned after 2 weeks & since then I realised that I could hardly hear the person talking on call, and now its been only 1 week it was serviced and I have a network/signal issue - the phone isn't in a position to catch signal and needs to be serviced again - after reading the comments Lenova needs to find a exit from this Industry or all o[censored]s short force Lenova to call back these phones. Mr.Amit, I wish someone starts a petition on this and reaches the right people for action!!!

    I have purchase lenovo 6000 plus but with in 6 months it started to created problem. For repairing purpose i approached the lenovo service center chandigarh sec. 20 d. But still not resolve the issue every time its functioning go out of order. 3-4 times motherboard changed imei no. I mentioned here which was replaced.

        Recently i have purchased lenovo vibe k5 plus and due to hardware issue it is pending since 20 days on your service center and they are not resolving. Saying part is pending on company when it will come we will repair.

        I have also tried to contact on mail support but company have not responding towards result.

        No resolution provided till now. Still mobile is pending at service center and not answering properly even company customer care are not responding exactly how much time it will take in resolution.

        Call received from no. [protected] on dated 12 Aug and inform to me that part is not received yet. What i will do where i will escalate my matter please suggest or i have to go for legal.

          I bought lenovo vibe k5 mobile, after 3 day it got hang and then i go to service center and they change the mother board. But when i use again, it got switch off and not switch on as i try lot of time. Then i go back to service center this time they told me that software problem in it and then they update the phone till now i visit 6 time 5 time software update on service center but the problem are still same. Till now i did not use this phone a single day and one month over. So i want replace my phone.

          As the service center confirm me that the phone is ok now. But when i use it there are many problem, not working properly on many apps. Then i call back to service center then they said i need to leave it on service center again .So i need replacement

          Today i visit again on service center for apps not working in mobile. Now they saying this is not our problem.
          Ask for replacement from where you have purchased it. I am not aware about other sites, but have come across that flipkart replaces such defective phones but not all phones.

          Also, you should directly write to the company.

          Hope you get the problem fixed soon. I had ordered K5 Plus and phone is working in good condition.

                i purchased lenovo mobile in month of november 2015, form flipkart online, after 2-3 month's mobile not working property
                i go customer care 3-4 every time they repaired and given back, but still not corrected and also they charged for repairing find attached bill and invoice copy.

                lastly customer care told me this phone in not repaired and not replaced.

                sir, i want to know why giving warranty of 1year,
                either don't give warranty.

                  My phone is facing the third issue in 6 months.
                  Lenovo is not taking responsibility in the issue.
                  When i requested for a replacement or refund, they told me they dont have that option.
                  so that means If i still keep facing problems with my device, i will have to keep on visiing lenovo service center.
                  The issues im facing now are: Heating issue, Touchpad not working properly, Hanging, Crashing.
                  Previous issues: Hanging, Headphone jack issue
                  When i contacted Mr.Sridhara regarding this case, He was only interested in closing the case.
                  I finally managed to make him speak about it, and finally he asked me to submit my phone in the service center and told me he had contacted them.
                  when i asked the service center personnals about this, i found out that they dont know anyone named Sridhara.
                  SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE LEVELS OF LENOVO.
                  i HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCTS.

                    Hereby I want to complaint that I had brought lenovo K3 note cell phone. Now in this cell phone touch pad and speaker are not working which is in warranty period so given it to lenovo authorised service center At Nexon Technologies, Nr- Dinesh chamber, india colony, Bapunagar Ahmedabad. As per their commitment It will be repaired within maximum 10 days but when I call them after 12 days they are saying that still not repaired coz its parts haven't come so it will take more few days. I have no another cell phone so I m in much more difficulties.
                    I hope my complaint sovle as soon as possible and another customer will not bear this kind of poor service.

                      I have given my lenovo mobile . model-A859 on 07/07/2016 at Lenovo authorized service centre, cuttack for replacement of Mike. One month has been passed . Till now i have not got my mobile repaired.I have already paid repair charge of Rs600 in advace . I have been cheating since one month. . centre has been giving false assurance to me. Even phone call is not picked up several times. Pl do some needful action at the earliest.

                          Me and my friends bought 3 lenovo (A6000, a6000plus and lenovo vibe). Touch screen of all the three phones are started to not work immediately after warrenty period got over. Whenever we go to service center during warrenty period they will tell it fell on the water and doesn't come under warrenty.

                              I took a wrong decision by purchasing this product. The touch screen stopped functioning before the warranty period expired. With much persuasion with your company authorities i got the touch screen changed. Now again my touch screen is not working. My humble request is that either you refund my money of rs.9000/- or change my phone immediately of my choice without any extra cost. The lenova phone which i recommended for my friends are at the back of me. Their touch screens are also not functioning. It has caused a great embarrassment for me. Therefore, i may also be paid compensation for the mental agony being faced me.

                                Even i give it to company's service station in rajkot gujarat near tagore road in ANIL SERVICES which is lenovo service centre. 25 july 2016 is a date on which i gave my mobile to service station and they said that u got it back in 8 day. after 8 day they said that it was not done because company not give parts and technical issue so i say ok, again after 3 day i call and they answer your mobile parts is not available. minimum 5/6 days take for repair. i said ok. And when i call today after 15 day they give same answer to me. what it was? i am coustomer or foolish?

                                I said that if comapny is not provide you parts then its your fault you should tell me that your mobile got repair in 15 day i have no problem. But this stupid excauses is such a misbehave with me. Even they say in call that u can get your mobile back without repair. its is service???? shame on you. This type of rude behaviour i never accept from valuable brand like lenovo.

                                Now as a customer i felt many losses so i complaint to you and as well as CONSUMER FORUME of GUJARAT for my rights and mobile. and also i can claim for my losses to company as well. i hope i got immidiately got judge from company otherwise i got it from Gujarat high court.

                                  Myself Mr.Snital Sanjay Deodas from Solapur Maharashtra.As I had a Lenovo S 90 Mobile (out of warranty ) as One Month back ie.no 02/07/2016 faced a Display Problem of Mobile.So on the same day I had visited to lenovo service centre in Solapur "Aditya services "& confirmed the same problem and hand over the Mobile Handset.
                                  As Aditya services assured me that within the Eight working days he will handover the mobile with the problem solved .As the present situation is that Aditya Services had not received any display??? As Aditya service gives the explanation that the Display was not available in Maharashtra, fifteen days back Aditya Services told me that he has ordered from Indore.Last week Aditya Services said that the display has reached to Pune depo and in this week Aditya Services once again assured that Aditya Services will give the mobile with the problem solved.
                                  As I am unable to understand does it take this many days for the display ??? And I wanted to know how more days "A Lenovo service Centre wants ".
                                  Literally I am getting frustrated with this type of Services...

                                      I had Purchased Lenovo Laptop[protected], I had given service for Hinges Issue at QBIC India, Velachery (Lenovo Authorized Service Centre) on[protected].Service had been done there by Service Engineer, Mr.Veera & he had said that Hinges had been replaced & those will be loose in starting but as soon as using those will be get tight.He...

                                      With a heavy heart I would like you to inform you that I had given my LENOVO VIBE P1 for a charging problem (sub-board as per your statement) to your service centre at A.P Technologies, shop No.5 Ceebros complex, Old no.45, New No.39, Montieth road Egmore, Chennai on 22.07.2016 and till date I haven't received any response from the service team.
                                      Whenever I had requested them for the update, they only replied that "SPARE HASN'T YET ARRIVED". For a simple problem of charging pin (sub-board as per your statement) I have been made to run from Pillar -To - Post also the way of communication with the consumer is really bad.
                                      Since I am not having the phone in hand, I had to run around searching for browsing centres since my entire business communication is through e-mail and whatsapp.
                                      The language of the service technician is so bad. I had to face a lot of mental torture apart from the physical torture that I faced because of my age. I request you to replace my mobile within 24 hrs (or) compensate me with a suitable remuneration.
                                      Kindly do the needful & oblige.
