I have bought lenovo zukz1 handset from amazon on 19th may 2016. Nearly after 15 days, the phone had network issue and it hangs. It is dual sim and both the network stopped working. I had some work so i could not give it for repair. Also, i couldnot return the phone because replacement was only for 10 days. So amazon care suggested me to go to service centre. I m using lenovo k4 note from last 5 months but in previouus month the mobile screen automatacilly half black. i m going lucknow service center but the service center person neglact it n doing worst behaviour... i m saying thats the company fault but the person in service center behave very crudely n very bad manners... i request 2 all that plz not puchase the lenovo mobiles...because facility is very bad......

I bought new lenovo zuk z1 phone on june 2, 2016. It got defect within 1 month on july 2, 2016. It has mother board problem. So i called customer care many times and i had to give this to lenovo service center and now they doesn't have mother board part and every time when i called them they said it will take 10-15 days. I bought this phone for myself not for the company. Because they have my phone more than me.

So please help...

I purchased lenovo a6000+ smart phone on 29/05/2016 from kajal electronics 89, navyug market, ghaziabad u. P.
Within one month its touch stopped working.
When i contacted the service center they keep mobile for 2 days and said that they will change the display. After collecting my phone from service center on the very next day i encountered with the same problem of 'touch'....

I have a mobile of Lenovo Vibe P1Ma40.
I lost my mobile during travelling.Now I want a online complaint of my mobile of IMEI 1- [protected]

I purchased lenovo mobile a6000 plus on 19/02/2016 & 1 year warranty. Mobile purchased form etawah when using mobile then mobile is very heating while working and switch off after 10 minutes. I registered complaint authorised service center sabit ganj, etawah on 14/05/2016. I registered complaint 14/05/2016, so long time but till today. I have no provided mobile to me.
O please solve this problem. br...

I don't like performance of this mobile having following issue
Couldn't able to attend call as indication key not work properly & if able to attend then call disconnect automatically.
Mobile hang so many times.
Starting 10 days it was working properly & now its.

I have purchased lenovo a 7000 mobile 10 months back. I have 1 year warranty for mobile. Right now i am having trouble in head phone slot of mobile. I can not hear properly from head phone. But the service center here in anand district, gujarat is not giving proper service for repairing the mobile. They are taking too much time for this simple problem. This complaint is regarding the additional 2 year warranty for my laptop which i bought on 06/07/2016.Salesman of the shop gave us the website address and told us to get additional warranty from there after registering at lenovo .I tried to get my laptop register there for which i was given a btc no which was BTC 26235 and also i was asked to send some documents along like the bill and serial no of my laptop which i gave them without fail...

The service center of lenovo denied to change my charger which is in warranty period.
When i buy lenovo k4 vibe they mentioned the warranty of in box accessories is 6 months including bettery. If it not working well. Then i'll go for consumer forum. As when i go to service center they accept my charger when i go for collect it they denied. It seems fraud....

They raised a query that i have to replace motherboard of my mobile the communication document #dc no:ind/lo/cd/16/00259, than after using phone facing same problem once again i used to go at ensure service support, they said lenovo services from this center has been stop...

I bought K3 Note smartphone In Dec’15 and in last 30 days it has undergone a repair thrice at Noida service centre (I Pick Solution C 10, Sector 10, Noida) but to my surprise enginners have failed to diagnose the cause. They initially changed the touch followed by mother board twice but the phone is still in a non- working condition.

I had online purchased a lenovo mobile p70a. It was under warranty till 30.06.2016. I had a problem in the phone in which the sound in its earpiece while receiving phone calls became very slow. On date 11.05.2016 i submitted the phone to lenovo authorised service centre in jabalpur - m/s anika enterprises, dutt enclave jabalpur (Mp). They gave back me the phone on 25.05.2016. Then onwards the display of phone started flickering and malfunctioning....

15 days ago my mobile is stuck on the main screen... They only show lenovo logo... Its under warranty.. And i submit it to lenovo care...15 days gone but my mobile is still in under working process... Every time i call to lenovo care and they say.. Parts are not available... What i do??? After 3 months hand set could not be switch on after charging when took up with repairing center at sector 10 noida it was informed the motherboard is not working and needs to be replaced and water also enters due to which warantee is null and vide. However no water marks they could establish to me. Then matter taken up with lenovo banglore. They advice to get it re examine it again at sector 10 service center this time again opened set was...
