I have purchased lenovo laptop last year in the month of august within date 25-28 and my laptop was not working properly from the month of june so i complained regarding the same but they asked me to visit service centre and so i did but there also they gave me excuse that warranty is expired as per there system though i showed the bill they told to me to mail on an email of scanned bill rather than to service the laptop. and this will take time so warranty will expire surely.

    I have bought lenovo smartphone a6000 and a6000 plus. After 1 year 3 months I got issue in 1 mobile as USB becomes malfunction and not working. So after that I wrote email and got service center address in Indiranagar bangalore. I visited same and told about my phone issue and immediately I got reply like need to replace motherboard. If it would have been in warranty we could have done something. So again I ask desk representative first check if only USB part can be replaced but just for sake talk to service engineer and within 20 seconds got same reply. So If you want to use mobile for a year only than go for lenovo mobile. They don't care after year for money you are spending on lenovo mobile.

      I bought zuk z1 before 3 month back, unfortunately I dropped my phone down and phone display panel is broken, I went on 07/06/16 checked with so many Lenovo services center, they told me that they are not getting the Spares from company till now..

      Then why you people are releasing the new model phone without Spares. Still I am not using that zuk z1 becoz display panel is broken. I cant take it outside.. I feel bad to use the mobile with broken glasses..

      But still I referred this zuk z1 mobile to my friends, they are bought this mobile and using it.. If any problem comes like mine, if they went to the service center, they are also troubling..

      And Lenovo you have to give more than 50% discount on my combo...

          I purchased zuk z1 grey on 26th may. few days later it was showing
          network problem.
          I gave it to PC SUPPORT in pune. they took 20 days they changed the motherboard and gave it back on 28/06/16. Again after few hours the same problem started.
          I again gave it on 07/07/16 and till now the phone is with them only.

          They are telling that they have ordered new motherboard but the
          motherboard have not reached yet. It is going to be 2 month nearly but
          they are not able to rectify the problem and extending the case day by
          day.

          Please do something.

            I m Herr for complaining about phone material. I buy phone from the lenovo store .I am satisfy with it.it good .but I want headphone. Which still I didn't got.so send me hand phone.I had bought new phone but along with it I have just got charger only.didn't got headphone..so, I m complaining here for headphone.so request u to send me heads phone as early as possible...

I go to my nearest Lenovo service center at azamgarh, uttar pradesh. They said that they ordered the new display. And inform me soon. But its over one month no response is given by service center. My warranty is going to over and i call everyday to service center but no response is given.

                Lenovo btc offer — 2 years adp warranty and hard disk still not received after the complete payment for lenovo btc offer. The payment done was of 1499 inr and there has been no response from any one. I have purchased a lenovo laptop and has paid rs1499/- under lenovo btc offer for 2 year extended warranty and 1 tb hard disk drive. I have followup up with the lenovo btc team but there is no response from them over mails, even no one picks up the call at the specified phone numbers. I finally want the 1tb hard disk drive to be delivered to me as per the payment made. My lenovo btc offer ticket no. Btc28550.                   When i handed over my phone to service center, they said me your problem will be solved next day and when i went next day they were saying there is problem in motherboard and like this they are giving me extension only. Since i don't have any extra phone, so i'm facing lots of problem, even i shared my this problem to them but still they are not ready to listen me and they are giving me only extension and extension. From last few days i didn't able to contact my parents also.

                    I have purchased lenovo vibe k5 on its very first sale from amazon and it get delivered to me on 28th june 2016. After 13 days no voice coming on incoming as well as on outgoing calls.

                    I visited registered service center on 11th july 2016 and they told it will maximum take 10 days to get it repaired, i submitted my handset there on the same day.

                    And from that day i am continuously asking about the status but from last 24 days i am getting same response that is "spare part not delivered yet".

                    I am fed up now today (2nd august 2016) also i had word with the service team and got the same response.

                    It's so depressing and am mentally exhausted now by calling again and again and keep waiting for hours in the hope that call get connected i will get status of my handset.

                    I am ready to provide you complete box including charger, screen film provided inside the box, manuals everything that was there inside the box.

                    Its a humble request from lenovo please initiate refund or replacement for the same.

                      I have purchased K4 note at launching time january.after 5 month its battery swell & mic will also not worked.I gone to service center for repairing purpose he denied to repair within warranty than I contact to customer support for help than he provide me Ref. No.
                      After see Ref. no. He told me that if you think after writing mail we will repair your smartphone with in warranty than you are wrong actually his attitude was very disappointing. than he handover the smartphone to repair technician for status after half hour he told me that your phone is physically damage and we cannot repair in warranty.

                      On the spot I call to customer care regarding the issue, Customer care Executive did a conversation with Mr. Deepak. He miss-guided the customer care person saying phone is physically damage while last time same service center have checked the same problem commenting "Battery swelled, we can't repair within warranty". Job sheet is attached for your reference. now they are saying they upgraded only software last time. But my phone is not upgraded any time. Any person like me don't have so much time to go services center again & again. I have already visited your service center two time with no result.
                      I am totally not satisfied with services center behavior. Davinder & Deepak talks very rudely. I can't expect this type of service from a company like Lenovo.

                      Please check into the issue.

                        I got one lenovo k3 note, purchased on 23/07/2015. after 3 months o[censored]se my device started creating problems like lagging, hanging, heating, touch many times not working, etc. i purchased my device in my hometown delhi and from last 8 months i am i am in hyderabad. i gave my device to service centre guys for these issue for three times to begumpet (hyderabad) service centre and they just updated the os (android) and said that the issue is resolved. but after using the device for 10-15 days the problems starts again. this is the reason that i gave my device to the service centre for three times before.

                        Now on 20/07/2016, when my warranty was about to expire, but it was still under warranty on that day, i went to service centre in kukatpally (hyderabad) because they have changed the service centre. i complaint about these three things:-
                        1. the battery decreased to 10% from 50% in just 30-50 minutes.
                        2. the touch don't work many times like when i am getting a call on my screen, playing games, etc.
                        3. the device performance is very-very bad, hanging, lagging. the screen just stuck when i am getting any call.

                        Also i informed them that the os (android) has already been updated for three times so far but the issue still arises after 10-15 days o[censored]se. these things were also mentioned in my job sheet.

                        All the above details were provided in the job sheet and still those guys just again updated the os and said that this will work properly. i told them that it will work for some days and then again start creating problems but then didn't listen to me and told me that show us where is the problem.

                        I am a software engineer and i know these things a little bit. the technicians in the lenovo service centres just make us fool or assumes us as a fool. if there is a technical hardware issue in any device then it won't be fixed by updating the os.

                        I am not satisfied with a single service by these lenovo service. they are just fooling customers. i know all the issues of pc/laptop so that's why i can tell that there was a motherboard issue in my device. i also informed them about this but they didn't listen to me.

                        You won't believe this, in order to check my battery backup they just checked the time (how much time) the device takes to charge. i saw this written on the job sheet when i was collecting my device from them. according to them they also fixed the touch problem with the os update.

                        I hope someone will look into this kind of poor services in india. this should not happen to any other customer hereafter. i have also attached my invoice to this complaint.

                          I am tapan sikdar from durgapur, west bengal. I purchased a lenovo a 6000 plus phone on 22.07.2015 but the phone was going dead on 10.07.2016 then i am going to lenovo service centre on 15.07.2016 after checking the service boy said to me the phone submit to the service centre for replacing the motherboard, but today is 01.08.2016 still i am not got the phone, the service center said to me parts not provided to the lenovo company.
                          I am very disappointing that this type of service is making me irritating.
                          Lenovo is the most worst company in india... Regarding after sales and service.

                            I had purchased a lenovo k3 note on august 2015. Bt now my battery backup is nt working properly.. My mobile is also in warrenty. When i went to service center at rohini. (Aggrawal city plaza. Manglam palace at rohini) 110085.. I have prblm in battery bt when i saw my mob to them they told my mob have board prblm and they rejecjed my mob for serviceing... I had told them also that m mobile is undr warrenty period.. Then also they reject my mob for service..

                                I had purchased lenovo k3 note in oct, 2015. Which is in warranty but since dec, 2015 company have replaced 2 time mother board & 1 time smart pad. Inspite of mother board been replaced still my issue is the same i. E. 3rd time again mother board is been dead. Including original mother board total 3 mother board are defective & lenovo service center forcing me to expect my hand set with 4 replace mother board.
                                I here by ask company to replace their so called highly defective hand set with new and tested ok handset.
                                Out of one year warenty period more than 6 month my mobile is in service center, isnt it so funny.
                                Expecting some possitive response.

                                I had purchased a Lenovo smartphone in the month of April. The handset was causing problems right from day 1. The retailer from where I bought the phone had replaced my handset once but still the same issue is pertaining in the replaced handset as well. Since it has been only about 3 months I want you to replace my handset.

                                    Hi Iam Using Lenovo a6010 Andriod phone.. That phone Cemera flash light not working properly.. I have seen soo many same complaints on this product. So plz Take action on this company products.. They not giving the product against the our money.. Its not at all good.. Plz check the reviews on this product(Lenovoa6010) Allmost all are suffring with this product.. The company should stop the product till rectify the problem at the same time the company rectify present phone complaints(wich is the they sold the a6010 phones).

                                      Team, i have an issue with the screen of the laptop. it got some thick black color horizontal line on the lcd from internally. this product is under warranty and still not been assit for free service. upon that technical team is providing illogical explanation. need you to look into this. very disappointed with the service provided. infact they are not providing arey help. is this a way to treat your customer after they purchase your product.

                                      Hi Amrita Bhardwaj,

                                      1.Try disconnecting any external displays including projectors and monitors to make sure they're not stopping your laptop from booting into Windows.
                                      Even if there is any external device like printer or moue.

                                      2. Sometimes the screen can be faulty so make sure the screen is working fine and its not the display issue.
