I got one lenovo k3 note, purchased on 23/07/2015. after 3 months o[censored]se my device started creating problems like lagging, hanging, heating, touch many times not working, etc. i purchased my device in my hometown delhi and from last 8 months i am i am in hyderabad. i gave my device to service centre guys for these issue for three times to begumpet (hyderabad) service centre and they just updated the os (android) and said that the issue is resolved. but after using the device for 10-15 days the problems starts again. this is the reason that i gave my device to the service centre for three times before.
Now on 20/07/2016, when my warranty was about to expire, but it was still under warranty on that day, i went to service centre in kukatpally (hyderabad) because they have changed the service centre. i complaint about these three things:-
1. the battery decreased to 10% from 50% in just 30-50 minutes.
2. the touch don't work many times like when i am getting a call on my screen, playing games, etc.
3. the device performance is very-very bad, hanging, lagging. the screen just stuck when i am getting any call.
Also i informed them that the os (android) has already been updated for three times so far but the issue still arises after 10-15 days o[censored]se. these things were also mentioned in my job sheet.
All the above details were provided in the job sheet and still those guys just again updated the os and said that this will work properly. i told them that it will work for some days and then again start creating problems but then didn't listen to me and told me that show us where is the problem.
I am a software engineer and i know these things a little bit. the technicians in the lenovo service centres just make us fool or assumes us as a fool. if there is a technical hardware issue in any device then it won't be fixed by updating the os.
I am not satisfied with a single service by these lenovo service. they are just fooling customers. i know all the issues of pc/laptop so that's why i can tell that there was a motherboard issue in my device. i also informed them about this but they didn't listen to me.
You won't believe this, in order to check my battery backup they just checked the time (how much time) the device takes to charge. i saw this written on the job sheet when i was collecting my device from them. according to them they also fixed the touch problem with the os update.
I hope someone will look into this kind of poor services in india. this should not happen to any other customer hereafter. i have also attached my invoice to this complaint.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
but when i attach pen drives they easily connect .
i want a solution of this problem
