    Lenovo — lenovo k3 note mobile
    Hi biswajeet patra
    I had purchased lenovo k3 note in oct, 2015. Which is in warranty but since dec, 2015 company have replaced 2 time mother board & 1 time smart pad. Inspite of mother board been replaced still my issue is the same i. E. 3rd time again mother board is been dead. Including original mother board total 3 mother board are defective & lenovo service center forcing me to expect my hand set with 4 replace mother board.
    I here by ask company to replace their so called highly defective hand set with new and tested ok handset.
    Out of one year warenty period more than 6 month my mobile is in service center, isnt it so funny.
    Expecting some possitive response.

    I had purchased a Lenovo smartphone in the month of April. The handset was causing problems right from day 1. The retailer from where I bought the phone had replaced my handset once but still the same issue is pertaining in the replaced handset as well. Since it has been only about 3 months I want you to replace my handset.

      I have lenovo k3 note mobile and it have network and heating issue. that mobile has been provide good service in starting 6 months but now i that wil i am how to solve that mobile problem and when i am visited to service center they will giving the advice to change motherboard of my mobile and so please sir you will help me to solve that issue and i doesnt no that mother board price also

        Hi Iam Using Lenovo a6010 Andriod phone.. That phone Cemera flash light not working properly.. I have seen soo many same complaints on this product. So plz Take action on this company products.. They not giving the product against the our money.. Its not at all good.. Plz check the reviews on this product(Lenovoa6010) Allmost all are suffring with this product.. The company should stop the product till rectify the problem at the same time the company rectify present phone complaints(wich is the they sold the a6010 phones).

          Team, i have an issue with the screen of the laptop. it got some thick black color horizontal line on the lcd from internally. this product is under warranty and still not been assit for free service. upon that technical team is providing illogical explanation. need you to look into this. very disappointed with the service provided. infact they are not providing arey help. is this a way to treat your customer after they purchase your product.

          Hi Amrita Bhardwaj,

          1.Try disconnecting any external displays including projectors and monitors to make sure they're not stopping your laptop from booting into Windows.
          Even if there is any external device like printer or moue.

          2. Sometimes the screen can be faulty so make sure the screen is working fine and its not the display issue.

              My laptop was not working. So I went to service center located at baaghmal complex, sector 15 Noida. They told me it has some issues regarding charging. I gave them my laptop to resolve this issue. I paid for extended warranty. They called me after a week that your laptop is working, when i reached their i found that it's still not working. They said it might have some problem regarding the mother board so please allow few more day. After a few days they called me and said yes your laptop is working please come and take your laptop home. Again I checked it, its still has the same issue. Now they had no answers. They are just waving off this issue. Now they are saying that my laptop has battery issue so i have to change my battery but on the same time i checked my battery in other lennovo laptops and i found my battery was working properly in others so that's mean it doesn't have battery problem. Now they refused to do anything. I went there for twice. Paid off 500 bucks for auto rent. Where should go now. Do i have to go consumer forum or you will provide the services as you show off.

              I 'm a student if you can understand than why i brought laptop? I have my exmas and my major project on 2nd of August . What should i do. I'm totally frustrated with your product and your service.

                  I have bought lenovo zuk-1 model on 15th june 2016. But suddenly it was not functioning since 12th july. I went to lenovo service center at r. K service on 16th july.. But unfortunate to say that i have not received my phone yet. What can i do. Please help me. Further i contact to r. K. Service over telephone but no response. I have no alternate mobile phone. I am going to loss 5 gb data.

                    कुछ app dubble दिखायी दे रहे हैं ।
                    5.1 new android version download करने के बाद मे मैने mobileको एक बार power off and on किया था उसके बाद screen पर apps dubble -dabble हो गये।
                    Same apps are not uninstall and removed

                      I had purchase my laptop on 25th jun 2016 however i found some issue with hard disk and raised a complaint on 2nd july 2016 and engineer visit on 9th jul 2016 and confirm the same and mentioned the hard disk needs to be changed
                      Then i found there is problem with keyboard the same needs to be replaced
                      However after sending so many emails to the lenovo
                      Engineer visit on 28th jul 2016 and in process of changing parts and repeatedly trying to fix the parts because of that reason discoloration happened in my laptop and the changed keyboard is also damaged

                        I have bought lenovo zukz1 handset from amazon on 19th may 2016. Nearly after 15 days, the phone had network issue and it hangs. It is dual sim and both the network stopped working. I had some work so i could not give it for repair. Also, i couldnot return the phone because replacement was only for 10 days. So amazon care suggested me to go to service centre. On 13th june, i have given the phone for service centre in mysore "samruddhi infocom", devarajurs road, mysore. They changed the motherboard and took so much time to repair it and returned me the phone on 08 july 2016. After one day i took the phone, again the network problem was there. No network in the phone. I asked for replacement then they start making excuse and asking more time to repair. They had installed chinese os in the new motherboard. Now again i gave the phone for service. They repaired by taking 5 days. After i took the phone, again after one day the same problem came in of network. Both the sim slot not working. Again, i gave it on 19th june for service for which they said it will take 10 days to repair. Now they have not repaired the phone. Everyday they are asking more time. Even customer care on phone and by email is not helping me. They are not ready to replace the phone and service centre is not able to repair the phone. I have spent 1000rs running behind service centre. I am mentally disturbed due to this phone. I am not getting help from any lenovo service. Please help me.

                          I m using lenovo k4 note from last 5 months but in previouus month the mobile screen automatacilly half black. i m going lucknow service center but the service center person neglact it n doing worst behaviour... i m saying thats the company fault but the person in service center behave very crudely n very bad manners... i request 2 all that plz not puchase the lenovo mobiles...because facility is very bad...

                            I bought new lenovo zuk z1 phone on june 2, 2016. It got defect within 1 month on july 2, 2016. It has mother board problem. So i called customer care many times and i had to give this to lenovo service center and now they doesn't have mother board part and every time when i called them they said it will take 10-15 days. I bought this phone for myself not for the company. Because they have my phone more than me.

                            So please help me in this by providing my money back in my account or replace my phone.

                              I purchased lenovo a6000+ smart phone on 29/05/2016 from kajal electronics 89, navyug market, ghaziabad u. P.
                              Within one month its touch stopped working.
                              When i contacted the service center they keep mobile for 2 days and said that they will change the display. After collecting my phone from service center on the very next day i encountered with the same problem of 'touch'.

                              During the start up, the CPU shows only a blinking light on the power button and the process ends there. The Process repeats again after a few seconds. Thought the power is supplied to the Monitor, There is no display

                                  I purchased lenovo mobile a6000 plus on 19/02/2016 & 1 year warranty. Mobile purchased form etawah when using mobile then mobile is very heating while working and switch off after 10 minutes. I registered complaint authorised service center sabit ganj, etawah on 14/05/2016. I registered complaint 14/05/2016, so long time but till today. I have no provided mobile to me.

                                      I have purchased lenovo a 7000 mobile 10 months back. I have 1 year warranty for mobile. Right now i am having trouble in head phone slot of mobile. I can not hear properly from head phone. But the service center here in anand district, gujarat is not giving proper service for repairing the mobile. They are taking too much time for this simple problem. I gave mobile on 20th july for repairing and its been already a week, they have not resolve my problem and they are not responding properly.

                                        This complaint is regarding the additional 2 year warranty for my laptop which i bought on 06/07/2016.Salesman of the shop gave us the website address and told us to get additional warranty from there after registering at lenovo .I tried to get my laptop register there for which i was given a btc no which was BTC 26235 and also i was asked to send some documents along like the bill and serial no of my laptop which i gave them without fail ...but after send documents i get a mail that serial no is invalid ithought mayb by mistake this has happened i again sent them the same but i get the mail again that serial no is invalid and we r not eligible forBack to college offer...plz see into the matter and solve my problem i have sent u the necessary image s for the reference
