I have a laptop z51-70 whose serial no. Is mp07ykpj.
This give me frequent problem of diminishing screen during work though it had been repaired several times by authorized service centre at dhanbad jharkhand.
It is in warranty period. So i request you replace it or check thorough by a competent service engineer so as to i have good faith on your product in future....

I bought lenovo k3note from flipcart. Many problems in my mobile till purchase. Main problem is both slot no searching network in any plac, contact & call logo is searching in very long time. Mobile open by pattern in very long period. System take long time to open apps.
So i request you plz. Resovled my above problems or change my mobile set. Thank you

Bought the product on[protected] vide attached invoice number and details are available in the invoice. I have given the set for repair in your service center at coimbatore - vide order no:[protected] dated 16/7/2016. They checked and told me that the board and loud speaker to be replace by a new one and it will take atleast 10 days to rectify the repair. Since the main purpose of buying the product (For receiving and sending calls) is defeated...

I buy it from play phone mobiles at grand shopping mall fahaheel before 2 months. After one month it automatically restart and boots every after 3 minutes. I give it back for warranty service after 1 week i got it. But after 1 hour mobile shows the same compliment. Once again i return it at the same place. After 2 weeks i got it. And i used it for 2 days. Now shows the same compliment. What i can do now...

Its third time i will filling complaint against you. But you not pay attention on my problems. Kindly pay your notice, otherwise i will go for further process and my lawyers will be talk to you. Problem is my mobile were heated. Battery getting discharged very soon. Kindly solve my problems as soon as possible. Why you making fool to your customers....

I bought a lenovo g50 laptop few months ago. i observed that screen has white patches and another problem was keyboard was not working properly. i contacted lenovo team about issue. they asked me to send screen shots to verify lcd issue and they sent a wipro service representative to replace keyboard.

Service representative has acknowledged that there are atleast six visible white patches on screen.initially lenovo call center...

1. query : mobile is not getting turned on. i was watching a movie, suddenly it started vibrating and stopped working. now it's not working. when i visited lenovo authorised service centre located at kalyan, they denied to repair or replace in warranty, giving liquid damage reason. they said litmus is turned red. but it can also turn red by moisture and dampness. i better know, i never dropped my mobile in water. my warranty is still on....

Phone battery is defective. it gets charged to 100% and then even after using for more than 4 hours its battery status remains same.
