Buy a laptop 7 months ago. Last month it got some problem. raised the complaint with customer help desk. Even after having onsite warranty, they asked to visit the service center for fixing the problem (which was 100 km away from my place). Violation of first terms and condition. Create a lot of trouble to replace the defective part, even though the laptop was in warranty. After a lot of struggle from my side, it got replaced. After some time again my system faced the same issue.
Now I have raised the request with them almost 7 days ago, still, they do not eagerly provide any solution to it. Due to this, I am facing severe academic losses. They are continuously miss guiding me about the services and every time when I called them, they assure me to provide the service but still I am not hopeful of getting it done .

    15 days ago my mobile is stuck on the main screen... They only show lenovo logo... Its under warranty.. And i submit it to lenovo care...15 days gone but my mobile is still in under working process... Every time i call to lenovo care and they say.. Parts are not available... What i do??? They always say we will send a mail to company for parts.. And say we will hand over your mobile before 25/07/2016... And today is 25... But no response...

    after last 3/4 day my contacts no save my orignal name but i call a no /other peoples are call tu me contacts are show a differants name
    and show differant name in whatapp, hike, etc

      After 3 months hand set could not be switch on after charging when took up with repairing center at sector 10 noida it was informed the motherboard is not working and needs to be replaced and water also enters due to which warantee is null and vide. However no water marks they could establish to me. Then matter taken up with lenovo banglore. They advice to get it re examine it again at sector 10 service center this time again opened set was not shown to me unread photo on their mobile was shown which does not show water marks but still they maintained their stand and finally banglore office also took stand based on sector 10 repair center
      It proved lenovo is cheating their customer by saying water is found and based on this very reason warantee is null and wide

        I have purchased a smartphone lenovo zuk z1” through amazon on 9th june 2016. After two weeks following problem arising in my handset:

        1) hanging problem in handset after attending calls
        2) display not working after a call

        I have also visited service center:arafat telecom c/o hcladdress:f-5, first floor, amar plaza, ajmer-305001 twice. First time they fixed the problem and assured me that it wont happen again (Dated-12th july) then on14th july 24, 2016 again the same problem arised this is certainly absurd again i went to them and again they fixed the problem assuring the same but yesterday it again got in the trouble.

        This is a very formal request to lenovo company to refund my money asap.
        I am ready to proceed with any formalities required i. E. Returning the handset or any documentation. I want the action to be taken within 3 days of receiving the complaint. Looking forward for your reply

            Purchased one lenovo A100 mobile on 29th April 2016 and found some issues related to camera and device is automatically restarting.went to authorized service center at kozhikode Fortune service.but they cant rectified the problem.they said it is this problem of all mobile phones in that series.so any updation will get they will inform.till the time the problem not solved. company offering one year warranty.

              I purchased lenovo yoga 500 (s/n r90gevlt) in the month of feb 2016..

              - machine went in dead condition on around 8th/9th june 2016 and i lodged complaint on call center (acknowledgement received on 9th june)

              - engineer visited on 10th june and did some correction after which machine started working

              - machine again went dead on 12th june and i reported the same to customer support through email (e-report of [protected] [incident:[protected]])

              - no visit done till next 6-7 days even after repeated emails (incident numbers can be provided)

              - engineer visited again on around 20th june and did some correction on machine

              - after 2 days, again machine started giving problems such as hanging, keypad locked, auto shut down, no response etc...

              - i have again filed complain and awaiting for engineer who is supposed to visit today

              I am not very sure if the machine would work after warranty lapse where i have to pay again and again for system faults...

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have lenovo k4 note smart phone with imei no [protected]/41.
                I have purchase online this phone on the date 03 feb 2016, invoice no :ka-blr[protected] on amazon.In with one year warranty of hand set and six months of warranty on accessories as per lenovo mobile policy.
                After 5 moths o[censored]se it start creating charging problem. I facing a lots of problems due to this. I can't think about new phone after investing a rs11999/- for this.
                I go to one of the authorized service center at okhla phase -2, new delhi, delhi. I submit the phone to the service executive.
                After an hour of inspection and observation of phone and charger they told me that i have void the warranty due to phone pcb got moisture and water. And ask for charge approx rs 3500/- plus other hardware if needed to replace. Even 2500/- for the replacement of charger.
                I told to the executive i use my hand set and accessories very carefully with avoid water and moisture then how water or moisture reach and affect the pcb of hand set. Even i prove the same positively but after a lots of instead to repair the phone, they not want to listen. And ask for charge again and again.
                Dear sir/ madam, after paying a lots already for the purchase of the phone, i have to pay for the servicing too even i have warranty for handset.
                I feel like helpless.
                This is very very poor service after purchasing lenovo products. My phone must be repair without any condition and charges.
                Please help me. Do as i needed

                  I have a vibe x2 model. Today i went to lenovo's okhla ph. Ii service centre to replace the data cable as it was not charging the phone. The experience was just horrible! First of all, i could not understand why they are asking for a hard copy of bill from every customer visited to service centre when they can easily check the warranty details online of any smartphone? Any ways, my token number was 130 & when i got my token, the 121 number was displaying on the disply panal. That means my turn was after 9 customer & there was 6 attendants was attending the customer. Then the waiting time started! & finally it took me 2 hrs 40 min to go to the attendant to explain my problem! They asked me to fill a form with phone details & all & then kept my phone, wrap it in that form which i had filled (Fail to understand why they kept my phone? I had to change my data cable???) & told me to wait for some while! That some while was another half an hour! Finally they called me again & asked me to submit the data cable & said it will be replace within 15 days! What a joke was that! They have a new data cable in rs. 500/- if i would purchase it they will give it instantly but since it is a replacement case, it will take 15 days to replace a data cable!!! Hats off to you lenovo... I have submit my data cable but im not sure i will take another half day from my office to collect that cable which will cost me 1000/- of my half day leave+ petrol +wast of another half day!!!

                    I bought lenovo z1zuk last month, it wasnot been a week and my charger was dead, i visited the customer care in laxmi nagar delhi. They said it will take a week to replace the charger so i gave them my charger to get it replace now its been around 20days but i have not received my charger yet. No one is concern about the problem i been though without phone as i dont have a spare phone that support nano sim.
                    Worst customer care service ever experienced. Definitely not gonna buy lenovo again.

                        I am using lonovo vibe s1 due to some. circumstances water gone inside the mobile phone i gave my phone to service center for repairing they kept my phone for 5 days and then they tell me that they will charge rs 7000 on call bt when i visit to service center to collect my phone they have break my phone into pieces and then told that now nothing can done. they have cheated me if will not get my phon back in ready condition then i will go and complain in consumer court. i want result fast. number of that service center where i gave my phone and talk [protected]

                          I am having lenovo yoga 2 13 laptop which is not in warranty period. My laptop was having motherboard issue, so i went to service center in jayanagar (Bangalore) on 16th may 2016. They asked me to place an order through mail and to wait for 4 weeks.

                          When i called the service center after 4 weeks to know the status, they said that part is not available and to take any cheap level service.

                          I called the customer care to complain about this issue (Complain no:[protected] but they are not able to give any timeline for the availability of motherboard.

                          Its been 2 months since i had motherboard issue, but still the company has not provided me part.

                          Please look into this matter asap.

                              Dear sir,

                              This the concern about my mobile lenovo zuk z1, which i bought on 18 of may, 2016 and delivered to me on 21st may, 2016. After using a week my mobile was working fine and i'm satisfied with my selection of mobile but on 5th june, 2016 suddenly the network were gone from both the sims so i reboot my phone with thought of that may be some network fluctuation were come, but reboot didn't fix it and then i reset it to factory set but that too didn't resolve it, so i contact to amazon.In to replace it but they told that their policy is limited to 10 days now you need to take assistance from lenovo only. Than i look forward to contact to lenovo on 11th june, 2016 but after dialing continuously 100 odd call to their toll free number[protected] i didn't get response so i sent mail to service_ed team which i found over the website, then from that i received a auto generated mail with thanks for contacting us, we will look into your concern and bla bla... Than after that all i visited to lenovo service center at okhla, new delhi on 23rd june, 2016 but they told that the person who is taking care to these issue are not in office than i spent 2 hours their but that person didn't come, than again i went to service center on next day in the evening at 5:15 pm, so they told me that our time to take phones is over but i said them you mention the time of working is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, so they told we took phone up to 5:00 pm, than again i come back to my home. Than i escalate my issue to service_ed teams manager of lenovo than i got a call from kiran (Lenovo person) and he said me that you can go to okhla service again as he already talk to them. Than on 28th june, 2016 i went to service center and that they took my phone and after checking my phone the engineer said your phone's motherboard is need to replace to fix this problem than i asked him that how much time it will take? (I was thinking in hour for time) than they said 15 days than i asked to their manager shubham about it and he said this is expected date we will repair it soon before 14th of july, 2016. So i submit it and receive a job sheet with expected delivery date of 14th july, 2016. On 4th july, 2016 i received a call from lenovo chennai number started from +44 and that lady customer executive told me that your lenovo zuk z1 is now fixed with network issue and you can collect it from service center but when i called to that particular service center before going to it and ask them the same than they said your mobile is showing pending hardware. Than after few days again i call to service center and ask about my mobile they said it will take more 10 days, than on 10th july i again called them and ask the same they said more 10 days, then on 14th i called to them and said that my mobile expected delivery date is todays, so my mobile is ok now then they said it will take 10 more days so days are increasing but my phones delivery time still remains same. Than from lenovo toll free number i got the number of kuldeep raina (Head lenovo manager of new delhi) and i called him but didn't get response from him as he didn't pick my call, so i again call to service center on 16th july, 2016 and said them i received a kuldeep number from lenovo customer care portal, so do i need to talk to him than that lady said your mobile mother board is now available but need to dispatch from that place and it will resolve with in a week. But on 18th july, 2016 vi received a call from service center that your will take more time and now expected delivery date is 5th august, 2016.

                              Now at last i'm helpless and found my self as a victim of lenovo as i spent rs 13, 500 on that phone which took already 22 days to repair and still the waiting for it. Please look into this matter and resolve it.

                                I placed an order on www.amazon.in on 10th of july 2016 and received my product on 18th of july 2016. once received my phone i sold out my old phone to buy some accessories for new phone. as started using it found that the mic (microphone) of new phone is not working. now they would take another 10 days to get it replaced leaving me without phone and harassment. i am attaching a image of lenovo service record, its confirms the defect in the device.

                                  Laptop isn't working when i m starting it. No display except the lenovo logo.It stopped working suddenly n started beeping. Earlier it had battery issues which were resolved. I have imp work to do n i can't afford this again n again.I had to stop all my imp work. It is still in warranty n i have faced so many issues .please revert asap n fix it else i need a new laptop.

                                    I purchase lenovo mobile handset dated 31/3/2016 and within two month which is hardware problem & having no other alternative i complain to the authority concern and claiming for replacement but in vain thereafter i, e on 24/5/2016 handed my k5 lenovo mobile phone customer service siliguri but still today which is nor replacement nor repair my phone by compny.

                                      I brought the lenovo vibe k5 mobile from amazon on 27-jun-2019 flash sale
                                      With seria no (lh2c63hz2) on amazon from seller.

                                      I am not able to receive/dial the phone calls from 17-jul-2016, when i swichoff the mobile and restart display is not working.
                                      Planned to return the mobile, where i can see the return window is only 10 days.

                                      Request to refund my amount, i can return the mobile.

                                      i did not used the phone for not even 10 days, but payed the money but i don't have phone now.
                                      i am not even able to contact to customer care, always same answer all are engaged.

                                      Lenovo is producing very bad products, its worst company
