Dear sir,

This the concern about my mobile lenovo zuk z1, which i bought on 18 of may, 2016 and delivered to me on 21st may, 2016. After using a week my mobile was working fine and i'm satisfied with my selection of mobile but on 5th june, 2016 suddenly the network were gone from both the sims so i reboot my phone with thought of that may be some network fluctuation were come, but reboot didn't fix it and then i reset it to factory set but that too didn't resolve it, so i contact to amazon.In to replace it but they told that their policy is limited to 10 days now you need to take assistance from lenovo only. Than i look forward to contact to lenovo on 11th june, 2016 but after dialing continuously 100 odd call to their toll free number[protected] i didn't get response so i sent mail to service_ed team which i found over the website, then from that i received a auto generated mail with thanks for contacting us, we will look into your concern and bla bla... Than after that all i visited to lenovo service center at okhla, new delhi on 23rd june, 2016 but they told that the person who is taking care to these issue are not in office than i spent 2 hours their but that person didn't come, than again i went to service center on next day in the evening at 5:15 pm, so they told me that our time to take phones is over but i said them you mention the time of working is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, so they told we took phone up to 5:00 pm, than again i come back to my home. Than i escalate my issue to service_ed teams manager of lenovo than i got a call from kiran (Lenovo person) and he said me that you can go to okhla service again as he already talk to them. Than on 28th june, 2016 i went to service center and that they took my phone and after checking my phone the engineer said your phone's motherboard is need to replace to fix this problem than i asked him that how much time it will take? (I was thinking in hour for time) than they said 15 days than i asked to their manager shubham about it and he said this is expected date we will repair it soon before 14th of july, 2016. So i submit it and receive a job sheet with expected delivery date of 14th july, 2016. On 4th july, 2016 i received a call from lenovo chennai number started from +44 and that lady customer executive told me that your lenovo zuk z1 is now fixed with network issue and you can collect it from service center but when i called to that particular service center before going to it and ask them the same than they said your mobile is showing pending hardware. Than after few days again i call to service center and ask about my mobile they said it will take more 10 days, than on 10th july i again called them and ask the same they said more 10 days, then on 14th i called to them and said that my mobile expected delivery date is todays, so my mobile is ok now then they said it will take 10 more days so days are increasing but my phones delivery time still remains same. Than from lenovo toll free number i got the number of kuldeep raina (Head lenovo manager of new delhi) and i called him but didn't get response from him as he didn't pick my call, so i again call to service center on 16th july, 2016 and said them i received a kuldeep number from lenovo customer care portal, so do i need to talk to him than that lady said your mobile mother board is now available but need to dispatch from that place and it will resolve with in a week. But on 18th july, 2016 vi received a call from service center that your will take more time and now expected delivery date is 5th august, 2016.

Now at last i'm helpless and found my self as a victim of lenovo as i spent rs 13, 500 on that phone which took already 22 days to repair and still the waiting for it. Please look into this matter and resolve it.

    I placed an order on www.amazon.in on 10th of july 2016 and received my product on 18th of july 2016. once received my phone i sold out my old phone to buy some accessories for new phone. as started using it found that the mic (microphone) of new phone is not working. now they would take another 10 days to get it replaced leaving me without phone and harassment. i am attaching a image of lenovo service record, its confirms the defect in the device.

      Laptop isn't working when i m starting it. No display except the lenovo logo.It stopped working suddenly n started beeping. Earlier it had battery issues which were resolved. I have imp work to do n i can't afford this again n again.I had to stop all my imp work. It is still in warranty n i have faced so many issues .please revert asap n fix it else i need a new laptop.

        I purchase lenovo mobile handset dated 31/3/2016 and within two month which is hardware problem & having no other alternative i complain to the authority concern and claiming for replacement but in vain thereafter i, e on 24/5/2016 handed my k5 lenovo mobile phone customer service siliguri but still today which is nor replacement nor repair my phone by compny.

          I brought the lenovo vibe k5 mobile from amazon on 27-jun-2019 flash sale
          With seria no (lh2c63hz2) on amazon from seller.
          From okay enterprises
          Order #[protected]

          I am not able to receive/dial the phone calls from 17-jul-2016, when i swichoff the mobile and restart display is not working.
          Planned to return the mobile, where i can see the return window is only 10 days.

          Request to refund my amount, i can return the mobile.

          they are telling replace parts are not available.

          i did not used the phone for not even 10 days, but payed the money but i don't have phone now.
          i am not even able to contact to customer care, always same answer all are engaged.

          Lenovo is producing very bad products, its worst company

              I have purchased a smartphone lenovo zuk z1” through amazon on 26th may 2016. After two weeks following problem arising in my handset:

              1) hanging problem in handset after attending calls
              2) display not working after a call

              Last month (21/may/2016) i visited service centre “touchess communications” aluva & submitted my handset to them& they told me that in approx. Two week my handset will be ok. Now more than 25 days has been over. I haven’t received any call for status of my handset. & i also not received my handset yet

              Today i have contacted the customer care and they replied that the parts not arrived yet.

              I am facing many problems in daily routines due to not having my smartphone.

                Dear lenovo team,
                This is an pecular problem i am facing.
                Even on google i didn't see another facing this wrong time problem suddenly for some period.
                For seeing time i have installed external app. But lenovo's time seems to be bit slower than the actual time suddenly for some period.
                Is there any solution to this problem.
                Due to wrong time showing i couldn't even set alarm on it.
                I have attached a screenshot between lenovo's time and external app time.

                  I went to service center at udaipur rama telecom for repairing of my lenovo k4 note as my touch was not working. There was some touch regarding problem in mobile. First i want to say that there was no decorum of lenovo service center. Their service representative behavior was very bad. The service engineer checked my mobile and opened all the parts. After open my mobile engineer told me that what is the model number of mobile. Engineer who services many kinds of mobile daily doesnt know model number of mobile.
                  He also broke connectors of motherboard of mobile and told to change the motherboard and said expenses would be 8, 500 rs.
                  The problem was to change/repair display or touch but he damaged my motherboard while open my mobile.
                  My mobile is in warranty period and purchased on 8 march 2016, but he refused to repair mobile under warranty.
                  Very poor servicing from lenovo smartphones. Now i want new mobile as my phone is not working.

                    I purchased lenovo vibe p1 4 months ago and it has advantage of having gorilla glass but unfortunately it doesn't feel as that glass because the same got broken because of mobile fallen from my hand at low ground level.

                    I went to service center for replacement as it's in warranty and it is very sad for the customers like us who are very choosy to buy a limited budget phones as they told me that display broken is not in warranty and it will cost around rs.5000.

                    I have complain that why would i buy lenovo phones if,

                    1. The gorilla glass breaks just as drop from lower ground.
                    2. The cost of change of display is so high that i can buy a new phone.
                    3. Warranty of display broken is not mentioned upfront anywhere.

                      I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon & after a month my phone stop detecting the sim cards. I have given it to service centre on 11-07-16 but it was told to me that they cannot repair my phone as parts are not available for lenovo zuk z1. What should i do now? How long do you expect me to continue without my phone? Is this is how you treat your customer? If you dont have parts then why do you sell such phones? My service no:-srin[protected].

                          I have purchased lenovo mobile through flipkart last year and presently facing network issues. Very poor network reception. No sim is working in mobile. I have not upgraded the new version just because of poor network. It has become very panic for me. Though using a great featured mobile but very poor data reception. All the time message appears calling from out of network area. However the same sim working in lenovo a 6000+

                            I have a laptop z51-70 whose serial no. Is mp07ykpj.
                            This give me frequent problem of diminishing screen during work though it had been repaired several times by authorized service centre at dhanbad jharkhand.
                            It is in warranty period. So i request you replace it or check thorough by a competent service engineer so as to i have good faith on your product in future.

                            This issue may occur due to the outdated Display driver. Try the below steps and check if it helps.
                            I would suggest you to update Display driver. Follow the below steps:
                            Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
                            Locate for Display Adaptor and expand it.
                            Right click on the adaptor and click on update.
                            Hope it helps, keep me posted.

                                Bought the product on[protected] vide attached invoice number and details are available in the invoice. I have given the set for repair in your service center at coimbatore - vide order no:[protected] dated 16/7/2016. They checked and told me that the board and loud speaker to be replace by a new one and it will take atleast 10 days to rectify the repair. Since the main purpose of buying the product (For receiving and sending calls) is defeated (Both sim ports are not working and signal not getting even a single point) i would requiest you to arrange to refund the amount immediately to avoid further consequences.

                                  I buy it from play phone mobiles at grand shopping mall fahaheel before 2 months. After one month it automatically restart and boots every after 3 minutes. I give it back for warranty service after 1 week i got it. But after 1 hour mobile shows the same compliment. Once again i return it at the same place. After 2 weeks i got it. And i used it for 2 days. Now shows the same compliment. What i can do now

                                      Its third time i will filling complaint against you. But you not pay attention on my problems.                                       I have purchased Lenovo K note 4 before 2 months ago. But from last 1 week data cable is not working. Lenovo Service Center & Customer Care Executive denied to change the cable. But Phone is in under warranty.
                                      So Please do something, I can't afford new data cable of Rs. 500. Because i have purchase that phone on installment.

                                        I bought a lenovo g50 laptop few months ago. i observed that screen has white patches and another problem was keyboard was not working properly. i contacted lenovo team about issue. they asked me to send screen shots to verify lcd issue and they sent a wipro service representative to replace keyboard.

                                        Service representative has acknowledged that there are atleast six visible white patches on screen.initially lenovo call center told that they wont consider an issue if there are less than 5 patches and they were not clear about how big a patch can be to consider it. now they are telling they are rejecting this warranty claim and when i contacted for reason, they are not replying. wipro service representative told that in g50 series these white patches is a known issue. so, lenovo is selling products with defects and they are making rules so that these are not covering in warranty. this is completely unfair.
