Purchase date : 5/7/2016

Phone battery is defective. it gets charged to 100% and then even after using for more than 4 hours its battery status remains same.
Display shows 100% charging all the time. if i try to charge it, it does not get charged as it shows it is already 100% charged.
After some time, suddenly the phone goes off. then after plugging in charger, it shows 0% battery and starts charging it.

I faced this issue since the 2nd day of receiving the phone.
I didn't notice it first two times when it happened. but after that i realised it is happening every time. its not even 1 week that i have bought this phone and this problem is coming.

    Hello! My name is vikram i bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart before 10 months old. I had a problem that when i am using my mobile like watching videos, playing games or using internet my mobile display appears blue colour in edges of display.it will spreads slow but totally display turns into blue colour. And one thing my mobile does not fall down or any damage else. It have warrenty .is there any solution.?

      Worest lenevo service.
      I am nagaraju from rajhamandry. i brought lenovo vibe p1m in january 2016. i found problem flash light not working properly then i went to your authorized service center (srkt enterprises) in rajhamundry. they told flash light problem and they want to send another service centre and said mobile collect after 30 days till today 45 days my mobile not received. i think i am a big fool to choose lenovo for brought mobile. plz take action and give my mobile as soon as posible

          Very bad experince with lenovo phone and its service center.
          And there is no response from customer support
          I gave my phone to service center for resolving my issue.
          But they are not able to solve issue but they created new issue in my phone and now they are not hearing me.
          This case is from rajkot service center.
          O my advice to all that dont buy lenovo product.

          Lenova A6000 plus mobile having charging problem since 1 month back I have visited to customer care @aurangabad but also same problem is occurs & mobile is in warranty period now my mobile is now totally dead due to charging problem @customer care new charger code had given to me bit it is not supporting to charging purpose

                I own a lenovo smartphone vibe p1 model. it was bought in the month of december 2015, with imei1 [protected] and imei2 [protected]. i jad some problem in the phone so handed over the phone to your authorised service centre at neotel anantapur (515001) pin code in andhra pradesh on 25.05.2016 the intial problem was, the lhone would get switched off once the screen display goes off. the service centre people informed me that it was a software problem and will be sorted in a days time. when i visited the centre second day they informed me that the main board has got problem so they have ordered the same and it shall be rectified in 15 days time and they also informed me that it shall not cover under warranty. where as it was under warranty. now after a month nearly they tell me that its not the problem with the mother board itd with the support board. i have drawn suspicious in ygeir behavior. because when i visit the service centre there are many people who are complaining regarding the service centre. one such person had complained that even his parts where replaced with duplicate parts. now i fear a lot about my phone its already a month and i have to pay a hefty amount even though i carry a valid warranty. please do something di that i can get my phone at the earliest. i am not able to put thr agony iam going through in this mail. do pls look in to the matter and see that i get my phone at yhe earliest.

                  I zaid akhtar bought a lenovo zuk z1 from amazon,
                  Ordered on 19 may 2016 and received on 22 may 2016
                  Order#[protected]
                  This phone is getting hanged after receiving phone calls, unpredictable to say which call will hang it up.
                  During normal usage too, i am a very generic smartphone user not much geeky.
                  After spending so much of my hard earned money, it’s really painful to undergo this sort of situation.
                  Just an fyi, when my zuk hangs itsel[censored]p i need to do a hard reboot by pressing necessary buttons.
                  This is a very formal request to lenovo company to refund my money asap.
                  I am ready to proceed with any formalities required i. E. Returning the handset or any documentation.

                    Have purchased lenovo k3 note few months back got a system update thru ota to update the os from lollipop to marshmellow. i went ahead and updated on march 1st. after that call quality dropped and disconnects. there should be strict policy to check if everything working and then only these updates should be released. with this i cannot go back to old version and service centers are also not able to do anything. request to please reset to lollipop or exchange new phone.

                      I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon one month back. Within one month phone started problems like heating up and network not available. Strating 2nd july, it is not showing any network. When i called up amazon customer care about the issue they said product problem will be resolved by product manufacturer and hence amazon could not help any more after sales.
                      Then i called up lenovo customer care. On first call they said that i have to do factory reset after which it will get resolved. After doing factory reset when i again called back, then send nd customer care told that i have perform safe mode start as this problem might happen due to some tp software. When it again didn't get solved then i have again called up customer care again. Now this time 3rd customer care said that this is a known problem and hence i have to visit lenovo service centet only.
                      Now question come is that is product has known issue, then why lenovo / amazon does not stop the sale till it is resolved. Another point about lenovo services is that their customers carr executives are just passing time without telling truth and troubling end customer by consuming their times.
                      On visiting today 7th july to service center (Hcl lenovo service center, m2k, rohini sec-3, drlhi), they have informed that spare part is not available and will be available only after 20 july (After 2 weeks).
                      1) amazon does not provide after sales srrvice.
                      2) lenovo smartphone product is not workable.
                      3) lenovo customer care support is too bad.
                      4) lenovo service center does not have spares.
                      5) service center was not ready to provide escalation matrix contact number.

                        My lenovo laptop shuts down properly but when i start the laptop it take so much time to start and sometimes did not start and for that i have to remove the battery and then it may start sometime, most of the time i have to face many problem like it start but take too much time to loading.

                        Based on your post, I’d suggest you some options that may help you to solve the issue.

                        Try to use the clean boot option. With that, you might find the problem.

                            Purchased lenovo vibe x3, there "flagship" so called best phone. it crashed (just switched off, and could not switch off again), in 70 days. given to okhla service center on 7th jun, now today is 8 july, and still they say they need 15 more day to repair it...
                            Wrote to their service ed "mr. sudipto ghosh, they also just write something, nothing happens.

                            Planning to move to consumer court, as how can they keep me without a phone for two months. and their flagship mobile crashes in just 70 days.

                            Will suggest never buy lenovo products, have seen their customer service center, full of poor people crying for their mobiles/laptops like me.

                              Check the display driver
                              If the above steps didn’t help you, I would suggest you to check the display driver as an outdated driver can cause such issues. Refer these steps:
                              a) Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
                              b) Locate you display adapter, right click on it and select properties.
                              c) Click on the Driver tab and click on Update driver.
                              d) Install if any updates are available.
                              You can also check in the manufacturer’s website to check if any updated display driver is available.

                                  When i was charging the mobile, it's charging pin and socket highiy heated and melted and joined together.On separating the charger pin from socket, the socket became damaged and now it is not possible to recharge.Now it is at authorized service center.
                                  As per their instruction here i am registering the complaint here... kindly replace or repair as early as possible./ or settle this problem at the earliest...

                                    I have purchased zuk z1 from lenovo. But in first week my charger stopped working. So i have contaced lenovo service centre in rajkot named anil infotech. They said charger will be replaced in 15 days but i still didn't get charger After 1 month of complaint. I have sent email to company but they said to contact service centre and when i ask service centre they say to contact company. Nobody is giving proper answer. Witout charger my handset is no use.                                       I have purchased lenovo yoga 500 series on 4th of June(previous month) from exclusive store of lenovo and submit all the documents for getting that offer within 7 days but after that i have got 1 mail with ticket no but not found any payment link.
                                      When i was talk to customer care regarding this issue they told me that you will get payment link within 7 working days but now 1 month has passed and i have not got any email yet. I have talk many times to customer care and always they told me you will get payment link within next working days. This is my worst kind of experience to purchase this product .

                                        I purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon.in last month every thing was fine but after the latest update released by cyanogen os version 12.1. the network issue came up both the sim card are showing "no service". the mobile automatically went into airplane mode and i am unable to disable it and also not able to make or receive any calls. my phone is now lying dead. i searched the internet and found that many are facing the same issue for more than a month. lenovo company should clear this issue as soon as possible.
