1. query : mobile is not getting turned on. i was watching a movie, suddenly it started vibrating and stopped working. now it's not working. when i visited lenovo authorised service centre located at kalyan, they denied to repair or replace in warranty, giving liquid damage reason. they said litmus is turned red. but it can also turn red by moisture and dampness. i better know, i never dropped my mobile in water. my warranty is still on. please help, as lenovo guys are denying to help.

My mobile warranty is expired but when i go to service center of lenovo for repairing my lenovo vibe z mobile they said it can't be repair bcoz it's part is not available i purchase my mobile for rs 22000 and now they r not repairing it so now what can i do plzz take some action or tell me what to do. the part is not available so plzz repair my mobile or provide me another 1.

The replacement battery (a2010-a bl253;po;lw514752;swd;cnen;2000mah) was to be given by june 21st, 2016. but this is yet to be received and still there is no confirmed date as to when this will be given

I p adinarayana the proud owner of lenovo vibe p1 which was brought on 13/11/15 for diwali festival during the use the phone has developed a hearing problem, so i have to take it to the service center name shri shakthi services opposite to shakti talkies hubli bearing work order no : hul/lo/16/00937 of 02/06/2016. the same was inform to contact after 3 days. sir i am staying at hospet which is 200 kms far away from hubli it takes 8 hours for journey to and fro but the phone handset was removed and kept down of the center. sir this is my 7th visit to the service center each visit i have to spend 600 rs. 1st they said that it has developed a mother board problem after checking during the call the phone was switching off at the service center and created a new job sheet bearing work order no : hul/lo/16/01168 of 13/06/2016. now they are telling that it has a battery problem and a created a new job sheet bearing work order no : hul/lo/16/01290 of 20/06/2016.

Sir am facing a lot of problems due to my mobile at the service center till date and i am also being forced to doubt about the working credentials of the service engineer. so i request ur kind self to issue the new handset please awaiting your reply.
Ince it is more than 45 days at service center there is no proper response from service center or from lenovo smart phone.
So i kindly request to intervene in this matter & do justice to me by sending new piece.

I have purchased a lenovo mobile by using flipcart. but before completion of its warranty period it becoming over heat, hanging issues & needs to shut down frequently as there is basic problem there & after getting updation of version problem inside frequently increased & there is no any permanent solution provided by the autho. service center of lenovo till the datetoday.

I am using lenovo A6000 model phone.phone damaged in display not working.i want need solutions customer care response very worst.

My handset of lenovo vibe p1 has purchased online on 21/01/2016 – 04 2016. by flipkart.invoice no. #blr_wfld[protected], order id: od[protected] and imei/serial no : [protected] handset has not responding of not connect internet connectivity, voice breaking, not displaying receiver mobile no and name, sometime mobile will be going to shutdown mode and etc,. this issues phasing from last few months onwards so please replace new handset or amount refund

Hi i bought ideapad 300 in gbs systems and service pvt ltd omr road no 390, kandanchavadi, chennai -600041 tin number [protected] which cost around 45k in any official lenovo store they hiked to 50 k and they offered 1500 discount and fooled me. even though it my mistake i request you all before buying in this shop please have margin of 5k in bargain since they are clever enough to fool people. every official store is selling for 45k this store alone hiked to 48500 on top of that head phone and normal mouse which pprices in online 750 around and mouse mrp 300 they charged me 2000 and finally billed to 51k for 45k laptop. biggest cheaters being official store

Phone battery is defective. it gets charged to 100% and then even after using for more than 4 hours its battery status remains same.
Display shows 100% charging all the time. if i try to charge it, it does not get charged as it shows it is already 100% charged.
After some time, suddenly the phone goes off. then after plugging in charger, it shows 0% battery and starts charging it.

I faced this issue since the 2nd day of receiving the phone.
I didn't notice it first two times when it happened. but after that i realised it is happening every time. its not even 1 week that i have bought this phone and this problem is coming.

Hello! My name is vikram i bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart before 10 months old. I had a problem that when i am using my mobile like watching videos, playing games or using internet my mobile display appears blue colour in edges of display.it will spreads slow but totally display turns into blue colour. And one thing my mobile does not fall down or any damage else. It have warrenty .is there any solution.?

I am nagaraju from rajhamandry. i brought lenovo vibe p1m in january 2016. i found problem flash light not working properly then i went to your authorized service center (srkt enterprises) in rajhamundry. they told flash light problem and they want to send another service centre and said mobile collect after 30 days till today 45 days my mobile not received. i think i am a big fool to choose lenovo for brought mobile. plz take action and give my mobile as soon as posible

The mobile product model k50a40 black mobile batch no [protected] purchased from m? s kabir tecnology pvt ltd, gandhinagar pin 382026 on 4.12 2015. the set is giving trouble in touch & camera, sound from last one month.
The set was deposited for repair within waranty period to lenevo service center, 232/ab 1st floor s b gorai road asansol, west bengal on 8/07/16. their acknowledgement receipt soin[protected] date 08/12/16. and customer complaint code c0029.
Please arrange at the earliest

Very bad experince with lenovo phone and its service center.
And there is no response from customer support
I gave my phone to service center for resolving my issue.
But they are not able to solve issue but they created new issue in my phone and now they are not hearing me.
This case is from rajkot service center.
O my advice to all that dont buy lenovo product.

I own a lenovo smartphone vibe p1 model. it was bought in the month of december 2015, with imei1 [protected] and imei2 [protected]. i jad some problem in the phone so handed over the phone to your authorised service centre at neotel anantapur (515001) pin code in andhra pradesh on 25.05.2016 the intial problem was, the lhone would get switched off once the screen display goes off. the service centre people informed me that it was a software problem and will be sorted in a days time. when i visited the centre second day they informed me that the main board has got problem so they have ordered the same and it shall be rectified in 15 days time and they also informed me that it shall not cover under warranty. where as it was under warranty. now after a month nearly they tell me that its not the problem with the mother board itd with the support board. i have drawn suspicious in ygeir behavior. because when i visit the service centre there are many people who are complaining regarding the service centre. one such person had complained that even his parts where replaced with duplicate parts. now i fear a lot about my phone its already a month and i have to pay a hefty amount even though i carry a valid warranty. please do something di that i can get my phone at the earliest. i am not able to put thr agony iam going through in this mail. do pls look in to the matter and see that i get my phone at yhe earliest.

This phone is getting hanged after receiving phone calls, unpredictable to say which call will hang it up.
During normal usage too, i am a very generic smartphone user not much geeky.
After spending so much of my hard earned money, it’s really painful to undergo this sort of situation.
Just an fyi, when my zuk hangs itsel[censored]p i need to do a hard reboot by pressing necessary buttons.
This is a very formal request to lenovo company to refund my money asap.
I am ready to proceed with any formalities required i. E. Returning the handset or any documentation.

Have purchased lenovo k3 note few months back got a system update thru ota to update the os from lollipop to marshmellow. i went ahead and updated on march 1st. after that call quality dropped and disconnects. there should be strict policy to check if everything working and then only these updates should be released. with this i cannot go back to old version and service centers are also not able to do anything. request to please reset to lollipop or exchange new phone.
