I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon one month back. Within one month phone started problems like heating up and network not available. Strating 2nd july, it is not showing any network. When i called up amazon customer care about the issue they said product problem will be resolved by product manufacturer and hence amazon could not help any more after sales.
Then i called up lenovo customer care. On first call they said that i have to do factory reset after which it will get resolved. After doing factory reset when i again called back, then send nd customer care told that i have perform safe mode start as this problem might happen due to some tp software. When it again didn't get solved then i have again called up customer care again. Now this time 3rd customer care said that this is a known problem and hence i have to visit lenovo service centet only.
Now question come is that is product has known issue, then why lenovo / amazon does not stop the sale till it is resolved. Another point about lenovo services is that their customers carr executives are just passing time without telling truth and troubling end customer by consuming their times.
On visiting today 7th july to service center (Hcl lenovo service center, m2k, rohini sec-3, drlhi), they have informed that spare part is not available and will be available only after 20 july (After 2 weeks).
1) amazon does not provide after sales srrvice.
2) lenovo smartphone product is not workable.
3) lenovo customer care support is too bad.
4) lenovo service center does not have spares.
5) service center was not ready to provide escalation matrix contact number.

Dear Sir,

I purchased the mobile LENOVO K3 NOTE about Six Months back.

Yesterday onwards the Home Button & Back Button is not working other apps & touch working.

Please give a solution for resolving the issue and I cant use a mobile ...

    My lenovo laptop shuts down properly but when i start the laptop it take so much time to start and sometimes did not start and for that i have to remove the battery and then it may start sometime, most of the time i have to face many problem like it start but take too much time to loading.
    O please help me for resolving the problem as early as possible.

    Hi Dgujar,

    Based on your post, I’d suggest you some options that may help you to solve the issue.

    Try to use the clean boot option. With that, you might find the problem.
    Please refer the below link for Clean boot settings:

    Try to see if there is any issue with the drive. You can run any diagnose utility from the manufacturer.

        Purchased lenovo vibe x3, there "flagship" so called best phone. it crashed (just switched off, and could not switch off again), in 70 days. given to okhla service center on 7th jun, now today is 8 july, and still they say they need 15 more day to repair it...
        Wrote to their service ed "mr. sudipto ghosh, they also just write something, nothing happens.

        Planning to move to consumer court, as how can they keep me without a phone for two months. and their flagship mobile crashes in just 70 days.

        Will suggest never buy lenovo products, have seen their customer service center, full of poor people crying for their mobiles/laptops like me.

          Check the display driver
          If the above steps didn’t help you, I would suggest you to check the display driver as an outdated driver can cause such issues. Refer these steps:
          a) Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
          b) Locate you display adapter, right click on it and select properties.
          c) Click on the Driver tab and click on Update driver.
          d) Install if any updates are available.
          You can also check in the manufacturer’s website to check if any updated display driver is available.

            This is to inform your that I was pursed one mobile Lenovo Vibe P1 as on 04 Nov. 2015, bya Flipkart, I am facing problem in its Power button from the beginning, when i was file my complained to flipkart customer care but he was replied me to talk in lenovo customer care, after some time i was visited to lenovo service center to make it correct, your people are clearly denied me to help and blaming me that your mobile is not covers in under warranty, but if lenovo customer care will authorised us to do it correct that we can entertain only, please

              When i was charging the mobile, it's charging pin and socket highiy heated and melted and joined together.On separating the charger pin from socket, the socket became damaged and now it is not possible to recharge.Now it is at authorized service center.
              As per their instruction here i am registering the complaint here... kindly replace or repair as early as possible./ or settle this problem at the earliest...

                I have purchased zuk z1 from lenovo. But in first week my charger stopped working. So i have contaced lenovo service centre in rajkot named anil infotech. They said charger will be replaced in 15 days but i still didn't get charger After 1 month of complaint. I have sent email to company but they said to contact service centre and when i ask service centre they say to contact company. Nobody is giving proper answer. Witout charger my handset is no use. Kindly help me to resolve my complaint.

                  I have purchased lenovo yoga 500 series on 4th of June(previous month) from exclusive store of lenovo and submit all the documents for getting that offer within 7 days but after that i have got 1 mail with ticket no but not found any payment link.
                  When i was talk to customer care regarding this issue they told me that you will get payment link within 7 working days but now 1 month has passed and i have not got any email yet. I have talk many times to customer care and always they told me you will get payment link within next working days. This is my worst kind of experience to purchase this product .

                    I purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon.in last month every thing was fine but after the latest update released by cyanogen os version 12.1. the network issue came up both the sim card are showing "no service". the mobile automatically went into airplane mode and i am unable to disable it and also not able to make or receive any calls. my phone is now lying dead. i searched the internet and found that many are facing the same issue for more than a month. lenovo company should clear this issue as soon as possible.

                    We purchased lenovo zuk z1 on 23rd June on flash sales in Amazon shopping site. Today my phone is Getting no service for any of my simcards and also phone is automatically going to aeroplane mode. i tried all possibilities but in vain.Just need a immediate action from lenovo.

                      Hii, my lenovo laptop screen started flickering constantly, itz bothersome, plz rectify asap.. Itz bn only a yr i bought.. Thr aa always fine flickering and black line also started coming recently, and battery backup is not very good... I hv this complaint since 20 days now.. Need it to be rectified soon, its still under warranty period... I hope this problem gets rectified soon,

                          I bought a lenovo zuk z1 from amazon on may-26 2016. now it is not detecting any network. every time it is showing a message like aeroplane mode is activated please turn off it to continue. i am totally fed up with that handset. my business details and emails are configured in that but it is not usable now. it will take some more time to configure in a new handset. so it is very disappointed for me. i spent 13, 500 rs. i have been using different mobiles since 2004. but it is very disappointed now. i am planning to post some negative reviews in social medias also in youtube.

                            I have purchased Lenevo ZUK Mobile on 9th May2016. It's not even one month after purchasing new mobile, I got touch screen problem. I have given it to my nearest Lenevo service center, it's been nearly 5days after giving my mobile. Still the problem has not been solved. It's delaying that its new model so spare parts are not available now with them. Very poor customer service center.                               I had bought mobile in sept 2014 and the mobile get dead in april 2015 since then till today i m facing the problem and going to each n every service center near me in july i give to a service center ( prompt solution ) ahmedabad and they return it on 25 july with excuse that activation date and invoice date are mismatch and after that i mailed for my warranty status and activation date then i got a mail from lenovo support that my warranty was ended on 29 july 2015 after that lenovo give me a mail that i have to go service center and they will repair my mobile in warranty and when i walk there your service center (prompt solution ) my mobile due to my mobile was not in warranty on that day when i was there after that i have wrote many mails and many coplaints but untill i havent got any satisfactory response please suggest that what i have to do

                                  It is high time that you guys accept that you make junk laptops.
                                  I bought a laptop, lenovo flex -1570 from us through amazon.com, with international warranty, for my father's birthday present. thanks for ruining it in a way that i could have never imagined.in just 2 days of laptop usage, the mouse pad has come out. the amazing service center (ticket no. ht[protected] said that the glue that held mousepad to the laptop "wasn't sticky enough" and added that they do not support this laptop as its "international warranty" is limited to us and china and i need to take it to your us service center to fix it. $619 laptop, 2 days, and it is nothing more than a junk box to me. as a birthday present i have gifted my father nothing more than added tension and thanks to you guys for making that happen. attaching a pic for your reference.

                                  I purchased a Lenovo Flex 3, 1580 in mid-June of this year. About a month into ownership and almost daily use, the screen began to go black. The laptop was still turned on and I had adjusted the sleep and other functions to control this, but it continued to happen. I reached out to Microsoft to make certain it wasn't a software issue and nothing was found. I then contacted Lenovo support and went through a lengthy process with the tech, who did a very complete job, only to have the problem start again a couple days later. He told me to contact them again should the problem continue, so I did just that.

                                  Long and short of all this: the last contact was unsatisfactory and I was accused of refusing to allow them to check and perhaps reload Microsoft. No matter how many times I attempted to explain this, both to the service tech and his supervisor - it was my problem they could not reload the software. I explained that I'd spoken with other technical people and the problem was simply a problem with the connectivity between the body of the laptop and the screen. My issue has been "esculated" to another customer care department and to date I've not heard back. DO NOT PURCHASE A FLEX MODEL UNTIL THE CONNECTIVITY ISSUE IS RESOLVOED AS I'M NOW TOLD THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM FOR LENOVO.

                                    I have purchaged a lenovo vive k5 phone through flipkart but it having charging issue then I have submitted this in lenovo service centre Sanjay palace Agra, on 04/06/2016 but till to date I did not get any response regarding this. On daily basis I call them but they received call with casual manner and they are not provide info. And disconnected my call and again I tried this but its not connected. Its very slow service of that Agra service centre. Please do something.

                                      We have purcased a mobile - k4 through amzone billing through cloudtail india (p) ltd bangalore vide bill no. ka-blrg[protected] shipping address 1809, sector-28 faridabda dated april 25, 2016.

                                      Now the battery of the mobile not working & in the process of charging it is heat-up & back cover of the mobile is also not set due to damage battery.

                                      We regular follow up your lucknow service station known as lenova service centre, marutipuram, faijabad road lucknow but they did not give any responce so that it is my request pl change the mobile set immediately otherwise we will take the help of consumer court. regarding the mishappening with me of any time due to damages of battery.

                                        As the touch of my phone was not working.

                                        On 18.06.2016, i went to technocare with my problematic handset, the service center person took their own sweet time to thoroughly check and finally submitted the handset and handed me the w. o. sheet dt. 14.05.2016 with the note "touch does not working issue. handset received".

                                        I shall get to your attention that the handset was submitted on 18.06.2016, but the receipt given to me was against my previous w. o. when i asked about this, the service center people said that they have checked the handset and will order the part from lenevo and after receiving the part they will send an sms with new w. o. no and this may take from 2 to 10 days. this is the procedure and hence if i do not agree i shall take my handset somewhere else. after repeated requests, they agreed to send an sms after 2 days because it was submitted on saturday.
                                        But no sms was ever received.

                                        After many calls to the service center in the following days during the first week, they would say we are still waiting for the part and it will take some more days, but a week had gone and i was still waiting for the handset to be repaired, i was anxious and feeling helpless about the situation.

                                        On 27.06.2016, monday, in the second week, disappointed with the dilly dallying from them, i had to personally visit the service center again and they informed me that the lcd touch screen and mother board both needs to be replaced and they are waiting for the parts from lenovo, hence as soon as they receive the parts (approximately by the end of the week) they will send me the "much awaited sms" and within 2 days after that i shall receive my handset. hence, with utmost humility i greeted them and came back to wait for the sms.

                                        With no response from the service center till friday, i again visited them on 02.07.2016, saturday (2 weeks have now passed), to my utter disappointment and shock they said they have received my replacement parts from lenevo but they will not change them because of moisture in the mother board.

                                        They asked me if it was wetted during my usage, to which i truthfully replied "during my usage it never even went near any water".

                                        Now technocare wants me to pay either for lcd panel or for the motherboard of the handset because they will not change both for free. ironically, they have already received both parts for free from lenevo and still want me to pay for them at no mistake on my part. i requested them repeatedly but to no vain. hence, i came back hurt again without my phone.

                                        I request you to kindly look into the matter as i am suffering from the last 2 weeks without my handset and urge them to repair my handset asap. lenovo vibe p1 is my dream mobile handset which has been gifted to me by my mother and have a special place in my heart.

                                        still not received any reply from LENOVO. Handset with Lenovo Service Center only. Kindly do the needful.
