I have submitted my handset for repair in - guarantee to
M/s technocare solution pvt. ltd.,
Address: upper ground floor,
F-11, jannak palace,

As the touch of my phone was not working.
On 18.06.2016, i went to technocare with my problematic handset, the service center person took their own sweet time to thoroughly check and finally submitted the handset and handed me the w. o. sheet dt. 14.05.2016 with the note "touch does not working issue. handset received".
I shall get to your attention that the handset was submitted on 18.06.2016, but the receipt given to me was against my previous w. o. when i asked about this, the service center people said that they have checked the handset and will order the part from lenevo and after receiving the part they will send an sms with new w. o. no and this may take from 2 to 10 days. this is the procedure and hence if i do not agree i shall take my handset somewhere else. after repeated requests, they agreed to send an sms after 2 days because it was submitted on saturday.
But no sms was ever received.
After many calls to the service center in the following days during the first week, they would say we are still waiting for the part and it will take some more days, but a week had gone and i was still waiting for the handset to be repaired, i was anxious and feeling helpless about the situation.
On 27.06.2016, monday, in the second week, disappointed with the dilly dallying from them, i had to personally visit the service center again and they informed me that the lcd touch screen and mother board both needs to be replaced and they are waiting for the parts from lenovo, hence as soon as they receive the parts (approximately by the end of the week) they will send me the "much awaited sms" and within 2 days after that i shall receive my handset. hence, with utmost humility i greeted them and came back to wait for the sms.
With no response from the service center till friday, i again visited them on 02.07.2016, saturday (2 weeks have now passed), to my utter disappointment and shock they said they have received my replacement parts from lenevo but they will not change them because of moisture in the mother board.
They asked me if it was wetted during my usage, to which i truthfully replied "during my usage it never even went near any water".
Now technocare wants me to pay either for lcd panel or for the motherboard of the handset because they will not change both for free. ironically, they have already received both parts for free from lenevo and still want me to pay for them at no mistake on my part. i requested them repeatedly but to no vain. hence, i came back hurt again without my phone.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as i am suffering from the last 2 weeks without my handset and urge them to repair my handset asap. lenovo vibe p1 is my dream mobile handset which has been gifted to me by my mother and have a special place in my heart.

Check the display driver
If the above steps didn’t help you, I would suggest you to check the display driver as an outdated driver can cause such issues. Refer these steps:
a) Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
b) Locate you display adapter, right click on it and select properties.
c) Click on the Driver tab and click on Update driver.
d) Install if any updates are available.
You can also check in the manufacturer’s website to check if any updated display driver is available.
