I got a shock of my life when i went to give my phone for repair. I had a lenovo S920 that i gave for repair in the pune centre. After one year when i was facing issues i took it to the lenovo service centre baroda.They were shocked themselves when the saw the inside of the phone. Apparently whoever repaired my phone the first time has caused so much damage that he didnt even bother to fix back the screws before returning my phone.First of...

Am jaiganesh v.. I bought lenovo zuk z1 mobile on 19 may 2016.

With 20 days i faced signal issue... By 14 june 2016, i went to the lenovo services center located in hcl chennai, mount road.

They said its a mother board issue.. With 5 days they will replace.

But today 27 june 2016 hardly 13 days passed. But i didn't get any response.

If i ask to service center people, they are answering...

I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 mobile phone online through amazon on 02/06/2016 since then the screen of phone is not supporting and frequently hang up while incoming phone are received. We have to rebooting frequently to start the phone. The said phone are required to be replaced or refund the money for rs. 13499/- since the phone is under warrantee period.

Please revert me at the earliest and let me know to send it back it...

I bought lenovo bibe k5 plus 2 months back . the phones display got broken without even braking the screen not even a sratch . this should be because they use a cheap quality materilas . i paid 8500 for the phone and this equivivalent to cheating a customer . lenovo claims that its becuase of my mistake and it doesnt come under warrenty . they should be punished...

Screen is not responding touch is also getting lag mean while working, and whenever i been to service center to solve the problem, they return it without solving it out. i had been there for three to four times with same issue but still there was the same problem.please reply as soon as possible.

I have purchased a new lenovo k3 note 6 months before and it was having network problems from the beginning and suddenly stopped working one day and then when I went to the service centre the company told me that the internal part of the phone was damaged and its repairing will cost me 60% of the value of the phone in addition to the service charges...it has been 3 months the phone is not working ...I want a replacement of it...

My lenovo k4 note have some issue that its charges only when switch off mode i bring my mobile to service center they told me that charging port is water damaged, i just shock..cause regular i carefully handle my phone then how its happen, then again they told me u will charge for this part Rs.480 even my phone in warranty.
it has been more than 8 days gone still my phone not repaired...really very disappointing service from lenovo.br...
