Dear sir,


This is for your information that i have purchased lenovo k4 note mobile on 02-february-2016 from amazon site & it as 1 year manufacture warranty. Now it is not working (Stopped working while during on call) from last 5 days.
So i have taken necessary steps for to restart my mobile.
(1) i have tried to restart mobile through power button but not started.
(2) i have also plugged in charging but it is also not working.
(3) spoken with amazon site person they suggested to show the mobile on lenovo service center.
(4) spoken with lenovo customer care also they suggested to show on service center. So i have given it to my brother to show on service center at bapunagar - ahmedabad - 380024 & they said it's liquidity damage (But in actually it was not liquidity damage mobile not touched any kind of water or liquid) they said maybe it's moisture water so also its not in warrenty so what i have to do its not my fault about moisture. They are giving 1 year manufacture warrenty but the mobile is not able to work due to moisture then what is the meaning for 1 year manufacture warrenty when i am asking & requesting them to support for this lenovo person are saying its liquidity damage & it will not repair under warrenty that's it. So i have again spoken to amazon customer care so they have told that lenovo have to repair the mobile under warrenty else lenovo need to give (D. O. A letter which is dead or alive letter) so amazon will provide me the fresh new piece so i am asking for d. O. A letter from lenovo but also they refused to provide d. O. A letter & also refused to support for my issue. I am totally helpless sir. Please do the needful amazon is ready to give me the new same mobile on ref. Of d. O. A letter but lenovo is not providing me. So kindly do the needful lenovo is refusing to support me for repairing & d. O. A letter.

    Balusankar ph no :[protected] actually 4day(27/6/2016) back i had given my mobile (k3 note) to lenovo service center (in vizag)as mike problem again i had already said that is my brother-law mobile there said that there will give with in 3day but it was not given when i went asked to executive what about my mobile he was answer where harshly he has keep mobile in the black list. it was happen vizag lenove service center (ph no:[protected], [protected]). Today i understand that lenovo is waste company there will play with relationship

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 (Space grey) on may 19 from amazon.In in amazon flash sale.. After using for only 15 days i found a problem. The problem is no network detecting. On 17 june i submitted my mobile in hcl touch (Authorised service centre of lenovo) in kolkata, khairu place, cr avenue. They told me that it was a motherboard problem.. Today when i call to service centre the executives told me that they have not yet getting any reply from tecnical department of lenovo. Sir i just used my mobile for 15-20 days.. And how that motherbord problem occured? I just wanted to tell u plz replace my faulty product and give me new one or give me my money back.

          Hi lenovo service provider I am Ashish from gurgaon and visited in lenovo service center on mg road sahara mall in gurgaon but my first experience in lenovo service center very bad and guilty
          As my pH charging not working properly than visit in service centre give my mobile to engineer after 40 minutes he said there is charging Jack problem and it's not include in warranty period while I came to know from other sources it is in warranty
          And when I said to him sir it's in warranty he said karwana ho to karwao ni to jao and jab Maine pH vapis pack karne ke liye bola to engineer answer me I am very surprised he said ek bar kholo ek bar pack karo karwa lo sir kuchh kam paise de Dena it's very surprised for me so please careful about services from lenovo I request to all

            Query - I am Nitin G Mhatre and I am using Lenovo A7000 since last year. Since upgrading to Marshmallow, I am unable to open some applications such as LinkedIn, WPS Office, Pics Art Photo Studio etc.
            For Pics Art and WPS Office error is showing that "Unfortunately LinkedIn has been stopped and WPS Office is not opening at all. Also
            I am not able move my applications to SD card.
            Kindly solve these problems as early as possible. Because it is very irritating to use the mobile now.

                I got a shock of my life when i went to give my phone for repair. I had a lenovo S920 that i gave for repair in the pune centre. After one year when i was facing issues i took it to the lenovo service centre baroda.They were shocked themselves when the saw the inside of the phone. Apparently whoever repaired my phone the first time has caused so much damage that he didnt even bother to fix back the screws before returning my phone.First of all they took their own sweet time to repair it which was over a month.Mr Shaik from the pune centre was handling my case.I know that even writing this complaint will fall on deaf ears.But lenovo service centre baroda doesnt know how to repair my phone because of the wonderful job done by the pune service centre.Why dont you shut it down that make things worse for us.This is the worst kind of service i have exoerienced in my entire life.

                  Am jaiganesh v.. I bought lenovo zuk z1 mobile on 19 may 2016.

                  With 20 days i faced signal issue... By 14 june 2016, i went to the lenovo services center located in hcl chennai, mount road.

                  They said its a mother board issue.. With 5 days they will replace.

                  But today 27 june 2016 hardly 13 days passed. But i didn't get any response.

                  If i ask to service center people, they are answering with out responsible.. Getting angry with me

                  I don't why lenovo doesn't have customer orientation..


                  Omeone tell me when i will get my mobile back,, else replace my mobile..

                          I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 mobile phone online through amazon on 02/06/2016 since then the screen of phone is not supporting and frequently hang up while incoming phone are received. We have to rebooting frequently to start the phone. The said phone are required to be replaced or refund the money for rs. 13499/- since the phone is under warrantee period.

                          Please revert me at the earliest and let me know to send it back it for refund of money.

                            I bought lenovo bibe k5 plus 2 months back . the phones display got broken without even braking the screen not even a sratch . this should be because they use a cheap quality materilas . i paid 8500 for the phone and this equivivalent to cheating a customer . lenovo claims that its becuase of my mistake and it doesnt come under warrenty . they should be punished

                                I purchased the phone on 24 feb 2016 so it ran quite good for 2 month but after that i was facing some charging issue so i went to the lenovo service center on 5 may 2016 they said their is some problem in mother board so we need to replace it and need to deposit phone for 10 days, now after 15 days when i am asking about the phone they are saying that motherboard is not available at the company so please communicate with them, so now when you dial their service center number i. E.[protected] they said they are not responsible for the service provided at the service center and if you ask any alternate number they have no idea of such kind of number so in short you don't have any idea where to go if you have any hardware problem.                                     Dear sir, i dr. R. Kathiravan, professor/ aerospace engineering periyarmaniammai university, vallam, thanjavur, tamilnadu state, india.

                                    I purchase a lenovo k3 note smartphone on 02.01.2016 from my native kumbakonam. The company name where i pursched is mass mobiles cell phone sales and service, no. 3, 4. Vrs complex, hajiyar street, kumbakonam 612 001. Bill no. 1060 with the price of 9990 inr.

                                    My cell phone imei no. [protected].

                                    Last week on 16.06.2016 i found in my phone the back and menu button in the touch screen (Located in the bottom side of the phone) is not working properly. But, the history button working is good.

                                    O, i went to the about said company on 20.06.2016 and i requested to them my phone is in warrenty period and solve these pbroblems. But i was directed by the above said seller to go to the authorised service centre which is in thanjavur. But, it is the duty of the seller to bring my phone to the customer service center.In this regard i spent rs. 520 for travelling charge (Bus from kumbakonam to thanjavur and auto from thanjavur bustand to the service center and return also).

                                    I went to the service center m/s sun rise electronics which is at thanjavur, on 22.06.2016 and registered my problems. They simply take over my phone and kept in their storage and gave an acknowledgement receipt (Receipt no. 7409 dated 22.06.2016). Next day one girl called me from the sun rise elecronics and told my phone was water locked. So i have to pay rupees 2300 for service. I assure that sir, i always keep my phone very care fully there is no chance the water enter in to my phone, because it was protected by rs. 250 worth of standard arrow company cover. Then i went to the service center along with my friend and i enquire about the service center with some other customers, they told me that this service centre is always having tendency to earn money from the service even the phone is in warranty period. I have witness for the above statement.

                                    Here i have some suspects and questions.

                                    1. Why they are not open my cell phone in front of me and verified the warranty seal and water lock identification? During the submission itself. If they did at thetime of submission of my phone they i may accept that is my fault. But after one day they told the water lock happend in my phone. I went to the service centre and ask about the fault, one service person came from a closed cabine and shows my phone which is water locked (Red in color) here i wish to ask question why not the service centre may dip my phone in to water and making money from that? Why they are not doing the service in a transperent glass cabine?

                                    2. The water enter into the cell phone is the manufacturing defect. Why you are not providing water proof such a costly phones?. And it is the duty of the seller to explain about and showed the water lock identification at the time of purchase to the customer. The above was not happened in my purchase.

                                    Regarding the above said matters i was financially, physically and mentally affected right from the last one week.

                                    Now my humble request is please do the necessory actions in this regard and service my phone as early as possible or replace with new one.

                                    I expect your favourable reply. If it is not, why should i go for legal action againts the seller, customer service center and your esteemed organisation?. Sorry top say this there is no other go for me.
