Had purchased a lenovo mobile on 19th march, 2016. The fingerprint scanner and usb stopped working within 2 months of the purchase. So, i took the phone to the service center and the executive at the service center told me that i would receive it back within 3-4 working days. I purchased lenovo zuk z1 on 24 may 2016 imei no. [protected] for ₹13500/-. I started facing an issue of network loss in this after 15 days. So i visited service centre on 8th june there they told me there is a defect in hardware so i requested for replacement but they said you have to ask company for this.
So i asked support ([protected]@lenovo.com) for replacement but they said you have to report issue in 7 days for replacement....

I am getting a buzzing sound in my lenovo pc while playing music or any other audio even.I tried disable the extra audio devices and also updated the audio device drivers such as realtek, but the problem still persists.The problem has started from almost four to five days and i am unable to detect it even after updating and installing many softwares . When double to wake option is enabled, sometimes when tried to double tap the phone is hanging even it is very difficult to switch off/ reboot the phone. The screen is continuously going off and on. It is almost impossible to open the screenat that time. Please try to resolve the issue or try to send an update for the bug fix if it is a software problem. Thanking you in advace....

I i brought lenovo moto g4 plus from amazon. After purchase when i'm using it, after using camera for 5 minutes it's too much heated and when using turbo charger to charge my mobile it's also heated too much. I am downloaded tata sky mobile app, when i open live tv on a6000+, so it is showing you are connected to external display, i called to tata sky customers care, they said me your mobile have a two display, so the live tv is not playing, please fix this problem.and also saying no internet is available, while i am using 4g, 3g or wifi.

I were facing the touch screen problem in my mobile (Model no lenovo k3 note; purchased on 28th nov’2015). As per document my mobile is under warranty.
I submitted my mobile to syscomp electra service center, barrackpore west bengal on 07 july 2016 for rectification. They told me that due to long time holding, nearby ear has caused the liquid damage and i totally disagree with them.

I bought lenovo vibe shot online and got i deliverd till 30 th april.
Soon started facing problem like over heating handset.
