I bought lenovo a 6000 plus model in last year. the mobile is in warrenty period. after 6 months it was showing charging problm. as this mobile has loose port.
I came to the lenovo mobile service center which is located in (a r plaza, 352, chinmaya mission hospital rd indira nagar next to manyavar, opp allahabad nank, bengaluru, karnataka 560038).
But they refused to repair in warrenty period saying it is a physical damage. if port is made up cheap material, it will become loose part in few week. so how come a
Mobile port become phyical damaged. and why they are providing warrenty if they wont provide service.
If we have bought a new lock and the door lock is opened by anyone, then it might be made up cheap material. that's why we buy branded
Locker for home as we believe it contains good material.
And here lenova company use low category material for their mobile components.
I had the perception that lenovo is very good brand but they don't care customer satisfiation. and the service is really very bad.
Model i use : a6000+
Please let me know if any lenova can take care of this.
