Hello.
The order was placed on 23 Aug .
I was told it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.. and it's not been shipped yet..
It was shipped once but then got cancelled..
It's really shameful to get a sales service like thiss..
Pls look into the matter when the payment has done in advance.. atleast service should be given like that..

From day of purchasing I am facing lots of issues in my lenovo laptop. Hardisk, keybord, screen all are defected.

Changed new hardisk and keyboard now screen having lots of issues.
This is so much frustrating. Only 3 years of completion lapptop purchase I never used my lappy properly every time I am facing issues. I am IT professional really want action on urgent basis on this metter.

I bought it a year ago and screen started wobbling a bit when I got it checked in service center they told hinge got detached from the laptop body . How is it possible when the laptop stays on the desk 24x7 I have never taken it somewhere in bag. Detachment from body clearly shows faulty body . Service center is not ready to cover it under warranty even when 2 years of warranty are left.

Used the laptop for about 1 year and that to only kept on desk never carried anywhere and suddenly one day screen started moving a bit so when I got it checked in service center they told hinge got detached from the laptop body. How is it possible for hinges to get detached in 1 year it's clear sign of faulty body but they are not ready to cover it under warranty.even though I had bought extended warranty with laptop but it doesn't cover the problem waste of money

Bought LENOVO SLIM IDEAPAD-3 FROM CROMA JAYANAGAR BANGALORE. The laptop crashed within few days of working. The technician who came told us that there is a fault in the SSD card and the same will be replaced.

We have been waiting for the past 3-4 weeks for the same but in vain.

We need a replacement of Product as we do not trust the company or the product model that was sold to us.

The same complaint has been filed legally and we are waiting for 2 more days post which we will take the matter to the court.

I purchased this laptop on 22nd June. And after using it only for 2 months on 27th August a black line appeared on the display. I complaint and an executive of lenovo came with the lcd to change the screen. But I don't want to change the screen since the laptop is just two months old and I was not hoping for such an experience after purchasing a high budget laptop. Therefore, I want a replacement for my laptop Since the issue was technical and involuntary.

We have purchased one I5 Computer From Maars Enterprises, Udaipur Vide Bill No 43 Dated 19.09.2020 . from the day one it is not properly working.It neither start properly nor it shut down properly. we have made a complaint in this regard to dealer and they have again and again formatted and loaded new window but still it is neither starting properly and nor shutting down.It takes approx 1 hour in stating and shutting down . At present it is not shutting down .Google Crom is not working. when we open Form it shows coding error. Kindly replace our computer otherwise we will have to go for consumer court. Serial No of Desktop is MP1RFNN4.

I Made a purchase of a laptop Costing Rs.38880/- from their Official website on 9th June under the promise of 10% Assured Cashback Upto Rs. 3000/- on UPI Payments (Which was clearly stated on their website). After following up about the Cashback for 2 Months many emails and Chat. I get a reply from their team On 9th Aug 21 that there was no Offer running about the cashback between 8th June to 14 June 21. This is fraud and misleading.
