Whenever I switched on my laptop its stick on the lock screen page.and a blue bar is there.Not able to unlock the lock screen. I purchased it two months back.

    I am purchased new all in one desktop before few days but after purchase 2 days desktop now working. I am hand over to desktop shop of ICON computers ( Purchase desktop from this shop ) and he hand over to lenovo customer care. This desktop is not cleared and company provide to me totally uncleared desktop. Desktop not switch on

      I am eligible for premium care support but Lenovo has no decency to answer calls also. Have tried calling them 5-6 times and been on wait for as long as 20 minutes still no one responded or got any call back. I am facing a lot of issues with my laptop but thanks to the amazing customer support not able to resolve any. These are money making tactics so that I have to pay once my membership is over to get my laptop fixed

        Lenovo after sales customer service is in my honest opinion is the absolute most unprofessional service I have ever come across. The different team departments cannot even communicate with each other properly and give each other half details. I am based in Australia and was put in touch with Lenovo care in India and the response time is unacceptable. I had to email everyone I came across in order to elicit a reponse regarding my product issue. And even after they have given me an update, they will not reply to any further correspondences. What is evn going on there?!?!?
        I frankly have had enough and will be taking this up with the Consumer Board in Australia and have them rectify this issue.

        Also I am not even sure why I was directed to Lenovo India as my country is Australia and so should have been dealth with a team based in Australia. There was no issue when ordering the product, but when there is an issue post purchase, you have to get through many hurdles to get answers. This is very unprofessional.

        Furthermore, I have just realised that they have sent a replacement product but they have messed up the delivery address. C'mon guys... how can you botch this up?!?! Very careless.
        Microphone of mobile model PB2670 M not working. Pl. ask your repair centre in FARIDABAD to get it replaced.

          I purchased laptop on 28th May 2021.

          There is a black dot on the screen (dead pixel).

          I received an email that this is not covered in warranty.

          I purchased two laptops on same day and both are having problems... Screen flickering and dead pixel.
          Screen flickering is repaired but still it has problem of "DEAD PIXEL"

          Please help in this regard.

          I haven't received any email from Lenovo. But just from service center

          I want official email from Lenovo.

            I purchased a laptop on 16 December 2019 from Atlantic Technologies, Sector 20, Chandigarh. The laptop is not working properly. We contacted the dealer and service Center, sector 34, Chandigarh on 22 July 2021. Service Center took the laptop for repair and took 1 week time for the same. After 1 week I received the laptop from service Center but the same problem still persists in the laptop.
            Technicians available at service Center, Chandigarh unable to detect the exact issue in the laptop. They are harassing and making fool out of the customers, as keeping laptop for a week the issue wasn’t resolved.
            I am totally unsatisfied with the service of Lenovo and will not recommend any person to buy any product of Lenovo in future. I have suffered too much problem in my academics because of non functional laptop.
            I am planning to go to consumer court for resolution.

              I had an issue with my Lenovo product and had spoken to Premium Care about it. I was told the matter would be escalated a a senior staff would return my call. When I did not receive any call, I wrote to them but to date no one has returned my call or replied to my email. I would expect a reply or at least an acknowledgement of my email. This is unacceptable.

                I had purchased Lenovo Ideapad 5 laptop from Lenovo website on 9th July 2021, which offered me 3000/- cash back on using my HDFC credit card for purchase. In offer details it was mentioned that amount will be credited to my account within 30 days. But, even after 30 days amount is not credited.

                    Hello,

                    My warranty is going to expire so i have contacted lenovo to upgrade my warranty, so they instructed me to fo to website but portal is not working .After dropping multiple emails this guys said even after warranty expired they will provide warranty because i'm chasing them from before my warranty expired.then after this guys are not responding as well as they are asking to visit the store in this pandemic time. because of their portal i have face the issues, request to give warranty and ADP via online .

                      I raised an issue of some keys malfunctioning at times, and battery not charging to Lenovo.
                      They arranged a repair since the product was within warranty. Battery was replaced on the day of repair and they told keyboard issue might be a software issue since the keyboard issues was only occuring randomly at times.

                      With in a month of battery replacement (after warranty expired), the battery stopped working again and some of the keys completely stopped working. I reached out to Lenovo regarding this issue, and they demanded payment for replacement of part, since warranty expired, even when I notified them about this issue before the 1st repair.

                      I feel they only did a cheaper/partial repair, ignoring the major issue. Which created more problems later(I suspect a motherboard issue since the exact same pattern happened in my friend's case).
                      Since I had seen similar issue happening with Lenovo devices(one of my friend's laptop) in the past as well, I feel that, I did a huge mistake by entrusting my hard earned 33990rs to such a fraudulent brand.

                      I demand a full refund or complete replacement of my device since I lost trust in the brand, former would be appreciated. I am not standing only for myself I demand justice for all the other Lenovo product users who lost their money on such poor service and poor quality products which become unusable within a year.

                            Hi Lenovo Team,

                            As the ticket number mentioned in the subject line. There is no action taken on this yet why? I submitted my laptop on July 27th however there is no part issued yet.
                            I lost my 2000 rs per day due to your bad service. If this is the commitment for the customer, who will be responsible for my loss.
                            The number you guys gave us[protected] is not reachable any time on this number the call was not going through why. Is this a joke with the customer?
                            You guys make your customers fool.
                            I need my issue to be resolved within 24 hours because it's enough or else I will sue you.

                              The display of my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop has a flickering issue. Its warranty period is over. I have contacted the support on June 16th, 2021 and they agreed to replace the same by paying around 15K INR. I have paid the same and till (August 8, 2021), it does not get repaired. When I contact customer support they are saying that it will be replaced sooner.

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: I had been to lenovo authorised service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore today afternoon. My laptop was not charging. The executive checked and told me the charger was faulty. So I asked him for a new charger he said it will cost Rs2800 with 6months warenty, which I agreed and paid. After coming back I checked in lenovo vantage for the price of this item. It is showing Rs 1349 with 1yr warenty. Then I called the center no [protected] at 4.50pm. The girl said the quality will be different. How can lenovo sell such cheap items on website and charge exorbitant at service center.

                                      It occurred on: 6/08/2021

                                      Let them charge the same price as per company policy. One item one price in a country rather than service centers.

                                        I had written a complaint about the camera earlier, your engineer came on July 25, the camera was not fixed by him but the LCD (screen) of my laptop was also broken. My customer care failed to call me. Your second engineer came on 02nd August, took him a photo of my laptop and made the process to proceed.

                                        But till now my problem is not solved, I am very excited called your service center but did not get any reply, I was told earlier that LCD and camera have been ordered.
                                        But I called today, it is saying that I am still processing for parts, now tell me what should I do, all my work has stopped.

                                        Yesterday 07 Aug 2021 your engineer come again he tried to fix the laptop screen but didn't fix it. It made my LCD worse now the screen doesnot light up. My LCD is completely dead. He took a photo of the laptop screen and send to your FS team to order the LCD as your engineer told.my laptops LCD & Camera problem is not solve it.
