I raised an issue of some keys malfunctioning at times, and battery not charging to Lenovo.
They arranged a repair since the product was within warranty. Battery was replaced on the day of repair and they told keyboard issue might be a software issue since the keyboard issues was only occuring randomly at times.

With in a month of battery replacement (after warranty expired), the battery stopped working again and some of the keys completely stopped working. I reached out to Lenovo regarding this issue, and they demanded payment for replacement of part, since warranty expired, even when I notified them about this issue before the 1st repair.

I feel they only did a cheaper/partial repair, ignoring the major issue. Which created more problems later(I suspect a motherboard issue since the exact same pattern happened in my friend's case).
Since I had seen similar issue happening with Lenovo devices(one of my friend's laptop) in the past as well, I feel that, I did a huge mistake by entrusting my hard earned 33990rs to such a fraudulent brand.

I demand a full refund or complete replacement of my device since I lost trust in the brand, former would be appreciated. I am not standing only for myself I demand justice for all the other Lenovo product users who lost their money on such poor service and poor quality products which become unusable within a year.

        Hi Lenovo Team,

        As the ticket number mentioned in the subject line. There is no action taken on this yet why? I submitted my laptop on July 27th however there is no part issued yet.
        I lost my 2000 rs per day due to your bad service. If this is the commitment for the customer, who will be responsible for my loss.
        The number you guys gave us[protected] is not reachable any time on this number the call was not going through why. Is this a joke with the customer?
        You guys make your customers fool.
        I need my issue to be resolved within 24 hours because it's enough or else I will sue you.
        Else I need a clarification. Call me back on [protected].

          The display of my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop has a flickering issue. Its warranty period is over. I have contacted the support on June 16th, 2021 and they agreed to replace the same by paying around 15K INR. I have paid the same and till (August 8, 2021), it does not get repaired. When I contact customer support they are saying that it will be replaced sooner.

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics

                  The issue that I have experienced was: I had been to lenovo authorised service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore today afternoon. My laptop was not charging. The executive checked and told me the charger was faulty. So I asked him for a new charger he said it will cost Rs2800 with 6months warenty, which I agreed and paid. After coming back I checked in lenovo vantage for the price of this item. It is showing Rs 1349 with 1yr warenty. Then I called the center no [protected] at 4.50pm. The girl said the quality will be different. How can lenovo sell such cheap items on website and charge exorbitant at service center.

                  It occurred on: 6/08/2021

                  Let them charge the same price as per company policy. One item one price in a country rather than service centers.

                    I had written a complaint about the camera earlier, your engineer came on July 25, the camera was not fixed by him but the LCD (screen) of my laptop was also broken. My customer care failed to call me. Your second engineer came on 02nd August, took him a photo of my laptop and made the process to proceed.

                    But till now my problem is not solved, I am very excited called your service center but did not get any reply, I was told earlier that LCD and camera have been ordered.
                    But I called today, it is saying that I am still processing for parts, now tell me what should I do, all my work has stopped.

                    Yesterday 07 Aug 2021 your engineer come again he tried to fix the laptop screen but didn't fix it. It made my LCD worse now the screen doesnot light up. My LCD is completely dead. He took a photo of the laptop screen and send to your FS team to order the LCD as your engineer told.my laptops LCD & Camera problem is not solve it.

                        Hello,
                        I have purchased Lenovo IdeaPad S340 laptop from amazon.in

                        After Receiving laptop I noticed battery Issue When Laptop charge goes below 30-40% laptop will automatically gets turnoff
                        I requested Company for replacement of Laptop but they said Replacement procedure is unavailable
                        They said they will replace battery and engineers came and replaced battery

                        After 10 days from Replacing Battery I am facing new issue of "Boot failed or Boot driver is missing" I said them to replace my laptop this time (second time asking)
                        Company said the same thing Replacement procedure is cannot be done

                        I am completely disappointed with Lenovo Company as they sent me a defective product and they are not ready to replace my laptop

                        Please Anyone help me to solve my problem as i am Filing a complaint in Consumer Court

                          I have purchased P11 Tablet from Lenovo Authorised website and i received the Faulty product, - Issue with display, and touch panel is not working. Informed the Lenovo, and i have not got any response from anyone. they just sending my queries with different people/team. I received the tablet 2nd August and i noticed the issue at same time.                             I"m not able to start my laptop after pressing long press it takes few minutes and starting with showing a error code of real time clock error, my pc displays 3 minutes time slow without synchronisation on desktop

                                  I am disappointed with the awful service offered by one of the Lenovo Retail Stores in Hyderabad. I have been over charged for the laptop and on top of that charged extra for the Lenovo Bag, which is not even the gaming bag that should've come with the Legion Laptop Purchase. That is, on top of not giving the right bag for the laptop, I have been charged for the bag and an over priced laptop. I have the sticker on the Laptop Box, which clearly indicates the price inclusive of tax. However I have been charged more. Please do something about this. Either refund the amount charged for the bag separately or deliver the Legion Reckon Bag. The model that I had purchased was Lenovo Legion 5i. I am willing to produce the bill that clearly indicates the fraudulent activity. Also, I had been lied about additional features, using this as the reason for increased price (whereas the MRP in box conveys the opposite and indicates the fair initial pricing).

                                  Please take action at the earliest.

                                    This is regarding my recent purchase of a Lenovo tablet from Reliance Retail, I purchased the tab on 26th July and on 28th found the tab screen had a malfunction(image attached for reference)so when I showed this at the reliance outlet they told me that the product has a defect and needs to submitted at the Lenovo service centre in Andheri. So I submitted the piece at Andheri on 30th July 2021 for a DOA (Job Sheet No: LJMH[protected]). Nikunj and Anup at the service centre assured me that Mam DOA does not happen in a day as the product has to be sent outside to the technical team who will check the product and then issue a DOA which takes two to three days and you will get a mail on the same from Lenovo.
                                    As I received no revert from Lenovo on 2nd August and called the service centre Nikunj tells me to wait for one day as they too have no update on the same.

                                    Now on 3rd August when I call the service centre and speak to Nikunj he tells me Mam you will have to wait as we have no update or you can call customer care to get updates and gives me the number.

                                    The customer is waiting and the brand does not feel the need to get back to the customer, what a pathetic state.

                                    Now as I call customer care the agent tells me that Mam for a DOA you need to put a mail to [protected]@lenovo.com with 6 side photos of the Tab so that DOA can be issued.

                                    Now my query is why did the Lenovo service center not tell me about the mail to customer care?
                                    How am I supposed to write a mail with product photos when the product is already submitted to the Lenovo service center?
                                    Why is the Andheri center delaying the process? When I call them again to give me photos of the Tab, Nikunj is busy on a call and the other guy says he will call back but Nikunj does not revert, now how do I get the photos of the tab for a DOA?
                                    Even today they ask me to wait for a few days for an update why is it that nobody has a clear picture of the process?
                                    How do you expect customers to buy your product when your employees have no knowledge or fool the customers with wrong information?
                                    The customer care agent tells me that mam the tab does not go out from the service center, it is checked by the service center team in the Andheri outlet. And Anup & Nikunj tell me that the product will be sent out to the Lenovo team, will check the product and issue the DOA.

                                    What kind of brand standards do you lay and why will a customer buy A Lenovo product whose customer service is so poor?

                                    I highly regret buying the Lenovo tab.

                                    I still have no clue on what is going to happen on the Job sheet raised, Expecting an immediate closure on my issue.

                                        I bought a new laptop almost 20 days back but it's not getting on from the last 3 days. In the starting only there was a problem that after sleep the laptop was not waking up. but from the last 3 days, it's not starting only.
