I have visited there 5 times in 7 days they say they will do it the next day but do not deliver. No clear answer to my questions and never on time service.
I am very disappointed....

I purchased a laptop from Lenovo, which was defective with a chipped surface. I was sent a barrage of emails to share pictures of the defect, which I complied with. However, no action has been taken from the company's end till now. This is after subscribing to Premium Care. I haven't received any acknowledgment of the defect or my complaint despite constant emails. The customer care numbers are unreachable all the time.

I purchased a Lenovo k6 power on January. After that I have faced lots of issues..
1. 4g vote not support...
2. Do not support 2 sim card.. It's have a hybrid sim port. But the specifications says it has a hybrid sim port.

I am very much disappointed😣 with lenovo's third quality products. After multiple time changing parts my system is still switched off and I don't know when my issue will be fixed. I have lots of work pending and my whole data is in the and laptop.

Lenovo team is just playing a puzzle game by changing the motherboard one time, 2 times, 3 times and don't know how many times. They are just wasting my money and time.

My laptop which is under warrenty period has become very slow.Even booting takes over 10-5 minutes....

The Product is under Premium Care Warrant and the Display needs a replacement but I raised an service request and requested for call back but the customer care person said he will transfer the call to premium care and the call gets disconnected each time (Many times). I even tried calling Lenovo Premium Care but one number does not exist and no one is answering in the other number provided by the lenovo support team....

I'm a user of Motorola One Action and I'm satisfied with the service of Lenovo, but from last 6 months I've seen many devices getting OTA updates but Moto one Action hasn't got the updates even it's a part of Android One program. Can we expect A11? Company is still saying that they had given the Updates in Brazil but no one got any OTA updates. Is company informed about this?
