Lenovo — Desktop C320 keyboard not working

Lenovo Desktop C320, Machine type 10077, Configuration Number 57307841, HDD 500 G, RAM 4GB, ODD DVD RW.
I have not used the desktop for a long period due to my transfer on job from Mumbai and unable to take the desktop with me as I was asked to use
Dell Laptop while I was transferred and on job.
Now when I want to use the Desktop the keyboard is not operating and I
am unable to use the desktop.
Please arrange to reactivate my desktop so that I can start using my
Lenovo Desktop.

      It's been almost a month since I reported lenovo regarding laptop webcam not working but neither they have responded nor their premium customer support is able to help. This complaint site is also useless. Won't recommend anyone to buy lenovo products. They customer service is pathetic. All lenovo does is fraud. Their products are nothing less than trash.

        Dear Sir,

        We would like to bring to your urgent notice the following fraudulent behavior by the Lenovo SMB sales team.

        Our company placed an order as per the following details
        Order Number [protected]
        Item – ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 2
        Value – 167000/-
        100% advance payment made on - 11th Aug 2021
        UTR details[protected]XF3

        Written Delivery Commitment from Lenovo – 4 weeks ( 11 Sept Delivery)

        At the time of placing the order we received several calls and written confirmation from Ms Ashwini Bai for 4 weeks delivery .
        Once we paid the money there was total silence from the sales team regarding the delivery
        On the committed delivery date we had to intensively follow up only to find out that the order would take 13 weeks instead of 4 weeks
        It now seems that the sales team provided false delivery commitments just to get payments.

        Due to this delay we are losing interest on our 100% payment held unlawfully by Lenovo.
        We shall also incur depreciation benefit loss due to this delay
        Lenovo is not giving us any proper response on this matter

        You are requested to immediately intervene in this matter.
        Since we are not getting any solution from Lenovo we shall have no option but to escalate this matter though legal consumer act channels

          I've been trying to contact lenovo but all my attempts turned futile. They have not gieven a good product. My laptop is within warranty period, but it works slow, processing happens with delay, page gets stuck up, etc.
          Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          When I scroll down page, it happens with delay, system works slow, I have no other option else to complain at consumer forum else you don't contact me, your customer care numbers are not available.

            Dear Customer support,

            I am extremely disappointed with the service Lenovo has provided me so far. In last one week, I felt so harassed that I feel like taking this complaint to higher authority i.e. Indian Consumer Complaints forum. It would be great if you could still take the necessary action.
            I filed the complaint for my laptop serial no.ed PF30DMV7 purchased just two months ago. A vertical dot line was visible all in a sudden across the laptop LCD display on last to last friday i.e. 1st October.
            First of all, I didn't get a call back after lodging several complaints. Then on last monday i.e. 4th October I started chatting with the virtual assistant in the webpage. After spending four hours taking time out from my office schedule, the virtual assistant raised a ticket for a technician visit to change the LCD display monitor.
            The technician called me on Wednesday and said that he would like to visit me on Thursday at 2pm if I am available for one to two hours. I agreed.
            During his Thursday visit at 2 pm, he destroyed my lcd display completely. He couldn't even restore to the previous setup. I had a very crucial meeting on Friday, which has been compromised for life due to him. He couldn't even give a stand by laptop. I felt completely shattered, completely broken. Nothing could ever replace my agony and frustration. He couldn't even give a disclaimer before starting the work that this could happen.
            He again visited on Saturday saying he came with the parts which could repair the display. This time he has destroyed my motherboard. My laptop is no longer functional.
            Been shocked and awestruck, I would like you to give me a heavy compensation for my loss. I want a brand new laptop as soon as possible. It's only been two months, I purchased this laptop. This kind of service is completely unacceptable to me.

            There is no further communication I have called numerous times, the helplines. They always appeared busy. I wrote numerous e-mails. No response.
            I am terribly upset with no functional laptop since 7 th October. I am frustrated with the poorest customer support.

            Please take the quickest action possible.

              My lenovo laptop is having power issues which I reported to customer support thrice and then they created a case number: [protected].

              However they closed the case without giving solution to the issue and told that they are looking into the issue.

              After I checked the status, came to know they already closed case without doing anything.

              Shocked to see such ignorant customer care from lenovo..

                I have purchased a lenovo laptop through lenovo's online registered site on 14.06.2021. The details of laptop are as below

                81VD00EFIN- IdeaPad
                S145 39.62cms -
                Platinum Grey
                Serial No:-PF2VWWF3

                The laptop became defective after sometime and could not even turned on. The same laptop was given for repair at lenovo service centre, rajkot, Gujrat, since it was under warranty for 1 year. After repair it was informed that the laptop mother board was defective and they changed it. After repair it was found that laptop was working very slow and it was again taken to service centre but service centre denied accepting flaw at their end. They refused to attend the complaint again and only said problem not from their side.

                I hereby humbly request for changing of my product i.e. laptop not repair of any component to avoid any further problem.

                If it is not possible then I should be given full refund as per invoice.

                    I have ordered a tablet lenovo tab m10 fhd rel but after three months its screen started buffering and showing colourful pixels.Tablet isn't working properly now.serial no HA1FP8ZA(31).Also I had registered complaint and complaint number is [protected].But, I haven't got any reply from lenovo.So tablet is under warranty period.Tablet bought on 14/7/2021from official lenovo website.

                          I reported the problem to them on September 30, 2021. It's been more than a fortnight, and they are unable to provide any assistance. Their premium onsite service is just a bluff, only attend calls and provide no assistance. It's hardly been 10 months since I purchased the product and I am facing this issues. I also opted the premium warranty support for 3 years but now I regret as that is just a label for their mental torment. I can't wait forever for them to pay attention to the issue whenever they want.

                            Camera shows black screen
                            no image can be seen
                            this is happening from past 2 months
                            plz repair or replace the camera as soon as possible

                              I purchased a lenovo ideapad d330 on 18th of December 2020 which has a warranty of 1year from date of purchase hence my product is under warranty. The serial number of which is YX00WM5J.

                              issue i am facing is the keys are not working for that i lodged a complaint through their website www.lenovo.com and i got a troubleshooting call. When it did not work they had asked me to go their service center located at Prayagraj the address of which is 18B, Dashrath kunj, Anand hospital chowrah, Manmohan park, Katra, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. 211002, another service center which i was made to visit is Lenovo service center, Ambika Tower, 2nd floor Nawab Yusuf Road, Sangam Vihar colony, civil lines, prayagraj, uttar pradesh, 211001, India.

                              i visited those service centers on 11/october/2021 between 13:00 to 15:00 hours which is 120 kilometers from my place and i was denied any sort of service for my product, instead i was given a number to call and get onsite assistance.

                              After calling on [protected] on 11/october/2021 around 14:50 hrs i was given another number to call on which i called on 12/october/2021 around 11:39 hours i was given a mail id to mail my issues.

                              i mailed my issues to the mail id [protected]@lenovo.com to which there is no reply.

                              i resorted to the twitter handle @Lenovo_in tweeting my issues and they replied with a call which couldn't get through. So i made a call on 13/October/2021 around 10:54 hrs. requesting a call back to which they did.

                              one Mr. Mahesh Chandra of the company spoke to me and denied aggressively that the service center i visited is not an authorized one and i need to visit again and took 10 minutes time to reply. he called me again after 10 minutes giving me the same address where i visited to go for redressal.

                              i requested for an onsite redressal because i have already visited that service center and it is not practically possible to visit that again wasting my time and money since it is 120 kilometers from my place and i already did it once at their behest.

                              i am being denied the services made it is a harassment they are doing to make me travel 240 kilometers wasting my time and money which i ma facing due to their faulty product and irresponsible behavior and services.

                              kindly provide me a new keyboard at my address B-11, Judges Compound, District and Sessions Court, Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh 212601, and replace the faulty one. I also pray for compensation for my time wasted and money by travelling and having this faulty product with no genuine services and support. I am facing loss at my work also due to this. Hence a compensation to a tune of 10, 00, 000 is what i seek.

                                Purchased yoga laptop from local dealer in Raipur Chhattisgarh (details enclosed as pic)..it raised doubts since start..charger was not in original packaging which was told as mistake and handed over later..within month, it crashed.. reconfigured by dealer.. continuous issues..past three months it's under repair as keyboard not functioning..dealer informed that OEM is not supplying parts needed for repair..it is suspected that damaged product is refurbished and sold as new by Lenovo in smaller unaware markets and exploited covid crisis surge in demand of laptops..despite continuous chasing by dealer, no efforts being made to repair by OEM..

                                  Now it is 09.10.21. Still I didn't received my product. I have contacted Lenovo team several times but it seems they are really indifferent regarding my issue. They informed me that I will be refunded but whenever I asked for further information they just simply ignored me.

                                  This kind of behavior is not just unexpected but also highly irritating.

                                  So, just look into my issue and either give me the product or just refund.

                                      I own a "Lenovo Legion 5-15IMH05" and the product is still under warranty. Suddenly from 10 days ago, I am experiencing low FPS(frames per second) on all my applications(around 40, which previously used to be 210/220). My product is under "Premium Onsite Support Warranty" which they advertised to provide support for all hardware and software problems onsite, but I have made several calls to their customer support number and they just take remote access and update everything and still the issue is not resolved. After that on some calls they directed me to reinstall the windows myself and that they cannot send a person for that as they provide software support on calls only, I did that too but still, the issue is not resolved. And after that, the customer support is not responding to anything and just directing me to update everything. They have automatically closed my tickets and I have again opened a ticket with them and it is in a forever pending state.

                                      The issue is resolved now, the company replaced my motherboard at my home. Although it may be just because I was lucky to get a guy on the customer care who was patient and understanding enough to comprehend the issue and he made it happen, thanks to him, he resolved the issue before this complaint was submitted to the company by this portal.
