I've received a faulty screen from the desktop that I've purchased from the authorized outlet. Now I am facing the service issues regarding the screen and I am not able to use the desktop. Please take this complaint into consideration as my desktop is still in Warranty period and this is the issue. I have purchased the desktop from lenovo by knowing it's brand value. But the actions of the service provider from gulbarga has made me have second thoughts on the brand. I request you to kindly provide me the information for my product purchased from lenovo

      Hi, I'm Ruchi,
      I am Lenovo's customer for almost ten years. I just bought the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3, core i5 10th gen. it's just been 10 days and I'm facing so many issues in it, the working process is super slow according to a fresh piece but the main issue is its battery life within 2 hours it goes from 99% to 12% which is a huge problem for me because I haven't even used it much and still the system is heating so much.
      if you are buying a laptop make sure to take a knowledgeable person with you, who can tell you what to buy, what to not.

          There was some problem in displaY( TOP SIDE OF SCREEN MIDDLE -INK LEAKAGE) of my laptop . SENT to the LOTUS STORE (FROM WHERE GOT ASSURANCE OF FUTURE SERVICE SUPPORT)- THERE TECHNICIAN TEAM PASSED THROUGH TO SERVICE CENTER BY SAYING HARDWARE PROBLEM.
          Then i sent laptop to - "LENOVO SERVICE CENTER "- THERE MR. PRADEEP PATEL INFORMED ME TO CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY AND TO DROP LAPTOP TO FILE CASE FOR & PROVIDEd A RECEIVING FORM CALL LOGED DATE - 17/8/2021 (service center behind samdareeya mall, jabalpur )

          NOTE- I TALKED WITH MR PRADEEP ON CALL THAT DAY AS MY SON & MR BRIJESH (MY STAFF) WENT TO SERVICE CENTER .

          BUT NEXT DAY DATED ON 18/8/2021 MR PRADEEP gave me a call & said that there is a damage on right side of the front laptop body . but i denied for as it was not at all at the time of deposite to service center.it was clearly damaged by that particular person only . As i didnt accept that he said ok that i ll fix ..but after fixing also a visible crack was clear .
          then i denied to accept laptop in that condition(right pannel break from service center only)l & with in 1 hour 18th he called to receive back my laptop .I asked to send complain details submitted by him .Mr. pradeep ferwarded me my complain details . but it was really shocking to see as i only complained to get coverage for screen top side ink leakage & other right side breakage was service center fault.
          BUT Mr. pradeep denied for everything & forced to receive laptop by saying case regected & by saying do watever you want for - either go to complain company or consumer court watever i want (pradeep said) .

          THEN I AGAIN CALLED LOTUS STORE
          CONSUMER SUPPORT NO(2 TIME) ON FIRST CALL TO CONSUMER NO DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE - SUPPORTING PERSON CUT THE CALL .
          NEXT CALL STILL GOT LITTLE SUPPORT AND I FILED MY COMPLAIN AGAINST SERVICE CENTER - MY COMPLAIN NO IS - [protected].

          POINT TO BE NOTED -
          1. Mr Pradeep first denied & said he didnt touch the laptop till now when he called next day before filing the case of screen,
          but when Mr. Manoj(area head) called him to ask the problem - he said there was an invisible air crack already & as he opened to check it became visilble.(prooved that he opened to check) but in complain from service center he said i am going to open .

          2. I have audio recording of phone calls also where
          LOTUS STORE TECHNICIANS ALSO CHECKED BEFORE SENDING TO SERVICE CENTER - THEY ALSO DIDNT FOUND ANY BREAKAGE AT RIGHT SIDE THAT IS CLEARY VISIBLE IN PIC SENT ME BY MR. PRADEEP WHEN HE CALLED ME NEXT DAY .IF IT WAS AT THE TIME OF LAPTOP DEPOSITE THAT SHOULD BE THAT TIME ALSO VISIBLE & SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN RECEIVING SLIP ALSO .

          SO, THIS IS CLEARLY PROOVED FAULT OF SERVICE CENTER ONLY(RIGHT SIDE DAMAGE.

          AT THE END I SHIVINA AHUJA WANTS CLAIM OF DAMAGE HAPPENED BY SERVICE CENTER(RIGHT SIDE BODY DAMAGE)

          EXPECTING POSSITIVE HELP FROM YOU IN THIS MATTER .

          ATTACHING ALL THE DOCUMENTS, SCREENSHOTS OF CHAT WITH MR PRADEEP, AUDIOS & PIC OF DAMAGED DONE BY SERVICE CENTER & FORWARDED TO ME .

          my laptop was damaged from the they told me that they gonna fix that after 4 weeks again when i went over there to collect the laptop my laptop was damaged only they tried to fixed it with feviquick which is of no use. It's been more than 2 n half months now, what to do?? And more over my laptop's is on extended warranty period for another 2 year what if i taken the damaged laptop from them?

            The tab was shown to the showroom on 8th August they checked and stated there is no issue. we checked again and noticed that the same issue persist. Further adding to it is the lock down criteria and on line class for children. the same was again shown to the showroom and we had requested for replacement but they stated to show in the service center. We had to wait for the children online class to complete to attend the issue of the tab.
            when we checked with the service center and he has stated that it cannot be replaced as it is more than two weeks. if the showroom had not informed us and made us wait to complete the stipulated time. we are really unhappy and unsatisfied by both service and showroom persons for not replacing the tab. further to it it will take 5 days for service which would also hamper the on line class. the intended service is not fullfilled with the new tab which is really unsatisfying.
            we would like to get the tab replaced with a new one immediately and make necessary arrangement to replace it during this crisis period. looking forward for a swift response on the same.

              I have purchase Lenova Laptop from Reliance Digital-Baroda.Purchase this product in 5th July.Laptop some times getting Hot as well auto start is not working.Every time i have start Laptop from push botton only.I have made two complain to Reliance Digital and they have also sent my LAPTOP to Lenova customer care centre.
              But still i have not received any call or any updation from neither Lenova team nor Reliance Digital store Baroda

              This is last product from LENOVA and i will never refer any my colleague or friend to LENOVA because of this worst service.

                This is the worst service experience from Lenovo, I bought Lenovo Ideapad 330S on 20th November 2019.
                Very Slow Performance
                From the very first day, I am experiencing various issues with the laptop that isn't working smoothly like the Microsoft office all apps are working very slow, this has disturbed my work during the corona pandemic, I have contacted the store where I bought then they asked to contact Lenovo service center then I again contacted Lenovo with the mail but there is no reply and seems like the company doesn't care the customer, I have tried like anything but their reply is irrelevant and written there to contact on WhatsApp, but even I did, but no solution.
                False Lenovo Warranty
                This is not the case of not getting the service but also the fraud done by Lenovo as I have the laptop in November 2019 but the warranty period started before on mid of March 2019, this is the cheat done by the Lenovo seller we have spent around 36500 and I got defected laptop this ruined my business, I suffered a lot, this is unexpectable. For the proof hereby, I am attaching all the bills and a Screenshot of the Lenovo false warranty and also attaching the details which you can get access to the details of the item.
                Missing Three Screw
                Since I bought there is a screw missing in the laptop which shows that the seller sold the defective product.

                As I have experienced so many problems with the product and after this email, If I am not getting a proper serious satisfactory reply from the company I will further go for the consumer forum. You may not have ever imagined that for me as a businessman I experienced very much trouble in this.

                  Purchase Lenovo Ideapad S145 on 31st May 2020, On 12 Aug 2021 while cleaning lap top and QRCode sticker which was almost damaged, removed it and below the stick found small hole and also from key board, letter K got loosened and for same booked complained to Lenovo as I have 1+ 2 years extended warranty for the product.

                  But Lenovo refused and said it will be not covered under warranty and for hole I need to connect with GBSSYSTEM & Services Pvt Ltd,

                  and both refused to address the issue as it is too late that I informed them.

                  GBSSYSTEM didn't even to reply my email.

                  If product was provided with sticker and used by 10 year kid how we will know that hole is hided behind the sticker.

                    I have sent my laptop in twice for repair due to not coming on, it is still not working, current case number [protected]. I received it back last week and received a call to check and see if it was working properly, a message was left as i was not at home with a number to call back, when i called the number on Monday 9/16/2021, i was told my case had been moved to another department or something but the person i was speaking to could not transfer me to that department. I don' understand this as i called the number left on the message, the person i was speeking to told me someone would call me on Tuesday 9/17/2021, i have not received a call, i am quite frustrated that it has been almost a month and my laptop is still not working. I fee at this point i should receive a replacement.

                          I have raised a complaint on March 22, 2021.
                          My laptop was not working suddenly so I have sent mail to Lenovo customer care. They suggested to go authorized service center near by.
                          I have gone to service center in Madurai. But they are saying like mother board problem and not to service that laptop. So again I sent mail to cus care. They are asking to pay Rs.1770 for onsite service and I paid the same on April 27, 2021. After that engineer checked the Laptop said like there was issue for serial number so he updated the serial no. He asked me to reboot the OS since he does not have a OS at that time. I was tried to reboot the OS I faced the same issue. Then I am waiting for long days then not reply from Lenovo customer care side. Again I wrote email to cus.care then after long time. The engineer visited my home yesterday and checked the laptop then told me it was a motherboard problem now. But I raised the query to fix the motherboard problem in march. I asked him to solve the problem. He said that the lenovo team will contact me soon.

                          I already mentioned that it is a motherboard issue. Still do I need to wait how many days?

                            Hi..I'm Abisheik from India. I bought a laptop from the Flipkart platform. The laptop model was a Lenovo Legion 5i with 16 GB of RAM, an i7 core processor, and a 4 GB graphics card, among other things. When I received a laptop from a courier service, the product appeared to be in good condition, with no physical damage and was well packed. The laptop's working condition was far too good for a week. But I began to notice that some sort of issue was occurring in my laptop while running software, uploading software, or sharing files in my system. When I am constantly working on the system on coding programs and multimedia software The screen is completely blanked out. There might be an issue with the graphics card or the display. I got frustrated by it..

                            I've purchased a defective product, and I need a replacement one. Please consider my request regarding the product for which I have raised a concern.Thank you!

                                    I have 3 years premium service contract with Lenovo for my ideapad 720. This premium service contract makes me eligible for prioritised onsite services within 1 business day. However Lenovo refuses to provide service whenever you register any complaint. Whatever your complaint may be, they say its accidental damage and don't even turn up for checking the product. They are just looting Indian customers by selling third grade products and run away from providing any service.
