    The details of Issue is mentioned below. I have been contacting with Lenovo team for more than 2 months now, but problem is not getting resolved. They also stopped responding to my mails now:

    This is regarding my out of warranty issue with my laptop. I have been using Lenovo Ideapad C340 which I bought from Amazon.
    My Screen Got damaged and the touch stopped working. Nearest Lenovo Service Centre is located at Palanpur, Distt Banaskantha, Gujarat.

    I did not get the Screen replacement from this service centre as they said that screen is not available in stock. I had also requested to repair a damaged key on my keyboard but it was also not attended to. The laptop was returned to me in as-it-is condition.

    I had requested them to Order the screen from their City based/higher offices but the service as desired was not provided.

    It is requested to do needful in the matter and provide the screen replacement for my laptop at earliest.
    I am ready to pay the charges for the same.

      I had bought the laptop on 10 june 2021
      It was good to use but after 2 months onward it start lagging it works so slow . Such as when I am trying to open up any application it suddenly shows nothing I'm the screen it becomes white display and after some time screen will come but the application won't start .
      I don't know what's happening to it.

        Reported screen display error on 24th August lcd replaced, screen turning back recurring and intermittent, reported again, motherboard replaced with a faulty one, USB ports not working showing power surge on USB device even when no device is connected, unprofessional handling of machine screws slipped twice by two different technicians in two different parts at two occasions, emailed to customer care for urgent replacement, no response, no progress in repair status

          Hi,

          My name is Devasia Augustine, ordered one Laptop through Lenovo official Online Site, from Kochi, Kerala on 22nd July, :

          Model-Notebook LN 15, GEN2 ITL I3 4GB 1T, B NO-OS -LENOVO HSN/SAC Code: 84713010, Serial Number: 1S82KB00GHIHPG02, GAPS Notebook..Part Number: 82KB00GHIH, with the MRP of 39000 for Rs.31, 522.

          Lenovo online supply partner Savex Technologies Private Ltd had generated invoice on 24th July and after 5 days I have received the item here in Kochi.

          Since I was not in Kochi, the item received at my flat, by Security and On 11th August, I have taken the item to Lenovo own Showroom, Oberon Mall, Kochi, for installing windows 10. The engineer has opened the laptop at showroom for installing windows 10 and he had come to know that the item is defective and HDD is not detecting. He advised me to approach Service Center then and there itself for the replacement.

          I moved to their Authorised Service center on the same day, 11th August and they asked me to provide carton box also for DAP and asked me to provide it on next day 12th August since it was in the evening time. On 12th morning itself I have submitted everything with Bill.

          For one month, there was no reply from Service center. Since there was no reply, When I contacted them this month September, they replied me that the DAP will come after 4 days...Same way they made me fool many days whenever I contacted them. Saying It will be provided next day..Then there would not be any reply or call from them. The Great Service Center Name is "AARJAY Associates, Melka Tower, Cheruparambath Road, Kadavanthra.

          So today when I reached the service center directly for asking the status, they told me that I can take back the device and no DAP reply has come. The case ID is: [protected].

          When I contacted Lenovo customer care they told me that the invoice was generated on 24th July. I approached them after 10 days only and spare parts can be replaced. They never considered the courier delivery period from Bangalore to Kochi during this Corona Season criticality. Considered only the invoice generated date in Bangalore, not the delivery date in Kochi.

          I need to get the reply from Lenovo side. I never accept any repired item and spare parts replaced item. Either need to get a new Laptop or My money back in my account soon.

          I could not use the new item purchased for "a Moment". I purchased the same for my kid for attending online class. This purpose is also got raped by Lenovo.

          I Will accept 2 options:

          1. New Laptop
          OR
          2. My money back.

          The defective Laptop is available with the "Great" Service center now.

          I believe in Consumer Rights in India and Am strongly believe in Consumer Rights Laws and Court and it will protect my Rights and I will not be penalised. I do strongly believe that Indian citizen consumer rights will be protected by Central Govt.too.

          Attached invoice copy for your reference. I am sure that I am blindly cheated, providing defective item or refurbished laptop, since it's purchased through online.

            I need either refund to money or replaced with new Laptop. I m very disappointed because Camera Never Worked even after handed over Service Center Janakpuri Delhi 2 times. Since purchase Camera worked only for 3-4 days . I purchased 0n 04 Oct 2020 S340 Model.

              Ive purchased this laptop PF2YF2Q6 around 1 month before and since that time daily this laptop is creating immense problem and now support team after replacing keyboard now telling that my fingerprint reader and camera are incompatible for windows hello and they are telling that it might be problem with software.
              Actually the real thing is that they are also unable to find the real problem. this laptop is defective both by software and hardware are defective. The keyboard which they have replaced 1 time that replaced keyboard is also worst than before one. its key are not good.
              from big brand like lenovo it is not expected its after sales service is very poor.
              I request them to ... Please replace my entire LAPTOP with new one or refund my money.

                I bought a new pc on september the 2nd however i was downloading windows updates and i ended up with a blue screen and i cannot do anything with my pc i contacted support and was sending email to and fro and in the end they said they cannot send me recover discs because they are saying my pc came without an operating system
                it did it came with windows 10 home preinstalled and no matter how many times i told the operator she just kept saying it didn't come with an operating system
                i keep telling her it diod but she would be as well as calling me a liar and then closed the case she was wanting me to send my pc in for repair but it would be a lot easier if she were just to send me the recover drive she was going to send one but someone in the back dept said my pc didn't come with an os BUT IT DID
                HELP because i have a brand new £500 pc which i cannot use because of someone's stubborness to believe me

                      Good day sir, I would just like to complain regarding my lenovo laptop which had colored screen and lines visible, it happens last august 30. I just let it sleep which I placed above our table since I had to buy some errands, but as I check it after few minutes it appears in a colored screen and visible lines.                           Hi Team,
                          I would like to bring out the concern openly that the Lenovo laptop I had purchased dated -20/may/2020 have been throwing up issues from the time it was purchased. I

                          Attaching the number of times I had to get in touch with the customer care immediately after purchasing the same. I believed in the Brand and bought this for my purpose whereas it is not of any convenience to me. Also, we took additional warranty by paying from our pocket . Also it’s not even bought in EMI . During this Pandemic time visiting stores and getting these done was a pain but each time I was in the impression that this will be sorted at the earliest and next time I will experience a better resolution. But I would like to tell you that it's getting worse day by day.

                          I trust that this is not the way Lenovo does the business. I am open to discuss the matter at any forum and hoping that you will respond back at the earliest with a solution to the same. I am not planning to hear about any replacement of parts but I hereby request to replace my laptop entirely with the latest model. I'm not ready to negotiate with the part replacement.
                          I am attaching the copies of complaint registered, complaint taken in action and the issue of camera with the same. Kindly look into it and revert back as soon as possible at the earliest.

                                      I have bought a legion y540 laptop in February via flipkart after 2 month the the keyboard stopped responding it is replaced by premium support 3 times and now they have changed motherboard and screen as well and its just is not working well now it has this wierd green screen the laptop shuts down any time the problem with this device persists i want a replacement of this device you people have wasted my time as well as your resources on this machine it just dosent work at all and from past month im not able to complete any work on this laptop it feels like i have wasted my money on this device
