Good day sir, I would just like to complain regarding my lenovo laptop which had colored screen and lines visible, it happens last august 30. I just let it sleep which I placed above our table since I had to buy some errands, but as I check it after few minutes it appears in a colored screen and visible lines. Hoping for your response to this matter.

    There are some problem for window update and and laptop switch off when charging having 70 to 80%.

      Hi Team,
      I would like to bring out the concern openly that the Lenovo laptop I had purchased dated -20/may/2020 have been throwing up issues from the time it was purchased. I

      Attaching the number of times I had to get in touch with the customer care immediately after purchasing the same. I believed in the Brand and bought this for my purpose whereas it is not of any convenience to me. Also, we took additional warranty by paying from our pocket . Also it’s not even bought in EMI . During this Pandemic time visiting stores and getting these done was a pain but each time I was in the impression that this will be sorted at the earliest and next time I will experience a better resolution. But I would like to tell you that it's getting worse day by day.

      I trust that this is not the way Lenovo does the business. I am open to discuss the matter at any forum and hoping that you will respond back at the earliest with a solution to the same. I am not planning to hear about any replacement of parts but I hereby request to replace my laptop entirely with the latest model. I'm not ready to negotiate with the part replacement.
      I am attaching the copies of complaint registered, complaint taken in action and the issue of camera with the same. Kindly look into it and revert back as soon as possible at the earliest.

                  I have bought a legion y540 laptop in February via flipkart after 2 month the the keyboard stopped responding it is replaced by premium support 3 times and now they have changed motherboard and screen as well and its just is not working well now it has this wierd green screen the laptop shuts down any time the problem with this device persists i want a replacement of this device you people have wasted my time as well as your resources on this machine it just dosent work at all and from past month im not able to complete any work on this laptop it feels like i have wasted my money on this device

                          I bought Lenovo Yoga 7i with Serial Number PF2V47X0 and It stopped working in 40 days and I asked for refund from Reliance Digital but they raised the ticket with Lenovo Customer server informing that I will get a replacement/refund but the Lenovo Customer care sent repair guy twice but they didn't resolved the issue till now my laptop is dead and they closed the ticket with status problem resolved.

                            I ordered my product on aug 2nd 2021
                            In order summary it shows delivery within 6 weeks
                            But it's been a month now
                            I called customer care and they said they expecting the product to reach India this week and I will get it by 16th September
                            I got reply mail from Lenovo stating that I will get my product only after 23rd September
                            And I got a reply from Lenovo team in twitter stating that I will not get my product before 30th September

                            Why can't they give a specific date ?

                            Everybody keeps giving different delivery dates

                            They aren't even bothered to keep their promise of delivering within 6 weeks

                            I paid 148000 to purchase their product

                            And this is how they treat me

                              Laptop one hinge is broken

                              Bought a laptop in February and now the hinge has come off. Went to Croma they sent to Lenovo service center got it repaired and within 15 days it came off again.i bought it in the Croma store at Bangalore.
                              Hope you will give a solution. I understand all the terms and conditions. But I need a solution I can't keep paying for repairs after spending so much of money which is difficult for a teacher.

                              The hinge of my laptop is broken. Am unable to move the screen .
                              I have taken proper and reasonable care of the machine and have not commited any mistakes, its a defect in the laptop itself.

                              I have 7 months of warranty still left but the Lenovo care centres are not cooperating.
                              I have already suffered from huge financial loss due to this issue, am not able to continue my classes too.
                              Even after being in warranty and facing losses, the Lenovo centre is demanding me money for the repair.
                              Why should I pay money if I have committed no mistakes and also the machine is in warranty .

                                  I need an active pen for my tab and when I contacted while buying device they said you can buy separately. Due to budget issues I only bought tab at that time .Now when Iam trying to buy active pen they are saying that there is no compatible active pen for my device and when I asked for solution they hung up on me rudeIy I didn't expect this from Lenovo support team I expected a solution for my problem. Iam deeply disappointed .How can I buy any other product from Lenovo again I really need active pen for my tab .It's only two months I bought this thing. I need an active pen please find me solution I will pay extra amount for pen.Iam expecting a solution from your side .Iam ready to replace my item and get another tab along with active pen by paying extra amount ...

                                    I brought a new lenovo laptop which suddenly stopped working raised the ticket number mentioned above. It took lenovo 28 days to replace the malfunctioning parts, which included mother board. After changing the mother board it is asking for Bit lock password which i never had it is a personal laptop for my wife for his official work, neither the service engineer had it he was asking me for the same. His team lead said that same and said that it is lenovo who will give the password, and it is not his or his team responsibility. Password is pending.
                                    My wife work is hampered from last 28 days as laptop still not working.
                                    This is the way lenovo work then i make sure i will ask all companies known to me stop purchase of lenovo products.

                                      I have purchased a laptop on 31st december 2020 with model name ideapad L340-15IRH Gaming. Device name Laptop - AIMH512. As resq plan of reliance I have also taken 2 years additional warranty. Now the laptop is having an issue in charging port. On 19 August 2021 I have given my lap to an athourised service centre, Regenersis Prime Digitronics Services - Lenovo Service Center) in Trivandrum. Till date I have not recieved my laptop.
                                      This service centre is nearly 75 KM away from my home town.
                                      I tried to contact the service centre on telephone many times and the answer is we will contact you later.
                                      As per my request my friends who are in the local area approached the service centre, and the result was same that is we will inform you.
                                      I am a BTech student who purchased this laptop for my studies.
                                      I regret to inform you that the response from the service centre is too poor, very bad, ugly, sprious etc.
