I bought it a year ago and screen started wobbling a bit when I got it checked in service center they told hinge got detached from the laptop body . How is it possible when the laptop stays on the desk 24x7 I have never taken it somewhere in bag. Detachment from body clearly shows faulty body . Service center is not ready to cover it under warranty even when 2 years of warranty are left....

Bought LENOVO SLIM IDEAPAD-3 FROM CROMA JAYANAGAR BANGALORE. The laptop crashed within few days of working. The technician who came told us that there is a fault in the SSD card and the same will be replaced.

We have been waiting for the past 3-4 weeks for the same but in vain.

We need a replacement of Product as we do not trust the company or the product model that was sold to us.

I Made a purchase of a laptop Costing Rs.38880/- from their Official website on 9th June under the promise of 10% Assured Cashback Upto Rs. 3000/- on UPI Payments (Which was clearly stated on their website). Faulty product shipped despite several complaints no resolution of my complaint. I want refund for my product....

I had a simple power cord problem. I told them I'm willing to play since they acted like money lynching parasites, said we can only help you if you had "Premium service". Then they said even if you pay we can't help. So the only way out is to get a premium service plan for a 150Rs/- cable? I was willing to pay 750 for that cable but they were not willing to arrange or help. Or even offer an alternate solution, their so-called "Team lead"...
