    The Product is under Premium Care Warrant and the Display needs a replacement but I raised an service request and requested for call back but the customer care person said he will transfer the call to premium care and the call gets disconnected each time (Many times). I even tried calling Lenovo Premium Care but one number does not exist and no one is answering in the other number provided by the lenovo support team.

        I have purchased a laptop 3 months back and paid additional to get premium service care from Lenovo. I have been facing issues with using the laptop and have been trying to get in touch with the support team since last one month to no avail. Have dropped several emails, raised tickets online and called up on customer care numbers but there is no intent I see from the company to provide any support. Everytime the call gets connected after being on hold for 20-39 mins the phone automatically disconnects within 3 mins and don't receive a call back despite the executive confirming for a call back. For email support I get an email stating that we tried to reach you but could not connect whereas I have not received a single call from Lenovo. Very disappointed and frustrated at being treated like this. My suggestion is to keep away from buying laptops or computers from Lenovo.

          I have purchased the above-mentioned tab on 6th June through Amazon. Within a week the tablet started giving problems. I have given it to an authorized service centre, but the problem has not been resolved. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my purchase. Kindly see to it that I get a replacement for the defective product sold to me.

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics

            The issue that I have experienced was: The ticket numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] pertaining to Speed issue and Battery issue with my machine remains unresolved for 7 months in a row now. Surprisingly, all tickets are marked as resolved without actually resolving it.

            Request this be taken on highest priority

            It occurred on: 21/07/2021

            Lenovo should without delay attend to problem as per agreement in AMC.

            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

              Sir/Madam i have purcased lenova ideapad S145 which is within the warranty. There is some micrphone problem my son is not able attend online classes due to covid-19. All the helpline number are showing busy and fed up we are not able to contact them. One of the service centre is in the Lal bunglow hyderabad the mobile number is mentioned wrong it is going to chennai. We searched thru net .

                      I'm a user of Motorola One Action and I'm satisfied with the service of Lenovo, but from last 6 months I've seen many devices getting OTA updates but Moto one Action hasn't got the updates even it's a part of Android One program. Can we expect A11? Company is still saying that they had given the Updates in Brazil but no one got any OTA updates. Is company informed about this? Please address this issue as soon as possible or otherwise many customers are not feeling good with Motorola ans soon Moto will lose all their customers.

                          Hi

                          I have puirchased a laptop 3 month ago. As expected the HDD failed. I had called Tech support and endless diags, updates etc
                          Call 1 :Syed Sumeer - who has no clue of what needs to be done. He downloaded a few applications on my secondary and then was unsure what to do next and hence he hung up on me
                          Call 2 :Explained the the same situation, the lady (Soumya Chandru)who empathized but ended up doing the same thing, unsure and the endless holds and eventually disconnecting
                          Call 3 :The same darma of explanation, great customer service skills, however after 33 mins in to the conversation i was told that "shubam's" team lead was asking him why he was on a long call and hence he had to disconnect assuring me that he will be on chat with (which really didnt happen).
                          i have now figured it out on my own and have successfully managed to install the OS on my system.

                          I am writing you just to let you know what an embarrassment this experience has been for me .. who have been doing this for a very long time.

                                  My laptops base is splitting off from the position. It's screws are falling of on its own. It's just been a year..I've lost my warranty. But looks like it's the worst quality ever. Can't find customer services also. Very poor.
                                  It has happened already and it was stuck with some gum.( Later now it's the side of my charger port, and I'm not able to charge because of that).

                                    I bought this laptop from a shop, after 4-5 days I noticed that the dot key in my laptop is loosen and it is separated from the attachment to the keyboard, also there was a lagging and stuck problem which was very severe, I reported the problem to the shop but they said that they can't help and told to direct this problem to lenovo directly, I was very frustrated and tired of this problem, I myself registered this problem in lenovo's official site and lenovo's customer care called me and told that they can't help this issue cause it is not included in the warranty, after many times of telling this issue to the shop they told that they will register it in the site and the company will provide onsite service, they have been telling like this for many days maybe a month and a half, but they have not arrived yet, I request lenovo's immediate support for my laptop's problem...

                                      I bought lenovo L340 i5 Gaming laptop with 3 gb Nvidia graphic card for 52000 seeing it specs but now I'm utterly disappointed with it as it can't run applications which requires graphics card to run like MSFS 2020. I need my money back

                                        I purchased a Lenovo laptop on June 15, 2021, and was guided by Bhanwar Dewaji. Right from the time of purchase, I have never got the opportunity o[censored]sing the laptop peacefully as I have been running around Lenovo Service Centre and Maxtech shop for some of the other hardware or software issues.
                                        Since I have been facing problems every other day and as I could exchange in the coming seven days, I couldn't as the laptop has been twice to the service centre and received my laptop itself after a week.
                                        Since I have visited the shop with the problem, I have been greeted impolitely, disrespectfully and keeping the covid condition in mind no safety measures were practised.
