I'm a user of Motorola One Action and I'm satisfied with the service of Lenovo, but from last 6 months I've seen many devices getting OTA updates but Moto one Action hasn't got the updates even it's a part of Android One program. Can we expect A11? Company is still saying that they had given the Updates in Brazil but no one got any OTA updates. Is company informed about this? Please address this issue as soon as possible or otherwise many customers are not feeling good with Motorola ans soon Moto will lose all their customers.

      Hi

      I have puirchased a laptop 3 month ago. As expected the HDD failed. I had called Tech support and endless diags, updates etc
      Call 1 :Syed Sumeer - who has no clue of what needs to be done. He downloaded a few applications on my secondary and then was unsure what to do next and hence he hung up on me
      Call 2 :Explained the the same situation, the lady (Soumya Chandru)who empathized but ended up doing the same thing, unsure and the endless holds and eventually disconnecting
      Call 3 :The same darma of explanation, great customer service skills, however after 33 mins in to the conversation i was told that "shubam's" team lead was asking him why he was on a long call and hence he had to disconnect assuring me that he will be on chat with (which really didnt happen).
      i have now figured it out on my own and have successfully managed to install the OS on my system.

      I am writing you just to let you know what an embarrassment this experience has been for me .. who have been doing this for a very long time.

              My laptops base is splitting off from the position. It's screws are falling of on its own. It's just been a year..I've lost my warranty. But looks like it's the worst quality ever. Can't find customer services also. Very poor.
              It has happened already and it was stuck with some gum.( Later now it's the side of my charger port, and I'm not able to charge because of that).
              Please respond.

                I bought this laptop from a shop, after 4-5 days I noticed that the dot key in my laptop is loosen and it is separated from the attachment to the keyboard, also there was a lagging and stuck problem which was very severe, I reported the problem to the shop but they said that they can't help and told to direct this problem to lenovo directly, I was very frustrated and tired of this problem, I myself registered this problem in lenovo's official site and lenovo's customer care called me and told that they can't help this issue cause it is not included in the warranty, after many times of telling this issue to the shop they told that they will register it in the site and the company will provide onsite service, they have been telling like this for many days maybe a month and a half, but they have not arrived yet, I request lenovo's immediate support for my laptop's problem...

                  I bought lenovo L340 i5 Gaming laptop with 3 gb Nvidia graphic card for 52000 seeing it specs but now I'm utterly disappointed with it as it can't run applications which requires graphics card to run like MSFS 2020. I need my money back

                    I purchased a Lenovo laptop on June 15, 2021, and was guided by Bhanwar Dewaji. Right from the time of purchase, I have never got the opportunity o[censored]sing the laptop peacefully as I have been running around Lenovo Service Centre and Maxtech shop for some of the other hardware or software issues.
                    Since I have been facing problems every other day and as I could exchange in the coming seven days, I couldn't as the laptop has been twice to the service centre and received my laptop itself after a week.
                    Since I have visited the shop with the problem, I have been greeted impolitely, disrespectfully and keeping the covid condition in mind no safety measures were practised.

                      The charging light is on but the power button light doesn't turn on.
                      Tried recovering system but it gets shut down immediately

                          my name is samad raqib shaikh i stay in vikhorli parksite mumbai, few months after, I buy online a lenovo laptop he working good in 1-2 months but suddenly left side speaker defect {kharab } and sound is not proper right side is fine but left side not working, my laptop in warranty 9 months remaining, I have to change the setting again and again by going to the control panel, that means the sound of the left side has to work, it may be very annoying, I hope that keeping my point in mind, they will get it done.repair please

                              My name is Rudolf Augustino Noronha and I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad gaming laptop on Amazon bearing serial# PF20ERP4 I have Three issues I would like to point out.

                              1. The warranty date is incorrect on the server. I ORDERED the laptop from amazon on 12/05//2021 and RECEIVED it on 19/05/2021 so the warranty should start from the day I received it not the day it was ordered - SO MY WARRANTY SHOULD HAVE STARTED FROM 19/05/2021 I had emailed [protected]@lenovo.com to get this changed on 20/05/2021 but have received no response yet

                              2. Today, (12/07/2021) all of a sudden my TOUCHPAD stopped working. I contacted your chat service and they said they could not help because I have premium care so I have to call[protected] And so I called the number and was on the IVR for 30minutes after which someone picked the call and never responded and after a minute hung up. I thought it was a network issue so I called back and the same number said it was busy. So I waited and called back again and then again was directed to the IVR then a 30 minute wait and then someone came on the phone again and after a minute the person hung up. This way I spent approximately 1hour and 30minutes with no assistance from anyone from Lenovo

                              Now, how is this PREMIUM SUPPORT??

                              I could NOT get the assistance I needed from your chat, email or tech support number and was told by your chat team that the last option is to email here and I will be contacted. This is the most Pathetic and disgusting service at any level where your employees say that they are from ThinkPad or another dept. and so refuse to help or even direct you to the right dept. They kept telling me to do the same think or call the same numbers again and again

                              I emailed the following email addresses for support and got no response:

                              I tried safe mode, bios mode, device manager, drivers install and update but, it still did not work so I had to lose all my data after waiting for a complete day I had to reset the laptop and realized that the touchpad still does not work (manufacturer hardware defect)

                              I was contacted by Abhishek A on 13/07/2021 next day and was told that I could opt for onsite support so the laptop can be fixed at my residence but I refused because this laptop is not even 2months old (purchase date: 19/05/2021) so I will not accept a repair but a replacement or a refund

                              I am unhappy about the kind of after sales service from Lenovo and have also raised a ticket with consumer forum (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/complaints) about this issue.

                              I was initially going to buy the Lenovo Legion Ryzen7 or the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming Ryzen7 but they were not available and so I had to buy this product. I refuse for a hardware repair as this laptop is not even 2 months old and I insist for a replacement for Lenovo Legion Ryzen7 or the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming Ryzen7 only and I will pay the remaining balance for a better product if higher than rs790000 or else I demand for FULL REFUND

                              Here's my feedback for you Lenovo - MY personal Experience and opinion:
                              Don't use the word premium just because it sounds good and to attract customers but learn and train your team to give premium support at every level. I felt like your team does not want to put the effort to help but just keep directing the customers from one end to the other. Then I suggest keeping an operator. There is not a bit o[censored]rgency to help the customer.

                                  As I have approached them several times, but no reply and response from their team side, within 2 years the laptop display stopped working, charging issue already there.

                                  during my last call, the technical person said, the parts are not available in the market, the cost of the product is almost Rs 79900, which i bought on 6/7/19.
                                  so, now Lenovo says me we are helpless on this, I can assist with a new laptop to buy ..

                                  As I don't understand, a company selling a product with outs its spare parts and if got damaged they say us to buy a new one, how our government supports them to run their business in India.

                                  really need a support on this

                                      I have Purchased Lenovo S-145, Core I3, 10th Gen, 8GB/1TBHDD/Windows 10 Last month. It was ordered on 8th June and received on 12th June.

                                      Problem:

                                      I am facing battery issue from the day I have purchased the same. Battery got drained within one hour. Please replace the battery and resolve the issue.
