From last 100 days I'm waiting for the service from lenovo since by screen got damaged. Reason for the damage is Lenovo engineer, while he was repairing he has damaged my screen. I have raised complaint with Lenovo but it is not moving forward from the last 100 days. It's very shameful.

    To Lenovo

    It is just about exactly 6 months since my recent purchase of your Tablet M10 FHD Plus, Model TBX606f and I am about to TRASH it.

    I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with it's overall performance. It performs unexpectedly erroneously, erratically, and inconsistently. This happens frequently without any instructions or keystrokes from me.

    So, I just wanted to provide you with my review of this particular computer. I have been in the computer business for well over 50 years, both in systems and its management and have never encountered a computer as terrible as this one.

        My billing address was incomplete in Tax Invoice provided by online Lenovo store. Billing address that I was provided at the time of placing order was not reflected in Tax Invoice which was received from Lenovo. I contacted over phone many times and emailed to Customer Care & order status 1, but not getting satisfactory reply. When I mailed screen shots of my order history to Customer Care, then they stopped replying. Is this the service of Lenovo, a premier computer Company ? I hereby raised my complaint to the highest authority of Lenovo for correction of my Tax Invoice.

          I purchased this device back on 23 Feb 2021 from SSDN Lenovo Exclusive store in Nehru Place.

          As of[protected], I had been facing some issues with my laptop, and for the same, I had to visit a service centre because I could not raise an on-site repair request (which is to be covered under the warranty when you purchase Lenovo premium devices) even any of the services are not available to me because it shows that my device is out of warranty.

          So I even visited the store, the staff was rude to me, the executive had no manners, said that you purchased it you do whatever is required and when I asked them to help me through it they said you shouldn't have purchased it then.

          Please find attached the invoice and register my product as soon as possible so that I can claim all the warranty benefits and get my device repaired. That is all I require from your end.

                  My name is Raghunath, On Friday afternoon I contacted the Lenovo technical support team to review my Laptop issue, By remote access they tried it, But finally the problem was not yet solved. So they released the Lenovo ticket no [protected]. After the discussion they mention that by the end of day (on friday) you will get technical engineer contact no and details through Email and Register mobile number but still now I didn't get any email from any team.

                  Actual Issue I sent email on 9th July, but no revert from your side (Message)
                  My name is Raghunath, 3 month ago I bought a laptop from Reliance digital. Morning i have a meeting on webex, so I need to install it. AFter installing the Webex just 3 to 5 min the camera was working and after that it was not working at all. I tried with all the checking and restore options but unfortunately I lost complete data from my laptop and now it has become a new laptop but even those the camera was not working. Seriously I want that data to be restored and it is my office and personal data too. I'm looking for your help. Kindly do this needful favour to me and resolve it ASAP.

                    Hello,
                    I purchased my Lenovo laptop on 2/13/20. I don't use it much as I do most work on my phone except for Word documents. I went to type a document and could not power on the laptop. I took it back to Best Buy who said it was likely the battery and they would have to ship back to Lenovo. They charged me $34.95 to do so. I asked the salesman if batteries only last 17 months. He said not usually. I have no idea what your fee will be but I think it should be waived because apparently I bought a lemon. My confirmation number is

                      My laptop is bad since i brought it, I asked customer care for a lot of help
                      they give me wrong guidance and suggestive way to upgrade my laptop.
                      I bought my laptop in december (2020), as soon as up boxed the laptop its not working properly.
                      I open many complaints but, no action was taken.
                      Kindly resolve my complaints as soon as possible, i am not satisfied with your service at all.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        I have purchased & am using your Lenvov K8 Note Andriod Mobile phone, in the month of March-2021 I had a battery problem & I visited your Authorised Service (BRIGHT TELESERVICES, Bipin Towers 1 st floor, Old no 202/F, 6th B main 27th Cross Jayanagar 3rd block Bangalore - 560011, Phone No.[protected] as per your technician advice I have replaced the battery on 18/03/2021 after 3 months I am facing the same battery problem but the service center is refusing to give me a Warrenty on the battery & telling as per compay is giving only 1 month warrenty to the parts replaced, free service & check up / battery replacement. This is very much Cheating the customers & demovating the customers to buy your LENOVO products. Your kind support & intervention required.

                              Hello Team, I have purchased Lenovo Ideapad S340: For first 2 months everything was working good, but from 3rd month the issues started 1. Integrated Camera NOT Working - I have tried troubleshooting some of the suggested fixes, such as activating camera through F8 (nothing happened), Checking Privacy and Permissions setting in Lenovo Vantage app (all ok), and also in Device Manager I tried Updating Drivers, Disabling/Enabling camera, Un-installing and Re-installing camera. 2. Laptop Hangs- I don't have any programing softwares, it has got just zoom installed and I use it only for normal web-surfing and for kids online school, but it is a very pathetic i won't recommend leveno products to any of my friends/relatives. I have called the service center people and got to know that there are 200-300 laptops lying in the service center and multiple consumers have raised similar issues. I will need a replacement with another model, i will be bound to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

                                    Yesterday I got a popup from Lenovo Vantage/Utility to update BIOS (critical) and I followed all instructions. After sometime installation completed and laptop is no longer booting. Novo button push suggestion as per their website is of no use.
                                    Extremely disappointing Lenovo itself is responsible for waste of my time and money since laptop is outside warranty.
                                    Emailed to Lenovo customer service but no reply yet. There aren't many service centers in reachable distance.
