My laptop is bad since i brought it, I asked customer care for a lot of help
they give me wrong guidance and suggestive way to upgrade my laptop.
I bought my laptop in december (2020), as soon as up boxed the laptop its not working properly.
I open many complaints but, no action was taken.
Kindly resolve my complaints as soon as possible, i am not satisfied with your service at all.

I have purchased & am using your Lenvov K8 Note Andriod Mobile phone, in the month of March-2021 I had a battery problem & I visited your Authorised Service (BRIGHT TELESERVICES, Bipin Towers 1 st floor, Old no 202/F, 6th B main 27th Cross Jayanagar 3rd block Bangalore - 560011, Phone No.[protected] as per your technician advice I have replaced the battery on 18/03/2021 after 3 months I am facing the same battery problem but the service center is refusing to give me a Warrenty on the battery & telling as per compay is giving only 1 month warrenty to the parts replaced, free service & check up / battery replacement. This is very much Cheating the customers & demovating the customers to buy your LENOVO products. Your kind support & intervention required.

Hello Team, I have purchased Lenovo Ideapad S340: For first 2 months everything was working good, but from 3rd month the issues started 1. Integrated Camera NOT Working - I have tried troubleshooting some of the suggested fixes, such as activating camera through F8 (nothing happened), Checking Privacy and Permissions setting in Lenovo Vantage app (all ok), and also in Device Manager I tried Updating Drivers, Disabling/Enabling camera, Un-installing and Re-installing camera. 2. Laptop Hangs- I don't have any programing softwares, it has got just zoom installed and I use it only for normal web-surfing and for kids online school, but it is a very pathetic i won't recommend leveno products to any of my friends/relatives. I have called the service center people and got to know that there are 200-300 laptops lying in the service center and multiple consumers have raised similar issues. I will need a replacement with another model, i will be bound to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

Cann't connect wifi

I have ideapad slim 5 laptop. My laptop was working very nice but few days back after using the laptop when i tried to shut it down then i was not able to do so.I checked some ways to shut it down but non of my trials worked. Now i need to shut it down. Please help me with youe support.

Yesterday I got a popup from Lenovo Vantage/Utility to update BIOS (critical) and I followed all instructions. After sometime installation completed and laptop is no longer booting. Novo button push suggestion as per their website is of no use.
Extremely disappointing Lenovo itself is responsible for waste of my time and money since laptop is outside warranty.
Emailed to Lenovo customer service but no reply yet. There aren't many service centers in reachable distance.

Desktop computer with Above specified serial no is not working from 08/07/2021. After pressing power button to start computer, not getting anything on display. Tried to start this computer with another Monitor. Tried to start this computer after changing supply cable. Power button is blinking only.

I have brought the lenovo laptop. well the sales person told me that the laptop will work for 5 hour approx. but when i have started to use it the battery never works till more than an hour. which is not accepted from the company.

Laptop screen damaged by technician who came to repair keypad issue. After that it has been 3 months I am chasing to get my screen replaced but no reply from Lenevo team.

I ordered two thinkpads that were supposedly in stock. They advertisement was for next business day delivery. I don't have my order yet and it has been 7 business days. I got a promise from Ralph Campbell4 not to use 2 day shipping with Shop Runner because he could get it to me faster. I missed my twins milestone birthday gift presentation because they did not arrive and still have not. Symon Castro4 promised a credit to my account as well as Trish Mae G. Neither credits have appeared or are pending. I will never order another product from Lenovo nor recommend them. Everybody I dealt with lied in one way or another. I have bought this laptop through flipkart,
I am not able to access my camera in my laptop.Any updates for the drivers didn't came but it is still not working, I am placing the invoice letter so that I can use my warranty on the product.

It has been 3 months we have lodged complain regarding display issues and finger print issue. Yet no one is responding..
the technician has damaged my laptop and non of your representative are responding to the issue even after repeated complain.
I have invested Rs.45000 for the laptop and never expected such ignorance service support from your end.

My laptop speaker and keyboard had problems. So I submitted the laptop at the Lenovo service center in Absolute IT Solutions Pvt. LTD at Borivali West in Mumbai for repair. The parts were replaced and I collected laptop from the shop. After coming home I found the laptop connector missing when trying to connect the charger. So next day I took the laptop again to the shop. When I complained about the missing part manager is blaming me that I have broken the part by opening the laptop. Such kind of fraud is done with me. I have already paid Rs 6750/- for the repairs. If I can pay such a big amount for repairs then why will I make such fraud. Blaming the customer and misplacing the working parts from the laptop is a big fraud which Lenovo repair Centre has done.

My name is Ajith J Antony and I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 carbon laptop from your store 'Allnet' at Oberon Mall, Cochin, Kerala for an exorbitant price of Rs 1.86 Lakhs! The serial number of the machine is 20R1S05400 - PF27V2LV. Even with a high price my dealer said Lenovo is not offering genuine windows or office along with the machine. And to make things worse, the camera of the laptop was not working from day one onwards. And i had to run from service centers to service centers to get it rectified. My dealer Allnet had a service center at Cochin, but they declined to attend to my complaint. They directed me to another center named AARJAY Associates at Cochin to get the problem rectified. AARJAY Associates never contacted me after giving a resolution and they kept the laptop in a very bad condition. When i collected the same today the just six months old laptop was covered with dust and all my data was gone. I wonder whether it was a genuine lenovo laptop which was sold to me at that exorbitant price. Now i am a highly dissatisfied customer and has determined to spread this message though all my circles and mediums. I also urge Lenovo not to indulge in sale of their products if they can not promise quality service.

This is to inform you that its been months that i have purchased a laptop serial number MP1R49V1 in the name of Disha Kedia and i have been harassed and not found a solution to it. My laptop is extremely slow and lacks performance and now its totally shut. Whenever i call up the place where i baught the laptop he says me to buy an extra ssd where my laptop has still storage in it (4.00 Gb storage and unused 3.56), they are so rude please provide me a solution to it i did not expect such a performance from lenovo do find a solution to this could you tell me how many days i have to face this problem and ask the man to refund my money and take the product back i baught the product for my convenience and not for the harrasment.
