I brought a Lenovo Laptop on Feb 2nd week from their website but they provided me the faulty laptop with display not working, i raised a case but
the close the first case later i open second but they are not replacing the laptop which is brand new.

I am a user of a laptop build by Lenovo model Ideapad S-145, My laptop top is not working properly since day one I have purchased this laptop I was facing a hang and blue screen error. several times I call regarding this issue but did not get any resolution. From day one of purchasing this laptop. But none of their team resolve my issue.

I purchased Lenovo laptop in Feb 2021 since then I am facing issues. Everytime it's OS is crashed and since Feb I have re-installed OS 6-7 times. Whenever I call customer service regarding any problem they just say to re-install the windows. I had purchased this laptop for my official purpose and now it has hampered my work. All my data is removed everytime re-installation is made. Pathetic customer care service by lenovo. Really unsatisfied...

Problems:
Laptop's keys not working
Lap shuts down in between use
A huge lag in the system while turning it on
