I found out that there was a WHITE SPOT ON LCD which I informed the LENOVO SERVICE CENTER people. The service center people said that that would not effect the functionality of system. Battery drains so fast
camera is not working
system became very slow
graphics went down
and about 22 issues were found
pls give us a solution for this problem...

My new laptop purchase date 18 February 2021 and my laptop is not properly work system is hang and not open Excel atta work to properly e and my laptop system not proper work I call in company website number in company suggest instruction follow but not solve my problem in my laptop submitted to purchase centre tense not response to properly and I very disappointed to my new laptop...

Please note that Iam terribly upset with the kind of treatment from croma and Lenovo for a complete failure in the providing me any service .
My laptop has given me trouble from the very next day I purchased it .
I have called consumer care and made a legit complain but in vain .
My final resort shall be heading to media and consumer court to get justice as here all efforts have failed .

Hi, I purchased Lenovo ideapad S340 14inch in June 2020. Now there is a problem in battery, like when I charge it for 100% and ### down completely after few hours when I tried to open the laptop it is showing no battery percentage in it. I have warranty also. Can u please quickly resolve this....

My system is very slow . it does not respond fast only 1 week to buy and i am facing this kind of problems, every app or normal software taking access amount of time to respond or open. please fix this problem....

I have Lenovo z51 70. I activated the service of smart performance on Lenovo Vantage for 3 years paying an amount of INR 2655. after 24 hrs, the product is not yet activated.

With the pandemic continuing and schools still continuing...

I accidentally dropped my laptop from my bed and claimed for ADP. Lenovo saying that adp is not covered if laptop fall in non working environment. I asked the proof of statement and no response from them...

This tab is of no use to me .please remove it....
