I am a user of Lenovo Ideapad S-145 laptop, My laptop top is not working properly since day one I have purchased this laptop I was facing a hang and blue screen error. several times I call regarding this issue but did not get any resolution.

On 28th May 2021, I call to their customer care at that time my laptop is completely blank when we try to on this it is just blank num lock and the caps lock light was also not shown I was not able to go on the boot menu as well your customer care executive check the complete issue with rescue lens and ask that within 3 days executive will come and change the motherboard and charger then my issue will resolve after 3 days when your executive did not come I call to you the customer care you executive was informed me she will again check and told me to wait and till Friday. On Friday 04/06/2021, when I call then I get to know my complaint was closed whiteout informing me anything then you executive was reopened after check my complaint and told me that the executive will come on Monday then again when I called the said approval is pending then they will send an executive whenever I ask to arrange a call back from senior they inform that it is not possible until I send mail but I have never received any call or reverts on my earlier mails. finally, on 08/06/2021, your executive reaches my place with parts but he won't replace the parts and not tell me why this issue has happened. He told me to take the laptop under observation for 3 days if the issue will again arrive then they change the parts. In these three days, he kept the parts with him. On yesterday 09th June 2021, I was sent videos and images to Virender your service executive he told me that we have to uninstall and reinstall the window on weekly basis, and for more, I have to call customer care. When I call customer care she asks me to send the video that video and image I was forward her on mail she assured me that the executive will come to my place today[protected] on first-half when I asked her to sent the executive to my office address which is also in Delhi she said it is not possible and told me that the request is already processed she can't able to send the executive at office address then I asked her that I am taking leave just to fix this issue but make sure your executive will come she told me that it will come surely and I will receive a call from your service center in the evening again I called to confirm the same your executive again confirm me that service engineer will visit my place on 10/06/2021.

Today 10th June 2021, when I called customer care at 10:30 that I haven't received a call she said the executive will reach my place for sure. Then when I ask her she asks me to call the same service engineer which is coming to my place earlier when I call him he said he doesn't receive my complaint and he will not come to resolve the issue. then she asks me to call the service center I call the service center whose number was provided by her while taking her on a conference call. We both spoke to the service center they said they already return parts to Lenovo and they don't send an executive to my place. First of all, sir, how should it be possible as a service engineer told us earlier that they kept my parts with them for 3 days and confirmed it by customer care as well. Secondly, if your executive is not confirmed then why they gave me surety of your service engineer will come when I was already told them I am taking leave only to fix this issue. After all this, she told me that the executive will come to my place till day end. but I haven't received a call back till now.

Their customer care executive always said that I will get a call back once I send a mail otherwise our team leader will not call when I ask than to arrange a callback. When I send a mail then also don't receive a callback. I need a call back from you guys from some responsible person as I was facing an issue with my laptop from the day one of purchase and as your team confirmed to me earlier I need service on[protected] as I take leave just because of this. but they don't come and provide service to me.

On 10th June and 11th June, I was sent more than 15-20 mail to them then I received a call from Mr. Vikas while during the conversation again I got a blue screen error I was also informed this to Vikas and Mohd. Taha Madni those were on a conference call with me I was also sent the video and image of the error which I was received on 09th June to their customer care and their service executive but on 12th June again they send the same executive Virender to my place to replace the part and resolve my issue but he came and said that the issue needs to appear in front him so he doesn't give me a service. He was not ready to sit and check it properly.

Now, they said that we are not going to provide the service to you and if you want a service then visit service center and you have to pay accordingly. and all videos and case which is log in between the service period and they fail to provide service what is that.

kindly assist me with the same.

    I brought a Lenovo Laptop on Feb 2nd week from their website but they provided me the faulty laptop with display not working, i raised a case but
    the close the first case later i open second but they are not replacing the laptop which is brand new.

I was sent several mails and call several times at their customer care no one giving me the exact response they are just saying that the executive will come till 11 pm but no one visited my address and as per the customer care if I send a mail then the senior team will definitely call me back in 2hrs but I haven't received a call from them.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am very disappointed to inform you that I am facing an issue ( Camera not working) since fortnight with my new Lenevo Laptop i.e. S/No. MP1T5JRD.I bought this product in February 2021 and issue began within four month.
        I have already registered the complaint many times and the latest Case ID: [protected]. But the issue has not been solved till now. Even though I had requested your customer care executive to send the parts once together like camera, cable and related to this issue, they always used to send the single part at a time. As we are aware the pandemic situation is going on and I am staying with my older parents and kids. So I am not going to allow them anymore.
        I have already lost many meetings, also I lost my interview for FMS yesterday ( 09.06.2021).Now it's going to waste one year and no one can not return this one year's time.

        Kindly replace my product because the issue is not resolved after visiting your engineer many times. So please replace my product and previous mails are attached with their case no. I hope you can understand my issue and for the future there will not be any loss for me.

          Hi, I Am Gonna Tell You Everything From The Starting

          After I Am Bought This Laptop After Few Months The Weird Click Sound Comes From The Hinge Side Of The Laptop So I Complain To Lenovo Premium Care And The Engineer Came To My House And Replaced The Hinge

          Then I Complaint Lenovo About The Temperature Of My Laptop Is Hitting 99 Degrees They Replied It's Okay Its A Gaming Laptop It Is Normal But I Have Seen My Friend Laptop It Is Not Okay And It Is Not Normal

          Then I Complain To Them About The Frequent Disconnection Of The USB But They Told Me It Is A Software Issue It Will Get Fixed After An Update

          Then My RGB Of The Exhaust Fan Stopped Working I Call Lenovo They Told Me It Is How It Came From The Factory Then I Had To Send Photos From The Lenovo Website To Prove It, Then The Engineer Came To House Click The Photo Of The Barcode Of The Motherboard And Other Barcodes After 3 Days He Comes To My House And Changes The Motherboard And The Keyboard But The Motherboard That The Engineer Changed Was Not Meant For My Laptop So The Software Was Not Picking Up My Laptop Serial Number On The Lenovo Website Or The GPU Was Not Working So Again After Few Days The Engineer Came And Replace The Motherboard With My Old Motherboard And Told The Previous Engineer Who Replace The Motherboard Did A Mistake

          Then I Faced Another Issue My Screen Sometimes Flicker And Do Not Stops Until I Restart My Pc Again The Engineer Came And It Was A Wiring Issue They Fixed It

          Then I Faced Another Issue The Exhaust Fan Was Not Working On One Side So Again I Call Lenovo And The Engineer Came To My House And Check The Issue It Was Wiring Issue Wire Was Not Properly Inserted So After Proper Wire Installing It Was Fixed

          Then After Few Days I Saw Another Isssue The Back Rgb Sometimes Go Off And On So Again I Call Lenovo And When The Engnieer Checks The Issue It Was Again Wirring Issue The Wires Were Not Properly Placed In Their Position So After Fixing It And The Engineer Was Finishing Packing My Laptop I Saw The Right Side Hinge Cover Was Putting Out More Than The Left One So I Told The Enginner He Starts Fixing It But He Failed To Do So, So He Told Me I Will Raise Complaint From My Side And Get This Fixed But After Like 1 Week Of No Response From Lenovo I Called The Lenovo And They Told Me That The Complaint Was Closed And Told Me To Use Normal Customer Care Number Because Your Premium Subscription Is Expired So I Had To Again Buy Lenovo Premium Care And When I Call Lenovo They Re-Open My Case And After Few Weeks They Told Me That It Will Be Not Get Fixed Becase You Already Have Used Your ADP On The Hinges And I Told Them This Issue Occur When The Service Engineer Was Packing Up My Laptop So This Is Not Caused Up By Me So They Put Up A Confrence Call With The Engineer But The Engineer Was Very Rude And I Told Him That Tell Them It Happen When You Were Packing Up The Laptop He Says It Was Not Done By Me And Hung Up The Call, In The End The Conclusion Was It Is Not Going To Be Fixed So I Go To The Lenovo Service Center There The Engineer Examine And Failed To Fixed It And Told Me It Is Fine Its Just A Cover Use It Like This (But This Is Not How I Bought It)

          Then Again I Face Issue Regarding The Laptop Heating Issue And The Fps Drop Majorly In The Game So I Complain And They Told Me This Is How It Is Supposed To Be I Told Them And Send Them A Recording I Am Getting 70 Fps On A Very Light Game And Previously I Was Getting 300-400 Fps And They Told Me It Is How It Is Should Be And Closed My Case So I Again Call Them And Whenever I Told Them My Issue And They Put Me On Hold And Hung Up The Call Every Time I Don't Know Why I Mean Lenovo Has Recorded Every Call So They Should Check Their Service Which They Call Premium

          When I Check My Warranty Details On The Lenovo Website It Is Written There "Free Annual PC Health Check" But Whenever I Call Them Regarding This They Hung Up My Phone Or They Don't Know About This I Mean How When You Are Offering A Service So Why Are You Not Fulfilling It

          I Mean I Have What They Call Lenovo Premium Care The Best They Can Offer I Had To Suffer Through All This If There Was No Lockdown In Place I Would Never Have The Time To Call Literally 100 Times And Wait For The Engineer To Come To My House

          One Time The Screw Of The Laptop Was So Torn Up Because Of Opening And Closing Of The Laptop So Many Time The Engineer Had To Go Service Center To Get It Open
          I Mean The Service Was Very Bad, Laptop Quality Is Very Bad

          Sometimes Service Time Was 1 Month Check My Repair Status

          And I Have Done Like 15 Email To Lenovo But No Response Not Even Once

          I Feel I Paid 1.5 Lakh Was A Total Waste And Every Time I Share My Experience With Someone They Told Me That They Had The Same Experience With Lenovo

              The model is defective. Wo bought this model all are suffering by a charging issue. Lenovo saying to replace motherboard but it costs almost 35, 000 where the laptop cost is 57, 000 . I'm a student brought this for study and work. When I change the charger this is charging but after 2-3 months same problem again comming. If no solution then I'll commit suicide . My parents can't afford another laptop so I'll commit suicide. I'm a BTech student of CSE branch so I've to. I'm sorry

                Lenova Laptop idea pad 330-15ASTU Amd A6 4 1 TB dos, Invoice no 1480, date of purchase4sep-2019. problem occured in the key pad 23/7/2020, and service centre in coimbatore changed the key pad on 25.07.2020., after one month again key pad is not working and problem occured. Due to
                continues corono Lock Down, cant complain the matter. Hence i request to change the Key Pad.

                  Today your representative emailed me that my pincode 185151 isn't serviceable because of Corona whereas about 30 min ago I received my another parcel of Firstcry from delivey partner XpressBees vide Tracking Id[protected] ...

                  There is no Corona lockdown and restrictions in Rajouri District of J&K but still they are making drama and trying to loot money...

                  Check whether alternative pincode 185132 is serviceable or not. Otherwise U will reach the consumer court for fooling and looting me.

                      I purchased Lenovo laptop in Feb 2021 since then I am facing issues. Everytime it's OS is crashed and since Feb I have re-installed OS 6-7 times. Whenever I call customer service regarding any problem they just say to re-install the windows. I had purchased this laptop for my official purpose and now it has hampered my work. All my data is removed everytime re-installation is made. Pathetic customer care service by lenovo. Really unsatisfied with the product.

                        Camera is not working since the laptop has been taken. its almost a year, now, chains of email sent. but no revert. such a pathetic services are provided.

                        please stop selling products of Lenovo, as its a pathetic brand. A brand new laptop with so many issues, the engineer him self has confirmed that this series has manufacturing default. if that is the case then why the laptops are sold in the market of that particular series. i gave even the option that help me with the higher version laptop, m ready to pay the differential amount, but still there is no revert an no solution to the issue, they just want to pass with the warranty period

                        They dont understand the value of peoples money, please do make them understand

                              With reference to my earlier mail & case id no: [protected], still I am not getting any reply from your side apart from one executive called on 20/05/2021 around 7pm. But unfortunately he has not provided any solution only passing the ball to my court. Only he is saying I have to do all the things in my system. Before that one of your executive Ms. Rabiya Anjum has taken the control of my system over 3-4 hrs. What she suggested me that they will send some engineer to fix up the problem, but after that whoever your engineer has attended, they are not providing the proper solution. And yesterday, the call I got from your executive was completely rude & not a service oriented attitude.

                              I am not a technical savvy person only do the basic things of my requirement, so my laptop is hardly used. Due to strict lockdown I am unable to visit the nearest service center to fix up my problem.

                              Sir, being a world leader how your people are being rude when it comes to service related weather it is a small or big.
                              and such a arrogant behavior comes from an executive where life & living became uncertainty & people are depending on digital platform to survive their life. For a small issue, it's been a week but it is my unfortunate I am not able to getting proper service from LENOVO.

                              So what should I say Sir, shall I get an appropriate solution to my problem or not ???

                                4 months warranty remaining
                                Laptop's use is much less because it not used for any work purpose or gaming

                                Problems:
                                Laptop's keys not working
                                Lap shuts down in between use
                                A huge lag in the system while turning it on
                                A black screen appears sometimes while turning on

                                  I have purchased Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 from Vijay Sales, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
                                  -Date of purchase- 30.03.2021

                                  From the day one the Laptop is vey slow. It takes too much to start and open any excel or WordPad sheet or chrome or any browser. The processing time is too much and hanging issue is also there, and it makes me frustrating and my feedback is going towards negative for the company meanwhile I'm a big fan of Lenovo. There is also heating problem while I use this for office work purpose only, generally I work over excel and email only I am totally disappointed by purchasing this product. Request you to please refund my money back.

                                    Laptop is not getting turned on even when the power button is being pressed. Even when the adapter is being connected to the laptop it does not show that the laptop is charging (the adapter is not the problem as we have checked on another lenovo laptop).

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have ordered a laptop S145 Ideapad a few days ago from Amazon.

                                      It was delivered on time but the issue is it was written in the description that Lenovo provides 1 year warranty. I have received the laptop on 12th May, 2021 and When I checked today, it shows only 10 months remaining in the warranty period. Warranty is already started from Feb, 2021 while I have received the product just 2 days ago.

                                      This kind of mischief was never expected from Lenovo.

                                      I am returning this product but complaining because I am totally dissatisfy with this deal.

                                        I have purchased Lenovo IdeaPad S145 from IFIX Computer, Nagaon, Assam- Details of product as under-

                                        -From the date of purchase the shift key does not work properly, alphabet h, g, d not capital typed by pressing shift key and numeric 7also not typed. sometimes the above alphabet & 7 comes two/three times. But these problems have not arises every days. The problems discussed with Retailer. But they unable to assist/ repair the same without company's permission. Due to COVID situation the complain remained pending from inception by me. Request for solve the problem by repair or other way. Thanking you.
