I bought my first laptop from lenovo and within 7 days it started giving me blue dump error when I reached to salesman Name Harshal Bairagi he told me to believe him that he will solve this problem. But after that I faced this problem consequently for 7 months I reached to service center and other but all other options in vain.

I am from Nashik MH and I bought this PC from Exclusive company outlet. It is in warranty still...

Charger is not working. Laptop is not charging with connection of charger...

Please provide android 10 update to Lenovo k10 note user. security patch is also so outdated which may cause many high-level risk and run android 9 means missing some important software feature for no reason.and let us know if Lenovo K10 note is not compatible for android 10...

I purchased S340 on 1st of june 2020 and ever since then the in built camera has been giving a lot of issues. I have talked to customer care did all t/s and not getting any resolution. I have purchased lenovo laptop on[protected]. In june 2020, , camera of the laptop was not working. On filing a complaint, a guy from technical support visited and repaired the camera.
Again in nov 2020, same problem pop up again and i requested for replacement of the product, but it was not replaced and technical guy was sent for repair. Again, in March 2021 same issue arises but there is no support from the company. They say it...

I have purchased the above said laptop from croma stores, kukatpally, hyderabad on 22/3/2021, 9:30 pm and hence had to pick it up from the stores on 23/3/2021 5:00 pm.
I made sure the laptop was charged to 100% and then started using the laptop, however it switched off on its own after 90 mins after usage with5% battery level.
I want the concerned authorities to give me a replacement with a new non defective laptop or refund...

I placed an order on 23 Feb Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet.

I am writing this email to raise a complaint about the behaviour that I have been vetted out at the Jaipur Lenevo service centre and especially from the manager (I believe he is the manager who has identified himself as Vinay). I can be contact on my cell number XXXXXXXXXX for any further details.

I have video proof about his behaviour and also that he is a big liar and tried to intimidate the customers....

Purchased new notebook laptop worth 71k in August and since then I have been complaining regularly to so called premium care that my laptop gets turn off to 0 battery even if the battery is showing as 61 percent. Till date I have not received any response and solution from the company. Worst product...

I recently purchased lenovo laptop model no:S145 EF1N on 28th nov 2020. there is a huge performance issue with my personal laptop and now webcam has stopped working. Been trying to reach lenovo customer care but no one was able to answer and call get disconnect immediately.

Can anyone help me to fiix this issue... Im frustated and looking for support immediately

This is to inform you that I purchased an Ideapad slim 3 (serial no-PF2DMTSH) on 20th Sep 2020 with 1 year warranty.
To my dismay, the wifi network of the laptop started malfunctioning within just 3 months.
I've been calling premium customer care since last 3 months (service no-[protected])and they've been advising various methods to resolve the matter. When none of the methods worked they advised to REINSTALL WINDOWS...
