Sir,
This is to inform you that I purchased an Ideapad slim 3 (serial no-PF2DMTSH) on 20th Sep 2020 with 1 year warranty.
To my dismay, the wifi network of the laptop started malfunctioning within just 3 months.
I've been calling premium customer care since last 3 months (service no-[protected])and they've been advising various methods to resolve the matter. When none of the methods worked they advised to REINSTALL WINDOWS which was done successfully. But even after that, THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. AND NOW EVEN THE CURSOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!
Now whenever I'm calling the customer care, the technician is DISCONNECTING THE CALL IN BETWEEN!!!
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and take a stern action against it or I'll be forced to inform the higher authorities of customer care..

          I bouhgt my laptop 2 years back which is much defective and there are lots of problems happening after the completion of 1 year which was warranty period now co. Is not ready to answer any of my complaints as the product is out of warranty.

            I had purchased a Lenova Laptop from Coma on 31st Dec 2020.
            Item Description 1UN/2MIN 10Gi58G2X 1+256.

            We would like to bring to your notice that the laptop provided is not working at all. While conducting Zoom class, the system becomes very slow. Neither screen sharing works, gmail account opens, Children always complain cannot hear such thing even the video is not working & gets hangs.. We had also visited your service center at Marol Naka Makwana Road, They had upgraded IOS but again the same thing is happening.
            Kindly request you to kindly replace the same as we dont want this system with us.

              Due to quality issue Lenovo Laptop is not working. Laptop is not functioning due to display problem since[protected].
              It is to submit that without resolving the problem so many service orders has been closed with remark: Resolved. Request to review the reason for closing the service orders. Please check : Order: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc. Request to resolve the service order only after attending the fault and should be informed to customer before closing the order.

                    I have purchased the laptop from flipkart of the configuration mentioned in the subject.
                    Since the date of purchase I have been facing few issues, It has 4 GB of Ram, however bootting sometimes takes minimum 4-5 minutes, and maximum even an hour sometimes.
                    Further, the laptop functions so slowly, multitasking becomes very difficult. The system hangs very often. I have tried speaking to the customer care executives and have updated with all the latest updates but still the issue persist. I have also mailed to lenovo premier support, my laptop is covered for on site engineer support service, however they are asking me to upgrade the RAM and they are not providing any on site services. As a finance professional and not of techinal background, how can they expect me undergo techincal tests on my own.. If the company has provided a configuration, it is expected that the machine should work decently. The Company is cheating its customers.

                        My lenovo laptop (Product ID YD06058Q) was not working properly. It takes about 15 min for initial booting. The key pad of the laptop not working, but can be operated through other external keypad and mouse.
                        It is purchased only 2 year back but now facing the great difficulty in work with this lenovo laptop.

                        Its my humble request kindaly help me out from this problem

                          My laptop is just 4 days old and the battery backup it gives is hardly 2 hrs i called customer care they say thts its capacity and the batter is working fine . The worst product ever they are not ready to replace or refund and one of the key is rought they say its designed that way the worst laptop i ever bought

                            Hi,

                            I am still facing the same 16GB RAM high usage and keyboard some keys won't work and screen bleed issue

                            whenever I call premium care to report and every time they take laptop remote access and make several changes in 30-45 mins but no one resolved the issue.

                            I'm really pissed off and now I doubt that I received refurbished for sure, from the past 5 days contacting on the same no update. I want to use the laptop for lab training and for office work. 16 GB RAM used to go high with basic applications launch and freezes a lot with normal usage and also a small games. you guys are taking years to resolve this issue and I request meanwhile extend the premium warranty period or arrange an additional ram or a new laptop so that I can work smoothly until you guys fix the issue!

                              I purchased moto g⁹ power on jan 10, 2021.
                              Im facing issues like
                              - charging takes approx 22.5 hours to full charge
                              - heating issues are faced along with charging
                              - network issues.
                              -touch screen issues.
                              -volume button issues
                              - headphone is not detected properly and gets disconnected.

                              I want to claim my warranty and exchange the phone.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                My name is Preeti Singh From South Delhi and I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop computer that I bought at Vijay Sale on 4 January 2021 at Faridabad.

                                The laptop was purchased new. I have attached a receipt listing the features and security guaranteed by your company. All of them have a warranty on parts and labor.

                                Since my second week o[censored]sing this laptop, the laptop worked very slowly. I have not downloaded any additional software nor adapted the OS in any way. I have also noticed that the fan runs continuously because the laptop is constantly generating too much heat to the point that it does not function, or does it slowly. Within a month, the motherboard of the laptop stopped working. When I went to the service center, they told me, his motherboard is damaged. In such a short time, I want to replace this laptop due to the motherboard malfunction.

                                Please allow me to return the laptop. I just want a laptop that works for me.

                                  With respect to my IDEA Laptop SN MP1QLY6T,
                                  Within 2 months of purchasing the laptop, I started facing issues with my camera. I raised a request to Lenovo customer care. Engineer visited my place and repaired the camera and it started working.
                                  But again the camera started creating issues and again I requested Lenovo for replacement of the camera. But the engineer did not replace the camera and mishandled the laptop and destroyed the front and bottom bezel.
                                  Again I requested Lenovo but the company replaced the front bezel and camera was still creating issues and the bottom bezel is still not in shape.
                                  Now I am continuously following up with customer care daily and not getting any responses.
                                  I have a business and have lots of video calls to attend. My business is getting impacted.
                                  Also, I manage a team of 20 employees for which I wanted to order Lenovo laptops but for sure now I am not going to do so with the experience I have faced with lenovo.

                                    The most horrible laptop one can buy, within 2 months of purchase of the laptop camera stopped working and till date facing same issues, have send the laptop 6 times to service station but still the issue is not resolved, typical Chinese product would recommend Dell instead.
