Horrible experience with the camera of the laptop. Got it repaired twice from lenovo service provider but still its not working properly. I am really dissatisfied with the product and now I am reaching the end of the warranty period i am really scared of the misfunctioning of the product....

I purchased this laptop a few months ago.
Barely used it, I honestly love it but the webcam that I only used once does not work at all.

I tried all the recommended troubleshooting methods.
I am frustrated and would like some suggestions.

Also the trackpad is unresponsive at times, I am wondering if its a manufacturers defect?

I have purchased a new Lenovo laptop on 10th Dec 2020. Within 2 days of purchase I am not able to charge the laptop, Lenovo vantage is displaying below message in battery settings.
"The battery installed is not supported by the system and will not charge. Please replace the battery with the correct Lenovo battery for this system."

I don't understand, whether this laptop is gone through quality tests or not before sending...

I am using Lenovo K8 Note mobile phone with latest version of Android Oreo 8 updated.

After i updated the phone. My phone getting hang and rebooting frequently.
