While the unit was in warranty (SN PF1Q3MAK) and case# [protected] it began typing a continuous forward slash. Called it in the unit was sent to Lenovo. It was returned about 3 weeks later. It worked fine for about a month and now have the same issue. It is unusable. I called it again 1-18-21. I was informed I it was out of warranty and I have no recourse. When it was sent the first time it was in warranty, now I’m told that they can’t issue a repair ticket for an expired warranty. Since it was in warranty then and it wasn’t repaired properly or it is defective. I have a Lenovo tablet, that I like, which was the reason to buy the laptop. I am very disappointed with Lenovo. It doesn’t back up its product and treats customers, particularly during the pandemic, unfairly. Replace the unit at your cost and do what’s right.

    When we do video conferencing or screen sharing through this laptop, our voice is not audible to other side. But by using mic on ear phone, the voice is audible to other side.
    I purchased this laptop just 5 months ago.

      I am syamkumar S from Trivandrum, Kerala, India. I am using different Lenovo laptops from 2010 onwards. I have purchased a new ideapad C340 from 2019 January. Unfortunateley my laptop keyboard faced some issues and i informed the matter to customercare and a service person visited and changed the keyboard. but the service person was inexperienced and his lack of experience caused further problems to my laptop. He ruined my display and body of laptop while servising. I have informed the mattedr on the same day itself to the customercare and they told me to send photo of display, according to that i have mailed the photos, but no response received till date. I am on my warranty period so before ending the warranty kindly resolve my issues otherwise i ll be forced to approach consumer court to get this issue resolved.

        I have lenovo ideapad amd a9 330.few months after purchased. it started creating issues .after one service currently and now it shows glitch on screen kind of puzzles.

          I have purchased Lenovo K10 Note from Flipkart on 2March 2020 and as per conditions it is under warranty for one yearThe phone stopped working as there wascharging issue I hence hadcontacted yiur Customer care and asadvised by them had given the hand set at your Kalyan service centre To my surprise the hand set was returned back to me unrepaired with explanation that it has liquid damage I do not agree with them as tge hand set was given to them to resolve charging issue They further claimed that there is damage to Mother Board Can you check and let me know how to make my handset working

            We purchased a laptop a few months back. We have raised the support case for the wifi adapter issues (SR: [protected]) in November. It's almost three months still the issue is not resolved, the support executives have visited our place for 3 times but still, the issue exists and they are not capable to fix the issue. We have escalated this issue, but we haven't received a single response from the Lenovo escalation team.

            Please note we have purchased the laptop with pro support.

              Dear Sir,
              I have purchased lenova ideapad on 15/12/2020 from M/s Girias Store, Bangalore. The system was not able to boot within two days of purchase. i have contacted the store on 8th day due to my personal engagement. store person tried to resolve the same . but could not rectify the problem.. he asked to contact authorised service centre. The service centre people asked me to deposit the laptop for rectification /DOA within 14 days. I have handed over the laptop on 25/12/20 to M/s Vibhave Communication, Domlur, Bangalore. They told me on 02/01/21 the replacement (DOA) is not possible due to 10 days delay and is possible only if bought in CROMA or REliance Digital.
              I have paid 70900/- for the laptop and within 2days the hard disk is failed and company is not giving replacement because i have purchased in Girias.
              Hence i request you to kindly resolve the same.

                I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad S340 81VV008TIN-I5/8GB/IT+256/M MP1TC1JA in the name of Krishna Maart on September 13, 2020 from Sargam ELectronics, Ghaziabad

                It was promised that it has battery backup of 7-8 hours. However it is not really, in fact inspite of a brand new laptop giving a battery backup of just 2-3 hours and other than this my system shows remaining battery of 40-45%, it gets switch off automatically.

                I am very disappointing with your product. Please resolve this issue on your utmost priority

                    Above said laptop processing is very slow. i believe in Lenovo because i was using the lenovo laptop last 12 years and i have purchased 4 laptop from 2008 and using but no problem till now but after purchasing above said product i can say that it is waste of money.
                    Actually it is so slow that i am unable to do my little work. so i am requesting you that please replace my product by another laptop and i am ready to pay the difference amount or returned it or if possible to change or repair it.
                    kindly consider my request and resolve it

                      Few month back i have buy 2 Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3i 10th Gen Intel Core laptop for office work both model are same. 1st laptop is working is fine but 2nd laptop battery is not working i try to connect with online customer care they spend more than 2 hours to check the battery after that they said battery is not good but still there is no response to change the laptop or battery after the 4 month effort i try to find local customer support and my personal experience is too bad with the local customer service center agar Sanjay place as well the way they talk is unprofessional Lenovo is big brand but after the buying laptop i real despoilment with support online or offline they don't have home service support and every one knows bcz of covid19 we are buying laptops so that we can do work from home

                      3rd class support all customer representative say different - different views 35000 battery back 1:40 mints and according to the customer support it was good back-up after 5 months follow-up 12 time call more than 20 hrs spending and 10 time visit local center result is nothing.

                        There was some issue with my hard drive in a 3-month old Lenovo laptop which got replaced by Lenovo Centre during an on-site support. The agent asked me to go to a local shop to get a new operating system. I paid for the OS but there were still issues with the OS and the laptop. The agents on call and the OS shopkeeper kept putting the blame on each other wasting my more than one week time. At last, when I had to visited a Lenovo Centre in a nearby town, they told me the replaced hard drive was defective. I paid for a new OS again there. This also required me to take two half-day leaves from my work. Why do I pay for the OS twice for the Lenovo Care Centre mistake? Also, I would like to be compensated for my lost time due to all this.

                              I have purchase a laptop during Independence day offer period on Aug 11. During the offer period i got that confirmation, if i use HDFC bank credit card for payment - Rs. 5000 min (10% of bill amount) cash back.

                              But i never got my cash bash amout from Lenovo.

                              I tried multiple times reaching out to customer care, sales department, post sales department over email & their customer care numbers,
                              But i never got any proper respose back from Lenovo.
                              Infact customer care raised couple of complaints or tickets inthier interal systems.

                              But i never got the cash back offers.
                              Lenovo cheated me during the purchase (ever i got the confirmation over the call & chat also for the same from Support Engg. That i will surely get my cash back.)

                                My hinge broke down by itself and damaged the display. I take care of my laptop really well. It is just 2.5 years old and I had extended my warranty. But I don't have ADP it seems. Since it is a product defect, how can this come under accidental damage! I am seriously pissed off right now. This was not a low-end laptop and I had spent a lot of money on this. This happened on 18/12/2020 and the laptop was bought in 2018. I want Lenovo to repair...

                                The model i am using is Ideapad S145. Purchased just before 1 year. The worst model i am using. Need wait 5-10 minutes to come as working condition after pushing power button. Any apps takes 2-3 minutes to work properly. Not smooth as other brand laptop. Also i am using this laptop for my personal purpose & very rarely. Within a year 2 keypad button not working properly.
                                I want to replace & want a fresh & good model.

                                  Hi reader, I bought Lenovo Ideapad laptop from Brand showroom in Nehru Place (New Delhi) for approx. INR 40000. To be safer side I bought additional warranty for 3 years for INR 999.

                                  The journey became very very unfortunate. Being handled very carefully, the base body ejected due to tight hinges within a year. Customer service was very clear that this is a payable repair and I need spend approx. 14000 for this repair. At the same time, Webcam stopped working. Laptop was still in warranty period, but Customer care informed very clearly first get repaired body issue then we will send technician for Camera check. I have tried to connect to high ups, but no one reverted. So, pathetic hardware and worst Customer care service. Now I looking for another laptop, probably HP or Dell. So, never buy Lenovo else you will regret. I thought I should warn the prospective buyers. However you are free to take your decisions. You can connect to me for more clarification.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    It's a shame that I still have to wait for a response from your end, even after several days of complaint. As an end customer, I realize the significantly dead response from Lenovo for its customers. Not even a single confirmation mail has been received till date, REGARDING PROGRESS OF ONGOING ISSUE VIA TICKET NO: [protected]. The cheap quality products with no customer support determines the brand value of Lenovo systems. It has been a great mistake at my end to show trust upon Lenovo products. I am definitely confirmed not to commit this horrible mistake of purchasing Lenovo products ever again. I will surely inspire my friend circle, not to commit this mistake ever in their life.
                                    As per the current scenario, I have no option than to go for a police complaint upon the purchased Lenovo system. I definitely assume this to be a SECOND HAND system, sold in the name of a brand new laptop. My only hope for avoiding this messy situation was a complete replacement of Laptop. This has also died during this waiting hours. I will definitely not sit quite to this "no-support-lenovo-care" protocol.

                                    HOPE THIS MAIL OPENS THE EYES OF LENOVO'S SENIOR OFFFICIALS TO THE CALL OF IT'S "SO CALLED CUSTOMERS".
