I have purchased a new Lenovo laptop on 10th Dec 2020. Within 2 days of purchase I am not able to charge the laptop, Lenovo vantage is displaying below message in battery settings.
"The battery installed is not supported by the system and will not charge. Please replace the battery with the correct Lenovo battery for this system."
I don't understand, whether this laptop is gone through quality tests or not before sending it to customer. I have discussed with Lenovo care, their representative also saying this issue may need battery replacement. After spending money for the new laptop, within two days of purchase I need to replace the battery. I am extremely unhappy with the experience.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
