I have repaired my lenovo ideapad G510 laptop from Lenovo Service center at Sysnet Global Solutions Aurangabad. After getting service my laptop was hardly function 3-4 time after service then the same error appeared again..
As a service center they even didn't give any kind of service receipt to the customers . They are giving worst quality service and demanding high amount of money....

I have bought Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 on[protected]. From the day I've received its not working properly, freezes or maybe hang while working on it.Everytime it gives a notification that certain application is not responding. After shut down if I again turn on PC it takes a lot of time for that.
Please provide a relevant repair or solution for this....

I bought this laptop in march. I was facing battery issues since first month. I tried contacting them but their phone was busy all the time.
I raised a ticket then, they called me back and did the calibration thing.
And closed the ticket without futher confirmation whether it's working fine or not.
I raised another ticket but i did not get any response.

My purchase of Lenovo Laptop was in month of January 2020 from Croma.

I am facing some issue with charging. So visited Lenovo service centre in andheri today for resolve the issue.

Here when I speak to Mr. Sandesh & Mr. Kawaljeet at the service centre I am informed that my warranty as per manufacturing has expired in month of June 2020. They mentioned that Croma or we as customer should...

I purchased my laptop last year June and premium support after that for 3 years. While I purchase premium support it mentioned Hardware and software support for 3 years. However, recently my laptops Battery got problem and when I contacted support they said we provide hardware support except for battery.

They did not mention this term while I purchase the premium support from their site.

we have buyied this all in one desk top through flipkart and facing some issues in it. When ever we switch on the pc it hangs and doesnt operates it keeps on processing. We tried several times but every time it happens the same. I am attaching the pics . Please register my complain and send some one to rectify the problem ....

I have mailed couple f times regarding my cash back offer on HDFC credir card, when i mailed to lenovo post sales team, i received mail stating our backend team will check and the issue and revert you in 48 hours, but it was 120 hous not received the mail and when i made call to post sale lenovo number, nobody is answering, i had called them in working time after 9.00AM and before 6.00Pm...

They kept my laptop for 10 days and did nothing.when I asked for bill they are asking for excuses and not gave me GST bill. Managers behaviour is very rude, irresponsible, using vulgar language with customers and threatening to beat me. His behaviour is not tolerable at all....

I had not received my GST Invoice till now as on 10-Nov-2020 11.07 AM, i had emailed to post sales team and made phone calls and raised the iisue for about 10 times to post sales customer care on[protected]. whenever i made a call they will tell in 24-48 hours u will received the copy, but not receiving it.

I have purchased Lenovo yoga slim C640 laptop from lenovo.com. The order number is [protected] dated[protected]. As per the specifications, the dimension should be 33.7cms and LTE port also given, After receiving the parcel, The laptop dimensions are not correct, no LTE port also is given. The shown dimensions are 33.37 cm, the this product is having dimension 30cm only. The laptop is running very slow, even taking 2-3 seconds...

I Bought Lenovo laptop together with the accidental damage protection and warranty for 3 years. The accidental damage protection says it covers water spills, however when I had an accidental water spilling on the laptop the Lenovo service center refuses to cover it. What is the point of buying this accident protection if it covers only minor things, the policy is super unclear and it seems that service center does all they can to not use...
