    I have purchase a laptop during Independence day offer period on Aug 11. During the offer period i got that confirmation, if i use HDFC bank credit card for payment - Rs. 5000 min (10% of bill amount) cash back.

    But i never got my cash bash amout from Lenovo.

    I tried multiple times reaching out to customer care, sales department, post sales department over email & their customer care numbers,
    But i never got any proper respose back from Lenovo.
    Infact customer care raised couple of complaints or tickets inthier interal systems.

    But i never got the cash back offers.
    Lenovo cheated me during the purchase (ever i got the confirmation over the call & chat also for the same from Support Engg. That i will surely get my cash back.)

      My hinge broke down by itself and damaged the display. I take care of my laptop really well. It is just 2.5 years old and I had extended my warranty. But I don't have ADP it seems. Since it is a product defect, how can this come under accidental damage! I am seriously pissed off right now. This was not a low-end laptop and I had spent a lot of money on this. This happened on 18/12/2020 and the laptop was bought in 2018. I want Lenovo to repair...

      The model i am using is Ideapad S145. Purchased just before 1 year. The worst model i am using. Need wait 5-10 minutes to come as working condition after pushing power button. Any apps takes 2-3 minutes to work properly. Not smooth as other brand laptop. Also i am using this laptop for my personal purpose & very rarely. Within a year 2 keypad button not working properly.
      I want to replace & want a fresh & good model.

        Hi reader, I bought Lenovo Ideapad laptop from Brand showroom in Nehru Place (New Delhi) for approx. INR 40000. To be safer side I bought additional warranty for 3 years for INR 999.

        The journey became very very unfortunate. Being handled very carefully, the base body ejected due to tight hinges within a year. Customer service was very clear that this is a payable repair and I need spend approx. 14000 for this repair. At the same time, Webcam stopped working. Laptop was still in warranty period, but Customer care informed very clearly first get repaired body issue then we will send technician for Camera check. I have tried to connect to high ups, but no one reverted. So, pathetic hardware and worst Customer care service. Now I looking for another laptop, probably HP or Dell. So, never buy Lenovo else you will regret. I thought I should warn the prospective buyers. However you are free to take your decisions. You can connect to me for more clarification.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          It's a shame that I still have to wait for a response from your end, even after several days of complaint. As an end customer, I realize the significantly dead response from Lenovo for its customers. Not even a single confirmation mail has been received till date, REGARDING PROGRESS OF ONGOING ISSUE VIA TICKET NO: [protected]. The cheap quality products with no customer support determines the brand value of Lenovo systems. It has been a great mistake at my end to show trust upon Lenovo products. I am definitely confirmed not to commit this horrible mistake of purchasing Lenovo products ever again. I will surely inspire my friend circle, not to commit this mistake ever in their life.
          As per the current scenario, I have no option than to go for a police complaint upon the purchased Lenovo system. I definitely assume this to be a SECOND HAND system, sold in the name of a brand new laptop. My only hope for avoiding this messy situation was a complete replacement of Laptop. This has also died during this waiting hours. I will definitely not sit quite to this "no-support-lenovo-care" protocol.

          HOPE THIS MAIL OPENS THE EYES OF LENOVO'S SENIOR OFFFICIALS TO THE CALL OF IT'S "SO CALLED CUSTOMERS".

              I bought a monitor and graphics card from Lenovo. Before they every shipped they lowered the price by $59 on one and $98 on another. Their site clearly states they will price match any site including their own for up to 20 days I believe. I contact someone from support with the email [protected]@lenovo.com and he tells me that once my graphics card is shipped to email him and he will do the refund. On top of that I have yet to receive the $39 in rewards points that I am owed. The person hasn't responded to me at all now and just flat out ignores me. I have now email him 4 times with zero response. My next response is a false advertising claim if this is not resolved quickly.

                  Horrible experience with the camera of the laptop. Got it repaired twice from lenovo service provider but still its not working properly. I am really dissatisfied with the product and now I am reaching the end of the warranty period i am really scared of the misfunctioning of the product.

                        I purchased this laptop a few months ago.
                        Barely used it, I honestly love it but the webcam that I only used once does not work at all.

                        I tried all the recommended troubleshooting methods.
                        I am frustrated and would like some suggestions.

                        Also the trackpad is unresponsive at times, I am wondering if its a manufacturers defect?

                          I have purchased a new Lenovo laptop on 10th Dec 2020. Within 2 days of purchase I am not able to charge the laptop, Lenovo vantage is displaying below message in battery settings.
                          "The battery installed is not supported by the system and will not charge. Please replace the battery with the correct Lenovo battery for this system."

                          I don't understand, whether this laptop is gone through quality tests or not before sending it to customer. I have discussed with Lenovo care, their representative also saying this issue may need battery replacement. After spending money for the new laptop, within two days of purchase I need to replace the battery. I am extremely unhappy with the experience.

                            In connection to the above subject I Arpit Soni given my Lenovo K6 Power mobile on dt 27/10/20 to Lenova service centre vadodra to attend battery charging problem.Same given by service centre representative after 05 days.To attend battery charging problem I have paid Rs1050/_to service centre but today same problem repeated in my moble.Therefore you are requested to give instruction to vadodra service centre to give satisfactory service.I am stay at kevdia colony distance between kevdia to vadodra is 96 Km.copy of bill atteched for your information.Today my mobile not charged.

                              Had purchased a Lenovo laptop and since the time of purchase facing camera issues, have sent the machine 4 times to the authorised service station, but still till date the problem remains unsolved.

                                This is to bring to your kind notice about the substandard and defective product supplied by Lenovo in India.

                                My above referred Yoga laptop is nonresponsive. 530-14IBK Laptop (ideapad) while charging no LED is lit. Battery was 100% prior to shutting down a night before. Laptop not restarting/ no lights/no sound/seems dead.

                                I have contacted Lenovo Technical Chat Support and after a few troubleshooting steps they suspect it's a motherboard issue. Reference number is[protected].

                                I have purchased this laptop from Lenovo authorized outlet on:[protected]:

                                Within a week my laptop keyboard became intermittently nonresponsive and within a month, the screen started freezing, found to be a motherboard issue after a month troubleshooting and motherboard was replaced in Jan 2019. In just less than two years since the motherboard was replaced, my laptop is dead.

                                I got this pricey $1000 laptop by paying monthly instalments. I have always believed in the brand Lenovo. I understand that the deficient performance of this laptop is due to substandard components. I feel cheated after purchasing this pricey so called premium high-end product due to multiple issues faced ever since I have purchased this product in a short span.

                                I would like to remind you of Lenovo Vision Statement for the Personal Computers: Lead in PCs and be respected for our product innovation and quality. Action speaks louder than words.

                                My child was using this laptop to attend online classes and do her assignments.

                                Kindly consider assigning a technician for onsite visit to expedite the resolution.

                                A prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                  Currently have been using Moto G6 for the last 2 + years.

                                  Service center has claimed that parts will be available by next week Tuesday (10/11/2020).
                                  They also mentioned that they will call me and update on 10/11.
                                  There has been no response, called up multiple times on the below numbers.

                                  Would like to make complaint on
                                  1) Attitude of the front office is appalling while responding to call
                                  2) Call are picked up after multiple tries.

                                  5) No proper communication on the update (

                                  It’s a night mare to get to the service center, Stays approx. 20 Km from this service center .

                                  As there was inordinate delay and very back behavior, more over made 3 times visit to the center.
                                  After all this the equipment was not rectified.

                                      I want to complain about the shopkeeper about that he doesn't give us laptop's software setting. And I want to ask that does we get laptop's software setting or not. I bought Laptop S340 [Model No. 81VV00GHIN] i3 10th Gen yesterday on 07th November 2020. I want to ask that if I reset [format] my laptop then how could I get my software back? So, I am asking for shopkeeper for software setting but he denied to give us that and says that if I reset [format] then bring it to them.
